Requested parking, but none available. They’re seems to be a first come first served policy. I have a disabled badge !
Pros: Staff were perfectly friendly. The building seems in good condition and well kept. The room was well laid out, if small (I knew it would be small, for the price), and the bathroom was good. Nice big TV in the room. Cons: There was a bit of a smell of tobacco in the room, despite me requesting a non-smoking room, though this might have been from a previous guest ignoring the rules. There was a courtyard just outside the room with people in, though it wasn't noisy it did feel like it intruded on the privacy of the room. I felt a bit self-conscious having people sitting just outside my window in the daytime.
Excellent hotel. Modern, well equiped, and good breakfast. Good walk to old town buildings, etc.
It was reasonably close to the areas we visited but was walkable, within a 30 minute walk. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was good.
Lovely little hotel. 1/2 reception staff were very helpful. Shower head leaked. Beds comfortable and lobby was lovely.
Easygoing
Muy limpio, habitaciones cómodas menos la cama y ruidoso porque nos dieron una habitación justo enfrente de Recepcion
Friendly Staff, relatively cheap breakfast but room temperature difficult to adjust
Super clean room, cleaners are doing good job.
Staff was really welcoming, they all were pleasant and had a great attitude.
Everything was great
There is no notice during the reservation process that their parking is limited and you must reserve it in advance. We arrived with a car and were turned away for parking, creating a big hassle, if you know Seville at all. Terrible communication. Nice hotel.
The hotel has a very good location, near to restaurants and historic places. I didn't like that the A/C or in this case heater situation, it was centralized. I do not like to use the heater unless it is absolutely necessary. The room temperature was set to 24 degrees Celsius and that is too hot for me. Had to sleep with the window open, but my room was above the restaurant which was very noise since 6 am, when they were preparing for breakfast. My room, 128, was very small compare to other double rooms, even the bed was smaller than others.
very satisfied , good attention , the rooms are good .
Hotel is stunning, small room for 3 people, shocking the price increase due to a football match.
Nice hotel al little far from center
Amazing weekend and stay
Amazing vallue for the price, rooms were cool modern clean. Beds are huge and very comfy. Staff also very friendly. Vending machine sells alcohol which is great
Buffet was excellent. Hotel was new and easy to navigate
Noisy and uncomfortable
Very uncomfortable beds and pillows, the room we were in was extremely noisy: next to the elevator at the ground floor. People would walk , dragging their suitcases the whole night long , talking loudly and waking us up every hour! Terrible experience !
Overall, a nice hotel, well located in a very good area. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, elegant rooms, comfortable beds at a very competitive price. However, the sound proofing is terrible and the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. I was first put in a room next to reception, in front of the elevator. I could hear conversations at reception and the constant ballet of people with their wheeled travel bag. 30 min after checkin, I asked if there was another room available with no success. Tried again an hour later and bingo, there was another room available on the 1st floor. Sound issue was better though the walls of this room were paper thin. I could hear one neighbour showering and coughing. The other neighbours chatted one night until 2 am at a low level but could still hear them. It’s really a shame that they did not put any money in minimum sound proofing. I would probably never stay again just because of the sound issue. I wish I could give a good review but the noise was a real issue
Amazing hotel in a good location. Highly recommended
Hotel room was very small but modern and comfortable. French windows looking out onto the street were an added bonus Good location around 10 minutes walk into the city, some nice bars and cafes at the end of the street (about 5 minutes walk). Area was quiet at night Staff friendly. I’d class this as a decent 3 star hotel
Room size was very small
Over all hotel was nice my flight was early morning and I booked taxi through hotel and driver charge me more than doubled what the meter was showing
The hotel was very clean, fresh look about it. Room was of a good standard however on this occasion the air conditioning wasn`t working properly and our room temperature was stuck on 29 degrees! We did ask if it could be sorted out but got told twice that the engineer was going to come tomorrow.
Attractive decor and design, comfortable and nicely appointed room, friendly and helpful reception staff. Good choice of food at breakfast.
Excellente service and Excellent Hotel very near of everything you need to see in Sevilla
Ask about Parking!
Pay extra for parking ( should be included considering the terrible parking conditions in Seville). There are 12” of space to walk by between end of bed, wall & TV mounted on wall (terrible), the sink was plugged during our two day stay (reported). The rest was excellent, clean, good breakfast ( Pay) & great A/C. Staff could be friendlier but it’s been the same throughout Spain. It’s like they are tired of dealing with tourists.
The location and the presentation of the hotel was great
Ok I was initially offered a room right by reception where you could hear pretty much the conversations and noise of the reception and lobby area. This was having been re assured by reception that it was “super quiet,” so think I was being fobbed off. I was offered another room which I was warned would be noisy too in the morning as it over looked the breakfast area but it was an improvement on the room by reception. During my stay I noticed a few conversations going on with staff about changing rooms. Was ok for what I paid at a special rate as it was booked well in advance but I would have been disappointed if I had paid the rate that cropped on google when I was checking the location. They could do with having instructions on how to use the air con control , took a while to work out. Location ok if you don’t mind a bit of walk to get a feel for the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was comfortable and easy to get around from.
The pictures on the web focus on the beautiful indoor foyer area. The first room we checked into had a lot of fruit flies. We quickly alerted the front desk who sent a cleaning woman in with raid...she proceeded to spray the room while we were still in it. We asked to be mixed as the poisonous fumes were still in the air. The second room was much better. The only other observation was that the hotel was pretty far from the center...we ended up moving to a different place after day two because of the location.
Nice breakfast, generally friendly staff - a bit of a walk from the major old town attractions. Very difficult to access by car.
Must try harder
Lovely hotel, stylish and comfortable. My only gripe is the fact that reception staff did not open the gate to the car park despite my mentioning I was blocking the street.p! One button press on a remote control solved this but that was after two taxis, a van and two private cars shouted at me for obstructing the street. Room was noisy in the morning because breakfast is served in a courtyard below the window.
המקום ברמה סבירה. קרוב לנהר. לא רחוק מרוב האטרקציות באיזור. נחמד לגמרי
Chaos weekend!
I was given single room while I booked a double room. Hotel stated that they were fully booked and could not offer double room. Rude staff at checkin. Rooms are very hot and AC wasn’t working.
Average stay
Hotel was quite nice, modern. However my room was very hot aircon did not work and stays at 25 even though i have set the temp lower multiple times. Sleeping was really a struggle. Other downside was my room directly looking at breakfast area and it was not tinted so i couldn't really open my window unless i want people gavinh breakfast looking at me. Location was good with 10 mins walk to Alameda Hercules where restaurants are
Unique and pleasing decor, clean and attentive staff, enjoyable stay
No air conditioner had to open window and was noisy outside. Room ok if you are a midget. No space at all
Lovely hotel with modern comforts. Good location. Comfy beds. Felt very comfy.
Hotel confortable en un rincón de Sevilla
Hotel confortable. Habitación con amoblamiento y decoración modernos. El servicio podría mejorar un poco especialmente en la recepción. El hotel se encuentra un poco alejado de los puntos de interés turísticos.
Room too small
The room is too small for a double bed. There is no free space left to open the only suitcase I was carrying. Elevator, security box and door of the room damaged. The bathroom and breakfast fine. Parking without available seats.
Terrible stay for us
We went to stay in Seville for New Year This hotel is not great , the rooms are so small you cannot walk pass the bed with a small carry on suitcase. It was also poorly insulated for sound we did not get hardly any sleep. The breakfast is okay if you like fruit and cold meat, don’t go near the hot food, the scrambled egg was the worst I’ve ever seen. And they did not replenish anything. We left this hotel 2 days early The staff who work there are brilliant. Except the cook
Hotel is located on a quiet street about 20 minutes walk toSeville Cathedral. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Great location!
We stayed here at two different times during our trip. Its in a good location with plenty around. The ground floor room we had the first time around was fantastic but the second room was a tad stuffy. Very friendly too. Overall 4/5!
Good stay
Hotel room as well lobby was in good condition and clean. Room was a bit small but with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly . Areas to improve: - AC was very noisy - we were turning it off during the night. - one bath towel per person is not enough considering hot weather in Seville. Hotels in US/Canada always provide two per person
Squishy triple for the price
We had a triple room booked, and while we are fine with a fold out bed for our son, we were a little surprised that it was put in a double room which meant that it was pushed right up next to the bed. Made it very hard to get in and out of bed, and there was no room for three bags. Hotel itself was very nice and central location (though due to road closures we had spent an hour driving around trying to get to it in the narrow streets).
Close to the centre
Lovely small hotel in a quiet location but within walking distance of the centre of Seville.
Good clean and comfortable hotel
Great location, very near many local restaurants and bars. In a very traditional area of Seville. I would stay there again
Not like advertised pictures
First impression was nice in lobby. But room let down. It was a split level. Had a spiral staircase we bumped our heads on. We couldnt go up/down. My sister has disability. But bathroom was upstairs. We requested 4 single beds and said no sofa beds! And they gave us a sofa bed! Cramped room. Coulnt carry luggage up the stairs! They moved us to another spiral room next day. But had 2 baths. The A/C was not cool. We stayed 3nts. We had a 2nd booking for our final nite of trip. They gave us 2 rooms. Sadly my room was 26c. And cramped. Couldnt walk around bed. Crazy layout! See the pics. Never recommend hotel. Not for elderly or disabled.
Loved the location, the staff, and everything the hotel had to offer for my stay!
Nice hotel close to Alameda area and transportation
Great hotel
Great hotel, ideal location will definitely use again, In Seville 15 times a year on business
Nice small hotel with limited facilities for example they did not have a kettle to give us in the room also the first night the air conditioning was not working and room was smelling badly after complaining they changed the room and also told us they knew that the air conditioning was not working properly in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel but please make sure you check your room immediately as we did not have the option to do so as the room was not ready when we arrived also the bathroom has absolutely no counter space
15-20 mins walk to various locations in seville
Terrible experience
The smell in the rooms is terrible, otherwise good enough for one night stay
On check in had some great help from Reception circling on the map where to go and visit. Spotlessly clean hotel. So quiet with the comfiest beds made for a great nights sleep every night. Breakfast was superb having everything you could possibly want! The breakfast staff worked so hard every day and worked well as a good team! Hotel was 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the Historic area. Would definitely stay here again when I revisit Seville and would recommend to friends and family.
Clean and comfortable
Room was very basic but very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Could have done with a draw or shelf to put things in/on though. Lots of choice for breakfast and this was cheaper to pay the daily charge rather than include it with the booking so worth doing some sums before making the decision. Easy 10 minute walk into the centre of town or 5 minutes to the river. You need comfortable walking shoes though as the cobbled streets do take their toll after a few days.
Nice Hotel
Great location easy walking to the sites of Seville, if your room over looks the breakfast area that can be a bit noisy
Very convenient location
Good location and ease access. Good continental breakfast at an affordable price. Bad air condition
Lovely hotel but had problem with rooms. Booked two twin rooms in January but when we arrived were given two double rooms. After a long wait were given one twin room and one king size. Rather disappointed.
excellent location within easy walking distance to many Seville attractions
Great hotel for value and location
We stayed for one night, everything was excellent, great location for a phenomenal value. Would stay here again and having the convenience of parking on site was super convenient.
Very average
I was charge 20 Euros for 1 night of parking. Rooms are small but ok.
Pleasing design, comfortable beds, good breakfast
Very nice hotel overall, but there are some disadvantages. The glass bathroom door has big gaps around it. No privacy. If your windows look at the breakfast area below, it becomes very noisy early in the morning. There are no drawers in the wardrobe, and only two shelves. Other than that, staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is excellent. Location is good enough, about 15-20 minutes strall from the center. And the best on Earth tapas restaurant Eslava is a couple of blocks away.
Perfect location and comfortable room
Perfect location, comfortable room. Poor breakfast and slow services in the front desk.
lying and cheating Hotel!!!
Booked this as a nice break from a long trip with great reviews about the bed. The time we arrived the said they have a problem with rooms and would move us to a sister hote with same stars. The only reason the hote they moved us to had the same stars was because they drew it on in crayon. It was a 2 started they moved us with horrible beds and roooms. I then later that night went to look of the Eurostar Regina had no rooms and they were selling the rooms for double the price. The rooms we would of had at twice the price on Orbitz. SCAM AND NOTHIBG BUT A SCAM. . This is a scam !! They book you and and then move you to a cheaper hotel. Making them a nice profit THEY HOTE STAFF FORCED US INTO THE MOVE ! Almost blackmailed. Making stuff up and giving us no recourse. If staying here be careful.
Perfect stay
I booked this hotel at the last minute and did not expect to fall in love with it. The location was ideal for me and the room was perfect. Definitely would stay there again when I go back to Seville!
Short sightseeing seeing your.
Well situated hotel, short walk through narrow streets to Hercules area, good restaurants, bus stops and shops.Took taxi 30 Euro from Airport as did not want hassle of a car for 4 night sightseeing, parking would be a problem although hotel has underground parking chargeable. Nice helpful staff, fantastic breakfast. Clean rooms, we asked to change rooms on the first night as we were next to a service lift shaft, trundling trolleys up and down at 1am and 6am. Moved to one over narrow cobblestone street, with slight traffic noise, but it is a city so you must expect a certain amount of noise. Strange arrangement with the glass swinging bathroom doors,as mentioned by other reviews,so you have to be comfortable with your travel companion or get separate rooms. We asked for more than the 3 clothes hangers that were supplied and were quickly attended to by room service with 5 more, only to then realise they had no plastic hooks on the rail to attach them to !!. All part of the fun of Spain. Would highly recommend the hotel for a short stay.
Hotel in quiet area of Seville quite near Centre
Helpful Reception Staff who greeted us on arrival and put up with our poor Spanish, although they spoke English. Clean, basic rooms with all mod cons and comfortable beds. Towels changed regularly. Good plentiful choice breakfast which was not included in our package. The hotel is not in the Centre but is in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and bars and nice squares within a short walking distance. As a result it was very peaceful and quiet at night which can be a problem with the late hours the Spanish keep. A local bus with carry you to the centre where all the monuments are and other areas. There is a nice walk along the River Guadalquivir.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Staff were excellent, from the lovely ladies on reception to the waiters at the morning breakfast buffet. When we had any queries they were happy to help any way they could. The room is nice, air con was a bit of an issue as it didn't work too well, but as a whole the room was very good value for money. Would certainly recommend Eurostar Regina Seville to others.
Nice hotel central location
Nice hotel close to the river and within walking distance from the bus station. Close to a lively area with plenty of tapas bars, also a ten minute walk to a large shopping area. Walking distance to the historical centre or plenty of buses heading that way.
Pretty average hotel
We had booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The positive was that the room was actually 2 rooms connected by an open spiral staircase. So while there is no real noise isolation from the kids, there is more privacy than if the beds would all be in the same room. That said, the beds for the kids are pretty short, meaning my 6'2" nephew could not stretch out and even my 5' 7'' niece was not really comfortable. So this is an ok option for small kids, but not for teenagers. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the room from the plumbing. The bed mattresses were not the best either. I have certainly had more comfortable hotel beds in that price category, but maybe that is a "Spanish thing", as the mattress quality in the 4 star hotel in Malaga we stayed at right before this one, was even worse.
Good value in Seville.
Nice hotel, great value, comfy room with excellent breakfast. Bit hard to find without GPS, but easy enough. Mini fridge, AC, good WiFi. Secure parking. 20-30 minutes walk to Cathedral. Wear good shoes (lots of cobblestone). Staff was super friendly & helpful.
Small rooms. No room service. Good location. Good price.
If you like noise, this is the place for you...
The hotel has an atrium that is several stories high and acts as an amplifier to every word that is spoken. Each floor ends at the atrium and the hallways act as echo chambers. When there is a crowd of people talking in the lobby, it is as though there is a convention in your room. When people are in the hall, it is as though they are in your room. One person coughed and I thought they were standing next to me in my room! This is a "family friendly" hotel, so there are also children running up and down the halls and babies crying. One can also hear motors and toilets flushing. The Wi-Fi flickers on and off rapidly and consistently, making it impossible to watch a show or send e-mail. The drain in my shower did not work and it needed a "major repair" and there were no other rooms, so I had to shower standing in a foot of water. The breakfast is not worth it. The staff is very nice and helpful, but when they say check-in is 3pm, they mean it, and I arrived at 10:30am and had to wait until 3pm. The hotel is conveniently located.
Hotel is in a good location ... just hard to find.
Had to change rooms as the air didn't work so the room we ended up with was very small. Nice breakfast, good location, but parking can be a problem ... especially if it is a busy time!
Pleasant but nothing special
The hotel is a good walk away from the hub of the city, although to get there is a pleasant walk next to the city's river. The hotel is located in a quiet side street just a block away from the river, but in more of a residential area. Our initial greeting on arrival was good and friendly and staff remained helpful throughout our stay. Our double room was clean, traditionally styled, yet quite small, with much of it being a longish, relatively narrow corridor. The bathroom was good, modern and mainly tiled, although the complimentary toiletries supplied were less than I'm used to. Storage was an issue with a bedside table only on one side of the bed and no chest or table with any drawers, somewhat disappointing. Our air conditioning worked well. I looked into some other bedroom and several seemed more spacious than ours. Breakfast choice was good and taken in part of the lovely styled hotel building. It was airy, light and spacious. Otherwise the facilities are quite basic, with beverages and snacks provided by vending machines. There was a PC to use in reception, but I had to get assistance with this as it was failing to start. The ground floor also boasts a pleasant inner, open courtyard, with tables and chairs to relax in. I've stayed in another Eurostars hotel where everything was excellent, (including location). It was much better than this one. Don't get me wrong, this was okay, but we'd consider a hotel closer to the hub next time!
Great hotel, location and staff
Great hotel. When we arrived, staff gave us a map and circled sites too see and gave us a great recommendation on a nearby restaurant in the Hercules Almeada (Casa de Paco). Location was within walking distance of attractions. Good wifi.
Nice hotel, short distance from centre.
Perfectly good hotel for the price. Situated in a residential area 5 to 10 minutes walk to centre/shops. 10 to 15 minutes to santa cruz, azcazar, cathedral. 5 minute walk to alameda de Hercules which is an interesting night spot in the Macarena.
Old style hotel
We requested a quiet room for our stay of 3 nights. We were given one next to the lift shaft, close to Reception and with a bathroom that smelt like a drain. We asked to change to a quieter room, this time we were given one next to the breakfast room (no. 70). At least the bathroom was reasonable. Catering staff prepared the breakfast room from 0615 so we were awake early. The double room was small and during our stay we found 4 insects in our accommodation, including a flying beatle, about 3cm long. I would not stay at this 3* hotel again.
Noisy by the lift.
Some problems which were resolved
We were disappointed with our room as the bathroom door didn't close, there were ants and the sink was completely blocked and so on... We have mentioned it on the first day but nothing was done. Then we asked to switch room on the second day, which they did, with a complimentary bottle of water (water always appreciated in Sevilla it was so HOT!!) The new room was perfect and we had a pleasant stay at that hotel in the end.
Your services would be much better if you could provide a kettle and some coffee/tea.
Nice hotel near Alameda
Nice hotel, good location. Nothing to complaint about except that we have been given a room right next to the elevator which turned out to be very noisy. I would have asked for a room change if we were staying more than one night. The hotel has a private parking which is ridiculously expensive for Seville (16.00 EUR per day) - we have left the car in the free parking lot next door.
Good - but
This is a nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room on the 1st floor was comfortable in size and amenities. Wifi etc worked well. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is in a good area and easy walking distance to the sites. Some great restaurants/tapas bars nearby. The only complaint we would have is that we asked for a quiet room and were place in a room on the first floor directly above the breakfast area atrium - so from 6.30am onward we could here every scraping chair, coffee machine grinding sound, conversation and clattering dishes from below. Also the room was next door to a service lift - not as noisy as the breakfast noise but still when used was enough to wake you. So if that was the quiet room - the others must be very noisy!! (sorry for the sarcasm). The other rooms in different areas would have been fine I'm sure - so when you book specify not above the breakfast room!!
Nice staff
quick and efficient check in and check out... tiny room and very thin walls
Convenient hotel for a stay in this lovely city
The hotel is reasonably near to all the sites of the city in a quite neighbourhood.
good location and price
Good location w/ bus station near by and price is also good for visiting Seville
hotels.com...:(
A sweet little place note really centrally located. We had problems at check in because hotels .com says they have parking.... One of the may reasons I booked....and that is not the case. There is only parking for 25% of guests and it must be reserved.....nothing mentioned on site about this. Grrrr.....I have just about had it with hotels.com....This is our 3rd booking for that trip and there has been an issue with he one:(
Family vacation to Seville
Our family of 4 had the family room. Main room in mezzanine. Room was cleaned well every day. However there was a smell emanating from a drainage pipe in certain parts of the room. Neighbourhood is quiet. Close to bar area of Hercules plaza and easily accessible to city centre by C4 bus and 10 minutes(10€)by taxi to railway station.
Good Hotel within walking distance most everywhere
Our stay at the Hotel Eurostars Regina for four nights was really good. the room was a bit small but it was so clean, fresh towels every day, clean sheets every other day very impressed, the staff at reception very helpful. Buffet breakfast is plenty, great coffee, when you arrive at the hotel you might think the area looks a bit seedy but it is not it was great. we went at the end of March just before "Holy week" and I wished I had booked for the holy week as the parades look to be spectacular, I will definitely come back to Seville What a great city and the hotel is lovely.
Would certainly go again.
Clean, friendly hotel in good neighbourhood. Good breakfat roon with ample choice at a good price. Excellent value for money overall.
Excellent location for us when we visit family.
We have stayed at Hotel Regina several times now and are very happy with the standard of accommodation and service. Staff are very friendly and try to give us our room preferences when possible. Good breakfasts.
Nice Room, Nice Staff
The room we had opened into the breakfast corridor, but we were on the 4th floor so we were looking down into it. Wasn't loud at all with the doors shut, but with them open you got the noises from the breakfast room. Since they opened to the inside, there was really no benefit to opening them anyway. The room was very hot and there was no AC (probably since it was February). The beds were not bad and they didn't slide apart in the middle like other double beds had. The Front desk staff recommended El Tablao for a Flamenco show, and two tapa bars down the street from the hotel. None of them disappointed and I would recommend this hotel. It is in a more residential area than other hotels we stayed in and was about a 30 minute walk to the bullring. We paid $42 per night.
Exellent!
I was first time in Spain and I can tell I was lucy to choose Regina Hotel, recommend for everyone!
Near enough everything
Fine location, otherwise nothing much to it
Nice hotel close to all attractions
Seville is a great place to visit and this hotel is in the historic district.
All major sites in easy walking distance
Very good breakfast selection. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Small friendly bars nearby with a good range of interesting tapas - but you have to pay for them.
The room was small but not cramped...bed was comfortable, bathroom was large, breakfast was a great deal. A bit far from old town attractions
