Viejo, pero bien ubicado

Bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la mejor plya y menos concurrida y a 15 minutos caminando de la marina y de otras playas. Cerca hay restaurantes y comercios.

El único mal sabor de boca fue el día sábado 04 dé mayo que llegamos a recoger la llave como a las 19.30 hrs y las personas que estaban en recepción no estaban de buen humor y nos dieron un mal trato

What a pleasant surprise this place was. The poo was clean and service was excellent. From check-in to check-out the staff is great!

Had a pleasent stay. Had a standard room and it was pretty large. The pool was great and had chairs you can use. Walkable to nearby towns and down the street from the beach.

We stayed there only one night instead of 2 nights and was ok.

Wonderful spot, very central to everything, wonderful staff, only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool, it was very busy and should be cleaned every night or when not busy.

Great central location, staff were very good, pool needed to be cleaned more often, probably daily with the amount of use, we were assuming we would have a fridge in our unit based on previous years experience but we didn’t have one initially but after a few chats, we got a fridge. The fam in the bedroom in 401 is very noisy.

Wonderful hotel that was close to Chahue. The only complaint would be that the beds were like sleeping on stone, please invest in some new mattress's.

Had the best margaritas and mojitos the whole trip made by 3 different bar tenders at different times. Must have a good instructor. Lol. Wished we could have enjoyed the amenities more but it was a short stay and had to see the town

Love the authenticity of the place. Clean. Nice pool and area. Had great supper with amazing staff. The only downside is the communication because of our lack of Spanish. On one note I would say don’t upgrade but on the other hand there is a need for better plug ins and some minor fixes. But still wonderful location and place at a good price.

Not worth the price

Expensive for the room comfort and amenities provided. Bed sheets we sewn together to create a king sheet. Sheets were really low quality, abrasive, and uncomfortable. No basic amenities like tissues, hand towels, and security locks on doors. An expensive motel 6 with a nice swimming pool. The location is a long walk or taxi from most restaurants, etc. Seems to cater to large extended families on holiday who really enjoy the pool.

First of all, I have to say that I booked here because of the good reviews this place has on Travelocity.com. My experience was not so great though. When We arrived around 5:30 on a Friday afternoon, a celebration of some kind was starting, taking most of the parking lot. We had to park on the street that night. After a long day of driving, we wanted to retire and get some rest, but the noise was too much. Around 10:00 p.m. I came down to inquire how much longer before we could actually be able to sleep. The receptionist said: “it should be over in 30 minutes”. They finally turn off the loud speaker at around 11:00 p.m. Another issue I didn’t like was the way the receptionist send me away when I asked about the mini fridge being locked; she said: “Well, you reserved a room with a discounted rate, so you have no access to it” … Finally, on Saturday night, they were going to have dancers perform the Guelaguetza, so I reserved a table for all 7 of us. We came down early to have dinner and watch the show. We paid for the food and were told that we couldn’t order drinks there, but a waiter would come to our table to offer drinks because that was a separate deal. We watched in disbelief that no one came up until we were all finished eating our food! We left after we realized that the show had transitioned from the traditional Oaxacan dances to just another birthday party. Really?? Am I asking for too much from a “9.0 Wonderful” hotel??

Good location, easy to reach local beaches and town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and booked us several taxis. Nice pool, rooms were clean, and impressive level of Christmas decorations. Restaurant was a bit disappointing.

El Hotel is in a few steps to the Chahue beach , in the morning we walked around it, it is so beautiful to heard the birds. It is very calm.

We had a comfort room. We didn't expect beer/soft drinks/snacks to be in our fridge at no extra charge, but were happy for it. Except it wasn't predictable, some days they refilled the fridge and some days not. Overall, we loved how close it was to everything. I'd stay there again.

The staff were very friendly.Our house keeper for our room( her name is Flor is the best cleaner and most accommodating that I ever met,she is the best, Sandiego at the restaurant is very friendly and professional,he should be working at a high end resort. The chair on our balcony collapsed beneath me and I hit my head on the ceramic step;no follow up on that when My husband reported it to the front desk:(they replaced the chair) Lydia at the front desk helped us a lot because she was the only one that could speak English.This hotel is only good for families and especially if you like loud families at the pool especially in the evenings;we had to leave everyday from 5-9; we could only use the pool in the afternoons.

Nice place, no phone in the room in case you have to call the front desk. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I would stay here again. Friendly staff, very close to a supermarket and the beach. Air conditioning and hot water/water pressure not a problem at all. All in all very happy with the accomodation.

We liked everything about this hotel specially pool , bar/ restaurant BUT what hate the most was there is no fridge in your room specially when you have a new born and toddler, not having a phone in your room wasn’t a deal breaker and we recommended to add a small fridge to add value to their hotel

It is GREAT! especially for the money. lovely property all around; great pool, very nice lobby area, great restaurant and decent rooms. we stayed for 10 days, the room was dark and quiet - perfect for sleeping which is all it was needed for. the rest of the common areas are really wonderful if you just need to hide out on cruise ship days! mostly Mexican tourists, great for practicing the language. would definitely stay here again - loved it!

El Personal No quiere hacer algo distinto de sus funciones, nos hicieron esperar más de 30 minutos para bajarnos un traje de baño que se cayó del Balcón, las cortinas son muy delgada en la Mañana entra demandada luz, las puertas son muy delgadas y no Nora demasiado Ruido del Exterior

Very clean, well kept hotel with freindly staff. Great location close to center plaza as well as close to beach.

This is a curious hotel. At check-in there were no glasses, cups or mugs in the room. We were only able to receive glasses and mugs after persuading the hotel to lend them to us. This just seems odd to me? The room had good air conditioning, but the hotel somehow felt kind of soulless. It just wasn't particularly welcoming. We decided to take a room at the excellent Best Western a short walk away, and just use this hotel room as an office during the stay. The wifi was reliable and fast.

Nice hotel, good location

A nice hotel that is very close to Playa Chahue. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool area was lovely. There was a bit of construction maintenance going on during the day so it was a little noisy, but other than that it was great. We did find it a bit odd that they didn't offer pool towels though.

Bad WIFI, I was on data roaming which I had to pay my carrier. Lack of amenities in room, no hangers, no small towel. Construction loud noise where my room was early morning and during the day. Could not let sunlight in the room workers using ladder placed next to bedroom window. A bad experience.

I recommend this Hotel the room and pool is exactly as shown. Clean and safe. Close to everything and taxi is available at all times. Music by the pool and restaurant is available with good food.

The staff were very nice and were there if you needed anything.

The property is closed to the main beaches and stores.

Tuve una estancia de 7 noches con mi pareja y ambos quedamos encantados con todos los servicios y las instalaciones. Excelente estancia las mejores

Un hotel muy cómodo, no tiene elevador pero cuenta con rampa para subir o bajar las maletas en las escaleras. Tiene restaurante abierto de 8 am a 10 pm con buenos precios y una carta suficientemente amplia de desayunos, snacks, comidas y cenas. El personal es muy amable. En la playa Chahué no puede uno nadar, pero es muy bonita y queda caminando a unos cuantos minutos.

Excelente Ubicación. Me agrado mucho que tuviera un recibidor o salita a parte de la recamara refrigerador muy importante. Te lo rellenan de cervezas y refrescos de cortesía todos los dias. Fue una muy agradable sorpresa. Definitivamente me volveria a hospedar en este Hotel.

Hermoso hotel, excelente atención, instalaciones cuidadas y excelente ubicación, sin duda un buen hotel para hospedarse en familia.

Costo adecuado muy limpio, solo que el personal parece un poco desorientado o sobrecargado de trabajo, lo que impacta un poquito en la calidad de la atención. Solo podría sugerir un poco más de camastros en el área de la alberca, se saturan pronto y aunque hay espacio no se puede disfrutar cuando se llenan. En general muy bien !!!

Muy buena atención, el lugar está muy limpio, tanto habitaciones como áreas exteriores, no es muy grande pero es cómodo. Cuenta con rampa. La alberca es mediana con espacio de chapoteadero, tiene restaurant. Tiene estacionamiento.

C'étais notre deuxieme passage à cet hotel en 3 mois, toujours tres propre, nous étions en chambre suite confort,vraiment tres bien. Le personel aussi tres gentil. Cependant deux choses pourraient être amélioré: 1- Le restaurant, service tantot parfait , tantot innacceptable , aucun horaire affiché nul part, on ne peut pas s'y fier, une journée on y voit 3 a 4 personnes dans la cuisine, le lendemain 1 seule personne qui ne fournit pas a la tâche ou simplement personne sur place. 2-La propreté de l'eau de la piscine devrait être amélioré, lorsqu,il y a des saletés dans l,eau, personne ne semble s,en préoccupé alors qu,une simple petite intervention avec un écumoir reglerait le problême.
