This is an old Hotel but kept it in good condition. I had backache sleeping on them.

Staff were friendly. Calm, clean, and comfortable environment.

Location is in good area. Airport shuttle stops in front of the hotel. Room condition and breakfast okay.

Very good hotel

Excellent service, very spacious and comfortable room, beautiful cafeteria by the swimming pool where breakfast is served, extremely courteous staff. The street is a little bit noisy but location is very convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, banks and not a long walk from the sea. Very good hotel.

Hospitality at its best! I think that a lot of hotels should take exemlpe of what good service is....you can tell that the employees at this hotel love their job and they will make your stay very enjoyable....guaranteed!!👍👍

The hotel was a bit dated, but the facilities, staff and location made up for it in a really big way. Highly recommend it as a place to stay when visiting Lima.

Perfect location.

Perfect location for the airport express bus. Older hotel in need of a make over. Room smelled musty but that cleared out once the AC ran for a while. Great breakfast buffet snd friendly staff. Wifi works and there is good hot water. Rooms are dated but everything works. Plenty of restaurants and a modern grocery next door. Good price for the location.

Rooms are relatively quiet; average breakfast but all included in price; easy to get to via the Airport Express bus.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location within an easy walk of many restaurants and bars. A glorious blend of the traditional (i.e., doormen who open the lobby door for you, an atrium, and a real room-key on a fob) and the modern (i.e., a beautiful penthouse breakfast area and pool, fully functioning room conveniences, multi-lingual staff). Plus, it's one of the stops on the very inexpensive Airport Express bus line for getting from/to the airport. Why waste time shopping around? Stay here. You'll be really happy you did.

Convenient and comfortable

Very convenient as it is one of the hotels on Lima Express stop. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Restaurant offers just the standard menu. However there are many around. Local Miraflores sites are close by.

Convenient but noisy

Beds were hard and you could hear the extremely noisy street in room all day and all night (like new york city). Hotel was convenient location and walking distance to many restaurants. Airport express will pick you up and drop you off at hotel. There is also a grocery store next to hotel if you forgot anything.

Reasonable for the price

Stayed here first night after arriving in Lima. Close walk to the main two parks in Miraflores. Area is ok and the hotel is served directly by the Airport Express service at Lima Airport making this an easy choice. Inside, the hotel is ok for the price - some things didn’t work in the room but as we were only there a night, this was fine. Bathroom left a lot to be desired.

A jr. suite room has a big space, but the bedroom has small area for two persons. The small size of TV and old towels. We got the first room with noise from a ceiling fan and loud sound from the traffic. We moved to the second room, the floor had someone's hair full with dust under the couch in the sitting room, and the water boiler was rusty and so disgusting. The hotel charge in the local currency. The amount rate from Expedia in US$ was converted to the Peruvian Solis to charge to credit card. I finally paid for one-night room by cash in US$. Breakfast on the 7th floor was nice location, but the buffet was terrible.

Middle of the Road Hotel. Not Great, Not Terrible.

Check-in was a little slow, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt because a huge tour group walked in as I was checking in so that's probably overwhelming. I was a little surprised by the high marks this hotel received. To me it screams: 1980s. Room was massive, albeit outdated. This place is in need of a much needed renovation. I did not see any kind of bugs or vermin - and the bed was fine. But I should have opted to pay a few bucks more and stay at one of the Ibis hotels in town. Their product is rather consistent. Rooftop pool and restaurant are awesome! Definitely a bonus for that.

Excellent hotel in Miraflores

Overall this is an excellent hotel. The property is beautiful and very clean. Location in Miraflores very convenient. Next to a supermarket, walking distance from LarcoMar shopping center and the famous Malecon and close to Berlin which is a bohemian area full of bars and restaurants. Service very professional. Breakfast very abundant including a la carte eggs. Pool area and bar very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we hope to be back in the future.

If you need fast internet, don't stay here.

This hotel is fine and the location is great but their internet is so flaky that it was hard to get any work done.

Great place to stay

Older hotel very nicely updated. Friendly helpful staff. Large comfortable rooms (if you can't tolerate any traffic noise at all, ask for a room at the back, numbers X07-X12.) Great food in restaurant, fantastic rooftop pool/cafe (had it to ourselves most of the time - clientele seems to be mainly business people.) Several nice local restaurants in street behind hotel. For Canadians, it's 1 block from the embassy & 50 meters from a ScotiaBank. About 15 minute walk east to Miraflores traffic circle, then 20 minutes south to Larcomar shopping center area. Miraflores is on a very high bluff so if planning a beach visit, be prepared for a looong climb back up or take a cab.

The best of this hotel is the location.

The staff was too kind and helpful. Located in a very safe area it was a wonderful experience. The airport bus stops in this hotel, which it was a plus due the bus is safe and cheap.

Good value stay in this hotel with a true character. Got very personal service and the best Pisco Sour of my trip. Excellent location.

The Boulevard put the magic back into our trip!

This was an unplanned stay after transportation troubles, and the staff was so welcoming and kind at a time when we felt very frazzled. We booked last-minute and ended up with a suite, which was a nice surprise. In the morning, we found out Cruz del Sur had cancelled yet another bus route (without informing us), and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us rearrange our travel plans on the fly. They also held some of our bags for a few days so we could travel lighter for the next few days. The location is great, and we were able to visit the kitties in Kennedy Park before taking off on our next adventure. The Bouelvard is a stop for the Airport Express Lima bus, making it a snap to to get to and from the airport.

Me gusto mucho la situacion, cerca de todos los lugares de Miraflores. Lo negativo es que las ventanas no aíslan del ruido exterior, si estás hospedado en las habitaciones frontales del hotel es imposible dormir más de las 7 de la mañana que es cuando la ciudad se pone en marcha.

En mi habitación el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. pero como el aire es fresco, habría un poco la ventana y circulaba bien. Se ve que el clima no es o no fue extremo hace una semana Si en verano el aire fuera caliente, seria un problema. Pero la habitación de mi compañero de viaje, le funcionaba bien.

En la noche del viernes una discoteca frente al hotel estuvo retumbando con la música hasta las 6;30 am del día Sábado imposible descansar si no tienen un cerramiento apropiado de las ventanas

El hervidor de mi habitación no funcionaba y el mando de la tele tampoco el del decodificador si. Me gusto mucho la terraza del piso 7 donde se toma desayuno, muy rico y variado por cierto, ya que tiene vista a la piscina. También me gusto mucho el patio con las plantas colgantes, todo muy verde muy bonito.

Good place. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Had to report on two different days, the lack of tp and soap in the reception toilet.

No merece por lo que cuesta!!

Nos alojamos dos noches en el hotel y lo cogimos en gran parte por la piscina, pagando el doble de precio que otros hoteles de la zona con idénticas o mejores características que este ya que estuvimos alojados en otro dos cuadras mas lejos unos días antes.Como dicen otros comentarios efectivamente necesita una reforma urgente, aun así como las habitaciones son amplias uno puede llegar a sentirse cómodo, también por la ubicación y como no por la gran disponibilidad y amabilidad de sus empleados. el problema vino en el desayuno del segundo día .a las 9:00 llegamos desayunar y para nuestra sorpresa no quedaba nada de comida en las bandejas ni siquiera quedaban vasos para el zumo. No me gusta quejarme del servicio cuando el precio esta acuerdo con la calidad, pero en este caso que pagamos 100 dólares las noche me parece que no esta a la altura el hotel con el desayuno que ofrece. lo siento y aunque el personal fue muy atento y servicial no puedo recomendar este hotel calidad precio

Muy bien, es un hotel cómodo y bien ubicado.

El hotel esta bien ubicado y con habitaciones amplias. Sin embargo al ser un viaje de negocios la conexion a internet en la habitación era terrible. No era viable realizar conferencias por skype o descargar grandes archivos. Parece ser que no era cosa de mi habitación, pues un colega en otro piso y otra posición de la habitación tenía el mismo problema. El desayuno por otro lado también es bastante pobre. Por lo demás el hotel es limpio y el personal amable y atento.
