Reception staff Victor eas amazing. He went beyond to upgrade me and gave me all the services. Location is good I walked 3 miles every direction without a hitch.

Really a nice place, quiet and well organized, excellent staff!

Room was dark only window was to the interior hall which we couldn’t open as people walked all day. Bed small and room very tiny even though it had a small living area the room seem claustrophobic

Fist day we go out come back exhausted at 6:30PM to find the room was NOT cleaned. Missed my hair apt as I couldn't shower got no real apology. For a 5 star I expect a lot more

Probably one of the best places in Cochabamba. Very central, clean and modern. Staff is extremely friendly and the public spaces are very inviting to spend time there.

Property was clean and staff was very helpful. However, the hotel layout is awkward and there is no elevator. Stairs were treacherous to say the least.

This is the second time i’ve Stayed there... always a good stay. The breakfast is good too.

Great Hotel, excellent location and extremely nice and kind staff

The Hotel is very nice, modern and convenient. Breakfast was very tasty and with lots of different options. The only thing I didn't like was that I broke one glass by accident inside the room and when I checked out, they charged me for the glass. I found that it was just ridiculous.

THe restaurant staff and the bell boys were very helpful

Great hotel in Cochabamba

Nice, great and modern in a quite neighborhood. The breakfast is very good and good public transport at the door.

Not a 5 stars hotel at all!

The place has ramps for wheelchair access but the hotel doesn't offer one. There is not a box of tissue paper in the bedroom or a simple alarm clock or radio. No hot water boiling pot. Not even a microwave. On top of that you have to give the full name of your visitors to the front desk so they grant them access, allegedly for "your security". The tiny swimming pool is outside the whole area of the rooms together with the gym and saunas. So no way to swim in a rainy or windy day even if it's "heated water" For this reason they should provide a bathrobe and sleepers, since the room floors are tile. To access the gym, which not even has weights or a simple mat, you have to request a key and then give it back to the front desk, unless they already saw you on the cameras and send a bellboy to get it from you when you are leaving the premises. I tried to call reception from the phone inside the gym but was not working after many attempts. The sauna is not constantly ready so I have to call in advance so they connected one hour before. Unfortunately when I called them to do so, they took too long to send somebody to activate it. I had some business staff to do attend so I could never enjoy that service. There is no elevator so I have to request a room on the lower level which was a bit secluded and dark from the rest.

Un poco ruidosa, no proveen agua, mesas del restaurante en mal estado, comida fria, poco personal.

El Hotel no tiene ingreso funcional al garaje. El comedor del desayuno parece adaptado y el servicio está a cargo de una sola persona, por lo que no se remplazan las bandejas de comida a tiempo. La piscina es pequeña y los ambientes del sauna no tienen una limpieza adecuada. El pasillo de la habitación que nos tocó tenía mesas obstruyendo el paso y cables del aire acondicionado colgando por la pared.

Buen servicio, buena comida. Las habitaciones no están de acuerdo al precio.

Mala experiencia

Mala experiencia, el aire acondicionado de mi habitación durante los 2 días de estadía no funcionó y a una temperatura de 30 grados es algo fatal, no cuentan con personal de mantenimiento permanente, así que su solución fue prestarme un ventilador. El horario del desayuno es muy poco conveniente, ya que empieza desde las 7 am y si viajas de negocios, debes salir temprano a cumplir tus citas.

Excelente localização , funcionarios muito atenciosos , custo e beneficio excelente , café da manha maravilhoso.

Desagradável

Muito desagradável, quarto somente com janelas para o corredor, meu quarto era no 3* andar e o hotel não possui elevador. Goteiras pelo saguão. Tem alguns quartos que no trajeto você passa por área descoberta. A saída deságua do chuveiro estava entupida, onde inundou todo o banheiro.

Siempre me hospedo en Camino Plaza. Es muy buen hotel, el personal es atento, amable y siempre estan a disposicion para que tenga una buena estadia

Buena atención y mejoras necearias infraestructura

La atención ha sido amable en todo tiempo. Sin embargo la parte de infraestructura necesita mejorar. Al ducharte se moja todo el baño. Para llegar al bloque D, hay que salir a un camino que no tiene techo y encima resbaladizo cuando llueve.

Una buena experiencia, volveré a preferirlos

Fue una muy buena experiencia, todo el personal es tremendamente dispuesto a ofrecer una estancia grata y confortable. Es una excelente opción precio calidad decidir este hotel, con certeza volveré a preferir sus servicios. En la medida de lo posible, es preferible elegir habitaciones mejor ubicadas que mirando al centro del segundo piso, son habitaciones más bien pequeñas pero no escatiman en comodidad.

Ottimo hotel per soggiornare a Cochabamba

Ottimo hotel, tra i top a Cochabamba. Servizio molto cordiale, buona colazione a buffet, area tenuta molto bene. Il WiFi non è proprio il massimo, ma dipende dalla camera. Camera molto grande e pulita. In generale un'ottima scelta! Consigliatissimo!

Hotel com 3 anos, boas instalações, ótimo café-da-manhã, restaurante razoável. Qualidade do sono no quarto 201C é pessima.

整體來說都算蠻舒適的，唯一 缺點是廁所的淋浴間，地板做得不好，造成積水，會滲出流到外面，應需要改進。

El hotel en general es muy bueno y la atencion del personal excelente!.La habitacion que me toco en este viaje, tenia paredes con humedad que filtraban desde el baño, deben repararlo. El resto todo muy bien!

BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO

El hotel es nuevo y está muy bien en líneas generales. Mi habitación era interior y estaba mal iluminada. No tenía luz suficiente para trabajar una vez se ponía el sol. El servicio del hotel reaccionó muy rápido a mi demanda y me trajeron una lamparita portátil que resolvió el problema. Por otra parte, eché en falta un gimnasio mejor equipado.

Muy buena la atencion del personal. lo unico que no me gusto es que la ventana de mi habitacion daba a un pasillo y en el hotel hay muchos eventos y se escuchaba mucho ruido

Hotel bem localizado, equipamentos novos, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, restaurante bom e alimentação a preços justos. Talvez o melhor hotel de Cochabamba.

Repetiré mi estancia

El hotel está muy bien equipado y el personal es realmente atento. Lo único que remarcaría para mejorar es el gimnasio, necesitan añadir mancuernas con pesos y mejorar la cinta de correr, ya que la llave de emergencia se desconecta sola y es imposible correr, sin duda repetiré mi estancia con ellos, además la comida es muy buena.

Hôtel très récent, parfaitement équipé, d'une architecture moderne originale, meublé avec beaucoup de goût. Extra pour se reposer, même en cours de journée , des visites de Cochabamba.
