The room was too small for a king suite.

We liked that the hotel was close to skiing & we could see the hills from our room. It was great having a spa bath in our room. The gas fire was lovely for ambience & warmth but the fan was so noisy during the night I couldn't sleep. This meant I couldn't enjoy the next day. The second night we turned down the thermostat so that the fan wouldn't come on but then it was quite cold. The door to the bathroom couldn't be closed tight. The room was spacious & well equipped with a small fridge, table & 2 chairs & a sofa,

Nice stay great hot tub and pool for kids. Good complimentary breakfast. Close to skiing. Be back again.

Older hotel, so things are outdated but reasonable price in comparison. You get what you paid for. Needs attention to cleanliness and basic needs of the hotel though. Blanket were stained with a few blood stains on it. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash as they only have small packets of 2in1 shampoo/conditioner. There’s also only one garbage can in the washroom, which is slight inconvenient if someone is using the washroom. Hotel is close to supermarkets, so it’s quite convenient if you want to upgrade your own toilet paper and get essential needs.

Lots of noise from the tenants above us in the evening and morning. Sounded like bigfoot. Small towels, best suited for a10 year old. Bathroom door would not close and unfinished treshold in the main doorway. Fireplace and soaker tub were nice. Coffee and breakfast were filling.

It was close to amenities and was quiet. Also offered continental breakfast which is nice. We enjoyed the whirlpool.

Very noisy on Friday nights.

Not bad but not top

Comfortable and clean. But not soundproof at all. We could hear the shower upstair and we could hear people walking upstair. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night but no compensation.

The front desk was wonderful, the staff were wonderful with the exception of someone banging the snow off firewood very early Sunday morning. The hockey kids that were there were screaming in the pool area I could mostly drown out with my tv. The room was amazing and I did very much enjoy myself

Our only complaint was that the room smelled intensely of bleach when we first arrived and took a few hours to dissipate. It was a great room, wonderful breakfast and pretty quiet overall.

Dirty room floors, when we got there the beds were unfinished and pillowcases were missing.

The room was OK, I liked that it had a stove top and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is a little dated but the room was updated. The staff were friendly and having the breakfast included was very convenient before hitting the slopes at Bromont. The location is just up the hill from the main parking lot- still suggest driving to the parking lot of the ski hill though (maybe 1KM away?). Great location. Hot tub and pool were nice to relax after a day of skiing.

Room was clean but no sound proofing, you hear everything!

No customer service, limited parking, false advertising saying it sleeps more people than there are beds for guests. Cots are $25 more even when paying for an extra guest. Hidden fees

Cute hotel only minutes from the mountain. The view was gorgeous.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. There was a mistake with the booking saying a separate booking was made under my name and I had nothing on my Expedia app saying I had two bookings and instead of them helping me out and cancelling it they tried to get me to pay another 473$ on my credit card and deal with it on my own. They called me room number all night asking me to pay for the other rooms and even resorted to knocking on our door at 11pm. The family that runs this hotel were super unprofessional. I would never recommend this place.

Wonderful and attentive staff and very comfortable accommodations!

Pictures and what you get is not the same at all; we got there way too late to turn back to find something else. Quite a shame

The staff was great, the breakfast was ok. We are used to having a hot breakfast buffet like available.

Spacious breakfast area with lots of variety. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. However, i found hair in the tub and washroom wall, not really pleasing to see when we arrived.

It was very dirty. The fixtures were chipped and cracked. Felt like a no tell motel that might be rented by the hour.

The property was fine, id say overall it was average. But i suppose based on the price which was a little higher than i would have expected for a motel style hotel, i expected a little more. The good: Location Pool and hottub area were nice Staff were accommodating and helpful The not so good I was told id have 2 queen beds (i did not) There were alot of dark hairs on the washroom floors The pillows were really poor (flat)

For the price and location it worked out fine for our trip.

The hotel is very basic yet clean. The only thing to note is that the room that said sleeps 5 in reality only sleeps 3-4 comfortably. The pull out is more of a day bed for one person.

The photos of the building are misleading. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children. We were given a room with only a king bed, no sofa bed. When I asked the staff he replied with « most people bring air mattresses » I guess I missed the pre-check in message for that. For an additional $40 he upgraded us to a room with a « sofa bed ». It was the most uncomfortable futon I’ve seen and was a single/twin in size, and had crumbs in the crevices from previous guests. The bed itself was comfortable. The included breakfast was ok. Continental style. Coffee was good. Hot tub was nice après ski, kids were ok with the pool. The towels in room and pool are tiny and thin. Some stained. Their cleaning staff will replenish your towels and empty your garbage, but that is all. There were spots missed on and around the toilet that I noticed upon check-in, they stayed throughout the 3 nights we were there. The room we had was a good size, and you can see they are slowly doing upgrades. So maybe once they make it through their building it will resemble the photos they have posted. Overall the price per night is reflective of the quality. Expedia tried to help us get a refund when we checked in, and noted the problems, but it was denied by the property.

Piscine et spa très agréable

Stayed with a friend in the King suite with Whirlpool hot tub in room. Likes: the staff, customer service was very welcoming, complimentary breakfast (bagels, croissants, muffins, tea, coffee and cereals), room was clean and excellent view of the mountain. Hot tub in room was excellent for after a day of Skiing. Parking was super accessible and included with the hotel price. Dislikes: Bed sheets a little discoloured and had a bit of an aged smell. Overall- we had a great stay and ended up staying an extra night. Would visit again. Would recommend to our family and friends.

We enjoyed a delightful overnight stay at Hotel Bromont in Bromont, Quebec, Canada, on February 23, 2024. Since my last ski trip, I noticed that the rooms have been beautifully updated. I highly recommend that the lobby and hallways be upgraded to match the elevated standard of the room aesthetics and comfort, which would enhance the hotel’s appeal. The hotel is conveniently situated on Main Street in Bromont, just a short distance from the Bromont Ski Resort.

This is a wonderful hotel super family oriented. Super clean, close to wonderful restaurants with french cuisine, 3’ from the slopes. Breakfast included with the best croissants we ever had. Absolutely recommended.

The room smelled of toxic cleaning chemicals. Towels were tiny and like sand paper. You could here every noise and everyone snoring.

Our stay was fun, the only thing that was a bit off about the room was the fact that there were ants in the bathroom. And the ceiling was very thin, you could hear the people upstairs. The staff was very nice, and the property was clean. Breakfast was free

I loved how conveniently located The Hotel is.It is literally a walking distance to everything.The Mountain,good restaurants,and shopping.The staff are excellent.The continental breakfast was awesome.The hottub was hot and pool was cold! What else could you ask for! We will be back again!

rooms are totally outdated

We had to leave after 30minutes.. the door did not close properly, we could hear everything from the other room (party) and there was a high humidity moldy smell in the room. Was not offered a refund.

Only 1 night, so not a long time to truly evaluate. Hotel a little run down but clean and comfortable.

Very difficult to sleep if you have a room above you, could hear everything! Breakfast was a joke, everything's out of a box, from Costco, and the pool has so much chlorine and no air circulation it burned our eyes and made it difficult to breathe! The stairs rails are held up with caution tape very dangerous for any elderly, or disabled, people who rely on rails to get around and very dangerous for small children! Very expensive for what it offers!

The pool and hot tub were great, but be careful getting in the hot tub. It’s deep, up to my chin sitting down. I’m 5’6”.

Bath plug did not work making bathing a child difficult. Room and bathroom door did not close properly. No recycling or garbage bins in room. Cheap bedding and the bath towels were rough and very small. Access from the front is terrible with uneven stairs and handrails which could be torn off by a toddler.

This is an affordable option for overnight stay in extremely expensive area of Quebec. It is a bit dated (though many rooms were renovated) but you have all the basics - free parking, continental breakfast, kitchenette, pool, outdoor park/play area for children. Staff were very accommodating of all our requests - they even courriered us our ipad that we forgot on our last day. Thank you!

Stayed two nights with a family of 5. 4 adults and one child. Had two queen beds and a rollaway. Facility was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included.

We had a 2 nights stay, for our ski trip. We booked a room with a kitchenette. It has two small stove top, with a very small fridge. For those who plans to make food, maybe don’t bring too much groceries with you. It is conveniently located from the mountain and grocery (Metro). It has a pool, but not heated, and a hot tub, the jets were working well, very relaxing for after ski. They also include a continental breakfast, we enjoyed it, simple but we found food to eat. For its purpose, I think it was fine. Though the hotel price is still on the higher side vs the quality of room you get. One random highlight, I like that it’s wood floor and not carpet. Feels cleaner. Thanks!

Perfect for an overnighter

I liked the fireplace. I did not like the maintenance of the steps and the hazardous and icy conditions of the immediate vicinity of the front door. The mattress was caved in and extremely uncomfortable. The room was totally bare.

Close to the ski hill, however not walking distance. Property is 2 1/2 stars

When we arrived we were told we could not use the shower as it was out of service, a $20 credit was offered as the only alternative. When we entered the room, it has been freshly painted and cause respiratory problems to my spouse. We had to leave the hotel as no other rooms were available. Extremely disappointed. I am seeking a full refund.

Normally I don’t spend time on these but I felt it important to share so others can make an informed decision. We stayed at Hotel Bromont at a rate of $214/night ($274/night after a hidden extra charge explained below). 1. A hidden $60/night charge for our 13 yo son. There is a $60 extra fee per person, per night they don’t mention up front or via Expedia. Thankfully our daughter, under 5 was free. 2. Walls were paper thin. We could hear entire normal volume phone conversations in adjacent rooms during the day-not just at night. 3. Pool is not heated as advertised. It needs resurfacing and cleaning. There was mold on the silicone surrounding the pool and on the ceiling tiles and walls. 4. Jets in the spa did not work the first night. I will say, that at least the tiling inside the spa was beautifully done and aesthetically pleasing. There is no posted rules about use of the hot tub. 5. We booked a room with a kitchenette that we couldn’t fully use. The built-in fridge was replaced with another bar fridge in the bedroom area. After one night, it froze our milk solid. we looked, it was at level 2-not at 5 (coldest). 6. The oven door wouldn’t close! 7. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. A decent selection of accessories but lacking anything to cut with-no scissors or knives. Amongst other things...Overall, this is not a “3 star” experience and definitely not worth what we were charged. We left feeling like we’d been swindled. Do not recommend.

Overall very good, well appointed room, friendly staff. Only odd thing was the bargain motel quality toiletries and toilet paper. Would definitely return.

Paper thin walls, don’t expect much sleep. Rooms were dirty and the kitchen amenities were all broken including the oven. Front desk staff did not help when people were rowdy in the hallways until 2 am. Very poor experience and not worth the $ it costs to stay there. Definitely look elsewhere.

Property was fine, a bit outdated perhaps and no gym facilities. Overall it was pleasant and served my purpose. Room and bathroom were very clean & spacious.

Room was as described the was bilingual the breakfast was ehh. The price was a bit high for what you got, but I guess given the pandemic problems we have had everything is more expensive. Need bigger TV.

Positive, close to everything. Negative, awful kitchenette. Very expensive for what you got. My sister book without expedia and directly with hotel for 75$ cheaper. Disappointing for me. Charged extra 40$ for my kids but we had room with two queen beds why the extra charge?

Very friendly, followed Health and safety protocol, easy check in/out, good selection fo continental breakfast items.
