Poor service. Don't stay in this hotel!

I reserved a triple room and fully paid I hotel.com. When I arrived the hotel , the receiptionist is unfriendly and insisted me paid again . I explained I paid already and he didn't listened.He even didn't check the system . When I walked in the room and found it was a double room with a coach . The coach I guess was fit for kids better for a adult. No pillow and no blanket. It's really make me angry this time . I asked the receiptionist and he replied me :" why don't you do it by yourself. The coach is for your friends. " I really mad and yelling at him . " I'm not working in this hotel . This is your job ! No pillow and blanket. How can we sleep? This is a terrible experience ever !!!

Nice Room

Nice Hotel For the money. The drawbacks are that it's on a very busy street so lots of noise, you can't sleep with the windows open and there is no air con. Also it's a little far to the river and old town, But the tram departs from just a short distance away.

Very clean room, good size room, internet works.

I went there with my 12 year old dauhgter. The personnel were nice, they spoke very little English. And I mean, VERY little. But they were nice and polite. The price is great and location is good as it is walking distance from the central train station. This hotel looks like an old building, but it has been redone inside. It looks great. The furniture is super nice, the carpet is OK. The bathroom also looks redone, and looks great. The room was super clean, I could smell they had just washed the carpet in ours (which is very good for us, we both are allergic to dust). The room was clean, and the sheets looked clean. The bathroom was clean too. They had internet, and the connection was good. The only reasons why I did not give it a 5 in everything are these: -The elevator is in between floors. Not a big problem for us, but we had to carry our suitcases a couple of floors. And this definitely would not be good for a disabled person. -The TV was in a good position, good size, looks new, but ALL the channels were in German. Seriously? While I do not spend a lot of time in the room, at night I like to shower and relax while I watch a movie or the news before sleeping. No English, not Spanish, nor French channels. -We had a balcony, it was huge. But it has stuff in there, like outdoor furniture storage, and the part that was empty was super dirty

Great Deal! Budget/Comfortable

The hotel is family owned, and they are very nice people; as this is very pleasant place spend a short stay in Dusseldorf! You are not far from the train station, but far enough that you have not to deal with so called "elements" of the train station. The is a great place to stay on a budget, or if you are the type who hates giving money away to a hotel on vacation. In other words, if your are staying on limited basis in the hotel room then this is the place to spend a night or two. It is a bit loud at times from the street, and your neighbor's, but not overwhelming for most guest.

No AC

No AC in the summer at 30+ degree is not good for a good night of sleep. Otherwise perfect hotel for the budget

Zentrale Lage

Man kommt gut zu Fuß in die Altstadt und die City. Kleines Hotel und überraschend ruhig.

We waren maar kort in het hotel . Kunnen niet zoveel daarover schrijven. Service was goed en personeel was net en hulpbehoefend.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Leider sehr laut, aktuell ist eine Baustelle vor dem Hotel.

все прекрасно, но страшновато за личные вещи

2 ночи прошли успешно. Смутило что висит предупреждение в номере, что ответственность за ценные вещи не несут и будьте осторожны. Так же за потерю ключа от номера штраф 50 евро и просят его сдать на ресепшене при проходе в город. Одеяла маленькие. Лифт начинается со второго этажа - если с багажом, то очень не удобно. Персонал отзывчивый.

Bon séjour.

Séjour pour raisons professionnelles (congrès). Très bon accueil bien que la personne à la réception parlait très peu anglais. Hôtel et chambre très propre. Un peu bruyant à cause du passage des tramways. Petit déjeuner correct.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür, tolles Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal und reichhaltiges gutes Frühstück. Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber.

hübsches Hotel in Nähe des Zentrums

Das Hotel war sehr gut. Zimmer und Betten echt gut. Frühstück in Ordnung. Das einzigste was ich zu bemängeln hätte war die Lautstärke, da das Hotel an einer Hauptstrasse liegt mit vorbeifahrender Straßenbahn. Dafür aber zentrumsnah. Und das parken war leider nicht so einfach.

Extrem nettes personal. leider muss man seine Sachen 1 1/2 Stocke schleppen bevor man zum Lift kommt. Wenn man mit familie reist, kann das viel Schleppen bedeuten. Die Gend ist nicht die beste von Düsseldorf, aber es ist alles gut erreichbar

Gutes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe (zu Fuß etwa 5-10 Minuten), sehr freundliches Personal und saubere, relativ moderne Zimmer. Leider keine Klimaanlage, insbesondere an heißen Sommertagen wäre dies noch praktisch.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, mit freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Badezimmer auch sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt. Der Fahrstuhl. Leider kommt man hier erst ab der 1ten Etage hoch.

Goed hotel, vlakbij winkelstraten

We waren met 4 vriendinnen op shopweekend in Düsseldorf. Onze kamer bevond zich op de hoogste verdieping en was netjes en ruim. De kamer werd dagelijks gepoetst en er was een frigo en grote tafel aanwezig. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en steeds behulpzaam.

Empfehlenswert für einen Städtetrip, sehr gute Anbindung an Bus und Straßenbahn, auch zum Flughafen direkte Busverbindung, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnisl

Muy incómdo

La calefacción no funcionó todos los días y no les importaba repararla. Toda la estancia ( 8 noches ) amanecí mal de la garganta por el frío que hacía en el cuarto.

Good service

Nice small hotel. Room was very large and clean, but noisy (traffic). Breakfast was perfect and for free although stated not to be included. A few things from minibar were for free! Easy to get a taxi.

駅から徒歩10分、旧市街へもショッピング街を歩いて15分と便利な位置にあります。 ホテルに着くとレトロな小型エレベーターが印象的、部屋は清潔でコンパクトにまとまって います。今回はダブルルームを利用しましたが、二人のスーツケースを開くスペースは問題なし。ちゃんとドライヤーもついていました。朝食もこ綺麗な専用ルームで食べられて、朝食つきにされることをお勧めします。

Good price and great service. Breakfast was really good for the price. Many international tv channels. Near train station. 15 minutes walk to city center. Bathroom in very good shape.

Был проездом в Дюссельдорфе. Отель планировал как место для остановки на 2 дня. Отель не разочаровал. Персонал приветливый и ненавязчивый. Тихо, чисто, все работает. WIFI присутствует. Работает правда с некоторыми перебоями, но работает. Совсем рядом есть места где можно перекусить. Турецкие харчевни и магазинчики. Работают за полночь.В самом отеле я не ел, так что извините, сказать ничего не могу.

Schöne große Zimmer und neues Bad

Schöne große Zimmer mit neuem Bad. Das Hotel istsehr zentral gelegen. Vom HBF nur 10 Gehminuten, mit der Bahn eine Haltestelle. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen bei einem tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Zum Übernachten ok

Bei Ankunft Schock da 3 Bettzimmer obwohl bei Buchung angegeben dass wir 1 Kind von 1Jahr hätten! Freundlich wurden wir darauf hingewiesen dass lt Internet Kinder bis 4J. Gratis im Bett der Eltern schlafen können. Auf Nachfrage für ein Babybett wurde uns gesagt wir hätten anrufen müssen. Empfehlung für ein ordentliches Restaurant gab es keine und wir mussten uns selbst auf die Suche machen. Lärm von der Hauptstrasse hielt uns die ganze Nacht wach! Zimmer schlicht aber sauber und Bedienung freundlich. Kaffee günstig jedoch sehr schlicht. Nicht empfehlenswert.

ここに３泊しましたが、値段も手頃なのに快適に過ごせました。鉄道駅から徒歩で１０分弱で着くし、近くのトラム１本で観光地まですぐに行けるし、立地も良し。朝食も豊富でいっぱい食べてしまいました。途中必ずオーナーっぽい女性の方がゲスト皆に声をかけて、いい印象を受けました。悪い点は、ネットが何故か３日目から全く繋がらず。。レセプションで聞いても、パスワードと、「このネットワークに繋げるんだよ。別に回線の問題は起きてない」とばっかりで用事があったのでわざわざ１Fまで行って利用してました。あと、これはホテルの問題じゃないのですが、隣の部屋のカップルが、しょっちゅう口喧嘩をしてた様で、すごくうるさかったです。

Das Verhältnis zu Preis und Leistung ist optimal. Die Inhaber sind nette Gastgeber, die wissen, wie man ein Hotel dieser Größe führt. Die Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren und es weiterempfehlen.

Prima hotel voor families

Prima hotel, lekker dichtbij het centrum en het treinstation. Prima alles lopend te doen. Wij hadden de familiekamer op de bovenste verdieping, hier kan je makkelijk met 6 mensen slapen.
