Good find in Leon Spain

Well located in Leon city centre. Very small rooms for a double but sufficient for a night or two. Fridge in room. Large bathroom. Very clean. Parking on-site and easily accessible. Close to shopping and dining.

Good service, room was clean which was nice. A/C could work better. We got sick so Thankful of being able to have a later checkout!

Clean and comfortable room, not the best I've experienced from this chain, fantastic pillows though. Good selection at breakfast and a short walk to the popular areas. Some bars and cafes locally and a large car park close by at eur2.80 per day.

Overnight stop was good

Good hotel although room was not large it was adequate for a short stay. Parking beneath the hotel was a nightmare as spaces are rather small and you risk damage from careless drivers. Breakfast was good and reception staff were helpful at all times. Hotel is reasonably well located to see the Cathedral and other highlights in the old town.

our door did not close properly and we had to ask the staff to close it as we checked in into the room the toilet was still flushing some furnitures are scratched the pictures online do not match with the reality in our opinion its not a 4* standard

This hotel is very clean. They serve an excellent continental breakfast. The location is great, just a few blocks from the central area.The staff were very helpful.

Lovely hotel and well located

Hotel was clean and very welcoming. Paid parking available in their underground car park. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Very close to the old town. Only very small negative is that just one lift services 8 floors of bedrooms. We gave up waiting at breakfast time and walked up/down 4 floors

well, when many people are trying to go up and down the elevator to reach different floor, it can be such troublesome as they only have 1 elevator!.... Other than that, the location is great, staff were fantastic....room was huge for a European standard.

Wonderful treat

After having spent 2 weeks walking El Camino and staying in hostels, this stay was beyond amazing! Sumptuous bathroom with nice fluffy towels, smooth clean sheets on comfortable bed, close to historic center of Léon, how could it have been better!

First Class Hotel in Léon

This is a first class hotel in every way. We were sorry our trip allowed only one night’s stay. The bathroom in particular was very nice, well designed and appointed with all amenities. The front desk clerk upon arrival was very friendly and helpful and offered us useful city information. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Léon.

Modern and comfortable 10 minutes walk from centre

The hotel was conveniently located, within easy walk from old town and close to a large El Corte Ingles store. Our room was large, modern and comfortable. Parking was not available for us onsite, so we had to park about 5 minutes walk away in a free car park.

LEON

We had excellent accommodation's with basically a 2/2 arrangement. A wonderful coffee shop was just outside our door. Also El Cortes Ingles was just a block away..

Nice hotel

The lady at the front desk was really nice. Besides the town map, she gave me a list of tapas bars nearby so that was helpful. The heaters worked really nicely in this hotel so it was warm and cozy at night. It's a 10-min walk to the old town which didn't seem too bad at all. As another reviewer mentioned there's a small bakery across the street where you can a nice quick breakfast.

Hotel is in a central location. Room is very small. Drapes have to be drawn all the time as the buildings are close to each other. The pilot night of the thermostat is glaring, making it hard to sleep well. Reception staff (e.g. Silvia) are however very friendly.

Nice hotel with a great location for a short walk into the old town. Staff very friendly and room comfortable and well appointed if a little small but overall a nice place to stay. Only real downside is parking, underground garage difficult go navigate to without going to reception first and with little to no parking on the street this can be hard without a passenger to go into reception to retrieve the map to garage entrance. All that said would recommend to others to stay. Very reasonable for the price paid

Nice hotel. Cold shoers

Was a really nice hotel. Great Service. However, the shower only goes up to 38 degrees. So unless you want a shower the same temp as your body, then this hotel isn't for you. The hotel staff were great and spoke english fluently. Room was really nice and clean. Just - coming home to a luke warm shower wasn't quite what I needed.

It was good enough

Nice to have stop over in between San Sebastian,Spain and Porto,Portugal. It was only one night and it was good enough. Breakfast was great.

Perfect jewel near everything...

What a treat to stay here. The hotel staff is wonderful, helpful, polite and genuine. I could have stayed at the Parador, but this location is closer to the "old city" and better restaurants, and the service is warmer and friendlier. Treat yourself to this hotel.

Convenient and comfortable

A nice modern hotel with tasteful rooms - though rather smaller than others I've stayed in from this chain. Decent breakfast though a bit pricey if not included in room rate. There is a very good cake shop across the road Confitería León and they even give you a small cake with every coffee (a nice habit of Leon where unusually every bar seems to give away tapas with every drink).

Poor location

Situated in a part of town with plenty of apartment blocks, which makes parking virtually impossible. Only when prompted, the hotel staff (of whom only very little English was had) advised of the availability of a hotel parking facility. Furthermore, there is only one very slow lift, for 4 persons only, servicing 7 floors. The room was rather dingy, although clean. Overall, we think that a 4 star rating in very generous indeed - more like 2 1/2 to us. They did have an outside fire escape though.....

We have stayed here on three occasions when visiting Leon and always find the hotel excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a computer in reception for free internet access (although a little slow). The bathroom has a lovely big bath. The hotel location is excellent, right next to a large Cortes Ingles and about 5 mins from main city centre. Also right next to a couple of good tapas bars and a lovely coffee shop that gives free cakes with every coffee!!!

The hotel was fine. Clean albeit small room. Good linen, nice hot water. NO WIFI, NO WIFI, NO WIFI only in the lobby. My main problem was the location in the new part of town and possibly good for a business trip. I was on a vacation visiting the old city. The only good thing about this location is that parking is easy an free.

Well positioned

Hotel was very nice and conveniently situated. Rooms good and an excellent breakfast available. The only problem is difficulty in finding a place to park the car overnight as the limited parking available is not bookable. If this was resolved the rating would be excellent all round. Good value for money. Very helpful reception staff.

Good location and easy walk to the city center. Front desk was helpful with places to go and things to see. Pretty basic hotel, but overall a good hotel in a good location in Leon.

Good Value....more than your hostal!!!

It's what you really want in Leon. Location was excellent. Near Corte de Ingles and the heart of DT Leon. If you're sick of Spanish food, it's a block away from Oriental restaurant. Most importantly, the big dept store Corte de Ingles is 100 meters away. What a treat!

Excellent hotel but fix the shower leak...

The room was very lovely with sophisticated design and exceptionally clean and shiny. It was nice and quiet too. The only problem we had was the shower door needed caulking and water leaked onto the floor. One of us slipped and fell getting out of the shower and got a very burned arm from contact with the hot towel warmer. The staff was very pleasant and the garage space was fabulous. A car larger than economy could negotiate the garage and park - very rare in Europe. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très sympathique, Cependant, les chambres sont vieillissantes et bénéficieraient d’ un petit coup de fraîcheur. Le petit déjeuner, bien que proposant beaucoup de produits, n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. La qualité des produits animaux ( œuf, jambon, fromage…) est à revoir. Dernière remarque : Il y a un parfum d’ambiance dans tout l’hôtel qui est fort et qui peut déranger ceux qui n’aiment pas les odeurs de musc artificiel. Au-delà de ces aspects, le personnel est très professionnel, souriant et serviable. Les chambres sont propres.

He estado con mis dos hijos en una habitación triple por falta de espacio en la casa familiar y estoy encantada . Lo más destacable es la amabilidad del personal, se desviven porque estemos todos cómodos. El personal en la recepción es gente joven y muy motivada. Desde la llegada hacen todo lo posible por ayudar en cualquier cosa . Se diferencian mucho de otros hoteles .

Bien en general. En especial con las empleadas de recepción, lógicamente por el mayor contacto, q nos aconsejaron muy bien (Silvia y Laura....). El hotel está bien situado, a 14' del 'mogollon' y tiene al lado El Corte Inglés y varios sitios para desayunar (buena pastelería incluida) caso de no hacerlo en el hotel.

Todo perfecto. Las habitaciones un poco antiguas pero todo muy limpio y sabanas y toallas nuevas y cama cómoda que es lo importante. Relación calidad precio muy bien, El personal muy profesional y muy amables. Estancia de paso por viaje largo muy recomendable

Hôtel 4 étoiles de bonne qualité

Nous avons réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel du samedi au dimanche 20 mars 2022. Le personnel est très agréable et a quelques notions de français 👍 L'hôtel est très bien, un peu en retrait du centre-ville et permet d'être au calme. La chambre triple est confortable, literie de bonne qualité, le petit-déjeuner est très très copieux et est servi jusqu'à 11h. Bref, 10 sur 10 !

Una decepción para ser cuatro estrellas. La habitación muy pequeña. Además me encontré un pelo largo en la bañera. La cama era estrecha, incómoda y pequeña para supuestamente ser y haber pagado por una doble. El televisor antiguo y pequeño con pocos canales y desordenados. He estado en pensiones más amplias, modernas y confortables.

Buen hotel pero pésimo servicio al cliente

Excelente hotel, con una ubicación perfecta y muy cómodo. Pero la mentalidad de servicio al cliente es nula. A las 10:00 de la noche fui a cenar al restaurante del hotel con mi hija de 5 años y no nos quiso atender la camarera. Habiendo más de 10 mesas desocupadas, me dijo que estaba llena y estaba recibiendo clientes cin reserva. Salí a dar una vuelta y volvi, explicándole que con la niña muerta de hambre no quería ir a dar vueltas a buscar lugares para cenaryn sabado a esa hora y aún asi se negó a atendernos, cuando no le costaba nada preparnos una mesa. La justificación es que estaba sola atendiendo y no podia con mas mesas, aunque estuvieran libres. No volvería.

Grata experiencia, para repetir.

Cogimos una habitación de las económicas, era pequeña pero no le faltaba de nada, la única pega que le veo es el espacio entre el mobiliario para pasar si estás con Kg. de más. Tienen acondicionador en la ducha, un detalle que pocos hoteles tienen. La nevera que ponen no enfriaba mucho, pero lo suficiente para tener agua fresquita. Buena limpieza, mobiliario bastante nuevo, personal amable. El desayuno vale 12 euros, nos pareció excesivo, fuimos a un establecimiento que nos recomendaron "Sonrie te y café" que está al lado y por 5 euros desayunamos tosta y zumo naturales y un té buenísimo. Las medidas covid el hotel las sigue, tiene gel hidroalcohólico repartido por las plantas. Tienen un par de almohadas más para que elijas con cuál te quedas, un baño amplio con una ducha cómoda y chorros incorporados. Pilla céntrico, 10 min andando al barrio húmedo y 15 min a la catedral. Alrededor hay zona blanca y azul para dejar el coche, cuestión de suerte, pero tienen parking propio.

Buena situación, limpio, buena atención del personal. Se puede aparcar en la calle cerca del hotel. Cafeterías y restaurantes en calle del hotel y adyacentes.
