Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. WiFi is flaky…
Luxury hotel near the Alhambra
This is a gorgeous and very comfortable hotel with great views over Granada. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and were made to feel very welcome by the staff.
Nice Hotel in a very good location for AlHambra Palace.
Perfect
Felt very special, lovely place with a great pedegree.
Amazing!!
Exceeded expectations - excellent service beautiful rooms!! Outstanding view and meals
Everything was exceptional especially the people working there! Just wish bathroom floor had been vacuumed better…but small detail…
Excelente selección de desayunos. El personal es muy amable y atento.
Very convenient location and old world flair
We booked the Alhambra Palace Hotel for one night in Granada. The obvious big plus here is the proximity to the Alhambra which amazing to see (private tour is well worth it !). The hotel has an old world flair and grandeur that is special. The view from the bar and breakfast area and balcony is exceptional. The breakfast in the morning is probably the best we had all trip with excellent food and a very inspiring breakfast room which used to be the main dining room area. The only things I would have liked to see in this hotel are (i) a top flight restaurant for dinner which they don't have and (ii) a spa which I don't think they have either. The room was comfortable and modernized bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.
The hotel has good views and looks luxurious. However my room was colder than the corridor. There’s no extra blankets in the room. I had quite uncomfortable sleeping. For the breakfast there was no freshly cooked hot food. For a five star hotel it’s quite poor.
Walkable to Alahambra place.
Spectacular stay, beautiful accommodations, wonderful staff.
Everything was fabulous. From the breakfast to the toilet and the bed to the view. Could not have been better.
Fantastic
Beautiful hotel masterpiece! Gorgeous stay overlooking the city.
A must to stay when visiting Granada for its great location, amazing views and state of the art hotel
Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Room very small and had to ask for robes and hair conditioner. Excellent food both at breakfast and dinner (except for bread at dinner which was stale and leftover from breakfast.
Lovely hotel and stunning scenery
This is a beautiful property very conveniently located to the Alhambra. The food and drinks at both restaurants was excellent and the view is amazing. Would definitely return!
Helpful staff
Overall good hotel.
Rooms are comfortable. Balcony is a nice feature. It is very close to Alhambra. Walking distance is less than 10 minutes. Terrace lunch area is good with good food. dinner offerings at the restaurant were OK but breakfast buffet was very good.
Fancy look and smell
It has a interesting architecture. It is being cleaned all the time and the space smells like Islamic holy places. They try to look fancy but some details are not well-taken care of. Like we were given a room where they had the lobby being repaired and the hotel was only 10-20% full. The room was wheelchair accessable which means it had lower than usual sink. Our room did not have any specific view. Also, for dinner the hotel restaurant and bar were the only options. It was called Mediterranean but they started with guacamole, which is Mexican and was not the best guacamole. The grilled chicken was smelly and they got my wife salad wrong. For parking you need to use the valet which means eating out was not an option. They would have had better luck serving regional foods or experience with fewer options but better presentation. Some but not all staffs had attitude. Like they only wanted super wealthy or retired people to be served there. Maybe not a place for people in their mid 30s.
I highly recommend Alhambra Palace Hotel, we had a great time during our stay. The staff is very friendly and polite. We were there for a week and they all knew us and our preferences.
Great Hotel
Great location to visit Alhambra. About 5 min walk to Gate Justice entrance to skip the line of the main entrance. Also you can schedule the time that has less tourists because you are so close. It’s important because your pictures won’t have a lot of people in it. Beautiful hotel and great view. Very quite. We had dinner at Resaurante Mirador Carmen de San Miguel which is only 5 min walk from the hotel. Great food. Roasted suckling pig is delicious.
Awesome place and very convenient location.
Amazing overall experience
I don’t understand why does not has Gym and pool
Style of architecture and the veiw
Beautiful hotel and even more stunning location and views
The history
Service Cleanliness
The restaurant waiter was short and not pleasant. He seemed as we was bothered by being there.
A special place with wonderful common areas. The bedrooms and bathroom are rather small and somewhat aged but comfortable and the view is spectacular.
Sorry while the property is great it’s very over priced and the food marginal. For the price of a suite room the amenities are lacking. Sorry but not staying there again.
Great staff and superb location. The rooms were luxurious and the views CB sublime
Dining room has great food and view.
If the focus of your visit to Granada is the Alhambra palaces, then this is the best location for you - they're a totally convenient few hundred steps away (some of it uphill). This hotel is on the hillside high above the city, in a separate, quiet, refined space for your visit. Getting to the rest of the city down below is a bit inconvenient, a long walk down and back up, or a cab ride. No near dining options. Our city view classic room was -- adequate. Well, maybe more like tired. It was clean and did have the small balcony doors for the view, but in need of a full modern refresh that befits the stunning location/views, hotel's grand public spaces, and its not-insubstantial price tag. You have to step over the high edge of the tub to take a shower, the little flap of glass on the side to keep the water shooting onto the bathroom floor, the flimsy later add-on shower. The feel and views from the hotel's restaurants are spectacular. The public areas of the hotel are quite grand, with many motifs and design cues from the Alhambra palaces, beautiful. When we were there in second half of October, the main dining room was open for only 800-1000 pm (and breakfast), though the bar would also offer most food from the main restaurant menu, but without the Expedia Gold VIP discount to which we were supposed to be entitled. Menu is reasonably extensive, high-quality traditional food, maybe slightly lacking in pizzazz but still very enjoyable when combined with the views.
Great
Not happy with the food options
Excellent location
Proximity and dining, friendly staff No workout facility
Beautiful hotel with a well-organized and attentive staff.
Memorable Visit to Alhambra
Palace hotel chosen because of proximity to Alhambra tourist site. Splurged on accommodation price due to reputation and were not disappointed. Room quality, service and aesthetics were exceptional
Alhambra
This hotel is amazing, top luxurious and with outstanding services, breakfast was fantastic, within walking distance to the city center, great views from the terrace were breakfast is served.
My second stay here and both times were super. Keep up the good work!!
Stunning view, excellent location, elegant common areas of the hotel, and first class friendly and helpful staff. But the room needed updates and the bathroom was extremely small.
Beautiful Hotel very friendly and helpful staff and prime lication
Property looks better in pictures. It is close to Alhambra but far to everything else and to where the action is. Not worth the premium price. Restaurant and bar are ridiculously expensive for the area. Most importantly, the front desk staff is not trained to help you book activities like other hotels were in Andalusia. No concierge. A sad reception.
Amazing hotel, close to the Alhambra.
Historic hotel, great vibe and very helpful staff
Excellent
Unique location
The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Wonderful staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Perfect stay.
Excellent
One of the best in Spain I am so glad I was able to come back
Hotel was very nice the food was great When we check out no body was there to helps us with the bags I have pretty bad back and I had to carry the bags with my wife up the stairs.
NA
Amazing hotel. Historic but we stay there one precious night and ate there for a special dinner but it was ruined by a promotion film they were doing right in our face a drone over our meal in our face for a hour. Through the window watching us hovering - we left. The wait staff and bartender rude didn’t care. Front seat refunded the dinner. But once in a lifetime dinner ruined.
Outstanding hotel
Outstanding hotel 👌 it’s just missing a gym and spa
Excellent place to stay within walking distance to the Alhambra. Staff was very helpful and provided great service and advises regarding the attractions nearby. Our family, specially our toddlers ( 3 & 4 yrs old) loved the view from the room as well as enjoyed the food from the restaurant very much. One of our children is extremely allergic and the menu had plenty of options to choose from which gave us a piece of mind regarding this matter. It made me happy that the staff were very friendly towards children. Overall it was an enjoyable place to stay and I will recommend it to any friend visiting Granada.
Wonderful
Just wonderful. Easy walk to Alhambra. Decorated in sympatico with the palace. Attentive english speaking staff.
Needs a bit of a revamp
The Alhambra Palace Hotel is like walking into past history. The ambiance and location can't be beat.
Wonderful historic hotel. Amazing service and accomodating personnel. The view was fabulous and the building architecture marvelous.
One of the top places to stay if u want to be near the Alhambra and one of the best in Granada over all
Gorgeous hotel
Gorgeous hotel, overlooking the entire village below.Granada has Lots of steep hills so if you have mobility issues I would look into the motorized tours. But stunning village, Granada is beautiful

Loved, loved, loved
Amazing in every way. The service was fantastic. Room was beautiful, with sweeping views of Granada and operable windows for fresh air. Very convenient to The Alhambra. And, hands down, the best breakfast in our two-week trip to Spain. A spread worthy of a king.
Amazing hotel. Location is great next to Alhambra, and close enough to major sights in Centro and Albaicin. Staff was wonderful allowing daughter to check in before my arrival and accommodating late check out to finish morning tour of Alhambra. The view for meals on the terrace overlong the city was memorable. We loved our stay.
Great views and clean property
Beautifully designed inside and the staff were lovely
grreat hotel and perfect for any families
Beautiful hotel and great service
Absolutely beautiful view, incredible restaurant and amazing staff. Will be back!!
Great position
The red bus system is a stop right at the hotel, which is great. The Alhambra is right down the street and walkable. The city view of Granada from the room was spectacular.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Great service. Housecleaning was great!
Beautiful property with amazing views of Granada
We stayed at this amazing, historical property on our a way to hike El Caminito Del Ray the next day. We stayed in an amazing 2 bedroom suite because we're a family of 4 and it was incredible. We also ate dinner at breakfast at the hotel both the convenience and amazing views of the city below the hotel which is perched on top of a "hill" (that in the midwest of the US - we'd probably call a "mountain").
Beautiful and unique property located adjacent to El Hambra. The interior lobby and dining were beautifully decorated in Moorish designs.
The Alhambra Palace Hotel is a great location for visiting the Alhambra. Pretty tile work and architecture. The staff was helpful and friendly. The downside is that the rooms are dated with basic bedding. Not fans of the hard and low bed. But the hotel checked the box for our one night stay to see the Alhambra.
Absolutely Fantastic!
This was just the best experience overall with the hotel and customer services. Everyone of the staff members was absolutely fantastic! I have recommended and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
Great property.
Beautiful lobby and views from the terrace. Our bathroom seemed small especially because of the toilet enclosure.
A beautiful property at a great location.
Location and staff were outstanding.
Incredible place. Beautiful view. Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Very close to the Alhambra palace.
Excellent staff
Great hotel and views
It was an awesome place to stay. Loved the decor and service received. Loved the views from the room and the food at the restaurant. Great location too.
Good proximity to Alhambra
Old but nice amd great location
a spectacular location for viewing the historical Alhambra.
Amazing historic hotel walking distance to the Alhambra and the Albaicín neighborhood (if you don’t mind steps/hills). The staff were very attentive and accommodating. Would stay again!
Need some TLC
Hotel located in a beautiful location with great view of the city. Very old hotel that can use a bit of upgrade and TLC. Nice’ at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating.
…
Beautiful palace hotel with spectacular views.
It is so close to Alhambra. The restaurant has a very good view of the City and clean and need facilities.
An amazing hotel with a spectacular view of Granada. It is walkable to the Alhambra. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious. It is pricey but such a classic and beautiful hotel.
It was walking distance to the Alhambra. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and enthusiastic to extend their hospitality. The hotel itself is opulent and the interior design very detailed. Comfortable. The views of the city of Granada, by day and by night, were breathtaking.
Fabulous views of Granada, great terrace for breakfast or a drink, and within walking distance to Alhambra, el realejo and granada center!

Gorgeous hotel, befitting of the very close Alhambra location. Our huge room was amazing with view of the Alhambra, at night especially pretty, soaking tub in middle of room with beautiful windows.Beautiful terrace for drinks, we had an amazing dinner, the tarte cake with chestnut sauce melts in your mouth. Very close walk to the monument and a beautiful garden. Peaceful
