Good property but not maintained well. Friendly staff but the rooms were a bit beaten and needed some care and maintenance

Amazing place to stay! Next time would stay at the center of Barcelona. But the beach was really nearby just a short walk.

Overall it's a good hotel with good transport link to the centre, only 7 minutes walk to the nearest underground. Good breakfast options. The only think to point out is that there are not enough plugs in the room, only 2 on top of the desk and one by window which didn't work. Would be good to have plugs beside bed. Also not keen on the bathroom design as you can't lock it and it is kind of see through.

Very limited dining and all the common areas by the lobby were only for the hotel restaurant/bar. Outside food/drinks not allowed in the common areas.

Amazing service

This is a lovely hotel with clean rooms and a rooftop swimming pool. The lobby and bar are clean and tidy and the breakfast was great. The metro is less than 10 minutes walk and there is always a taxi waiting outside. Altogether a great place to stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It has a unique charm, a unique, circular charm! The freshwater every morning was exceptional. I would stay here again absolutely!

My bathroom and room was not spotlessly clean and the furniture and fittings a little worn. The door to the cupboard was hanging off its hinges. Area has an industrial estate feel to it…no shops/cafes etc immediately local…but 10-15mins or so walk to the metro. Common parts nice enough Breakfast good Wasn’t terrible enough to complain, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Nice hotel, on site parking, friendly staff. Beautiful roof top pool, patio, bar. Off the beaten path which requires cab rides to go anywhere.

Nice to have cabs at the front( most of the time). Also nice to be out of the busy areas for the night. Nice friends local bars and restaurants near buy that aren’t influenced by “tourism pricing”

Overall good hotel at quiet location. Safe could only be operated with credit card. Bath tub floor was very slippery.

Nice hotel only part I didn’t like had to get a New key 3 times because it was programed for one day and I stayed 6.

Had the worst stay at Barcelona Condal Mar. Front desk service was awful—rude, unhelpful, and refused to accommodate even the simplest requests. They’ll upcharge you for everything imaginable. To top it off, I left an item in the room after checkout, and they suddenly ‘couldn’t find it.’ Terrible service, dishonest staff—avoid this place at all costs! #HotelNightmare #TerribleService #NeverAgain”

Such a lovely hotel in a convenient area to get the metro. Attentive staff who are always helpful. Rooftop bar is a lovely addition too.

The atmosphere around the hotel was quiet, it was nice to come back to silence after spending most of the day visiting the attractions. The hotel was very clean and very friendly staff i would definitely visit barcelona and stay at this hotel again.

Not up to 4 star standard. Needs freshing up. No lunch or dinner in restaurant. Very small rooftop pool, also available to non hotel residents and no loungers reserved dor reaidents, so always a struggle to get a lounger. Staff very polite though. I would not be staying here again or recommending it.

A clean, modern hotel with great rooftop vistas of Barcelona. Staff were friendly and accommodating, beds were comfortable and rooms clean and modern.

Property is far from the city

Although it was a nice stay, my only complaint is that the other guests were very loud and smoking weed making it uncomfortable for us to enjoy a good dinner. Food was excellent. But not many options...

Been to this hotel several times overall great hotel clean plenty taxis on door of hotel to take you. Lifts are slow and electricity issues.

Great hotel

Had a 5 night stay for my wife’s birthday with friends. Staff were brilliant and the hotel was very good in General. Decent location only 15mins walk from the beach and 10 mins in taxi to the centre.

Quiet location, good service

Very close to beach (walking distance) and many restaurants - quiet neighborhood with relatively easy access to the tourist sights. Excellent staff, great roof top solarium and pool.

Very clean property with good service. From the ease of checking in to the room amenities I would highly recommend this hotel! It is in a quieter neighborhood of Barcelona so be prepared to drive to any of the main sights they are at least an 45-1hr walk. The hotel is close to an amazing beach and very nice mall!

Property has a good location between the city’s attractions and the beautiful beaches. Public transportation is conveniently close by, and you can easily walk to the beach. Room was clean, breakfast buffet was excellent, the burger at the restaurant/bar was delicious.

Nice property, rooms are a little quirky. Zero electrical outlets available bedside to charge a phone. Beds are comfortable. Staff is quite pleasant and helpful. Not much else around hotel — seems a bit isolated amongst abandoned industrial buildings.

Hotel advertised as a 4 star. This is a 3 star. No dining area. What you see on the photos around the tiny bar area is it! Furniture inside rooms are basic and tired. Bathroom is ok. No mirror other than inside bathroom. Hotel immediately in almost derelict area, note be aware if females staying here alone when nights are dark. Personally wouldn’t stay again, staff are not welcoming, quite ignorant. Overall ok but expected 4 star feel

I enjoy the friendly staff. Especially, Ludwin and Ricardo. I’ve travelled so far away from home and I felt right at home. On our last night, Ludwin opted to take us to the night spots. We really enjoyed his hospitality and we are looking forward to traveling to Spain next year. Your hotel will be our hotel of choice.

Excelente hotel amazing room but transportation is not to close to the center of Barcelona

The walls are like paper. You can hear the next room word by word. There is nothing around the hotel. Even a little supermarket. Breakfast was good. Lobby was cozy and convenient. Safe box didn't work. There was no view or sufficient light in the room

Room wasn’t cleaned once during a 2 night stay. Beds are comfy however. Meliá rewards is a scam!

Location

The only drawback is that it was too far from the center of town, every time time we took a taxi to the center of town it cost us between 12.00 to 15.00 euros. They should have a free shuttle service or for minimal cost of 5.00 euros per person to the center of town.

Easy clean and safe hotel. Only issue is the roof top pool bar wasn’t open and could be a nice alternative for cocktails.

The hotel lobby was nice but the room wasn’t. Definitely wasn’t like the pictures the hotel room was some what dirty. Also it smelled like moldy. Wasn’t happy with the room. We didn’t want to have problems with the hotel. So we just didn’t say anything but we did try to stay out for the most part. Also you can hear everything. I kept hearing people closing doors walking the hallways. Definitely not soundproof. The doors also feels like someone could just open it wasn’t the best door to keep your stuff safe in your room

Nice service but hotel is very outdated and cold. The lighting in the room made it feel like a room in a hospital. The bed was very uncomfortable. It’s a depressing hotel to stay at.

On the area before we got to the hotel they stole my computer bag including 2 iPads inside , my glasses , my medication, my iPods etc . Beside that my wife forgot her iPods in the room 819 . Is there any way to find them ? Please let us know . Thanks

The hotel was great. The location was very good, in a quiet area of Barcelona. There’s always a taxi waiting outside the hotel so you don’t really have to worry about getting around but if you plan on walking it’s at least half an hour to get anywhere downtown Barcelona. The room was great, the facilities were okay, my only minor issue was the comical size of the TV. It was very small compared to the room. Also, the living room area felt empty, there was a dinning table, a couch and two lounge chairs. I would suggest adding a bit more furniture to hide the empty space.

I liked the fact that I felt safe and the staff was very helpful.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was tasy and good value. Building works next to Hotel was noisy and the room was dusty.

The staff was rude. We needed two separate beds and according to the mean staff there is only “rooms with two beds but they are all put together and they can not be separated”. Rude treatment and poor training received us at the hotel. Awful customer service.

Nice place to stay

Poor location for Barcelona central attractions. Just under 20 minutes to the beach.

I enjoyed the accessibility to the shopping center and the convenience or public transportation.

This hotel had a great 360 degree view on the rooftop offering a beautiful sunset. The pool wasn't heated and the rooftop bar wasn't open since it wasn't in the summer months. The bar offered drinks and food and sitting areas to relax away from the bar, if desired.

Overall good stay . Near bus/ metro. Beach less than 15 mins walk.

Breakfast was very good and worth it. The suite that was provided to me was very tired and worn, to put it politely, not a good representation of the pictures provided. The staff was attentive and they were courteous. Will not stay again

Great hotel

The hotel staff was wonderful. The property itself is not as pleasant as the reviews or the pictures. It’s quirky and it smells a bit old. The terrace is too tall and doesn’t look anywhere except old buildings. It’s far from most attractions. I did like the slippers and robes. B/f was plentiful.
