The breakfast was good value, and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a bit crowded with one chair, yet we would have liked having use of a second chair. Appreciated the little fridge. Most disappointing was lack of notice that the workout gym would be closed. I checked the hotel's website before we arrived and nothing was said about the gym's closure.

Very Unfriendly Receptionist

Very disappointed in the room we received. The first room clearly smelled like smoke, but the receptionist was very disbelieving as if we were scamming her. It wasn't our fault that the previous guest had smoked there. The replacement room had 2 double beds and the receptionists claimed that there were no more rooms even though the hotel wasn't busy. It sucked that my wife & I had to sleep on twin mattresses with a crack between us. Uncomfortable! The service in the breakfast buffet was good; the helpers were very nice. The cleaning lady was very nice when we asked for help.

Great location, excellent service and very professional staff

Room was fine, nice comfortable bed and large bathroom. Quiet in the room, but airco is loud. Nicely situated next to the centre of Segovia. Points of attention: Parking garage has very small roads and is cramped. There is an elevator, but the hotel can only be entered by stairs, not suitable for wheelchairs etc.

Dated hotel with very restrictive parking!!

This hotel was probably once very nice but it has lost some of its charm and would benefit from a refresh. On the positive side the bathroom/ shower facilities were very good. The negative items were the very noisy air con, the road noise and the breakfast (the hot food was stone cold)!? In addition if you have a car then I advise not to use the hotel car park as it has very restrictive access!! I didn't even attempt to access it.

The property is old and the rooms need a big upgrade, unfortunately the bathroom smelled very bad since the day we checked-in, had to buy a candle to camouflage the bad odor. I think there are better options to stay in Segovia

The underground car park is soo stressful ! It’s tight and very hard to park in The lights go out quickly and you are left in the pitch black not safe as a women Also the hotel staff spoke no English and were not friendly Rooms were very small and dated

Had Rm 211. Good overall. Clean and reasonably large. Comfy bed. Thin walls. Could hear neighbours talking. Drowned out ok by the use of AC. The door could only be closed by slamming which the Neighbors must have liked. Friendly staff. Decent stay overall.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and spacious parking lot. Room was large with big bathroom and refrigerator. Staff was friendly.

Perfectly positioned hotel

I had a really friendly welcome from the delightful receptionist. This is a perfectly positioned hotel for a visit to Segovia. Everything was clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable with a great bed and really good shower. I found the staff to be responsive to my needs and eager to help. Segovia is a really amazing town with everything in walking distance of the hotel.

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is located in a very convenient location where we could walk to all the main attractions. The breakfast was great. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bus stop is near the hotel , so we were able to ride the bus to and from the train station. We would stay there again

Wonderful Staff

When we checked in, we were given directions to the local sights and told about a nearby event that was happening that night. It was something that took place only a few times a year. Thanks to the staff at the hotel, we were able to go, which really added to our visit. Later that night they showed the football (soccer) match at their bar and had free appetizers during the game. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good basics

We drove so our experience was a little different. We couldn't see the hotel from the side we came in until we turned around to that side of the street. It's a tall building and the signage is way up high. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the sights we went to see. It's a good basic accomodation and equal to others within the same price range.

Problems

The hotel was in a good location to get to the Aquiducts and old Segovia. The wifi at the hotel was awful and when I called it to the attention of the staff they said they haven't had anyone else complain. I depend on wifi to upload pictures every night, I was disgusted. Then I went to take a nice hot shower and the water was barely warm. I had booked 2 nights here and I tried the shower at different times. The only time it was hot enough was early evening. The hotel gym and sauna were also not available which was not stated on their listing.

Easy access to the sights

Missed the car park when we arrived and had to get this sorted at check in but receptionist very helpful. Only niggle was that we couldn't access the wifi in terms of downloading anything at all even though there was a signal. Room was large and comfortable, some smell of cigarettes which I assume came from outside via the Aircon.

Excellent location but rooms are a little tired

We chose this hotel for its easy access by car and it had its own underground car park. It was also only 5 mins walk from the Roman aqueduct and 12 mins walk to the cathedral and plaza mayor. The reception staff were very friendly but the bedroom and bathroom were a little outdated. The bed however was extremely comfortable.

Good location

This modern, clean hotel was just across the road from the old town of Segovia. A short walk brings you to the Aquaduct, and then about another 5 minutes to the Plaza Mayor and Cathedral.

Good value central Hotel

Excellent location close to the pedestrianised centre leading to the famed Aqueduct. Restaurant serving local area specialities, where the menu of the day appeared at first to be quite expensive, but the dishes were a delight and perfectly cooked. With the addition of a great house white made it 1st class vaue for money. The great tapas bar that is part of the Hotel with an entrance from the street appeared to be popular with locals who called in for an inexpensive drink and serves large tasty tapas included in the price of the drink.

Minutes walk to sight seeing locations. Convenient location. The picture shows the hotel a lot prettier and newer than it really is. It's a bit old but it's ok to stay for a day to walk around in segovia.

It was easy to get to.... just get off on the train station and take the bus that goes to the city. The bus stops right in front of the hotel. It is also walking distance from the city center, we walked to all the different points of interest.

Convenient location

Los Arcos is located a few meters from the bus stop from the train station. A few blocks walk and you are looking at the Aqueduct. It has a nice friendly bar and good tapas.

La salle de sport n’est pas en fonctionnement et c’était la raison principale de mon choix de cet hôtel. Il n’y a pas de quoi se préparer une boisson chaude ni à la réception ni dans la chambre. Je ne suis pas satisfait dans la globalité.

El hotel está bien situado y tiene un restaurante de categoría. La única pega es que las habitaciones no están todo lo insonorizadas que deberían para mi gusto.

Es un hotel acogedor para ir en familia, está cerca de los principales monumentos de la ciudad por lo que se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio.

En general para lo q pagamos está muy bien y la cercanía a todos los lugares de interés, esto es importante porque después de todo un, dos, tres y más días en coche, facilita el poder ver todo con más ganas. Muchas gracias.

Mauvais séjour

Bien qu’ayant été très bien reçu , nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre et il nous a été répondu que l’hôtel étant complet, il ne nous reste plus qu’à ouvrir la fenêtre pour trouver un peu de fraîcheur . Le management n’étant pas présent, la pauvre réceptionniste n’avait aucune solution ni dédommagement à nous proposer, du genre gratuité du parking (15€) ou petit déjeuner. Aucun service clientèle pour une chambre à plus de 100€. Une honte.

No volvería

Una habitación doble donde han metido una cama supletoria y no te podías revolver. Le sobran dos estrellas Limpio y la cama cómoda. Pero que no me extraña que cada vez haya más gente que tire de apartamento vacacional. Hay hoteles, como es este.caso, que abusan muchísimo.

No merece 4*

Le sobra por lo menos una estrella. No tiene categoría de 4*. No tienen servicio de habitaciones (que tienes el teléfono de la cafetería en el teléfono pero te dicen que no dan servicio que tienes que bajar hasta para consultar la carta… pues no entiendo porque ponen el teléfono), ni almohadas para elegir, mobiliario muy desgastado y súper antiguo. Entra muchísima luz ya que la cortina no cubre bien la ventana. No volveria

El hotel está genial, la habitación es amplia y la cama muy cómoda. Lo que no nos gustó fue que salimos del hotel sobre las 9:15 de la mañana para visitar la ciudad y volvimos después de comer sobre las 15:30 para cambiarnos de ropa y descansar un poco y no habían limpiado la habitación. Justo cuando estábamos descansando entraron las chicas de la limpieza y nos tuvimos que ir.

Hotel moderno con buena atención

El hotel se encuentra fuera del casco histórico, pero justo enfrente de la calle peatonal, por la que, en tres minutos andando, te plantas bajo el Acueducto. El hotel es de diseño moderno y está bien conservado; irreprochable. Destaco la amabilidad del personal, que accedieron a dejarme acceder a la zona del bufet para poder tomar una café a las 7 de la mañana, pues tenía que salir antes de que abrieran. ¡Buen detalle! Sólo un apunte: ¡OJO con el suelo del plato de ducha! No es antideslizante.

Nice stay close to everytwe wanted to see. Parking was super, as we have 2 motorcycles with luggage. The only thing is that the water in the shower was too cold for our taste. Told the receptionist, and it got a bit better, but still didn't feel warm. When I say cold, it was probably around 35 degree's celsius. That wasn't enough to feel warm after the shower. Besides that the room was perfect.

Rommet var greit nok. Passe stort og god seng. Men det var lytt mellom rommene, hørte stemmer fra naborommet. Frokosten var helt standard, inneholdt det nødvendige men ikke noe ekstra. Garasjen er svært trang og vanskelig og manøvrere i når det er andre biler parkert. Trange plasser og kraftige søyler. Egner seg kun for små biler. Anbefaler og heller bruke andre offentlige parkeringshus i nærheten.

El acceso al hotel tiene muchas barreras arquitectónicas sobretodo para las personas con movilidad reducida, lo único a destacar es que las chicas de la recepción son muy amables y muy serviciales.

Tiene que mejorar

Habitación triple con supletoria muy pequeña, la cama bloqueaba el paso a la ventana, habitación calurosa con aire acondicionado insuficiente. No contratar desayuno buffet, variedad ridícula, yogures sin refrigerar y moscas encima de la comida.

El hotel estaba bien situado, pero, la limpieza no era para 4 estrellas, las dimensiones de l Habitacion tampoco el aire de la habitación hacía mucho ruido. El personal amable.

El aire acondicionado hacía un ruido insoportable, justo al lado de la cama, había cabellos y pelusas en el suelo, la disposición era tal que la TV no se veía desde el sofá-cama, el armario de carpintería metálica hacía un ruido increíble, la ducha estaba a oscuras y el bufet del desayuno lejísimos de un hotel 4 estrellas.

Hotel muy obsoleto y antiguo, en muy malas condiciones pues está abandonado (ventana que filtraba aire, mueble visiblemente arañado, pared sucia..).
