Staff were all great and friendly from the start right until the end of the stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet are both great with amazing an selection, I was surprised to see that the menu would change too! I was however disappointed to see that the jacuzzi and other facilities were only provided as a surcharge, €15 for 30 minutes, a timed thing! You can't just enjoy the relaxation knowing that the longer you stay in the more expensive it will be.

We had a great stay. The hotel is well used but has good facilities and is in a good location with easy access from the chair lift. Friendly staff in all areas.

Excellent breakfast and the dinner was good value. Very clean and good service. Rooms are a little dates but comfortable.

Great price. Very convenient for getting straight on the slopes. Breakfast is superb, if not a little busy. Hotel seems to be teeming with schoolkids. Parking cost is very acceptable compared to some other places. Not being able to check in until 5pm is a pain but often some rooms are ready early.

Avoid. Staff told us we were supposed to book parking in advance yet nothing was mentioned in the booking. Ended up having to walk 5k on our first day to bring our belongings to the hotel room. Not to mention the lack of help front desk at the hotel reception. Also, expect 0 heating in your bedroom and a blanket on the bed while it’s -12C outside. Would definitely not class this as a three stars hotel. Oh - and television had two channels working. Welcome to the year 2000.

A lovely old hotel, which while slightly crumbling on the outside, was beautifully maintained inside. Unbeatable views over the town and ski-slopes from the rooms and from the terrace bar. The hotel is close to a chair-lift for transport into the centre of Pradollano. The hotel beds are comfortable and the rooms are kept spotless by hard-working staff. The buffet-style food service in the restaurant offers plenty of options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay over Christmas 2022 (family group of 7 in 3 rooms). The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

A sweet hotel in Sierra Nevada mountains, nice spa And sauna. Dinner and breakfast were also exemplary. The room was cozy with a pleasant mountain view.

Okay hotel but not good food

We were super excited when we read “ski-in/ski-out hotel.” We went in February and there was not a ton of snow around the hotel. We were told to go to the city center to get on the lift to go snowboarding. We were told that you could snowboard back to the hotel but nobody was able to guide us once on the slopes. Pros: The hotel is well heated so you don’t have to wear a jacket around when you leave your room. Plenty of areas to sit outside of your room. Bar cafe is open until midnight. We got coffee and dessert after dinner. Room had a balcony and bathroom with separate toilet room. Staff was friendly, checked in online. Staff offered us the chance to take a shower when we returned from snowboarding although we had already checked out (were only going to pick up our stuff). They gave us a towel and let us use the spa bathrooms. Cons Hotel is kind of far from city center (plaza) if you are going by foot. It is all uphill if you have to carry luggage/equipment. Food was not good. We purchased the dinner and breakfast buffet. Drinks (even soft drinks) were not included with dinner which I did not realize ahead of time. Dinner was okay but breakfast not so much. There was variety but most things did not look or taste delicious (e.g. churros were not crispy brown and were soggy).

Location location location

Great location, ski in ski out which counts for a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is showing its age but was clean and tidy.

Good location but terrible food. Dated rooms

During our stay the dinner was inedible, not only was the food cold but the quality is really terrible. The staff were so apologetic but to be fair they had to change from buffet to table service and were not equipped for this. We did complain to reception and cancel the following nights dinner. As we had prepaid the receptionist said we would receive a refund, however a week later we are still waiting for this to happen. The rooms are clean but very dated however the hotel has a nice bar area. We were able to ski in/out which was great. There is a great sun terrace but it does get extremely hot in the afternoon and I would recommend some shade.

Good value but you can hear your neighbour

Good price / value. I will stay again. The rooms are not insulated good. So you will hear when next door goes to the toilet or if they have fun in the bed.

Marvelous staff, very helpful. Food was very nice but at dinnertime the dining room is rather noisy, due to many groups of youngsters (12-16 years) The property could need some brushes of paint. Fantastic experience

Impressive trip, the Sierra Nevada is amazing. But the hotel is very noize you listen to your neighbors talking and the room service is very loud in the early morning. We were not aware that we should reserve a parking spot, this caused some stress at check-in.

Hotel also had a nice outdoor terrace off of bar for post ski wind-down drinks. Breakfast & dinner was good for the low cost option of going half-board. Would certainly return.

Good Location

Good location close to chair lift and possible to ski in and out with ski lockers on ground floor. Rooms spacious but very tired and in need of a complete refurbishment. Bed typical Spanish style with sheets and blanket rather than a duvet. Dinning room, lounge area and bar all very good.

I stayed at this hotel for a weeks skiing holiday. The hotel has all the facilites that you need. Restaurant, health / relaxation / massage Service, Ski locker rooms, Kids play area, Large terrace next to the piste, bar, car parking, wifi, etc...etc.... For me the Ski in Ski out was absolutely marvellous. Not having to wait for the ski bus or walk around the town with my skiboots was fantastic... it saved me lots of time and it also meant that I could take the last lift up right at the far end of the resort and ski all the way back to the hotel !!! However what I was most impressed by, was the excellent service of the staff and personal help from the hotel director after I had an accident on piste. The director (Mr. Antonio) sent someone to pick me up from the medical centre, and when I arrived, he personally made sure I got to my room alright and instructed the hotel staff to look after my needs for the remainder of my stay. His hands-on approach and readiness to help was absolutely Godsent. In our culture we say 'True virtue can only be seen in times of need !' The team at this hotel, right from the top, to the people at the main desk, to the people working at the bar, to the ladies cleaning the corridors (who without any instructions came to help me with my luggage just because she saw me struggling) proved that you can rely on them for their assistance when you really need to. I can therefore highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will not go anywhere else next time I

Hi all, i don't usually bother leaving a review but having read some of the other reviews I think some are a bit harsh. It's fantastic value ,All the staff are so pleasant and helpful, ski in/out , onsite ski rental, lift pass available within 100m , breakfast and dinner as good as you will get in the resort (unless you are loaded) so what's not to like? I just stayed over half term , had to be 50 school kids there ,no noise , no problems at meal time ,all in all great. Ignore the other sad reviews , this place is great value!!!

Nice place, right by an entrance to the runs.

Several school parties meant the stay was ruined by bad behaviour, kids running around at all hours setting off fire alarm and running and shouting in the corridors until the early hours. No sleep for 2 days so we packed up and left. Many families complained and the staff were helpful pity the school teachers were useless.

Just next to the ski slopes, jump on your ski and down the hills.

Enjoyable stay for one weeks skiing. Excellent location for ski in ski out, one of only a few in the resort to truly be able to boast this. Staff all very friendly and helpful. 3 single beds in our room were ideal and comfortable. Room decoration a little tired & dated. Ensuite shower room adequate, but again dated with shower head held together with tape. Public areas & bar are all pleasant and well maintained. We stayed half board, with plentiful & varied food available at all meal times. The bar and terrace areas are welcoming and lively. A most enjoyable stay and can happily recommend.

The hotel is extremely tired and the room decor and quality of bed linen was dreadful. The bathroom smelt of mildew!!

Nice hotel at just 50 meter from the skiing slope.

Perfectly situated, ski in , ski out it said ...........and it was! my booking got a little muddled and we had to change rooms after our first night. The hotel staff were genuinely apologetic that this had happened. Throughout our stay all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Don't always get that level of service in a 'group' hotel!

Pleasant stay & nice staff

We have just returned from a very nice break in Sierra Nevada. We were there from Tue to Sat. The trip could easily have been ruined by me falling & breaking my shoulder on the first day. However, the staff were extremely kind, friendly & helpful. We found the rooms to actually be better than anticipated. We were a wee bit concerned, as the hotel does look a wee bit jaded on the outside. However, rooms were fine. We had a nice big family room. Loads of space, nice big bathroom & 2 showers. The only criticism, ironically, was that the room was too warm! We couldn't find a way to turn down! I see some people annoyed about view (didn't go for the view!) & lack of English language channels on TV (really, remember, you are in Spain!). Really, a non-issue! We were half board. I feel we got an excellent deal. Breakfast & dinner were buffet but quality & selection was great. We hired gear from the ski shop in the hotel - ski Sabica. I found them to be extremely helpful. When I injured my shoulder & couldn't ski, they kindly & with no quibble took back the equipment & didn't charge anything for the rental. In addition, they made sure not overcharged for the hire. Thank you for your kindness & honesty. This counts for a lot. Thank you, folks.

Very loud

Check in not until 5pm, not impressive but fine if that is the policy it’s hard to argue. This is one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Do not plan on getting any sleep. The hallways echo, the doors and walls are paper thin. The doors slam and will wake up even the deepest sleeper. It felt like a loud hostel with private rooms.

Hotel was OK for the money. Food was good as far as Spanish hotel buffets go. Pradallano ski resort is a very unloved kind of place though. It could be very nice, but litter, lots of dog poo on the streets and graffeti everywhere really spoil it.

We were not given the room we booked. We are a family of four and they gave us two rooms for 2 people. Not what we booked. The shower doors do not go al the way down so the floor gets very wet. Numerous light bulbs were not working in the rooms. The beds were quite firm and the pillows weren't much better. The parking is not FREE, as we thought, AND there is a limited parking area so we had to pay more to park and park over a mile away. We paid for breakfast and dinner and then they make you pay for drinks at dinner. At least water should be included. The ski equipment lockers were nice to use. The connection directly with the slopes is nice to ski right from the Hotel. Having equipment rentals and ski school in the hotel is nice, but you can find it MUCH cheaper if you shop around.

Wouldn't stay there again

This hotel had a few good things going for it...it is well located, has a great buffet breakfast and has a good games area with pool table etc...and the price is good...however the price is good for a reason...although advertised that thee is wifi in the rooms thee is no wifi in the rooms, also for some crazy reason the hotel has very loud music playing through its sound system until 11pm and when asked to turn it down the receptionist sad they would but would not....then once the music goes off at 11pm there are drunk guests congregating in areas right near the hotel rooms making excessive noise without the slightest care from the hotel staff...the hotel also advertises a jacuzzi but this was not operating either...it seems the hotel advertises quite a few things that are not actually offered...another hidden gem of this hotel is that the toilets in the rooms have no ventilation and smell of urine...I wouldn't stay here again

Hotel a solo 240 metros del Telesilla de acceso a Pradollano. Antiguo pero bien cuidado. Excelentes vistas de las pistas de esquí desde mi habitación. Personal de recepción muy amables. Buen buffet libre incluido en el precio, aunque los zumos de maquina son malos, mientras que el café estaba muy bien. Tiene vestuario y taquilla ya que se accede a pista desde el propio hotel. Una pena que haya ido en temporada baja y no pudiera probarlo. Me hubiera encantado.

lo primero q el personal es muy atento tanto en recepción como los camareros, la comida esta muy bien es un buffet libre q tiene variedad no mucha pero esta muy muy bien tanto en el desayuno como en la cena le doy un 10/10 el hotel es un poco antiguo pero se conserva muy bien tiene muy buenas vista desde la habitación, como en el comedor y desde el bar. lo malo para mi fue la habitación la q nos tocó fue una habitación muy pequeña pero muy pequeña para meter 3 camas no teniamos espacio para nada y un poco descuidada la habitación fue la 203 fui con mi mujer embarazada y mi niño de 11 años y para el precio q pague muy incomoda para cambiarse o caminar, aunq tenia unas vista increibles desde mi ventana

Greit Hotell

Greit og billig hotell. Har overnattet her flere ganger PGA beliggenhet ski in ski out og enkel parkering som du kan ha til du er ferdig på ski siste dagen ikke som flere andre i nærheten som parkering gjelder bare til du sjekker ut, det som er blitt mye bedre siden forrige gand er maten. Frokost og middag er blitt veldig bra har steget flere nivå siden sist.

Slitna rum, lyhört. Matsalen var full med skolungdomar och det var en hög ljudnivå. Ungdomarna trängde sig vid maten. Maten var inte särskilt god men priset var lågt. 13 euro för middagsbufféen per person. Överlag en trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Leuk, maar gedateerd hotel, 450 mtr van de gondel. wel in een helling van 60 graden haha, veel trappen Stoeltjeslift(Parador) op en neer kost 10€ per retour Enige hotel dat nog betaalbaar is. De anderen zijn zwaar overpriced omdat ze dichter bij de gondel staan en wellicht minder gedateerd zijn Leuk barpersoneel, receptie zou buiten mooi zijn naast Spaans ook een andere taal mogen spreken. Dan zou het wellicht mogelijk zijn om de gasten wegwijs te maken in het verkrijgen van skipassen Na voldoende tijd verkwist te hebben, heb ik maar afgezien van de mij toekomende korting en heb ik de volle mep betaald Misschien een idee om tegen gereduceerd tarief de stoeltjeslift bij de kamerprijs te begrijpen Ontbijt-en avond eten in buffetvorm, geen luxe maar noodzaak. El hotel cumple para el precio que tiene. Necesita una reforma, pero a pie de pista en Sierra Nevada el resto de hoteles cuestan minimo el doble, y si vas en familia se nota muchisimo.

Bedste ski in/out men værste mad.

Hotellet ligger på en fantastisk placering lige ved pisten. Værelserne er gamle men rene og i en god stand. Buffeten er dog ikke mere værd en den koster. Der er ikke et stort udvalg og det meste af den mad der skulle være varm, var kold / lunken. Man bliver mæt, men det er ikke en "restaurant" oplevelse.

Heel fijn hotel met goed eten. Erg prettig was de aanwezigheid van een skipasmachine en skiverhuur in het hotel.

No tuvimos aparcamiento del establecimiento disponible, quizá el fallo fue nuestro por no reservar, por suerte no nos hizo falta dado que aparcamos en la puerta y la zona de aparcamiento no estaba cubierta por lo que en cualquier caso el vehículo estaba a la intemperie. Los trabajadores amables y muy bien pero las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. Al haber poca competencia y alta demanda supongo que no ven la necesidad de invertir en modernizar. Pobre aislamiento acústico, cuartos de baños antiguos como el de casa de la abuela cuando la visitaba hace 40 años, suelos difíciles de limpiar, falta de enchufes o mala localización, puertas ruidosas, iluminación muy justita, puertas para cuando la media de estatura estaba en 1,60m, TV con defectos de imagen en zonas de la pantalla... El bufé bien por relación calidad precio y el desayuno bien también, pero lo dicho, las habitaciones muy justas en todos los aspectos, decoración, comodidades, modernización, etc. Por trabajo me alojo más de 180 noches al año en hoteles y es difícil verlos tan básicos en cuanto a habitaciones.

Great localization

Great localization, not far away from nearest lift. Also, has an exit almost directly to the nearest slope which we used. Pretty old interior, but we liked it) A normal breakfast, warm room. Everything basical you need for a skiing. Also it has a rental point and point to print your skipasses.

No es la mejor opción para familias

Recomiendo reservar el aparcamiento junto con la habitación ya que hay muy pocas plazas disponibles. Reservamos una habitación familiar e indicamos la edad de los menores pero no tuvieron la atención de colocar barrera en las literas hasta la segunda noche que la pedimos. Habitaciones mal insonorizadas, el ruido en pasillos era muy molesto. Habitación y baño con poca luz. Contratamos media pensión y tanto el buffet de desayuno como cena era bueno y variado. El personal fue amable.

Primero lo que la habitación no está lista hasta la 17 es muy incómodo, vale esta escrito, pero que a 16.50 te digan que todavía faltan 15 minutitos.. Segundo la empleada al mostrador, muy desagradable, nos ha dicho que no había aparcamiento y que dejáramos el coche a pagamento por la carretera. Nada de SPA. La habitación sucia y con la paredes tan finas que puedes escuchar el vecino de a lado respirar.. La comida un asco y la desorganizacion por encima de todo. Nunca más.

Beliggenheten rett ved slalombakken gjør at vi har vært her fire ganger. nesten alle. rom vender mot sentrum og alpinanlegget. Kan bli litt støy i matsalen da ungdom fra hostel bruker samme. Stor terrasse med after ski og god matservering. Heis rett ved hotellet og ned til sentrum med godt utvalg av restauranter Kan anbefales, mye for pengene når en tenker på beliggenhet til slalomanlegget.

Ok enligt förväntan, men det skulle varit rum med utsikt över backen, i stället var det utsikten en fläktrummen och en bergsväggar ( rum 311), helt ok prismässigt. Frukosten helt perfekt medan middagen var dålig, är i Sierra varje år, försöker hitta ett hotell som är prisvärt bra.

Etablissement qui a besoin d etre rafraichi. Nettement bruyant lorsqu arrive un groupe de jeunes en colonie.

Hotellet hade skolungdomar i stora mängder som åt samtidigt. 150 ungdomar i 12-årsåldern låter mycket, blir trångt och är påfrestande. De borde låtit ungdomarna få en egen slot-tid för matdetaljen.

Nice hotel with good facilities. It has a large community area for kids to play and parents to hang out and the have a nice bar with terrace downstairs. The room was good and very clean. Regarding the breakfast and dinner buffet, they have a wide variety of food which was good. However, the hot food on the buffet was almost cold, during breakfast and dinner. For the dinner the soup was was warm, but meats, fish, rice and patatos were all pretty much cold. During the breakfast buffet the eggs, bacon and sausages were cold. With cold I don't mean, fridge cold but very low on temperature. I therefore could not enjoy the food. Except the for the soup.

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto muito pequeno para tres pessoas. Box do chuveiro nao veda e quando toma-se banho alaga o banheiro. Nao conseguimos manter a Calefacao numa temperatura agradavel. Ou esquentava muito ou ficava frio.
