The square footage listing for the executive rooms is wrong on the website. I estimate the rooms are in the 220-300 sq ft range. The room has individual air conditioning units which is good for controlling the temperature in the room. Lobby is on 2nd floor. There is a set of stairs to enter the hotel. Breakfast was minimal. Staff will bring you what you need but not a lot of choice. For Westerners, Indian food is spicy so most things on the menu will have some "heat". Have them make you an omelet. Not a lot nearby to walk to. Can hail a tuk tuk out front to take you where you want to go for just a couple of US$.
