Room was small but OK, breakfast was €16 and awful.

This hotel was very gorgeous! The hotel staff was nice, helpful and attentive. Hakim was especially helpful and our experience would not have been as good without him helping us every step of the way. Please if you get the chance, stay here at 15 Montparnesse!!!

Hotel 15 was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do in Paris. A few minutes walk to four different Metro station lines and a train station and walkable to all the areas of sightseeing we enjoy. The room was very clean, only down size was it was very small, but doable. Staff were very helpful and accomodating and there 24/7. Would recommend it and would return.

Convenient location

Well connected to metro stations which helps with visiting attractions and getting to and from the airport. It was raining so they allowed us to borrow umbrella at no cost! The space is very small even for just 2 people, but it’s very well kept and excellent value for money. Only real downside was the temperature - we couldn’t get the AC on as it was fall, so the room got very hot at night. Quick checkin, remember that visitors are required to pay city tax when staying in Paris when they arrive at hotel.

Lovely, reasonably priced Paris hotel

Lovely stay at this hotel. We arrived at around midday and our room wasn’t ready, which we expected as check in was stated as 3pm. This wasn’t a problem as we left our luggage and headed out for the day. We returned around 11pm, checked in and headed straight to bed. The room was spotless. There was a Coffee maker in room and hotel toiletries. The beds were comfortable and we had no complaints. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we chose to eat out and sample the local restaurants/cafes. There are a few nearby (2minutes walk) from the hotel. Also 2 minutes walk to metro. Definitely recommend.

Very convenient for public transport: bus and metro stops within a few minutes. Good restaurants and boulangeries/patisseries close by. Staff courteous and helpful. Excellent coffee machine in room. Clean and plenty of hot water

Excelente staff, great place. Very close to all city attractions. A few things it may be change at the hotel: there’s no A/C unit on the rooms just heating. The weather was cold so it wasn’t a problem but I can’t imagen on the summer how it will be. Also the shower doesn’t have a door and when you finish taking a bath all the floor is full of water. But everything else is great I give it a 10.

Great value for money for Paris - Amazing staff

Not recommended

This hotel claims to be a four star hotel. However here is what happened: I called the reception and asked: - can I please request slippers? - we don’t provide slippers - is there in room dining available? - no - do you have a dental kit? - yes but you have to come down to the reception I went down to the reception to see the surprised receptionist ask me if I was room 31. Then he started to look for the dental kit in his messy cupboard. Then he ran to another staff member to ask something and came back to tell me they ran out of dental kits. But assured me that they usually have dental kits, but not this week. Like that helps me in any way. So I went back up to my room with nothing. Also, when I checked in and they said I have breakfast included in my rate. The next morning though, when I came down for breakfast they said that it’s not included, then they looked into some papers and said it was actually included. I was like are you sure? There is absolutely no structure in how this hotel is being managed. It’s a complete mess. I know it is a little bit of Paris style to not give a damn about service, but please don’t claim you’re a 4 star hotel if you’re unable to meet any of the 4 star hotel standards. In the bathroom on the white sink I could see a man’s body hair - probably precious guest. The cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Great stay

We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our baggage there until check in. The room/bathroom was clean and spacious. WiFi was really strong. Overall, no complaints. I would recommend it! Plus it’s located really close to many metro stops :)

It was a great location, close to metro on two lines. Beautiful, tiny rooms cleverly designed to meet all needs. Great coffee in the room. The shower didn’t work too well for me. It’s extremely high up and I’m quite small so I couldn’t reach to fix the direction of the water spray. Had to stand on a stool in the shower to do it! Not recommended! Staff were fabulous, knowledgeable and fortunately, spoke excellent English.

Location was good, close to the Metro.station Pasteur.

Good position , we walk around a lot and manage to see very nice places . The only bad thing was that we didn’t have tea and milk in the room

They let us check in real early and even eat. Just everything was perfect.

A day in Paris

Small basic well kept hotel close to Metro station.

Very cozy and comfortable room, small but that’s normal in Paris. Train is steps away and you can walk to Eiffel Tower in 20min. Not a busy street.

Check in staff was very friendly. Spoke perfect English and was there when we arrived late .Explained all the details and was very helpful

The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and close by the Montparnasse neighborhood. The staff and cleanliness is great. Size of rooms is 3 stars and very few amenities. Breakfast is very expensive ($14/adult, $7/kid) due to a lot of places where you can have a good breakfast for cheaper.

We came to Paris during a heat wave and booked a hotel with no air conditioning without knowing. After sleeping in horrible heat for 3 nights I found this hotel and it put us at great ease. The rooms were clean and it is in a central location. However, there were a couple of downs. I saw on expedia that they had a shuttle service to the airport upon request and I requested it through the front desk. The woman did not advise me that it would cost 40 Euro per person for the shuttle and we found out when we had to leave to the airport. We took an Uber instead that was 36 Euro. There are too many different people working at the front desk. We stayed for two nights and encountered 6 different people during our stay. The woman that attended us the morning of the airport shuttle was in a frenzy and couldn't explain anything to us. This was the only downfall. Other than this, great stay!

Good location near the metro Pleasant staff Very clean

best experience, I booked this hotel for my moms first trip to Europe and it was seamless and stress free. The Hotel Staff was very kind and accommodating. There was one gentleman who helped me reserve the airport shuttle and he went over and above to help me make this trip special for my mom and her sisters. Thank You Hotel 15M We will stay with this property next time!

L'hotel est très bien situé et les chambres confortables. Par contre les chambres du rez de chaussé qui donnent sur la rue sont assez bruyantes.

Pas le confort attendu

Chambre petite et agréable, propre, mais hélas literie pas très confortable. SDB vraiment très exiguë, quand on est grand, pas facile dans la cabine de douche. Chambre en RDC, on sent le métro passer pas très loin en dessous, cela ne m'a pas dérangé pour dormir mais pourrait incommoder d'autres. Un bon 3* mais pas un 4* à mon sens.

Bel endroit mais chambre petites, pas de savon douche, quelques cables apparents cheap et bureau encombré (machine à café, frigo en dessous...)

Agradable

Una habitación muy pequeña y con habitaciones demasiado pegadas alrededor, pero buena ubicación en Paris al estar cerca de tren, metro y bus. Limpieza bastante buena y cafetera Nespresso de cortesía con 3 cápsulas. Un 4 estrellas bastante justo pero agradable al mismo tiempo. No reponían café ni tampoco jabones (tampoco lo solicitamos).

Très très bon accueil, chambre confortable, on a adoré!

Personale gentile e competente, struttura un filo al di sotto delle mie aspettative (4 stelle). Stanza non grandissima, il bagno è forse più grande. Si nota comunque lo studio che ci è stato dietro la struttura.

Nuit avant TGV

Séjour d'une nuit avant départ matinal de notre train. Idéalement situé. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sind sehr schön und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Allerdings ist die Lage des Hotels eher laut, aber gut erträglich

La chambre est un peu petite pour 2 personnes avec bagages. Excellent accueil par ailleurs !

Cozy hotel vicino gare Montparnasse, consiglio

Hotel molto carino, recentemente rinnovato, nella camera c'è tutto, macchina del caffè, frigo, cassaforte, forse pure troppi arredi (sgabelli).perchè la camera è ovviamente piccola come tutte quelle a Parigi. Un solo inconveniente con la maniglia della porta elettronica che rimaneva aperta, ma quando dormi puoi chiuderti dentro, penso avranno risolto.

モンパルナス駅からはちょっとありましたね。大きい荷物があると大変かな。朝食も美味しかったですし、チェックアウトの時間も遅くゆっくりしていられました。

Hotel très bien situé. Cafetière dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Plus de porte manteaux pour accrocher les vêtements (hors penderie) serait appreciable.

Accueil du personnel quelconque, j'avais plus la sensation que je dérangeais le personnel à l'accueil qu'autre chose. Pas de sourire. La chambre est étroite les lampes de chevet : une ampoule grillée et l'autre lampe cassée qui tient par les fils électrique. Le chauffage de la SDB qui ne fonctionne pas. Pour les fruits du petit déjeuner ça doit faire un gros moments qu'ils doivent être dans la coupelle car complètement flétrie. Nous entendons aussi le métro qui passe sous l'hôtel. La literie est très bonne et son emplacement proche de la gare Montparnasse très bien. Les produits Nuxe sont sympas. Bref..... j'ai fait des 2-3 étoiles qui était largement plus à la hauteur
