The room was ok. It was spacious but the beds were a bit stiff and we didn’t have extra pillows or towels for 3 people. We were grateful for the fridge. Breakfast was basic but did the trick

The only complaint I have was the beds were super hard. Room was clean. Close to Sapulpa and staff was friendly. Breakfast was very minimal. Coffee, juice, yogurt, waffles and cereal.

I wish you had more handicap rooms and the beds were a little lower

We stayed here the first time on accident we thought we were booked at the Comfort Inn but it was so nice and less expensive so we booked it again for the 6th of December. Now we will always stay there any time we have an event at the Maybee Center.

Clean, nice bathroom (though freezing vent right above toilet) ,ok breakfast for the price, bath towels small, AC and heater worked good, thin walls but not overly crowded . Cheaper than other hotels closer to Tulsa downtown.

Tv not working

Room and convenience were great. The TV did not work so called the front desk to have them fix it. They spent over an hour in our room trying to fix it. Ended up moving us to a new room.

A Good Place to Stay!

The room was clean and very good condition. The staff was kind, and were very accomodating. Overall, it was an excellent stay...and we plan to stay there again, when in the area overnight.

Hotel very clean. Staff not present but you could ring a buzzer. Free breakfast lacking ( no butter available for waffles), only waffles and dry cereal, prepackaged muffins, bananas.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Only 3 pillows on a king so if you need more bring one. Breakfast was basic. I went down several times in the morning hoping they would restock items that ran out and they don't. Coffee was decent but only one packet in room. Needs to update more. Like they fixed the wall in my room in a big spot but didn't paint over it so was just a big patch. However, I would stay again because they are fair priced and can't expect a lot for the price.

I've stayed here often..always super friendly staff..very clean ..i have never had a single issue .. highly recommend..i usually stay in a hotel 3 to 5 nights a month and this is a favorite.

The man checking me in was very friendly and helpful. He printed something for me, and I much appreciated that. The beds were comfy. Property was clean. Coffee in the lobby isn’t available until 6:00 am. I wish it was ready at 4:00 am. Towels are stored above the toilet (like most hotels), and I think that’s nasty. I stay here frequently and will continue to.

Quiet and friendly every time

The front desk was nice and helpful. The bathroom felt like the walls haven’t been washed recently. The hotel was overall pretty clean, and I would stay again.

Definitely not a 9 as listed. This is an old run down hotel that needs upgrading.

A really nice low-price motel. Quite comfortable. Breakfast was just adequate, but there were plenty of fast-food options nearby.

We love staying at this hotel. The staff is always very courteous and hospitable. They treat us very well. The rooms are very clean with no signs of stains or bugs on the beds, which is very important! For the most part, it’s a quiet place to stay. Of course that depends on the guests and is not really something the staff can control.

This is my second stay - I was very pleased both times. Spacious, clean rooms and a great location for me. just wish there were some trees to provide shade and offset all the built structure.

Fair

The room smelled of fresh construction type work and strong paint. Like it needed to be aired out.There was also a large half drank burger king cup left on counter top.

It was a great place to rest our weary souls overnight. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and it was quiet.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming and helpful! The areas surrounding the property were full of litter, the bathroom was overpowered by a mildew smell, and there was pubic hair in the bathtub (not ours). Other than the bathroom, it was a clean facility. No one was really at the front desk unless they were ringed up. But when they did show, they were really sweet. Not my best stay, but not a bad one by any means.

Very clean

The lady that checked me in was very rude. I think I inconvenienced her! Got to my room the closet door is broken, and went to use the microwave and it’s filthy. There are some marks on the sheets also. Went to the pool and you could see dirt moving around on the bottom and bugs and leaves. I still used it I’m sure it’s hard to keep perfect.

Great value

I don't know how old this place is, but appeared new. Very clean, tidy, modern. No bad smells in the room. The bathroom needed a little cleaning on the walls and mirror (which I did ) There was an exit door to near the laundry room that was open all the time, not secured. Would stay here again.

Would have been better if they would keep their breakfast past 9am . Rooms were nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very firm.

This was a good hotel. We just needed a one night stay, so we just needed a comfortable bed and a quiet room. The shower did not have nearly enough water pressure, and that was my main negative about the place.

Horrible customer service.

Booked over a month ahead then was told I canceled even though hotels.com said they still had it active to only be told they didn’t have a room anyways. I have been a long time customer and always put my family there but we are done with this hotel. The owner is great but after this experience never again.

Never again

This hotel is very low budget in design. The rooms are extremely plain with no attractive decor. Soundproofing is minimal. The side entrance door as always ajar. Anyone could have walked in at any time whether they were a guest or not. The place did not smell fresh and clean but had an odor of way too many cleaning products. Breakfast items like waffles were not available after 9am even though the breakfast was supposed to go until 10am. We did not have enough towels and had to ask for more. The third day of our stay their was no housekeeping staff on site. The room was poorly lit and some of the power outlets for charging did not work. The bed was uncomfortable. The tub was slippery and there was no grab bar in the shower. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The hotel toiletry amenities were insufficient and some of the worst product I have ever used. The pictures on the website do not represent the worn condition of the rooms. There is no door on the closet space, only 4 hangers and no safe for valuables.

Brand new place very nice. big rooms,comfy beds. Would stay here again.

Hotel Glenpool

We were quite happy with our stay.The room was spacious and quiet.The only thing I would change is the pillows, they could have been a little softer.

Its a nice property, sweet employees, very spacious beautiful room, but for a 9 start hotel i expected more for the breakfast. It was the main reason i chose it. When i was there it waa just cereal and waffle maker. Other than that the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay!

Very quick and easy check-in process and very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable and the area seemed safe and secure, also easily accessible by highway and turnpike. Basic breakfast with yogurt, pastries, waffles, fruit, toast, juice and milk. We would stay here again!

After leaving a property and risking this one knowing nothing it was lovely and clean and a welcomed refreshing place to rest. Good washing facilities. Close to shopping like Walmart and many food outlets. Would recommend.

Clean room and property. Felt safe and secure. For the price, the room and bath were unusually modern and spacious. "Kitchenette" had sink and counter space, besides the room fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Small but friendly staff. Included breakfast was quite basic but OK except for weak coffee and frozen milk that day. We sometimes stay overnight in the area to visit family, so we will likely try this one again next time.

Comfortable and clean

Upon arrival, I went to the front desk and rang the bell to check in. A gentleman came from behind a closed door, said hello and asked for ID and payment card. He scanned them, gave me keys, said thank you for staying with us, and I never saw him again. If you want a *very quiet* stay, as in, not even a person sitting at the front desk, this is your spot. It was decently clean, dated, but looked like they were trying to do updates here and there. If you are sensitive to scents, this is not your spot. There is a scent in the lobby that is also sprayed through the vents. I stayed one night and was developing a slight migraine by the time I left. That is the only thing that would prevent me from staying there again. The rooms are roomy. Not a 4 star but comfortable and clean.

I stayed at hotel Glenpool for 3 days and it served my purpose well. Price was excellent. Room was big! The breakfast is convenient, I would add: whipped cream for waffles more fruit, and tea. There is plenty of shops and restaurants only minutes away. The conference center, ALF home is close-Maybe a $7 Uber ride. While these shops are close, you can see them from the front door, there is a highway that divides you, and you will need to walk around and under. TULSA airport is a quick 20 min / $20-25 away. ST FRANCIS 20 min. The staff I interacted with were very kind. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. I personally recommend HG if you need to stay in glenpool.

I'd stay again

It was as good stay. I don't think the facility is that new but it has obviously been renovated very recently. Check in was fast. The place was VERY CLEAN! Breakfast was you might say very Continental; waffles, toast, honey bun, cereal or yogurt. Take your pick. I'd stay again if I was in the area

All in all a decent hotel for the price. The fridge in the room was very noisy when coming on and going off which kept waking me up and noise carries through the hotel like there’s no walls or doors. It was clean and comfortable, can’t comment on the breakfast as I didn’t try it but there is no good tea.

The place itself is reasonably clean and up to date. No weird odors. I am giving staff a 2 because the guy that checked me in was cool, but when my restaurant didnt give me a fork, I figured, hotel with breakfast. They usually have forks. I checked the food area at 7:15 PM. No utensils. Asked the girl at the front desk and she told me all they had were knives. I stared at her blankly thinking she might offer an alternative or look around. Nothing. Oh, but guess who had a full bin of forks at 6 AM for a breakfast that consists of bananas, cereal and waffles? Yep. It is a miracle. I went across the parking lot to the Comfort Inn and when I asked if they had a fork, they asked, how many do you need? Id stay there next time, even for more money. If you just need a room, it is quiet, clean and no cockroaches. Just make sure you dont need to ask the staff for anything.

When you first pull up, you may think this isn’t a nice looking hotel, but once you make it to your room, you find that it is both beautiful and clean. I initially had an issue with the door lock on my door. The front desk staffed moved me to a new room with no issues. This made me feel super safe since I am a single female solo traveler.

This hotel was a clean, quiet, affordable gem! Very nice property, very kind staff, breakfast included, etc. -- this place had it all and was a wonderful respite for this tired road warrior!

Third party lied about the all inclusive option for meals. Hotel said they didn’t have the option at all.

Easy to Sleep

Very comfortable and easy to sleep.

Shower had mold on the ceiling and around the edge where the tub meets the walls Noticed food splatters on wall near trash can and other areas that were not vacuumed. Towels were also very thin. Please see attached pictures of the mold.

A hidden gem that is clean, safe and great rates.

We have stayed here about ten times for three day stays. This is a very nice hotel that is kept very clean and well maintained. You will not find any better rates. The beds are comfortable and they service your room every day with clean towels.

Room was sticky and not clean. The bathroom had hairs and not clean. Fridge in room didnt close properly. Tv took forever to work. Not a big selection on breakfast food. Ice machine ice was melting while coming out of machine.

The desk person was polite and helpful

the check in was fast and efficient; their staff is available when you call them with a buzzer; after certain hours, your key is needed to access the property. The electronic door to access after hours was either warped on damage because we had trouble getting in without the help of someone inside. The breakfast bar was basic with waffles, juice, coffee, cereal, and yogurt.

Newer & clean & the staff was kind so it’s a nice stay but that’s it.. no other amenities at all.. they have cold coffee that is more like tea every morning with some cereal and a waffle maker. We just went across the highway for everything. Quiktrip has great coffee & there are nice restaurants and other stores across the way. It’s a nice safe location & it was clean & comfy with everything you need so it was a great stay. Nice sized well working fridge & microwave & the AC unit was nicely working & quiet unlike other places we’ve been lately.
