looks like it is designed mainly for group bookings and there was a long wait to check in. Break fast buffet is very ordinary
The hotel was clean and well run but a little dated and very basic. Did the job.
A little far from the city center
Stay was during weekend of big soccer match, lucky to have booked in advance. Not in central part of city, but walking distance of 25minutes to some main attractions. Local streets with good choice of bars and shops within 15 minutes walk. Supermarket next door, cafe attached to hotel. Big comfortable room, good wifi, good shower. Helpful staff at reception.
Not a bad hotel. Lacks any kind of real character but it’s ok.
As soon as we opened the room there was a non tolerable bleach smell, moths in the desks, dirty walls, and worst of all there was mold in the roof and windows. Not recommended for family; not recommended at all. And even when they provided a different room, customer service was not very nice.
Great hotel and value, however, not ideal for those wanting a central location.
Fantastic
Disappointing stay
Location of hotel not acceptable, no facilities, saving grace was the cafeteria used by hospital staff, but that stopped serving food at 4pm and closed at 5pm on Sunday. No public lounge areas other than reception. Definitely would not recommend.
Very friendly staff. very clean.
A great place to stay, nice staff, good restaurant, an you can always ask for a taxi if you need to go somewhere!
I recommend it.
Terrible experience
This hotel feels like a repuposed hospital wing. Everything is cheap and feels improvised, this is NOT a 4 star property by any stretch. AC never worked and the managers knew about it, in the afternoon room temperatures were unbearable and opening the windows did nothing to alleviate the situation. Safe never worked, beds were mediocre at best and pillows cheap and terribly uncomfortable. Our first room had a view to an industrial facility from wich we could hear engines running all day long. After two days of complaints we got a room on the other side of the building overlooking a roof with climate equipment on it. Never again
Room is pretty big but close to train railway and main roads, it’s too noisy even during the night
It is a great property but needs an in-depth cleaning and overhaul.
No room service. Reception staff are very helpful and kindly.
3.5/5 rating.
15€ a night parking was a bit steep for the hospital garage which attaches to the hotel. At least there’s a connecting elevator. Breakfast buffet was a 3.5/5. Mini bar fridge was tiny, and they couldn’t store all our frozen food as they had confirmed they could on the phone. The staff were all lovely and super helpful with what they could.
Great place in Sevilla
Hotel nice and clean, room was big and comfortable
Very close to center of Sevilla, has parking nearby and very clean. Overall great place to stay if visiting Sevilla.
Very clean and reception staff were very helpful. Make sure you get off of the right train station. We went to the end of the line and had to walk for 45 minutes to find the hotel. Only 15 minutes walk to the beautiful part of Seville. Right next door to Mercadona supermarket which is handy for picnic stuff. Got a little confusing in the morning finding breakfast-went to the bar my mistake, should have gone to the breakfast hall on the 1st floor.
For a 4 star hotel very basic, quite far out from the city, it was all just ok
A nice modern hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. A criticism is that it is too far away from Seville's centre.
It was a two star hotel and they said they’d get us a better room and literally changed us to the same room on a different floor.
Not Bad
It was little away from famous sight seeing places
room was big and comfortable, staff was great i will stay here again
Never again
Cold hotel (AC didn't warm up the room), bad cafeteria. Food was terrible.
worn out furnishings. linen not up to the mark for 4 star appeared very tired interiors
Serviceable business hotel.
A tidy serviceable hotel. A little out of town, if you want to be near the main town. A good 20-30 min walk. Good sized room, only a bottle of water in the mini bar. No coffee making facilities. There is an on site cafe/ bar frequented by the public. A good business trip hotel.
Hotel nice and clean breakfast buffet good and staff very helpful exactly what i needed and wanted.
We had a problem with the safe in our room and it took 3 calls to the front desk and over an hour to get things sorted out. Other than that everything was good.
Easy to park. Quiet and spacious. Need to drive or buss to downtown area but straight forward.
Good value for money
Good value for money, friendly staff easy transport to city center and clean.
Good simple Hotel, so impeccable clean.
Five nights. Small room with view to the back. Advice, if someone go there ask for rooms that see the front of the hotel. The rooms are simple, the bed is comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, the room I got only had a shower, but nice.
Very good location n next to it is a big super market, really value for money
Lovely hotel
Staff were lovely the Hotel was great and only a 15-20 minute walk from the main town centre. Would highly recommend especially considering the price
Quite a walk to city centre
Disappointed.
I was disapointed dust all over tv toilet seat broken no one fixed next day stains all over carpet just nasty
It was a terrible smoking room. The check-in took half hour because the inky front desk person was handling another customer.
Nice at good price
Breakfast bar worth every dollar at a really good price
Caters for tour groups
Our one night stay was marred by the arrival of a group of noisy mainland Chinese. Fortunately we did not hear them after checking in. The room was unremarkable and there were no restaurants in the area. There are probably better options around.
Well cared for in Seville
The young women at the front desk went above and beyond when we experienced problems with a lost passport. We felt like we got a big assist from them and, when we ultimately had to return to Seville as a last ditch effort to pick up said passport, they were kind enough to put us in the corner penthouse room. It made us feel very appreciated.
24/7 front desk is great when u have problems
Service at front desk was top notch. We had a problem surface from our previous destination city and they worked on it as if they were our own personal assistants, especially a trainee named "Ana."
Overall good but a little far from sites
Great staff, very helpful. Clean room, basic but had everything. Large bathroom, had a mini bar, very small tv. Had to take taxi for 10 euro from santa justa train station. Bus #37 goes to center but have to walk 3 blocks to get bus. Bus was easy to figure out. It was 1.40 euro per ride. The hotel was good for the price. It has a supermarket next to it.
Great stay in Sevilla.
Good location. Accessible. Good staff.
Good hotel in Seville
Quite close to the centre, you can walk there in about 25 minutes or take the bus in about 15 minutes. It's located next to a supermarket, there are a few cafe/tapas places worth trying about 5 minutes walk from it. The hotel is alright, it's clean and looked after but not very modern. The internet in our room was very slow and sometimes unusable. We could smell cigarette smoke also in our room, probably from the ventilation but it wasn't very strong. The bed was comfortable.
Great value hotel conveniently located in Seville
I stayed in Sevilla Palmera for 4 nights and found it be very reasonably priced and conveniently located. The rooms were spacious enough and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and so was the housekeeping staff.
Uneven Wifi connectivity with good food.
Had a non-functioning fridge so had to keep my yogurt in the fridge at reception. Only one receptionist that spoke English so she was very busy handling everything whist the other person just starred at you. The had parking for 10 euro at the hospital 24h car park which is just downstairs). Supermarket was just next door. We ate on site at the cafeteria for a reasonable price and quality. Bed was fine, shower temperature fluctuated, multiple lifts. WiFi connectivity was up and down.
worth it for a couple of days
Slightly far from city centre and a short taxi/bus drive. Literally 3 minues drive and about 7 euros taxi cost.
100% happy
All good
Hotel Rooms were very spacious & modern. I was very happy with the price I paid even if breakfast was not included. The hotel is just far from the center but taxi is cheap or you can take a bus. The hotel is next to a grocery store.
very good value for money
excellent helpful staff top class breakfast and resturant comfortable airconditioned rooms
A pleasant stay.
A pleasant stay. The breakfast was good.
As expected
The hotel was older and in need of some updating, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Hotel was fine, far away from the city and hard to access.
Cheated and Disappointed
We were met with a very unfortunate experience accompanied by extremely poor customer service. After checking in I realized that none of the outlets and only half of the electricity were functioning (this means, a dark and stuffy room where we were unable to operate the television, blow dryer, or charge our devices). Our fan and A/C unit also did not work. The hotel didn't have anyone on staff who could solve the problem (there was only one desk clerk and no maintenance staff on duty). The next morning, one of my friends had a very bad allergy attack due to the lack of ventilation and air in our room. The woman at the desk offered to switch our rooms but we were inclined to check out. It was then that she insisted that she was unauthorized to issue a refund and that the manager was on vacation and was unreachable. After several failed attempts to get our money back we settled for a different room with working electricity. After calling back when the manager was in town we were denied a refund for our first night and met with a lot of hostility. The hero in this story is Hotels.com. After dealing with the hotel directly I reached out to Hotels.com with my frustrations. Though the hotel denied our refund request, Hotels.com worked with us to try to resolve the issue with the hotel and even granted us with a refund when the hotel wouldnt. While I was very frustrated by the experience, I was very impressed by Hotels.com's customer service.
Definitively not a 4 stars hotel
The room cleanliness was the only positive point of this hotel. We never had access to internet more than 3 minutes, plus some desk clerks were lying to us, Some said that they have internet problem since few days and they didn't know when that will be repair, some said that I have to come in the lobby with my portable to access internet (didn't work) and one told me that is my portable problem?! So because I use my portable to plan my trip in Spain I had a lot of problems in Sevilla ( Cordoba, Granada, Ronda, Cassares, Seville Malaga and Torremolinos) My portable worked very well before and after my sejour in Exe Sevilla Palmera. I always book Hotels with internet access in rooms, it's my main request, I can't be happy for the 4 days I stayed there
Clean, newer hotel
The hotel room was nice and clean; the bathroom and room were large for European standards. The hotel staff didn't speak much English so it was hard understanding what they were trying to communicate. Parking was supplemental and was within a garage below the hotel and supermarket. I didn't get to take advantage of the supermarket next door as it was closed on May 1st, but it looked fairly large for a European supermarket. The hotel is about 1.5 miles from the main attractions, so it's walkable. I took a bus about 2 blocks away that dropped me off right in the main part of town. There isn't as much close to the hotel but there are some good restaurants a few blocks away on Calle Cardenal Bueno Monreal. I highly recommend Taberna del Porvenir if you're looking for some cheap tapas close by to the hotel!
Business hotel of good quality
Although i stayed for Easter week, this hotel is mostly for business travellers. its 10min drive from the centre. Rooms are spacious, front desk staff are helpful. All in all a good experience.
A little out of the way but still worth it!
Great stay. Clean, well maintained, convenient parking and very pleasant staff. The combined restaurant, bar, deli etc....was more like a cafeteria but the service was exceptional and they went out of their way to provide whatever we were looking for. Room service was wonderful and very inexpensive relative to other hotels I've stayed at. Grocery store next door gave us a great opportunity to see the non tourist side of things. Also had great selection of wines at amazing prices! We walked to the center of town and it was a very pleasant walk (about 3-4 km) so we got to see all of the Embassies along the way.
Disappointed stay in Seville Palmer Hotel
If you are taking a leisure break don't stay in this hotel, we took the breakfast package and my goodness its the worse breakfast I ever had, the hotel is on the outskirts and no cafe or bar closeby, if you are going to seville stay in the city, its a beautiful city, our 3 day break which was a special birthday gift from my family was very disappointing, I emailed the hotel and left a comment card but off course haven't replied, this hotel was supposed to be 4*, its not believe me its not even a basic 3* would never go back
A very clean and modern Hotel. The room was spacious with good aircon. A fridge and safe provided in room. The cafeteria and restaurant were spotlessly clean and all the staff were helpful. The food served was good and well priced, at around 12 euros a head for the buffet. Drinks were cheap.Seville city centre was only a short drive away. A taxi fare averaged 8 euros. The surrounding area opposite the hotel looked a little bit rough on first impression
Very nice but far from city
Very nice hotel. Highly recommended! We stayed one week and it was a bit far to walk back and forth to the city center and back. Good thing taxi was cheep, around €5. Travelled with one child (7 y.o).
good stay in seville
Were very pleased with the cost - the value of the breakfast and the agreability of the staff - good parking conditions- handy location of the supermarket although the staff there considering they would have customers from the hotel were not very friendly
good hotel
Good condition and big rooms, supermarket in the same building, the city is not that big so you can get to the downtown by taxi for about 5 or 6 euros, did not try the food but overall a good experience.
Super clean and comfy
Great value for the price. It was very modern and clean, the staff was nice. The location is not exactly in the middle of tourist action - but it was not difficult at all to take the bus into the heart of town, it is even walkable. Another great convenience is the supermarket located next door! Fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay there again.
Visit Seville but do not stay here
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville as a tourist-it is a brisk 30 mins walk to the centre, which wouldn't be so bad if there were any restaurants or bars anywhere near the hotel. The rooms are well airconditioned, although do not have kettles. The TV has no english speaking channels at all and toiletries were minimal. Our key cards had to be replaced every day as they only worked for 24 hours. Staff were unable to tell us how we could get to the monastery or the nearest shopping district. There was a useful large supermarket next door, but the surrounding area was scruffy. Breakfast was included, but was of very poor quality. Seville itself is a fantastic city and well worth visiting-just stay somewhere closerto the centre.
Impressive 4 stars in Seville
This hotel is very nicely decorated. The service is superb. Internet works very well. The price was impossible to beat for a 4 starts. Totally recommended.
Is OK but the small bad things were dissapointing
The Hotel is OK, the prices are more expensive in Seville so you don't as much for your EUR as you do in other cities in Andalucia, but there were some small things which could have been better and in the end were annoying, things like: never putting a new soap on the bathroom (on a 4 nights stay), the cafeteria doesn't have a lot of options and is very average, there's no security box in the room, if you want a hair dryer you need to go to the reception and leave a 10 EUR deposit (they can't bring it to the room and/or take the deposit as part of the open voucher from the room). The location is OK, close to a train stop and the bus stop is like a 10 min. walk and then takes like 10 min. to city center.
Nice New Hotel
The hotel seemed brand new. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, fluent in English. The room was a bit spartan, the hotel itself was almost like an office building. The attached cafeteria was also spartan, like a business cafeteria, and limited English. Overall a good hotel, good price, and reasonably convenient without being in the heavy traffic area of central Sevilla.
Buena estancia
Muy amables, y buenas instalaciones, gimnasio bastante completo
Nette hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel.
baja experiencia del servicio
Muy profesionales el personal y un ambiente cómodo
Muy buena atencion
Estadia agradável hotel bem situado a 10m a pé do centro.
Small but nice gym. Friendly staff. Located quite far from the city center.
Excelente opción en el sur de Sevilla
Excelente estancia.

Good place to stay, great staff, close to the historic places, you need to take a bus, but is just a few minutes ride.
