The people are nice and it is 4* not pretending to be a 5*. Negatives The hotel interior is showing its age and the bed was not very good. The bath tub shower was showing its age. Toiletries could be improved upon. The corridor carpets are worn out. Plus side Swimming pools Staff - all areas working hard Variety of food in the restaurant Availability of pool side towels Evening entertainment Pool aerobics classes

Everything was in working condition and clean. Food can be a little tastier but it was okay. Service was good and courteous too.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and excellent food

I stayed here recently for a week in January. The view from the room was outstanding with a view of the sea and palm trees. There was a desk and small table to work from. The WIFI was mostly good though I also had an Ooredoo 4-G SIM to rely on. My plan included breakfast and dinner which were both outstanding in terms of food freshness and quality. The heated indoor swimming pool was nice. The staff, Hisham and Salah, were both friendly who could communicate effectively in English.

Really nice hotel with everything you need for a relaxing time. Definitely good value for the money. Room was very clean, well appointed and the staff was very attentive. Definitely would stay again.

Bad & dirty hotel

Aziza was a beautiful resort right on the beach and staff generally very helpful and nice. Breakfast was the best we had in Tunisia, wide range of selection and all fresh. Hotel interior is somewhat dated especially in common areas but this did not bother us. It is an adult hotel only and would say the music etc was more for older adults although we found it charming. On site spa is nice, a bit dated again but good value and massages were good. One minus point to mention was that it was my husband’s birthday and I had asked reception kindly if they could sort out a small cake of some sort for breakfast on our last day. The receptionist checked for my husbands name on file and called up the chef when I was there to confirm. I tipped him some money for the kind gesture however we never saw any sign of a cake which was disappointing. Overall was a very nice stay, would stay again and would recommend

Shockingly bad service

Do not expect to even get a glass of water or any cold drink with half board - they want you to pay. Never saw that before anywhere. The service is very bad, staff so rude and greedy. I didn’t like my stay at all. Try the Mediterranee next door which is 3 star and so much better!

Great all arounder. Clean, friendly, and quiet. Food is generous and tasty. Excellent choice for those seeking relaxing time off and peace of mind. Beachfront view is breathtaking (highly recommended if you can get one). This is an adult only hotel.

Nice stay .

Good service in restaurant always pleasant staff. Check in was smooth with plenty of info and helpful. Cleaning lady was excellent and always polite. Food was decent for an all inclusive .

Old hotel, not far from center hammamet. 7-10 min on taxi. Good beach. Good food.

Nice hotel Close to the beach

We stayed one night at this hotel. It is average and fair hotel. The staff service was fine but can be improved, especially at the beach where beach chairs (sun lounge) is hard to find and no one is there to help you.

Family vacation

We passed 5 days in this hotel, the stay was overall all pleasing, nice beach, good food, clean rooms, and very quite hotel for adults only, so if you want to rest and relax, this could be a very good option

C’est la cinquième fois qu’on vient. Le séjour a repondu a notre attente

Leider war der Strand nicht sauber. Sehr viel Plastik und sonstiger Müll waren immer wieder am Strand zu finden. Ich tauche gerne und habe auch leider den Müll im Meer gesehen, das war sehr traurig. Ich würde eine initiative gründen die gerne taucht und jeden abend 1 Stunde den zwischen den Steinen festgesetzten Müll einsammelt.

2e expérience à l'hôtel Aziza toujours agréable personnel gentil, propreté des lieux et des chambres. On est allé en periode tranquille pas beaucoup achalandé, le buffet était ordinnaire pas un grand choix de nourriture, surtout en desserts c'était faible, mais en général cetait bien, plage propre et proche de la corniche pour aller marcher. Un bel hotel tranquille car pour adulte seulement.

Super hôtel un peu vieillissant avec une propreté aléatoire. Salle de bain sale obligé d avertir la réception avec changement de chambre. Sinon Piscine magnifique bord de mer également. Je reviendrai mais je vous conseil de bien faire le tour de la chambre.

Struttura bella con spiaggia privata un mare molto Bello. Il cibo è molto buono. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. È stato tutto ottimo . Eccetto che il receptionist ci ha fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno tripla rispetto a quella che dovevamo pagare nonostante gli avessi fatto notare l’errore, è stata una somma comunque piccola però non l’ho trovato professionale e corretto. In ogni caso soggiorno consigliato

Plage privée sécurisé maître nageur et sécurité. Piscine extérieure et intérieur 28degres . Personnel vraiment très sympa 👍 Par contre petite mésaventure c'est ncernant le bar de la piscine ...... Apparemment il privilégie les vacanciers all in exclusive , ce qui m'as gaver . J'ai pris un café au lait et lui ai demander de rajouter un café mais il as pris son temps à servir d'autres personne , du coup je lui ai dit laisse tomber pour le café , combien je vous dois . Basta. Sinon dans l'ensemble génial.

Tres agréablement surprise par cet hôtel, nous avons prolongé 3 jours de plus. Le service courtois a l'accueil, propreté des lieux et très bien pour la qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner inclus etait correcte, pas un grand choix au buffet mais suffisant. Le chef au déjeuner était super gentl!

Séjour assez bon, par contre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas ce qui a rendu la chambre assez désagréable avec la chaleur.

Bon hôtel, hôtel calme qui n’accueille des adultes donc très paisible et reposant Les personnels est sympas, le point fort est la plage privée.

Wir gehen schon seit Jahren in dieses Hotel. Gutes Essen und Top freundliches Service Personal. Von der Rezeption, Kellner, bis zum Reinigungspersonal für das Zimmer. Alle Top freundlich. Nur beim Hotel selber sollte mal über eine sanfte Renovation nachgedacht werden. Sanitäre Anlagen, Licht- und Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Aber trotz allem werden wir auch weiterhin in dieses Hotel gehen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern, die Lobby hätte jedoch besser klimatisiert sein können. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Das Essen war super!

Propre et calme sans enfants, personnel aimable, a la réception comme au restaurant, piscine et jardin bien entretenu, restauration variée par contre le petit déjeuner de 6h peu mieux faire. Ravi d avoir découvert un hôtel de cette qualité confort, personnel au petit soins et plage privée et bien surveillée . C est un excellent séjour. Bravo
