Prague. Beautiful

Nice experience. The hotel was close proximity to shopping mall, grocery stores, Starbucks, currency exchange establishment, restaurants, etc. Prague, Old Town was at a walking distance. The breakfast was awesome, many varieties.

Wonderful Time in Prague

The hotel location is perfect, i was able to walk to main tourist attractions. I took Uber couple times, this application is wonderful here in Prague. The breakfast was incredible, with many healthy options. I have a mall just crossing the street from this hotel. Many restaurants and a currency exchange establishment. Love it. I will come back.

Amazing location near tram and subway stop at Narodni trida, the nerve center of the public transit network in Prague. Can get anywhere in the city quickly from there, including up to the castle by the 22 tram. Near Charles Bridge. The room I had was very small and not perfectly decorated, though nice and comfortable enough. Top floor, under the eaves of varying heights. Heaters were way too hot so I turned them off (midwinter) and was fine. Price and location were amazing. Slept great, quiet on interior courtyard. Windows open. Staff were great. Breakfast OK. Tremendous location and charm. Tourist grade inexpensive hotel in great location with great service team. Small rooms. Somewhat awkward pathway around hotel due to being old buildings put together. Quirky layout. Overall, worked nicely for what I wanted but I might find something a bit bigger and more comfortable with a desk next time.

Great hotel, perfect location

Cute hotel. Loved the location and the staff was awesome. Martin, the bartender, was awesome. Super nice guy. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was a little too firm for my taste, but all things considered, I would go out of my way to stay here again if I am in Prague.

It was a lovely hotel that gets all of the big things right. Very walkable to most of the major tourist attractions. The breakfast was astonishingly wonderful. Huge array of options and delicious. Everyone from the 87 y.o. to the teen loved this place.

Perfect location!

Everything about the hotel was perfect from the wonderful room to the staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with an amazing selection of cereals, fruit pastries and hot cooked food as well. The reception staff were able to give us great information about the trams and there was a stop within a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended.

This property is in need of many updates. The rooms are old and temperature is out of control. It was so warm we opened the window. Not much space for luggage or bathroom necessities. The lounge was great. Location was great for walking. Restaurants in the area were very good.

Lovely traditional central hotel

Lovely traditional hotel in a good location for walking to all the different parts of the city. Great selection at breakfast. We stayed in a junior suite which was really spacious and lovely. Beds were a little hard for us and the shower over bath was a bit tricky as it was easy to end up flooding the bathroom! However overall a great hotel that I would recommend

Great choice

Bathroom was modern. Bed extremely comfortable. Had nice bar area for drinks and snacks with a tv-plus friendly staff. The breakfast if not included must be purchased in advance at the front desk. Was able to change currency at a decent rate. Great breakfast assortment too. Location was about 15 minute walk from main part of Old Town/charles Bridge area. Excellent food choices in the area including a nice wine bar around the corner

Excellent location

Our deluxe room was not the plushest but the bed was very comfortable and the room kept a comfortable temperature at all times, despite the cold outside. Breakfast was very good and they had gluten free options. The hotel location is excellent and getting to and from the airport is simple. Second time we have stayed here and would do so again.

We stayed at Hotel Prague Élite for four nights. The staff is helpful and friendly and the hotel is centrally located with shopping nearby.

Cosy staying in Prag

Our trip to Prag was very successful thanks to our staying in Elite hotel. Its situation in the middle of all activities in Prag and its comfort and silence is unique. This hotel is cosy which gives you feeling that you are in the very welcoming home. I simply prefer such type of staying.

Good location, price and esthetics.

I am a location, price and esthetics guy, and this is a very good location, very reasonably priced, and cute rooms. Also remember to book the buffet breakfast, a wonderful buffet reasonably priced.

We did not like our 5 night stay in this Elite hotel. The room was sooo hot we had to open our window which was great as it was nice and cool but some night when we left the window open we smell people smoking in the courtyard that gets into our room and lastly it was very noisy. We heard all kinds of sounds in the hallway and people rolling their suitcases. And maybe just a smile to the guests would make a big difference to our experience.

Hotel staff was excellent (especially bartenders). Great breakfast. Easy to walk to any place in Old City or Lesser Town.

Great location for sightseeing Prague; the Breakfast buffet is fabulous- wide variety of selections including made to order omelets and plenty to feed the diners.

Very satisfied

Conveniently located between the National Theater and Old Town Square; exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at front desk; room was very comfortable. Only issue for me was that the room safe is too small to accommodate a standard-size laptop. Even so, we will return here on our next visit to Prague.

This is the kind of hotel where you feel like at home. Everyone was easy to talk to and they attended all my requests. The room was super clean and very quiet. Their breakfast is delicious and have a variety for everyone taste and diet. Additionally, the hotel is in a quiet street, but a few steps from a metro station and the tram stop. You can take public transportation from there or you can walk if that's your choice. In general I'm very happy with my stay there.

Prague hotel

Rooms were nice but a little small, especially the bathroom. Location was good. Sometimes the directions given for walking places was confusing and we had to ask to mark a route on the map. Overall, a good stay.

Fantastic stay.

A beautiful place, centrally located with very conscious team members, providing a fantastic experience. The room was plentiful, free safety box, beautiful bathroom though a little disappointing that we had 2 single beds linked. Breakfast was more than adequate with a plentiful supply of nutrious foods and hot beverage. The in house sauna and jacuzzi are an absolute must, some real time of personal relaxation with my partner. We had a slight issue (not related to the facilities) and the in house management were excellent. Would I recommend, yes, yes and yep!!!!

This was a perfect quaint hotel for the twonis us. We spent three nights here and wanted more time in this beautiful city! The hotel helped us immerse into the Prague style!

Ivan and the team that checked us in were great and others were helpful when we inquired about activities we wanted to do. The pink Gin drink from the hotel bar was tasty - 5 stars! Twin room overlooking the courtyard was perfect for two friends on a girls trip and we couldn't get over the oversized pillows!

The room was quaint, the bed was comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was unexpectedly fabulous and the location, in the heart of old town, made it easy for us to walk to and from points of interest and shopping areas.

The staff is very kind and helpfull, a special mention to Petr from the front desk, he made everything easy for us!!

Conveniently located, clean room, friendly staff and a lot of detailed decors in the hotel

The hotel was conveniently located near both a tram that took you to Prague Castle and a subway stop. (Don't rely on Google Maps for public transit routes, especially not for subway info. Use the transit system's app, pid litacka.) The hotel itself has friendly and helpful staff and is well maintained, with a small but charming hotel bar and an excellent breakfast. The hotel is located on a quiet side street just steps away from a busy (and safe) neighborhood. I would be glad to stay here again.

Great little hotel, staff were extremely polite and helpful. Tucked away with a tram and metro station within 50 metres. The rooms are not huge but more than enough room and the whole hotel has a lovely vibe to it. The bar area and garden are lovely and the breakfast was the best we have had. Cannot recommend highly enough and we would definately stay there again.

We had a nice experience here, the room was very pretty, clean, mini bar was stocked well. All of the staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Only note was that the AC did not work well enough to cool our room, so we woke up very hot a few nights. Aside from that we would recommend.

Hotel Elite Review

Second time to stay. Came in January 2024 and Back in August. Excellent hotel and great location to explore Prague.

Elite Hotel is a lovely, friendly hotel. The staff will go out of their way to help The rooms are clean, decorated tastefully. The rooms have a mini bar and also a kettle/tea/coffee. In the bathroom is complementary shower gel and a basket with shower cap, soap etc. There is plenty of choice for breakfast to suit all who stay. There is a bar where you can purchase a tea/coffee or something stronger which opens from 11am-23:00pm and a lovely garden area to sit in if you wish The hotel situated a short walk to Charles Bridge, the famous astronomical clock and Wenceslas Square. As you exit the hotel and turn right there is the metro station and a shopping centre where you can get a sandwich/coffee. A truly lovely hotel

Excellent breakfast buffet. Unfortunately they wouldn't refund the money for the buffet on our second night, despite us having to leave very early in the mooning, clearly before the breakfast started.

Nice hotel and centric but is close to a pub

Breakfast was really good. Almost missed out on the train as we booked a car, and it didn’t show up. Room we had was small, but clean. Easy transport around the corner, and grocery store across the street. Easy to walk to Charles bridge.

Perfectly nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location but if you have a room facing the street it can be noisy due to a bar very close. Good breakfast in the hotel - would be perfect if you could take a coffee and sit in the sunny courtyard with it in the morning, but the courtyard is kept locked until 10am so not very helpful...

Super clean. Awesome friendly helpful staff and service. Beautiful historic building and room but with modern facilities. Spacious. No balcony on room but lovely courtyard with tables/chairs on ground floor off the bar area, we enjoyed sitting there!

Very nice hotel, walkable distance from Charles bridge, a lot of small restaurants around. The only minor issue was a perfect acoustics - unfortunately we had very talkable neighbours and we heard every word....

Staff addressed any issue we brought to their attention with a smile and can do attitude. It was my birthday and at breakfast was presented with a bottle of champagne and a card signed by staff. This was our 4th stay at this establishment and will use it again in future travel to Prague

The Hotel Élite in Progue was centrally located. Old world charm. Friendly staff. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Quant European rooms. Service was excellent.

Hotel Elite is very centrally located in New Town, about a 15 min walk to Charles Bridge. The metro is located not even a block away. The hotel itself was very nice, the beds were a bit hard but - Europe ... The hotel has a wonderful bar area and an excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were very kind.

Great Location

This is a great hotel to stay at. The location is awesome, right next to the metro and tram, plus a mall in case you need something that you forgot. The service was excellent and the breakfast was the best I have had in Europe. Over all I would stay here again. We stayed for a total of 12 nights and it was wonderful for all of them.

My room was very comfortable and warm on my visit in January. There was only one elevator and sometimes I gave up waiting for it

Not worth staying in this hotel

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. We booked this place considering the other reviews but we are very disappointed we stayed in this hotel. The beds were creeking a lot and the mattresses were very firm that led to quite uncomfortable sleep. The breakfast is average with few options - scrambled egg was awful. In the website, there is no mention of the charges for sauna and we were charged for CZK 400 on the checkout. On arguing these charges aren’t mentioned on the website, the staff said hotels.com decides to what information they want to publish and in many circumstances hotels.com doesn’t publish the correct information. In nutshell not worth staying in this hotel.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location, as most of the city’s sites are within walking distance. The rooms and restaurant were clean and the hotel staff was helpful.

Really excellent breakfast. The room was a bit small and would benefit from better soundproofing. Property overall acceptably clean.

Stay in Prague

Amazing. Helpful. Rented a mini van to go to Germany. Parked in wrong place. Desk helped us. Came with us. Directed us to the correct garage and avoided getting a parking ticket. Beyond the call of duty. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet excellent.

Charming Hotel

This is a wonderful hotel, very charming old world feel. Loved the bar downstairs. Fantastic breakfast. The floors in the room seemed a bit dirty. No places to set towels or clothes in the bathroom. But we loved the bathroom tiles and the arched ceilings.

Loved our stay and the location. Its close to tram and site seeing areas. Walking distance to variety of restaurants, shopping, etc. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

We stayed for 4 nights in October of 2023. We met friends who flew in from Zurich. The staff was very accommodating. We had one request, an extra luggage rack, and they quickly supplied it. The garden was being painted and closed and there was work on the building across the way, which meant daytime noise. The building has its quirks: steps up and down in unexpected places. But that is part of the charm factor. Some street noise at night in a street facing room (it was a weekend and a lot of people had a lot to say about their pizza). Additionally, smoking isn’t allowed in bars or restaurants—-so crowds standing outside those locations could be heard during the hours the facilities were open. The breakfast and staff attending it were all quite good. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

The location was the best. Super convenient walking to all the big site. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff was very nice. The room was fine. Small but comfortable with a separate foyer and bathroom. No coffee in room. The breakfast was worth the price and wonderful with made to order eggs and tons more. I got a massage for a very cheap price and it was wonderful. My husband and I loved this place and would highly recommend it.

Perfect city break

The hotel was perfect, situated in a great location, lovely hotel 14th century and still had features that would have been there like the amazing ceiings and staitcase . Good location, near the old city center. Building needs to be upgraded. Some rooms lack electric outlets. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The metro is a short walk like 2 minutes away. The front desk staff are excellent and always eager to help. Hats off to each one of them. The Breakfast is excellent. You have all kinds of shops around you and a supermarket next door. So, everything you need is around you. The river is close, and you can walk to Charles Bridge.
