Great views, boutique hotel

Very nice stay overall - location was central and popular. Room was a decent size, but musty and smelled bad (cleared up when we opened the windows but came back when we closed them again), breakfast was on order and decent, roof deck has a lovely viewing terrace, parking was distant and arriving to the location was a challenge, came for Tio Pepe but the entrance is actually a 5-10 minute walk around the block to get there.

I wonderful hotel with a fabulous view around and fantastic staff.

The hotel is an ideal base for a short break in Jerez. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our only disappointment was the restaurant which we dined in on Saturday evening. The service was not very warm or attentive and the food was average for the price. There are much nicer restaurants in the city that offer a better menu and for more value.

Lovely property with well laid out rooms. Comfy bed. Decent aircon. Quiet. The property did say it had two bars and a restaurant - but the bars were closed and the restaurant only open a few times a week. Aside from that, clean, great staff etc.

Nice place that i would recommend

The rooms were bright with comfortable beds. The air conditioning wasn't the best, and there wasnt enough shelvung or storage for our things. But breakfast was great and the service was good. Would recommend. We werent made aware of parking options before we arrived, but we did book just before. Ask in advance.

Small but elegant room on 5th floor steps from rooftop pool/bar. Great location near attractions.

Property was absolutely beautiful, overlooking Jerez Cathedral , breakfast in garden was idyllic over looking the Tio Pepe Bodega. Visit was made complete by a sherry wine tasting at the Bodega next door.

This is a truly beautiful little hotel that is close to town centre to walk in but still feels very peaceful and relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff and stunning views from the roof top bar and pool. My only slight disappointment was I had emailed ahead to notify the hotel it was our honeymoon and could I arrange something special. But when we arrived nothing had been arranged and we didn’t even get an acknowledgement from the reception staff. Other than that it is a lovely place and we would love to go back.

Amazing place worth the price

The hotel is centrally located. In front of the cathedral and alcazar which are must see in Jerez.

Concierge was very helpful not only explaining the discounted parking lot location but also the best dining options outside of the property. They also arranged our tour through the Tio Pepe property. Rooftop is pretty unmatched for views by the pool.

Beautiful hotel with nice view to the Cathedral, great restaurant and the tour to Bodegas Gonzalez Byass is a must!

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and service

Terrible parking option given by the hotel. Just park under the local plaza but it will cost €27 per day. Unfortunately a smell of sewage in our bathroom but the smell of sewage is not uncommon in Europe. Don’t want to make it sound bad because it isn’t. Wonderful breakfast and staff, location, etc.

The hotel is quite new and beautiful. It is a Boutique hotel that belongs to the biggest Jerez Bodega. It is centric and you can easily walk to the main plaza. The room is nicely decorated and a good size for European standards. The bed is very comfortable and has many pillows. It also has a coffee maker and a small fridge with complementary water. The bathroom us big with a doble sink and rain shower. As soon as you arrive, Maria and Ana welcome you with a glass of Jerez wine and Marco helps with your luggage. The breakfast was plentiful and delickous and Marco, again, brings it to you very fast. The terrace on the top floor has a beautiful view of the Cathedral and Alcazar, and Marco, again, brings you all the drinks you want. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel welcome. Thank you Maria, Ana, Marco, Javi and Alicia. We had a great time.

Right by the Cathedral, short walk to the winery. Staff was great and assisted with the extras.

This is just an enchanting hotel, converted from several historic houses in a beautiful way, very classy, extremely well located in the middle of the historic area, wonderful staff, fabulous breakfast, fantastic roof terrace overlooking the cathedral…can’t wait to return someday.

Really classy hotel. I was already prepared to write a fawning review - location, amenities, breakfast, service - and then as we were checking out we discovered our rental car had a flat tire. The receptionist, Shaila, called our rental company for us and helped us sort out all the necessary details and was so kind through it all. Some other details: it was unseasonably warm when we visited and the rooftop pool and drink service were a delight, with panoramic views of Jerez. It’s a preferred location, next to the Alcazar and Cathedral and just steps from the best dining areas. We had a smaller room but it was beautiful and well appointed, and quiet. We’d absolutely stay here if ever again in Jerez.

We stayed in the Junior Suite. It was a good sized room with a large bathroom. The front desk was very helpful. When we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell. I'm not sure why, but it remained during our entire stay. The room didn't have a mini fridge, which was odd considering it's a suite. However, on the plus side we enjoyed breakfast delivered to our room each morning. It was very yummy and I would stay here again.

Beautiful, new, modern hotel. Well designed with nothing missing. The staff were warm and welcoming. The al fresco venue for breakfast was lovely and the food delicious. The location in the old town opposite the cathedral was amazing. Definitely book this hotel, you will not be disappointed

Charming hotel connected to the Tito Pepe sherry group. Parking is a 5-10 min walk from the hotel. Entrance by car a tad tricky up very narrow cobblestone street. Lovely restaurants nearby. Great tour of the sherry caves.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The property is beautiful.

Junior suite was basically in the basement with no windows smell of mold.

Exquisite Jerez experience

This is a superb, one of a kind lodging in the heart of Jerez. The entire hotel follows a “Pueblo blanco” motif that is typical of the Cadiz region. The service is prompt and friendly, in every sense, from reception all the way to the bar and pools. The hotel’s restaurant is a culinary experience. And the hotel is adjacent to the Tio Pepe sherry warehouse, so one is deeply immersed in the sherry experience. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Place!!!

Nice pool, good wine tour, would highly recommend the beautiful vineyard/enclosed streets are worth seeing. Also, try the Croft! As a red wine drinker, it was the only Sherry I can say I’ve ever truly enjoyed. We bought 4 bottles :)

Pretty good. Hotel looks great but had some upkeep issues. Dirty pool deck / patio. Black mold on some aircon vents in the public spaces. Carpet in the room could have used cleaning.

This hotel has been a big disappointment! We stayed there 2 nights, got robbed and had to change the room for 2nd night because of the owerwhelming mold smell. We’ve been told that the management will get back to us regarding missing airpods (2 cases got missing!) but haven’t heard since. The hotel has no parking (not properly disclosed), it’s is very difficult to find using a gps, there are no instructions how to get there. Some guests are offered wine during check-in, some not. Definitely not worth the $$$ you pay for it. One thing I want to say is that their breakfast service team is really nice and the location is good.

The hotel was ultra chic and a beautiful contrast to the surrounding architecture. The rooms were spacious, the bed was ultra comfortable, the staff were efficient, and the rooftop pool and gym was a great way to spend a hot summer afternoon!

Beautiful, clean and well appointed hotel. The pool in particular is a lovely addition and breakfast in the shady courtyard was particularly nice (although service a little slow so leave plenty of time if you need to be somewhere! On the downside, as we were just staying for one night and not planning to spend much time in our room, we went for the classic room category. I think we slightly drew the short straw as our room (number 8) was on the ground floor right next to the reception desk and lift so noisy in the morning as other guests went to breakfast. The listing for the hotel also implies there is parking at the hotel: this is not the case although there is a reasonably priced public car park nearby. A couple of improvements I would suggest are firstly,

Fabulous new hotel in a great central location

Really nice hotel and very nice staff. The hotel has just opened and has experienced some issues which did effect us however the staff and management were very apologetic and looked after us well. Rooms are very nice and hotel has a really nice rooftop area with small pool to cool off. Excellent location from which to explore Jerez.

Ótimo hotel com uma equipe super simpática.O único senão foram os degraus para acessar o hotel embora não fossem muitos. Ótimo quarto com boa cama e bom sanitário. Gostamos e recomendamos.

L’emplacement est légèrement excentré avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la cathédrale. Très belles chambres, matériaux de qualité (parquet, marbre etc), décoration soignée, literie au top dans la tradition espagnole ou la longueur devient la largeur et p’tit dej à la carte un peu restreinte mais tout était bon Piscine un peu fraîche en ce début mai mais avec un peu de courage :)
