This hotel wasn't supposed to have pets in it, but there's a cat, which is allowed in the rooms (after I went into my room, it scratched at the door for a long time trying to get in). I'm very allergic. Aside from allergy problems right away, there was lots of noise from above and on the street. I knew I wouldn't have a good stay, so left right away and went to a previous hotel. I asked the front desk guy who the manager is. He said he didn't know!

Do not trust the pictures

Don’t trust the pictures from the listing, this place is a scam … My room (# 112) looked nothing like what they advertised. I didn’t stay the night and of course they refused to give me a refund.

Good place

A couple of nights midweek in January 2024. Friday night the price was going up so i decided not to stay. Great place except for the location... it seems a little out of the way.

Receptionist was unfriendly and rude

The receptionist woman was very rude. She acted they we were a burden the moment we walked into the door.

If u r planning to see theathers shows (a must if u understand spanish) and walk around city centre or touring around using metro subway system, the location will suit ur needs

Small Room&Good Location,ALOT around-CENTER-C PICs

Small room but comfortable. All fashion keys (vs. electronic key card). Tiny elevator. Breakfast and bar on the second floor which had decent food and drinks. Many restaurants in the walking distance (right next to sushi/fish store). In the center of the city. Recommend.

Good air-conditioning, great location

Very satisfied with the room condition and the location. Well working air-conditioners in the room. Many good restaurants and theaters in walking distance. However, none of the reception staff understands any English so it was hard to ask for directions or reserve a taxi. The breakfast was just bread and juice.

Budget hotel in good location

The staff were really helpful, spoke good English and even lent me an umbrella when it rained. Good location supermarket around the corner and lots of attractions within walking distance. My room wasclarge old fashioned and very clean.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires

Very clean hotel with exceptional staff who are super friendly. Made us feel very welcome during our stay. I originally only booked four nights but extended my stay for another two. We found the location great which made it easy for us to walk around the city. Special mention to our breakfast lady, incredibly hard working, friendly and always made me extra coffee everyday :) Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel, I would recommend to fellow travellers and would stay there again if I came back to Buenos Aires. :)

Central Buenos Aires

Unusual layout, two story apartment, beds upstairs, bath, toilets and lounge downstairs. Two tvs, so you can watch tv in bed.

Very convenient hotel located in Buenos Aires

The hotel was located near downtown Buenos Aires in Argentina, it was around 15 minutes taxi ride from the airport. The staff was friendly during the check in process. The room key is not an electronic card like most hotel, it is an actual key with a big keychain. If you have a big luggage with you, it may not fit in the elevator with more than 1 person.

One time hotel

It looks better in the pictures. The hotel is clean but everything is so old. It was a good price but is better to pay some extra a move to a more newer hotel. They didn't include the breakfast

Amazing price for the quality of the room. Helpful and friendly staff and a good location

Close to historical monuments and shopping areas

The hotel staff was very helpful with arranging tours, taxi service and sightseeing tips. The price was more than reasonable for convenient location, good service and a clean room; moreover, it included a large breakfast. I would definitely stay there again!

Congress Square

People were great, bent over back wards to be helpful. We had a long delay between checkout and flight. They stored our bags, and made sure we had transportation when we needed it. The breakfast was way over the top. One suggestion would be to put trash cans in rooms.

Very dirty

We stayed there 2 nights. The service was okay, upon arrival our receptionist was not friendly at all, but later on other folks at the front desk did help store our luggage and helped us call a cab to the airport. The main issue is that the sheets-&-linens-&-towels were very dirty. The bed sheets had dried stains on them, and for both nights the towels we received looked disgusting and it was not clear at all whether they had been washed. They didn't empty the garbage bin in the bathroom either.

Great Location

We had previously stayed in this hotel and returned to find a consistent service and friendly staff. Our room was a family sized room eventhough be booked a double and was spacious with good light.

Don't expect a warm reception

Starting without mentioning the staff, the hotel is in a convenient location for night life. Just two blocks from the theatres and six blocks from the obelisco, it could be a good option for a low budget stay. Breakfast is really good and has some good options for a healthy diet. The rooms are clean and spacious. Now, mentioning the staff, it is impossible to give a higher rate to this hotel. To bad there isn't a 0 on the staff rating. We got there late night, and the guy at the reception was so rude; I wish I could tell the "right" words on this rating. It took us around 10 mins trying to find our room. If only this person was able to explain us where it was, we wouldn't be walking around with our heavy luggage! He didn't provide the A/C controls and wasn't that friendly when we asked for it, as well as for the WiFi access. The next morning, we waited around 15 mins for the waiter to clean our table to serve breakfast, she used one of the table knives to clean the mess (it was really disgusting). The only friendly staff were the cleaning ladies. They were more helpful than this "gentleman" at the reception. If you are on a low budget, or for a short stay, is not a bad option, but please try avoiding the night shift, it could be really disappointing.

No complaints, served its purpose.

Only stayed one night. Chose it because it was close to the theatre where we watched Michael Buble, and could walk home. Perfect for that purpose.

This is a good hotel

We travelled down the coast of Argentina , from Buenos Aries to Patagonia and back again and we found the Aand B hotel the best one we stayed in. It was very good value for money. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and the location was 5 minutes from the centre - who could ask for more!

Super excellent Customer Service !!! Five Stars all around...The personnel is very helpful and professional all the time. Beside of that, the hotel is located right in the heart of Corrientes Avenue, surrounded by restaurants, theaters, bars, etc.

Excelente hospedagem!

O hotel é, sem dúvidas, uma excelente opção para ficar em Buenos Aires. Bem localizado, muito próximo da Avenida Corrientes, onde é o foco do comércio. Andando uns 8 minutos a pé, chegará ao Obelisco. Em 5 minutos a pé, estará em uma estação de metrô que liga toda a cidade. Café da manhã é pago à parte, mas isso parece ser um costume de quase todas as hospedagens em Buenos Aires. O quarto que fiquei era muito bom. Tinha um quarto auxiliar para solteiro/filho. Teto bem alto, banheira bem limpa, a limpeza diária foi muito boa. Decoração do quarto no estilo medieval. 3 sacadas. Banheira em perfeito funcionamento (aquecimento e hidromassagem). Terraço do hotel ainda tinha uma área de convivência muito bonita. Sem dúvidas, retornando à cidade, este hotel seria minha primeira opção. Ressalto o atendimento na recepção do funcionário Juan, muito cordial e simpático.

Hotel simples mas muito bom... limpo, bom atendimento, excelente localização, próximo a estação de metro. O único porém é que na busca aqui no app diz que disponibiliza de garagem grátis, mas chegando lá disseram que não tinha, apenas davam um desconto de 20% em um estacionamento pago.

Razoável. A localização é boa, mas os 2 quartos estavam com um cheiro muito forte de tinta. Os travesseiros são EXTREMAMENTE desconfortáveis, duros e altos e o café da manhã só tem pão.

Ótimo hotel

Quarto muito confortável, ótimo atendimento. Tivemos apenas um pequeno transtorno: nos avisaram sobre uma troca de quarto na hora em que estávamos saindo do hotel pela manha e tivemos que voltar para agilizar a troca e isso foi um inconveniente. Fora isso, os dias foram perfeitos.

Edificio reciclado con algunas incomodidades

Llegamos desde Bariloche nuestro equipaje era abundante y nos dieron una habitación en un entrepiso por lo que al salir del ascensor teníamos que bajar algunos escalones algo bastante incómodo. Como si esto fuera poco, nos encontramos con una habitación totalmente interior (sin ventanas) cosa que nunca apareció especificada en la reserva.

Tudo ocorreu muito bem, funcionários atenciosos, bom custo benefício!

Passei dias maravilhosos neste hotel, bem localizado, funcionários prestativos, limpeza diária muito bem feita, ótimo custo e benefício, a construção é antiga assim nao possui um bom isolamento acústico.

La habitacion espaciosa, buen baño y muy bien el internet. La cama muy comoda. Lo malo que las paredes tenian humedad.

La habitación (suite) muy linda y cómoda, con jacuzzi incluido, pero lamentablemente pegada a la cocina y al sector para desayunar, por lo cual, a partir de las 7 de la mañana fue imposible continuar durmiendo por los ruidos, agravado además porque había un contingente de personas mayores que a primera hora fue a desayunar. La atención del personal del hotel y el desayuno son excelentes.

Todo muy lindo...fue un excelente servicio y selección de lugar...lo volvería a elegir de nuevo.

Su Habitacion con Bañera de hidromasajes....me fue super ..porque despues de correr 30 K un baño en una bañera asi fue lo mas Especial.

Hotel recomendado

Ótima opção de hotel. Bem localizado, quartos limpos e bom atendimento. Talvez os mais exigentes não gostem do café da manhã, que é extremamente simples e igual todos os dias (cafe com leite, ou chas e achocolatados, misto quente, mezzaluna e outros pães, e coisas de passar em pães. Somente isso, não havendo frutas ou coisas do tipo). Agora, para quem não faz questão de ter um excelente café da manhã, pode se dizer que é um excelente hotel.

O banheiro tem a ducha e o sanitário em espaços diferentes (horrível). O wifi é intermitente... No mais tudo foi tranquilo.

El hotel y la atención muy bien, solo que incluyeron cuando llegue pago de IVA, que en Argentina es uno monto importante (21%) que no estaba incluido en la oferta. ESO TIENE QUE ESTAR MUY CLARO cuando se hace la reserva

Un hotel justo, ni muy muy ni tan tan, pero con los elementos necesarios para descansar buen en un viaje de negocios. A media cuadra de Chiquilín y Paseo de la Plaza.

O atendimento foi ótimo, o quarto era confortável, estava sempre limpo e arrumado. Em alguns dias, havia barulho de madrugada na vizinhança. O wifi não era muito bom no quarto. O café da manhã tinha café, pão, torrada, medialuna (um tipo de croissant famoso na Argentina) e coisas salgadas e doces para passar no pão. O café é servido na mesa. Para veganos, é preciso comprar leite vegetal e queijo vegetal na cidade para poder aproveitar bem o café. As atendentes do café e da recepção são muito simpáticas!

Estancia agradable, con buena atención. Las personas encargadas siempre dispuestas a ayudar y sugerir lugares por conocer. Ademas cuenta con buen desayuno. La habitación es cómoda, el wifi funciona perfectamente como también el aire acondicionado. Lugar muy central y tranquilo,lo que permitió salir sin complicaciones a conocer y recorrer. Si tuviera que regresar a buenos aires..volvería a este hotel.

la atencion fue mala, el conserje tardo media hora en bajar a abrirnos cuando volvimos de cenar, nunca pidio disculpas ni nada. La primer noche no funcionaba la ducha y la explicacion del conserje fue: "ser habra quedado sin agua el tanque" (inaudito!)

Hotel bem localizado e limpo.

Estive entre os dias 15 a 19 de novembro/2016, em um apartamento triplo e fiquei satisfeito com o hotel, recebi exatamente o que paguei. O café da manhã muito repetitivo e com muitos doces, mas pelo que fiquei sabendo, é muito comum encontrar esse modelo. O hotel fica bem localizado, no centro da cidade bem próximo da Av. Corrientes e ao Obelisco. Dá pra se conhecer muitos lugares interessantes a pé. O banheiro oferecia boa instalação. Deu pra acessar o wi-fi do hotel no quarto, mas na recepção o sinal era melhor. Fui bem tratado pelos funcionários do hotel e a limpeza satisfatória. Lembro que se trata de um hotel ***. Recomendo!

Valeu pela localização

Apesar de ser bem localizado, o hotel deixou a desejar. No check in havia um gato na recepção que a recepcionista levou para dentro ao perguntar se nós não gostávamos de gatos. Em outras ocasiões chegamos a ver novamente o gato. Após o check out, quando fomos pegar as malas, o gato circulava no saguão do hotel e a mesma recepcionista não teve a gentileza de retirar o gato de lá. O quarto possuía um cheiro de mofo e achei muito estranho o banheiro com box, vaso sanitário e pia separados, tendo o armário junto e uma cortina para dar privacidade. No nosso caso, eramos todos da mesma família,porém, achei que mesmo assim era estranho. O sinal de wifi no quarto não era bom. A limpeza foi muito bem feita. O que realmente nos agradou foi a localização do hotel, muito próximo da Corrientes, com muitas opções de refeição, compras e passeios.

Hermoso y cómodo hotel cerca de todo

La habitación era hermosa, muebles antiguos, muy bien sommier, y un baño inmenso. Un lujo. El personal muy atento. Súper recomendable.

O hotel superou as nossas expectativas. A princípio, pareceu um pouco longe do metrô e dos pontos turísticos. No entanto, bastou uma caminhada para notarmos a sua boa localização e, principalmente, a tranquilidade da região. Os funcionários são educados e solícitos. O café da manhã se resume a algumas medialunas e opções de suco, café ou chá. É satisfatório e atende ao padrão argentino.

Hotel in zentraler Lage, jedoch mit Mängeln

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, lassen sich doch von hier aus einige Attraktionen sogar zu Fuß rreichen. Des Hotel ist im Inneren in einen älteren und einen neueren Bereich geteilt. Wenn man nun ein Zimmer im älteren Bereich zugeteilt bekommt, dann kann es leicht sein, dass das einzige Fenster des Raumes direkt zum Fenster des gegenüber liegenden Hotelzimmers aufgeht, das keine 2 Meter entfernt ist. So ist es notwendig, die blickdichte Rolljalousie immer herunten zu lassen und das Zimmer immer künstlich zu beleuchten. Auch scheint das Internet in diesem Bereich dauerhaft nicht zu funktionieren, da auf Nachfrage hin dies mit einer Bemerkung bestätigt wurde, dass das ja bekannt ist, aber eine Reparatur nicht so bald möglich sein wird...

Charming tidy hotel with olds standards

The hotel is nice and tidy but the standards are old fashioned. It might be charming for some people but for myself it looked outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room's key was big and heavy and is meant to be left at the reception when you leave the hotel. That means you have to ask for the key when you return back. In addition the reception is very close to the entrance and to the elevator. There wasn't any "don't disturb" signal available in the room to inform the cleaning staff that I was sleeping and I did not want to be disturb. Anyway, my impression as a whole was positive.

mal, no esta acorde a la tarifa, mucho olor en la habitacion, muy mala la atencion, desinteres en que este alojado, creo que tienen otras prioridades de atencion, que no son las hoteleras. Fue ua mala experiencia, fui y pague por dos dias y me fui en el primero, solo estuve una noche, pague los dos dias por una cuadruple y estube en una triple, un dia.
