Nice big rooms and a good location. Unfortunately it seems they forgot any kind of sound insulation between rooms. You can hear everything from rooms next door and above. The fire alarm went off twice for no reason, and we had to evacuate. A member of staff with a clip board walked in our room everyday, without even knocking, no idea why. Overall it could be grear, but unfortunately is average at best.

Hotel was gorgeousm very spacious rooms. Huge beds. Beautiful view for breakfast. Close to airport and a free shuttle to airport.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, giving us complete peace of mind about cleanliness and safety, especially with our kids. The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for everyone, including picky eaters! The overall atmosphere was family-friendly, with thoughtful touches like play areas and a welcoming environment for kids. It’s evident that this hotel takes great care in ensuring a fantastic experience for guests of all ages. We loved everything about our time here and can’t wait to return. They have bacon/pork in most of the things and my family won't eat. At least they should have some bacon free items in Breakfast sandwiches, eggs etc. The Air conditioning machine in room is too noisy. Could not sleep the whole night.
Check in supposed to be at 3pm i arrive like 4:30 because i am driving from Orlando and my room it’s not ready.
Free breakfast included a pancake maker which was nice and the coffee was really good. They had Nutella packets to go which was great on the pancakes. The dining area included an option to be outside on a covered patio overlooking rhe water. Great place for a few days
The only drawback is not enough parking.

Yes, this is Frances Duncan. We stayed in rooms for 19 and four and 514. Our stay was nothing less than horrific we had we had so much trouble such a terrible experience that people were very rude and full of lies. Thank you.
Ideal location with options for dining very close by. Airport shuttle is a bonus. Some staff not very helpful while others were great.

Property staff and cleanliness were excellent my only complaint is the quality of the pillows. They were flat gave no support.

The Hotel is NEW and CLEAN. The BREAKFAST was awesome and the pickup at the airport was very quick after we were able to tell the person at the hotel what area we were at. Very informative driver.
Poor shuttle service. Room shades broken & they could not fix. Thus light from outside shined in room all night

The hotel itself was really nice and clean. The location was close to the airport and there were a few fast food places within walking distance. The front desk staff were very rude, not friendly at all, it felt like we were an inconvenience every time we asked for something like a pool towel or when we purchased a snack. They do have a bar upstairs that serves food and drinks. The service up there was great. It was a bit expensive for what you get, but we just needed a place to spend about 12 hours between flights.
Expected Better Customer Service
Most disappointing check-in experience in 30 years of international business and personal travel. Arrived at the hotel after midnight due to flight delay (weather). Hotel was oversold and gave away the room that we had paid for without any notice (by phone or email). Put little to no effort into finding us new accommodations. We understand that overbookings happen but just because we booked through a third-party doesn’t mean that we are to be treated like third-class citizens. We incurred a major inconvenience and additional expenses. Grateful for middle of the night assistance from Hotels.com but hugely disappointed in Hilton’s customer service.

The shuttle arrived late and didnt stop at all ee called for them to send it back long time waiting. The staff when arrived not friendly. But the staff at departure really nice
No one answered the phone when trying to arrange shuttle service. Even when I had Hilton operators try, no one answered. I had to take a taxi to get to the hotel after trying for over an hour.
Uncomfortable to say the least.
I arrived at midnight from a day of travel and had to take a morning flight next day. I asked if they had a complimentary water and the clerk just responds “no”. Then I said to please charge 2 water bottles to my room and she says “no”. So I ask “what do you mean” and then she explains “we’re sold out”. What? An airport hotel with no drinking water? Another guest was really upset as he’s traveling with children at that time and having to give them soft drinks. The lady at the counter was so very rude. No se ye contact, no greeting, like we were bothering her. This has happened twice in about 6 months. Seems an issue for them. The hotel is decent but overpriced and not even close to the service at other nearby lower priced properties as the Hampton Inn. Shuttle runs once an hour. Get it together!

New Hotel, but check in was 3:00 and they could not check us in until 5, first room the air conditioner was not working, hard to get someone to come look and had to change our room and person helping us did not speak english at all
