Nice but know the details

This location is very convenient for traveling around the Denver area easy on off freeway but far enough that it is quiet. The room was large and comfortable. Would have appreciated knowing they charge, and not a nominal fee, for parking prior to booking. Info on the site indicates parking available but not the charge, so that was a surprise. Breakfast was on the lower scale of offerings we usually see when traveling. Which meant we are out each morning.

Great for groups and kids

We have stayed here 3 or 4times over the last few years when we have soccer tournaments in town. Overall, great place to spend the night. Clean pool, nice bar, and awesome outdoor seating area. I will say this last visit did leave a bit disappointed. The condition of the hotel has definitely gone down. The carpets in our room were quite dingy. The was a hole in the shower wall. Not as nice as I once had thought.

Other than some noises it was a very nice experience!

Very convenient to a nearby bike event

This hotel was very impressive with how clean and visually attractive it is just walking in the front doors. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely happy to help. The pool and hot tub area was obviously the star of the show. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here.

Our room was clean and had a nice mini kitchen. As a family of 5 we appreciated the size of our room.

I don’t like that you have to pay for parking. But I will say they are the best out there. I go out of my way to stay at the Home2suites locations. Amazing rooms. Amazing service and people. They are my favorite.

Very friendly dtaff

I have 2 complaints which for us are really significant. For these reasons we would not use your hotel again. The free "breakfast"? A crock of gooey oatmeal and Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits. Really? How about perhaps bagels or something more nutritious and not greasy. Even more important is the poor features of the tv. Very limited programs and difficult to use. We are senior citizens and we like an acceptable breakfast and a tv with more options and ease of use. So, ridiculous breakfast options and a tv that was too difficult to use. Comfortable room but these issues spoiled our stay. Robert Snyder

Nice, new clean hotel. Disappointed in breakfast as it would have been nice to have hot items like eggs, sausage or bacon not just prepared breakfast sandwiches! I don’t feel dogs belong in a dining area. One shouldn’t have to ask to get the room cleaned after 3 nights!!

I love this spot, will be coming back

The breakfast was underwhelming!! Make yourself waffle, premade breakfast sandwich, cereal, or a bagel. Be advised there is an additional parking fee, and the walls/ceiling is not soundproof. We will be looking for other hotel chains for our future vacations.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, felt like a safe part of town, totally comfortable having my kid there. Would stay again and would recommend.

Everything was great except the room wouldn’t go below 68° and it was warm in the room. We had to open the window and that was only 2 inches.

Nice enough inside, not great neighborhood

The staff was really nice and helpful. The HVAC worked well and wasn't loud. Bed firm but comfortable. Breakfast had only oatmeal, but there was a HS sports team in the morning, so they probably gobbled everything else up. Problem is nothing close around for breakfast. Not a great neighborhood. Won't stay here again because of that. But it was clean. Pool was closed for some reason.

Solid typical long stay hotel, comfy bed, helpful staff but polyester sheets and pillows that smelled.

Each day, the items available for breakfast became less and less. More options needed.

We've been at this particular Home2 Suites several times. It's a convenient location for us since we visit family that are very close by. The hotel's housekeeping staff always do an excellent job. The front desk staff are nice & friendly. The suites are a comfortable size for two people, and, nicely laid out. There are a few other hotels nearby, but, we'll continue to stay at Home2 Suites when we are in the area.

Loved this place nice and quiet

I loved the size and layout of the room. I like the fact that there is breakfast included, but It could have been a bit different day to day and perhaps a little fresh made food instead of microwave food would be nice. But before I'd do the fresh food, there is a coffee bar and I would put out ICED coffee with some basic flavors instead of 3 pots of hot coffee.

Rooms have a modern esthetic. I have a hard time sleeping in hotels for the most part. However this hotel has very comfortable beds & great pillows. I didn't hear any traffic.

I loved that the room included a full size fridge and a sink! Very handy!

Very satisfied customer

First time staying at Home2 Suites, booked three rooms and all were clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Reasonably priced and will book again if needed.

Questioning my purchase

The room was nice , clean and spacious. The breakfast was all store bought nothing made fresh. The hot tub main reason I booked this hotel was broken . The pool was dirty . I enjoyed the room until housekeeping just walked in at 930 am to clean without knocking on the door . Over all not to pleasant of a stay . The won’t be a next time .

Dirty room

The room wasn’t clean when we got there. We had to get moved to another room. The picture shows how the bed was made. I think the previous occupant made it and the room had received no service when we checked in. There were dirty towels in the bathroom floor too. Also, the kitchenette had no forks. Breakfast was very meager too.

We had a great visit, easy to get too and a nice hotel.

There was a full dish washer in the room with utensils. That is amazing. And such a large fridge.

They could improve their breakfast better . The sandwiches is the same everyday . Coffee taste like dirt water .

Great place near some great shops and great food options.

I usually stay at the Drury Inn next door when I am in the area but it was sold out. I did not know this hotel existed until I researched other hotels in the area. Very impressed and will be staying here more now that I know about it.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is switching up breakfast options every couple of days. We stayed for 1 week and it was the same breakfast everyday. Food did taste good though. Very pleased and definitely will be staying again if in the area.

Good

This hotel is very clean in a new area of town and approximately 25-20 minutes from the airport. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The only con is the lack of fresh food for breakfast. However, they do provide actual dining ware vs paper plates. I will stay here again.

It was just ok. Housekeeping did not straighten or clean w. It was only upon request 24 hours in advance

Bedding and pillows were not comfortable

new, clean good breakfast. staff was friendly but not overly eager to assist. good folks but just need a primer on hospitality industry. i.e. just say thanks for staying with us! when we dropped our room cards off. nothing mean or rude, just need to raise the bar a bit.

The breakfast was not the quality I expect from a Hilton property.

The area it is in is unique, and how you are able to choose which floor and how close you are to noise helps.

Great for Visiting Grandparents

Accessible room was exactly what we needed it to be for my father and his walker. My dad had a stroke two years ago, and he needs a lot of space to operate with his cane, walker, mobility chair, etc. My parents loved their room and the hotel.

Nice, clean hotel. Great check in experience. The hotel clerk was very nice and really went above and beyond, which I always appreciate!!

Wonderful property; marvelous accommodations

We had a very loud heat/AC unit in our bedroom of our suite. It woke us up several times a night. Very pour design! I would not recommend these loud rooms for a good night sleep. We have been disappointed with such a new building. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay!

Great one night getaway

Friendly staff at check-in and the room was extremely comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located by lots of things to do. My only complaint would be the cleaning crew who was slamming doors of other rooms by 9am in the morning and talking extremely loud in the hallways which made it hard to sleep in.

Friendly staff at front desk. Reassurance about security. Room was clean and comfortable, only problem was 1 washcloth. Went to front desk and was taken care of.

I was asked to move to a King suite due to the queen rooms being oversold. So glad I did! The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I didn't spend much time in the lobby but I thought it looked stylish and inviting. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the area was kept clean. I really liked how the coffee area was set apart from the food area. It helped with the flow of traffic. I was just in town to drop my daughter at the airport. I wish I could've stayed another night. I'll be coming back!

They need to add more staff ( housekeeping).They should clean the room even if you don’t ask for.if the customer doesn’t want the room clean then the customer should decide and let them knows. I ask for tower and we have to go and get it. When a visitor (guest) go vacation doesn’t want to do nothing just rest an have fun.
