Might be nice, but never found out..

Really awkward customer service, they double booked a room, and told us it was our fault because we used hotels.com rather than booking with them direct! (which considering hotels.com has been nothing but expectional during my usage, I found very annoying). We had to get an alternative hotel. Whilst they offered no alternative stay for two days, they did offer a coffee to take away.

Relaxed, friendly. Not fazed by a serious fire that had destroyed the adjoining property the previous week.

Central, clean with friendly staff

Centrally located, clean with helpful owner and staff. All I could ask for. Would definitely stay here next time I visit Pärnu.

Good location but book early

Although I booked over 2 months before our trip, the only toom left was the smallest in the house. We had twin beds with barely room to walk around them. The bathroom was a tiny tiny thing and the shower barely wide enough to stand in. Trying to wash hair was a gymnastic feat. On the positive side, the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of items and staff were friendly.

Old building but on ok condition. I had a jacuzzi in my big room which was nice. Breakfast was ok.

Hotelli itsessään oli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Auton parkkeerauksen toteuttaminen jäi epäselväksi. Henkilökuntaa ei ollut paikalla kun saavuimme, joten heiltä ei ollut mahdollisuutta kysyä. Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtui tekstiviestillä saadun koodin avulla. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällistä. Yleinen siisteys oli kohtuullisen hyvää, joskin melko paljon oli hämähäkinverkkoja pidemmällä ajalla muodostunut. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi, mutta se kuumentui pelottavan paljon, joten sitä emme uskaltaneet oikein käyttää. Kaikenkaikkiaan hyvä kokemus, ja voisin tulla toistekin.

Käytännöllinen pieni hotelli keskustassa. Kaikki tarvittava on: hyvä sänky, pieni kph ja pieni huone. Aamiainen ok, ei mitään ylimääräistä. Auton sai hotellin eteen. Kaikin puolin hyvä hinta- laatusuhde yhden yön pysähdykseen.

Suihkukoppi oli ahdas, vettä tuli vuoroin kylmää ja kuumaa. Sänky oli todella kapea(kapeampi kuin normaali parisänky), joten hieman pieni kahdelle aikuiselle. Aamupala oli TODELLA huono! Sijainti oli hyvä ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä silloin kun olivat paikalla.

Hyvä hotelli loistavalla paikalla

Muutoin erittäin hyvä hotelli, mutta huone oli kahdelle aikuiselle aika ahdas. Huoneessa on oma ilmalämpöpumppu, mikä oli helteellä mainiota.

Charming hotel!

We loved our stay at Hotel Hansalinn. The staff was superfriendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. I can definitely recommend booking the room with the hottub. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main sights and the city centre. Breakfast was great too. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Parnu!

Viehättävä, kodikas hotelli

Oikein viehättävä pieni hotelli. Aamulla oli niin aikainen lähtö, että aamiainen olisi jäänyt nauttimatta, mutta henkilökunta jousti minua varten ja loihti hyvän aamiaisen vain minulle.

Rauhallista syyskuussa

Parasta: hyvä sijainti, kun olin bussilla liikkeellä. Lyhyet kävelymatkat. Hotellissa oli rauhallista, ei tainnut olla paljon muita asiakkaita.

Ihana pieni hotelli. Todella hiljainen ja rauhallinen paikka. Sijaitsee lähellä kaikkea.

Rauhallinen sijainti hyvä henkilökunta englannilla tulee hyvin toimeen hinta laatu suhde erinomainen aamiainen on yllättävän hyvä kahvi tehdään kuppi kerrallaan

Olemme useita kertoja käyneet täällä ja aina on ollut hyvä palvelu:) Mielestäni hinta laatusuhde kohdallaan ja sijainti erinomainen.

Bon pour une étape

Un peu déçus. Accueil peu chaleureux. Chambre correcte et lit confortble mais salle de bain très petite et douche qui évacue mal. Climatiseur pas efficace. Petit dejeuner banal. Pas de restaurant . Mais bien situé dans le vielle ville de Parnu. La station est très reposante et la promenade au bord de la mer baltique étonnante. Pas loin de la gare routière.

Great location with only few minutes walk to the bus station and restaurants. Nice staff. The breakfast was also great. There is no lift but it's fine because you just need to carry bags to the second floor. Everything was fine here.

Correct choice for business or overnight stay

Very cosy and pricewise choice in classical Estonian town house. Right in the city center. Has everything what is needed - clean rooms, reasonable wifi, normal breakfast.

Parnu遊客實在不多，會說英語的人都不算多。因此，酒店服務員的幫忙很重要，而這家酒店的服務人員很熱心，即使早餐也問我需不需要多一杯咖啡。另外 酒店的設計也很漂亮。

Horrible experiencia

La habitación olía a humedad, la limpieza en general era lamentable (polvo por todas partes, alfombras sucias, toallas con manchas...), todo el mobiliario se encontraba desgastado o incluso con partes rotas (mesita de noche y armario). Al alojarnos en la suite, la bañera tenía sistema de hidromasaje, pero, al encenderlo, por las toberas de burbujas salía porquería negra y olor a alcantarilla. Al expresar estos problemas al personal, dijeron que era imposible lo que estábamos indicando acerca de la bañera y que el resto era normal, al tratarse de un hotel rústico.

A Pleasant family hotel. Very good bed and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Special thanks to the extreamly pleasant and helpful staff. Location was excellent; not far from the beach nor the shoppings. The temperature out was ovet 30 degrees, phew, but thanks to the air conditioning in the room it was pleasent cool.
