Property was great

Iconic! I’ve stayed here many times and it’s the best of the best! Paris can’t get more magical if you stay at The Crillon

This is a venerable and beautiful property—so very French in atmosphere and the staff is delightful!

Stunning property, one of the most beautiful in Paris. Great location. The room was on the smaller size and the staff was all very polite but were not quite as attentive and anticipatory of your needs as you would expect of a hotel at this level and price.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are all the best of the best. The hotel has a recent redesign that keeps all of the old world splendor with all of the newest technology and design. All of the public rooms are really well done but not at all stuffy. The food is excellent at all of them most particularly at lecren. As as American I hate to say this but there really is nothing more elegant and romantic than Paris at this hotel

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Paris during my previous visits to Paris. The Crillon has surpassed my stay at other hotels in the same category. The staff and personal butlers will quickly tend to any task that you request. The hotel bar is very sociable with live entertainment, and the food is delicious. The cocktail menu is ingenious with a wonderful “course” design. Very elegant interior design within the main lobbies, while our suites were both chic and modern with all the fixtures and amenities one would expect of such fine surroundings. I also find that it has the most central location at the Place de Concorde. With all the five star hotel options available in Paris, I would certainly select the Hotel de Crillon again.

Exceptional across the board. Definition of luxury. No stone unturned. Nothing left to chance. Location is superior. Each detail and client experience is taken seriously. Though it is very chic and elegant, it is still not overly uptight. Very secure. Staff is highly trained and highly professional. Could say more - all positive.

This is the most amazing experience I have ever had at a hotel - and not only have stayed at many luxury properties before, I have worked at them as well. The service was IMPECCABLE, but the decor and attention to detail? UNMATCHED!! Truly the best experience of my life - spring for a higher-end suite, your amazement will never subside!!

It’s too expensive for what you get. Small rooms. Just a regular hotel in a nice location.

When we explained that our room was super hot, they said they would look into it, but dont seem to have bothered, or at least never responded to us. Not what I expect when I am paying over $2000 a night for a tiny shoebox of a room, even in Paris.

Exellent stay. Eventually, there was an event with World Cup Succor team of France came into 2nd floor balcony during our stay.

Excelent hotel with nice and renewed rooms. The personnel is very professional and make all the efforts to please you. I will definitely recommend and stay in my next trip to Paris

This was a beautiful property in the center of Paris. It was close to museums, gardens, shopping and restaurants! Service was excellent! Highly recommend!

My wife and I travel extensively, staying only in 4 and 5 star locations. This hotel easily ranks in the top five (maybe number one) of anywhere we have stayed. Rooms and amenities with fantastic. Staff were friendly (all spoke English). Food was excellent. Only knock was that the concierge couldn’t get my wife a reservation at Hermes to look at purses. However, it was Fashion Week, so I expect that things were a bit unusual.

The staff was available by text. They went beyond to make my wife’s birthday. They were exceptional. And the facility was immaculate and the service five stars.

It’s my 4th stay here in the past 5yrs and it used to be my favorite hotel in the world, but the charm seemed lost post Covid. Everyday there’s something: wrong order taken at the breakfast or the staff forgot our order (multiple times), delivery took forever s’est the concierge said they are on the way, nobody at the front desk for 30mins, asking for check can take another 10-15mins. No much greeting though we stayed here for 10 days. Guest relations suggested to make special arrangements after the 1st claim but never came back to us. Not sure what happened, could be the management, training or recruitment: staffs looked unhappy and in a hustle, indeed it’s in the middle of Fashion week but I didn’t sense a shortage of staffing as there are often many staffs gathering but not delivering the job. We shared the frustration at the checkout and the response was “ok” and “alright”. I’ve stayed at all of the palace hotel in Paris, for work and private, and this time was for a hotel screening for our next company event. I simply don’t think Crillion can provide the level of hospitality we required.

Amazing and worth it

Great facility was amazing staff who gets out of its way it’s all please the guest. Extremely expensive hotel, but if you got the means why not panther yourself. Amazing location and the heart of Paris.

Perfect!

The hotel was superb. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic - luxurious, clean, spacious, and it even had views of the Eiffel Tower. We were celebrating a birthday and the personalised messages from butler team and the ‘extras’ they arranged were very thoughtful and helped to make our stay feel very special indeed.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful with wonderful breakfast and dinner areas. Very central location close to Eiffel tower, Louvre, shopping.

Quite simply the Hotel de Crillon is one of the finest institutions we've ever stayed at. We've experienced a world class service before, however, this hotel redefines it. The building and facilities were immaculately cared for and presented. The restaurant and bar were lovely, and the common spaces were in perfect condition.

Five star luxury hotel in Paris. Close to where you want to be. The staff goes above and beyond for all of your needs. The rooms are exquisite and the beds are extremely comfortable. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Fantastic location & comfort, service disappoints

Fantastic location, close to everything and the metro. We had very comfortable rooms. Hotel was completely renovated a few years ago. Service was not that great, snooty even for Paris. Noise at night from other guest running in the halls and above us kept us awake.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel, great staff, great restaurants and bar. Not for kids, small workout room.

This was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was exceptional and experience was better than I could ever dream of. I travel all over the world and stay in top hotels. This is by far the best I have ever experienced.

Location is in 8th Arrondissement which is in the true center of it all! The staff was attentive, professional and personable.

Cosy and glamorous stay

It's impossible not to be completely spoiled at Hotel Crillon. The staff go to great lengths to make you feel like the only guest in the building. Everyone was aware of our special occasion that we were celebrating, and we received enjoyable treats in our room in honor of the occasion. The bar is not to be missed, with great live music and an elegant atmosphere, and the pool adjacent to the spa is glorious. The location at Place de la Concorde is right in the heart of Paris, but it's hard to want to leave the hotel!

The renovation is sublime. Unbelievable and seamless blending of the fabulous old elegance of the classic hotel and brillant creative talent of the talented designers whom spared nothing to bring it back to life. The teamwork of the staff and the level of service is OUTSTANDING! Truly, a treat and a joy! Nothing left to chance and sheer perfection!

Revival of glorious heritage

Very warm welcome from staff. Helpful bell desk. Efficient concierge staff who handled my deliveries prior to my arrival. Curteous reception. Refreshingly French.

Great location, interesting interior, good attention to details, very slow breakfast service

A true classic redone!

The enjoyment began even before we arrived... the concierge ensured all details were taken care of, from arranging VIP airport service, customized private tours, local drivers, restaurant reservations etc. The restoration of the iconic building was spectacular and each space we interacted with was perfectly put together. The food and drinks were perfectly prepared (with smiles no less) and absolutely delicious. The room was comfortable and grand, had every modern amenity without losing its original details. Perfectly update to a true classic!

This hotel is truly beautiful. It's also in pristine condition. There's not a mark on the carpets, walls or furniture anywhere. The staff was very accommodating. The level of service was of the highest standard. We were impressed, and will definitely stay there again

The renovation was worth the 4+ year wait. It is sublime. The staff are incredible. Though it is very upscale and has many old world features it is also relaxed and welcoming. I cannot wait to return. It is worth every penny! The attention to detail is remarkable. No stuffiness. Just sublime from soup to nuts, not to mention location. Well Done. Rosewood hit the mark a redemption from disastrous butchering of Caneel Bay! Hats off. Not enough positive remarks to make about every single aspect.

Personal treatment and attention to every detail. Beyond description

My room was so much smaller than the picture, the service was slow and not of 5-star quality. Food was very bad, both breakfast and at the Fine Dining. However, concierge did a great job at restaurant bookings and suggestions. Definitely, the worst part was the small room that wasn't worth the price.

Room so small and not comfortable at all

This hotel Crillon Rosewood group is brand new, Lobby area and restaurant is good but the room so small and in Bed room area doesn't have trash bin, doesn't have tea bag and coffee and also doesn't have kettel to boil hot water, service so bad... definitely not recommend for this price, Le Meurice is still the best in Paris, Excellent service. I am very disappointed with hotel Crillon in Paris

Good hotel

Great staff , location and service i had 2 minor issues tho. They dont have sauna and steam room and u can always hear everyone talking or walking outside the room as the rooms obviously are not noise proof. As im typing this review im hearimg a dog barking some where in or around the hotel

Great hotel - high priced but not the highest

The location, history and elegance are near top-notch. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, from the doormen to concierge to chambermaids. The concierge gave great recommendations for restaurants, made travel arrangements for us, and spoke english perfectly. Our room was nicely appointed, with a pleasant view of an inner courtyard. Some aspects of the hotel need a little more upgrading and maintenance - the paint or walls were chipped in a few places, the rugs could use replacing here and there, and some of the furniture was over-worn. On a side note, the fitness room was very pleasant if small. Overall we got what we paid for - it was a fantastic hotel but not as over-the-top as the Ritz, Bristol, George V, etc.

Perfect in every way

The Hotel De Crillon is hard to fault. At the end of the day it is down to the staff who are impeccably professional and polite, dedicated to make any request as easily fulfilled as possible. When you enter the De Crillon it is as if you sumbled into another world, splendid and relaxed. Check in was a little awkward since the reception seemes to think that we were part of a large party of Russians that had just arrived. Once I explained I had nothing to do with them they sat me down at another table and checked me in. The first breakfast was not quite so smooth. Breakfast was not included in my package so I woas told I would 'have to have' an American breakfast which annoyed me since clearly I could have and pay for anything I pleased! I think that was a slight problem in communication since the man serving us had switched from French to English to help my companion who knew no French. In any case, the fact that I am picking on these minor points just shows how good the service as a whole is. I would recommend the hotel to anyone (as long as they don't mind paying for excellent accomodatiion and service) and would go there again myself at the first opportunity

Absolutely amazing

Best hotel I have ever stayed at across the world. The location was amazing, the hotel staff were so helpful and the room was fantastic, 100% satisfied ... would recommend the hotel to anyone who is considering staying there.

Pricey but worth it

Wife and I stayed for 3 nights in July. Hotel was top notch, staff treated us great and all spoke english. Room accomodations were the best in our trip that consisted of 5 hotels throughout France. After hard days of sightseeing the large bath, rainhead shower, double sinks and egyptian cotton sheets were just what the aching feet called for and the room was very quiet. Hotel is walking distance to the Louvre, Champs Elysees and trendy shopping areas. Hotel is pricey but we found it to be worth it as it was the last leg of our trip. Would recommend for couples and business travelers but would not consider it if we traveled with the kids.

First Class Comfort and Service

Beautiful hotel with service to match. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Concierge was very helpful, and when there was one glitch ( they forgot to record our reservation in the hotel dining room on the last evening of our stay) they fixed it immediately and pleasantly and made sure all was to our satisfaction. Location is great, rooms were serviced constantly with fresh towels etc. The bar in the hotel is quite expensive, to be expected from a hotel of this nature, so it is worthwhile to have your after dinner drinks somewhere else before returning to the hotel for the evening. Overall truly excellent. My girlfriend thought the hotel was a highlight of our trip to Paris.

For both of us, the best in Paris

My wife and I stayed at the Crillon for our 12th wedding anniversary in April. Needless to say I needed a special place, a very special hotel in the city where we met as students. Terrific location for sure. What stroke us most is the kindness of its staff, always ready to help without being too intrusive. This is what I call service. We didn't dine at Les Ambassadors as it was fully booked! We keep it for next time as we'll be back!
