Amazing location and super convenient for the couple of days we stayed there. Staff were brilliant and helpful.

Most places are within 10-15 mins. Very convenient. A lot of restaurants nearby.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Room might be a little small but vey clean and the bathroom is new. We enjoyed our two comfortable nights there.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Good air conditioning. So close and easy to walk to the sites.

The room and the bathroom were quite cramped and smelled like mildew. There was an air conditioning unit that appeared to be on full blast, but even by European standards it was completely inadequate in this summer’s heat. My whole family struggled to sleep. While the location was wonderful, I would not return.

We stayed in room #9, which fit our family of 4. The kids each got their own beds on the sides, and we had ours in the middle. The hotel is a small boutique style, not a chain. Our room was clean and serviceable, used mostly as a base to return to at night to sleep. The A/C doesn’t crank to American levels of coolness, but it took the edge off and the humidity out well enough to sleep comfortably even on the hottest days this summer. The staff was where the hotel shines - everyone is super friendly and helpful, giving us a quick rundown to set expectations during check-in and helped us understand their unique operations. (You leave your keycard at the front desk, which is manned 24 hours a day, they know all the guests and it provides security from stolen key cards and non-guests wandering in.) There was no in-room safe, but the lack of random hotel traffic provided us with a sense of security. There was a small fridge in the room that we were able to use to cool our water from the nearby grocery. (It cost less than 2€ for a 6 pack of water bottles!) The prime location cannot be understated, putting you right at the heart of the popular attractions and many dining and entertainment options. It’s not a quiet area, but the walls are thick enough that the rooms facing the inner courtyard remain peaceful. We loved Venice, enjoyed our stay at Bridge Hotel, and look forward to returning to both!

Excellent accommodation

A short walk from a busy plazza with plenty of restaurants. Easy access to st marks square and also main canel for water buses etc. Great value

Hotel bridge was fantastic. Family run, and very friendly. Great location, close to everything. It definitely felt like a true Venetian experience!

When we travel outside of the USA, we look for 4 main things in a hotel... 1. Location, 2. Cleanliness, 3. Air Conditioning, 4. Wi-Fi. This hotel ranked 5/5 on all our 4 main categories. Very centrally located for Venice. Super clean. Air conditioning worked great! Wi-Fi also worked great. There were small little things that we did not really like. Like going up 40 steps to the 4th floor to get to our room and no elevator. Or that there were only 2 small and extremely flat pillows only. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! It’s only a 30 mins walk from the train station and 7 min walk to all of our excursions in Venice. It was perfect for what we wanted to do!!!

Location is great. Less than 5 minute walk to St Marks. Hotel is nothing fancy, so if you’re looking for luxurious large room this is not the place. If you’re looking for clean quiet place to sleep which is convenient to sights of interest - this the place.

Overall not a bad experience but very minimum space and not very comfortable. Service was alright.

The hotel is a little hard to find, but once there it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is an extra 8 euros, a bit too high, so we chose to go out for coffee.

Basics

Very basic accommodation, clean room but no elevator nor coffee in room.

Infestation of ants in the washroom greeted us the first night. Very few unused electrical outlets. No elevator and watch your head coming and going up the 15 steps to floor one - with or without luggage being hauled. Shower is so tiny it is basically an exercise in frustration. No shelf space - no hangers on the wall. Small fridge hidden in sealed closet barely working as there was no ventilation and very hot environment. Just a poor design and not well thought out. Hate being so negative, but this place was a mistake. Booked online. Never been the Venice before. Been there done that now absolutely no need to repeat. Good location - expensive -very poor value.

Ok hotel

Good location. Beds not comfortable & only clean rooms in morning so got in late so slept in and they would not clean room. Staff so so but did help find directions around. Pretty clean. Overall average. Frig did not work, no microwave.

Hotel was very nice, tucked in so it's hard to find. Do not follow directions to he hotel that's on the site. You can take the waterbus number 2 , not 4. The staff was weird. Some of them were telling us that we have to leave our key with them when we leave the room. I refused to. I don't see any hotel, and I traveled around the globe , where I had to leave my key. If you are tall, watch your head. All rooms are upstairs. Breakfast was amazing here. Beds are same as everywhere in Europe, hard and not soft.

Right out the door are shops and restaurants. Beautiful!

Small rooms but clean

Was OK at best.. super small and very tight. My room was maybe 100sqft at best

Cute little place, great staff!

The people here are amazing, the main hostess was always really helpful. Now the rooms are very small, but that was expected being in the centre of Venice! It's a few minutes to San Marco Square so the location couldn't have been better!

Pleasant small hotel, nice people

The hotel is well-located. Small with a classic character. Rooms comfortable and clean. Great airconditioning, especially appreciated in a hot and humid Venice. Decent breakfast, exceptional espresso coffee. Outstanding staff, everybody super-nice! Felt like home. Very good value for money.

Hotel location was good, only a few minutes walk to st marcs square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, however the shower was quite little. There was no lift so you had to carry your cases up the stairs but overall the hotel stay was good.

Great value, great location

We (British couple, late 20s) had an upgraded room on the top floor. Beautifully decorated to a high standard and always clean. + Room + décor was excellent and comfortable + Location was 3 minutes walk from S Marco + Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful - Breakfast wasn't great but this is always the case with continental breakfast Great stay and great value compared to other hotels in the area. Not a complaint but if you struggle with mobility, best to contact the hotel direct as we stayed at the top of a very tall flight of stairs.

Nice place

Good for the price. Great location. Breakfast included. The coffee was great and the staff was friendly. Unless you're fussy, this will work out nicely.

It's venice but still

For 170 euro per night one would expect to get help with luggage In hotel with out elevator . I was shocked when asked for help and was shown with pointer finger to stairway ... Room was old but clean , as for bath we preferred to wait with shower to yor return to Rome .:-(

Good location, near st Markus square

The Hotel is allright if you want to just sleep there. Our room was really small and the Walls were dirty. Breakfast wasn't what we expected but enough to start a new day. Staff was helpful and spoke English quite well.

Great location

The hotel was great - perfect location (took us 15 mins to find it, but that's Venice for you) only 3 or 4 mins from St Marks Square so bang in the middle, near some great restaurants too. The staff were very friendly - very helpful in booking tables and finding stuff. The room was clean and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was great. Plus the breakfast was great - as much as you can eat with great coffee. The only reason I've given an overall rating of 4 rather than 5 is cos the room was a long thin one with two separate single beds, so we had to push them together - tight squeeze! But it was a great hotel and I'd love to go back.

You have to share the bathroom and the bed was very tiny.

Perfecta ubicación

Un poco pequeña la habitación para 2 personas , no hay lugar para abrir las maletas . Entiendo sus pequeños espacios , pero por lo demás excelente servicio u muy ubicado . Ceca de plaza san Marcos y de todo.

Camera pulita e accogliente. Posizione centrale dietro piazza San Marco, il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio.

Al netto di tutte le considerazioni che si possono fare, tra posizione centralissima, periodo stagionale e città, penso che ci sia sempre un limite tra ciò che è costoso e ciò che è truffaldino. Trovo che per gli oltre 400€ pagati per due notti, non avere il bagno in camera e avere una sistemazione di quel tipo sia un pochino aldilà del suddetto limite. Per quei soldi potevano almeno includere una colazione, anche misera e soprattutto rifornire il minibar. Va bene che siamo a Venezia e tutto costa molto, ma comunque devi darmi un servzio adeguato. Sconsiglierei vivamente

Venedig i september 2022

Perfekt läge, ca 3 min från S Marcusplatsen. Vilket gör att man bor väldigt centralt. Även nära till Vaporetto, ca 3 min. Trevlig personal, öppet dygnet runt. Daglig städning, rent o fint. Bra kyla på rummet när det var 26 grader varmt ute, så skönt. Ingen frukost på hotellet men fanns många ställen några steg fr hotellet.

La struttura molto comoda si trova a 5 minuti da piazza San Marco. Ha tutto vicino Bar e ristoranti. Il personale gentile e struttura accogliente. Sicuramente da consigliare.

La posizione della struttura é comodissima. Tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse sono a pochissimi massi. Stanza pulita e molto ben arredata. Personale cortese e struttura molto pulita.

48 Treppenstufen zum Zimmer ohne Fahrstuhl, "mal eben ins Hotel " wird damit zur Trainingseinheit.

ゴンドラ乗り場へ歩いてすぐのホテル

歩いてすぐのところにサン・マルコ広場があるため、ゴンドラに乗るのに便利です。 サンタルチア駅からヴァポレットに乗り、降り場から歩いて10分くらいの場所にあります。 ホテルは全体的に清潔感があり、フロントのスタッフもとても優しかったです。 早朝近いチェックアウトにも関わらず快く対応してもらい助かりました。

Bien ubicado y con personal amigable

Lo mejor de este hotel es su staff, son super amigables y siempre muy dispuestos a ayudarte. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cómodas y limpias. Muy bien ubicado.

Little hotel near San Zaccaria and San Marco’s vaporetto stops. Nice restaurants nearby. Room were little but ok. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Péssimo hotel. Muito, mas muito pequeno o quarto. Não tinha espaço para entrar no box, era um sofrimento. Nos colocar em um quarto no 2º andar onde tinham que subir mais de 50 degraus. Não tinha ninguém para ajudar com a bagagem. NÃO RECOMENDO.

Очень маленький, но чистый номер. Великолепное расположение - все рядом! Неплохой завтрак, удобная мебель. Очень дружелюбный персонал, готовый помочь.

Hält nicht was es verspricht

Obwohl ich in meiner Buchung ein Zimmer mit 18 Quadratmetern gebucht hatte erhielt ich ein Zimmer, das vielleicht 10 Quadratmeter hatte mit einem schmalen Einzelbett. Meine Reklamation stieß auf taube Ohren.Hotel.com war nicht erreichbar über die angegebene Telefonnummer, daher auch keine Reduktion der Kosten. Das Hotel ist meiner Meineung nach mit 3 Sternen überbewertet. Zu meinem EInzelzimmer führte sozusagen eine extrem steile, lange "Hühnertreppe", die für so manchen vermutlich unzumutbar wäre. Die Lage des Hotels und die Umgebug ideal- gute Lokale rundum, Markusplatz und Vaporettostation sehr nahe.
