Me encantò la ubicación, la cercanìa con el malecón, el cafè de la esquina, las chicas de recepción muchas amables. La pasè super bien. Excelente experiencia, mejorarìa la limoieza del baño y aunque quizàs no estè bajo su control la mùsica de la explanada en Puerta dwl Mar era un poco molesta.

This is my second time staying at the same hotel. Sure, the hotel needs some touches, but I do not live there, so it worked out perfect for me. I loved a view from my room to the ocean and the Mayan Angel monument and the swimming pool which I usually had all for myself. Hotel is almost in front of the city wall, so it is easy to reach the main touristy spots. It is centrally located but is very quiet.

Dirty area around the hotel.

The property location is excellent. No bathroom amenities like shampoo, face clothes. Only two towels, no hand towels no face clothes. ONly one elevator in operation so a long wait for elevator especially in the morning. Front desk staff speak little to no english. No power in the hotel when we arrived so could not check in until later. This hotel could be great with the excellent location but it needs upgrading badly.

The location is good but the hotel is a dump the rooms are dirty specially the bathroom there is mold every on the walls, the toilet and sink are dirty there was even poop or blood next to the sink on the wall and the only working elevator was broken most of the time

An elevator reminiscent of "The Shining" by S.King

Just hard that the inner locks were broken in the room which made me feel less safe and the windows dirty. Not very helpful front desk staff but nice cleaning staff. The breakfast was quite ok. The bathroom was clean. Good location, safe area at night. Clean bedding. Just a run down place which needs things fixing up a bit.

Really nice location, close to the city centre and the sea. Rooms are clean and spacious, but the amenities of the hotel are a bit lacking: only one towel per bed (I had a 2 bed room so I got only 2 towels in total), no hot water in the evening, only in the morning and night, and WIFi and Cellular service were terrible, almost unusable.

Perfect location with balconies overlooking a stunning view. Steps away from the old town. Super pool. Could use a small fridge in room and more lounge chairs at pool. Would definitely stay here again for the price and location.

Family reunion

Hotel needs a makeover. The lobby is inviting but the rooms not so much. The parking lot is full of potholes. The staff is friendly. There is a little boutique shop but it was closed every day’

Unbeatable location, make sure u ask for the renovated rooms. Overall maintenace in common areas is need it but location was most important for me.

I can highly recommend this hotel: the Gulf of Mexico is right across the street, and the walled city is a three-minute wak away, where you’ll find great shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel offers a plentiful breakfast for about 80 pesos. The staff was very friendly, helpful, always smiling. Do yourself a favour, though, and learn some Spanish\: don’t expect everyone to speak English. It’s a gret place.

The hotel had a great ocean view from the room and lots of off street parking. There was also a working safe in the room. All are huge bonuses when traveling. The hotel could use some TLC but it and our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view of the gulf, just a block from downtown and all the activities, restaurants, shows in the main plaza, shopping. Elevator was having problems, and we had to use the stairs a few times.

Terrible hotel, don't go there.

I have never been in a such horrible hotel in my life. Service at the front desk was terrible, the hotel is old and dirty, its hardly a 1 star hotel. Its a shame because it has excellent location in front of the ocean, but you should avoid this hotel at all costs.

Hotel and rooms need an urgent upgrade, old furniture, towels dingy, bathroom curtain torn, window curtain broken, etc. Rooms in general had humidity smell and sticky feeling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

Hotel right on historic center. Within walking distance from malecón and historic downtown and shopping malls.

In need of a little fixing up here and there, but has a beautiful view of the malecon and sea on the gulf-side. The air-conditioning worked great, and room was clean. Beds are definitely on the firm side, if you like that. Wonderful location, just a couple blocks from the Plaza Principal, which is enchanting at night.

We checked out 3 days early

Dirty, rotten,shredded towels and bed linens,disgusting smell. Blood on the restaurant floor. We were afraid of finding bed bugs and saw silverfish.

The photos exaggerate the condition of the hotel. In fact, its kind of worn and shabby. But its clean and well situated. But certainly not charming.

The hotel really needs to up grade very out of date for that big of a hotel

Great view of Campeche!

The location of this hotel was great. Located just outside the gate towards the water, the views of Campeche are fantastic. Walking distance from great food and entertainment as well as the city central plaza.

Take care we were given keys to 2 rooms that were still occupied before we got our room!

Great location with a huge pool

This hotel has seen better days, but it is in a great location (steps away from the walled city and also the malecon) with a sea view. The best feature is a HUGE pool, which was clean and great for swimming laps. We did not try the restaurant as there are so many other options near by to choose from which were rated high on Tripadvisor.

It´s seen better days -- about 50 years ago

Nothing I wanted in this crumbling place was there. My two biggies, after the waterfront location, were air conditioning (since it´s beastly hot and muggy in Campeche) and a business center (so I can check e-mail on a PC, since there internet cafes are super-rare in Campeche). There was no business center at all, and the desk staff had no clue where the nearest internet cafe was. But worse was the AC. I´m no mechanic, but I think they use swamp coolers . . . which is WAY different from the AC that USA residents know . . . and even then, it was a weak old system. Even overnight, I don´t think it got below 75 (and muggy), and there was no opening the window at night or in the morning because there is no screen in a tropical (meaning, mosquito-rich) environment. Beyond that, I´m not sure where they got the room photos that they post online, but it sure as heck ain´t the same building in the same century. VERY inaccurate. So while the location and price are good, the mis-representation is not.

Not good value for money - very small room

Extremely small room and difficult to get to the window as the bathroom eats into the space.

Great room for the price.

We paid 35.00 a night and were very satisfied for the price. It does not look great from the outside but the rooms were clean and in very good condition. If your looking for a vacation hotel I would recommend another but if your doing business its a great deal.

Inexpensive hotel with sea view

We found the bell boy sleeping outside our room on the luggage trolley. When we returned an hour later he was still laying there but was now texting on his cell phone. He never bothered getting up.

Muy mal administrado. Sin agua caliente. El teléfono no funcionaba. La cerradura electrónica muy deficiente. Tiene una ubicación envidiable, pero parece no importarles el mejorar sus servicios. Dos elevadores, pero solo uno en funcionamiento, PARA TRES PERSONAS solamente.

Falta mantenimiento alrededor del lobby y en la fachada externa del hotel

Viejo, sin inversion alguna, sin personal, sin servicios, no regreso. Lastima porque esta situado en una de las mejores areas de campeche

En general bien ,es una lástima que no le inviertan, el hotel tiene una tradición ,pero ya está envejeciendo ,el agua de la tina tarda mucho en filtrase . El loo no triste , la cortina rota .detalles que se pueden cuidar , quizás habilitando una parte del hotel primero y después otra . El estacionamiento está lleno de baches .

Es un hotel ya muy viejo y con nada de mantenimiento. Lo bueno son las habitaciones amplias.

Es un edificio ya antiguo, nos tocó un cuarto que el aire condicionado tenía filtración, y a la ventana se le filtraba el agua de la lluvia, no contaba con botellas de agua en la habitación, las sábanas y toallas también ya se veían algo acabadas. Lo único que si es de reconocer es la excelente atención de los señores de en la noche que estan en la entrada del Hotel

Excelente servicio muy bonito y muy impecable las instalaciones muy cómodo buena vista no me puedo quejar quedé satisfecho con mi estancia muy recomendable.

Buena atención, buena ubicación, el único inconveniente es en fechas patrias, no garantizan estacionamiento. El horario de salida es a las 11 am, lo cual se me hace muy temprano. Los muebles un poco antiguos. Sin embargo, el costo lo hace accesible y confortable.

La ubicación está bien pero como es posible que para un evento tan grande en Campeche donde había tanta gente no tenían agua caliente es un hotel y no hubo durante la estancia

No tiene restaurante

El hecho de no contar con un vaso de agua, ni amenidades y el evidente descuido del mantenimiento observable, desde el elevador ademas de obligarme a firmar un recibo por el control de temperatura y del televisor, hizieron de un hotel muy querido por mi, desde 1967 decidir no volver a utilizar sus servicios.

Hotel en mal estado

Instalaciones en muy mal estado, feas muy viejo el hotel y mal cuidado aspecto de sucio y acabados en mal estado, el internet no sirvio no pude conectarme muy desagradable estancia.

Lo que pueden mejorar es renovar la ropa de cama, muy vieja inclusive con hoyos y mejorar la limpieza de los recovecos porque la que es a primera vista muy bien, el personal de recepción muy amable y me apoyaron mucho a todas un 100!!

Hotel muy sucio, cuartos viejos, camas viejas. Un trabajador del hotel, nos seguia cada vez que entrabamos y saliamos, y resultaba muy incomodo como güespedes.

El hotel es viejo, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, las camas no son cómodas ya tienen varios años de uso la television antigua, para facturar tardaron en responder y ya era fin de mes

es un hotel seguro ambiente agradable y limpio buena atencion el restaurante es rico pero solo funciona por la mañana nohay servicio por la noche.

La propiedad tiene una ubicación excelente, el centro de la ciudad es accesible a pie, y se tiene una buena vista al malecón. Sin embargo, se nota mucho la edad del hotel, ya que varios elementos, como puertas, pinturas o elevadores están desgastados, o los televisores que son bastantes viejos. Lo recomiendo para alguien que no pasé mucho tiempo en el hotel, salvo para descansar y desayunar.

No tan recomendable

Elevador viejo, muy lento y caliente, dejó de funcionar uno de los dos por lo cuál, había que bjar caminando a planta baja, ya que el elevador que sí funcionaba, estaba bloqueado para solo subir. Las habitaciones son de poco espacio, muy apretada, me parece que no hay opciones para habitaciones de una sola cama, nos dieron de dos y no se podía pasar al baño o a la mesa de espejo, la televisión muy vieja y el control no funcionaba bien, había que pegarle para que funcionara. La regadera goteaba a veces, la limpieza? Sólo cambiaban los edredones entre cama y cama, había una mancha en uno y al otro día, el edredon estaba en la otra cama y al siguiente día el edredón volvió a la otra cama y así por 3 días, nunca los cambiaron por limpios. La ubicación es buena, sobre el malecón muy cerca de lugares de interés, así que se puede salir a caminar en el día a conocer la ciudad

Al llegar al hotel me dijeron que no había reservación, me estaban cobrando más caro de lo que decía la página de Expedia, la habitación estaba sucia y muy mal olor. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Es un hotel antiguo y se nota, pero es muy agradable

El internet fallaba mucho, pasillos hacia la habitación sucios, atención del personal muy diferentes.
