The hotel was a good one with clean rooms with a kitchen with dinnerware and other utensils. The breakfast provided was decent and we noticed that the food was hit at times and during peak times, people were waiting for only a few minutes to get their food. On Monday, we were offered by the person working there to prepare the waffle and oats for us. That was a sign of good service.
Perfect location and nice staff. Hotel smelled like weed several times throughout my stay.
Overall pretty good
Nice staff. Nice location. Good value. Some maintenance issues that should be addressed.
Hotel was amazing, the only thing is that it’s kind of noisy, you can hear all the noise from outside.
We’ve stayed in quite a few of these over the years and I’ve never left a review, but this one we all agreed was certainly the worst and we’ve never had a bad experience before
Clean and quiet
The hotel was clean and easy to get to. It was pretty quiet. The room was clean and in good condition. It is walkable to numerous restaurants. Parking is $30 which is expensive but on par for the area.
Great service and amenities
Loved the location and how it was close to everything. The only downside is they charge $30 parking and don't tell you until you book so be aware. Room with expedia was $144 plus the $30 parking. Breakfast and staff were amazing and room was clean and spacious.
I didn’t like the fact that my toilet was clogged up in my first room once I had already gotten settled in & then having to move to another room due to maintenance not being available late at night.
We loved everything about the hotel except the parking for compact so with a van or truck was very difficult to park and get out of the lot.
Bed, pillows and linen smell bad.
Courtney was very welcoming and her energy was appreciated! Great staff presence and welcome!
Front service personnel (Courtney) was very rude.
I didn't like there was a $30 fee for parking in a very tight parking deck that was barely even used. Other than that it was good.
Good location for this property walkable too many things around
parking was horrible!! the parking garage is so small and somewhat dangerous to park in or drive through. the gate to get into the garage continuously wouldn’t work, and are room ISNT SOUND PROOF. i could hear everything coming from outside. even from the 6th floor. Overall i probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was fine for what we needed. also PARKING $30 a night is ridiculous considering you aren’t even promised parking.
All great!
Check-in was quick. Fromt desk rep was very friendly & gave all important info
I really wanted to like this hotel but found it hard to. There is only one elevator that works and no service elevator. So in the morning when the cleaning staff shows up be prepared to wait 5 minutes to get the only elevator that works. The TV in my room stopped working after two days and I asked the front desk to fix it and they said they did (while I was still in the lobby). They said it was a computer problem. When I arrived back later that evening it was still broken and of course the maitenance person was gone for the day. So I asked for a new room and the rather surely front desk clerk made me bring everything down to the lobby before she would give me a new room key. Ridiculous. The other functional issue is the heating/cooling system blows hot or cold air on you as you sit on the couch or are in bed. No diverters are in the room so the blowing air is really obnoxious.
Good location .
Good stay and Location is close to a lot of stuff.
Front Desk associate who checked us in was really friendly and helpful.
Looks a little old and outdated
Definitely will stay again
Super helpful staff and a really nice hotel.
Extremely friendly staff and a very nice room.
It was good
Great location in midtown. Rooms are very nice. Will be returning
Save your money
They only clean every other day, and sometimes they forget to do that. Light fixtures are rusty and dirty.
The parking garage was very difficult to get around to park. I did appreciate that it was gated. Staff were friendly. Room was clean.
It was nice and the breakfast options were good too.
Breakfast was not good with very limited selection. Homeless men sitting right outside the doorstep.
Great location, has everything need, friendly and helpful staff!
The stay was great. I highly recommend it.
I really feel this is a great budget option. For the price and location plus amenities in the suites, I’d chose home2 as a preferred option when available
I think 30 a night parking is bit ridiculous. The ac broke 2nd day we were there and after room never cooled dwn past 72. Rooms were average old carpet but roomservice cleans very well and breakfast bar was very nice and good . . Minus the not having ac and ridiculous parking price it was pleasant stay
Very good
Weekend trip
Was in town for a girls’ trip to a concert. Spacious room and a great location right next to the midtown MARTA station, making getting to and from the arena easy. Located on a nice walkable street with restaurants close by.
Overall good. Could have used a full length mirror
There is one AC vent in the room and it blows directly on the bed. The room is either hot or cold, not consistent. Huge gap at door with tons of air blowing in, must be some air management but weird.
Clean and well maintained property with pleasant and helpful staff.
Tiny parking garage
I came here with my husband and our son and daughter for one night. I should have realized that I booked the hotel for downtown and not somewhere away from the traffic. The parking garage was tiny, only one car could go in at a time because there was another car parked in the way. Aside from that you have to know how to real for real and angle your car not to hit anything or anyone. Whomever designed that garage needs to be fired it’s not tall enough nor wide enough. I didn’t know that you had to pay for parking and ask for a hotplate for your room. The hotel itself wasn’t bad but the location and the getting in and out was difficult.

Amazing
The front desk person when we first got there was rude. Breakfast was great! The parking garage was sketchy and should have been included in the price of the hotel room not an added expense.
Atlanta college baseball trip
It’s was located great to GT college, 0.8 mile walking distance tons of restaurants when walking distances. Breakfast was good. Very accommodating we needed extra pillows they gave them to us within 5 mins.
The morning staff was the best part of this experience. They were super kind and personable. NOW the night staff needs to either find a job where they’re not dealing with the public or take a Xanax before work. They were rude and looked unqualified to even deal with people in a hotel setting.
Enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for everything we did. Only thing, if you have a SUV or a larger vehicle, their parking garage will really test your driving skills. Narrow space presents a slight challenge, but overall a great stay. Definitely recommend.
Short Stay Visiting Friends
I had an issue where I initially booked for a short stay. I was pleasantly surprised when I first arrived at the hotel. It for sure had a home feel and the room was equally comfortable.
Typical downtown noise traffic, standby power generators. Not the motel’s fault but can be expected. Secured covered parking, ease of access and convenient to my business location a definite plus.

Clean, nice staff, and a super beautiful room and super safe parking
Very good breakfast and it was quiet in the hotel.
Super close to Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, CNN & State Farm Arena. Room exceeded my expectations.
The staff was friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and had a variety. The parking garage was cramped. There was a fair amount of outside noise, but that was to be expected given its location.
Awesome hotel, clean and good breakfast
i arrive early at hotel I know check in is later in the afternoon i am a black gentleman i went to front desk The young lady said no rooms were ready yet . i sat there for a hour or so they let 2 white gentleman were allowed to check in...early i asked to speak to the manger He told me they were sold out last night i would have to wait for hour or so He finally let me check in He told i needed to booked through the hotel He was black manger I felt so disappointed how i was treated there I will never stay there ever again Its because my race they did not allowed to checked in earlier
Not enough soap
There was only one soap bar, which we found it inconvenient.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The staff was amazing
Clean, modern, good location, good service. Room was very nice with a sitting area and kitchenette.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One of the beds you could literally feel the springs in the mattress on one side. The parking garage and additional parking fees were horrible. Breakfast was good and service was friendly.
The concierge Gregory was very attentive and was a pleasure to speak with! He seemed to be always there working with a smile! The parking garage is a nightmare. Sharp turns, and not enough spots. We had to squeeze into a parking spot (that was not a spot) and hope that the car next to us wouldn’t hit our car when trying to get in. The room was nice. Nothing too crazy good or crazy bad about it. Was enough room. No view, but we didn’t expect to get a view with the price we paid. The toilet would not flush. (That’s always a great time) The location was decent. We walked a few blocks and got to where we needed. Lots of night life around. Overall I’d give it a 3. We prolly won’t go there again, but it wasn’t an awful stay. I think we paid $200 plus $25 parking fee (a night).
Great customer service
Gentleman at front desk at check-in was rude, confrontational and obviously had no clue what he was doing since he couldn’t pull up our reservation, charged our credit card and then had to refund it. Also told me to “back up” at the front desk when I was literally standing at the check-in desk. Also sent us to a room that had not been cleaned and acted out out that we came back down asking for a new room. Several people were waiting to check-in because front desk was understaffed. Terrible experience!
Would recommend!
Clean, great suite, bed a little hard for my taste. Would love to see these down in PCB.
It was nice and clean.
Convenient walkable to nearby area, comfortable beds, nice and the staff reasonably priced
Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect next to the subway and walkable to great restaurants and venues. Free in-house laundry was greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay her again!
Management was great. Just multiple issues since arriving. Service in room sucked. Manager was fantastic and fixed all my issues
Great location, walkable to shopping and lots of restaurants. Safe and clean
Sheets were dirty, had to go to front desk and get a clean set. Changed the sheets ourselves without any apology from the staff. The elevator was terribly slow, we literally had to wait over 15 mins to get on the elevator. Overall the hotel was not clean and felt dated. Very disappointed
Highly recommend
Wonderful stay. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. David, the manager, superb host. Room and facility very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
The staff was wonderful and so nice!
The Hotel is excellent located, the rooms are enough space , but the bed and pillows are not comfortable. The lobby is little and the breakfast is bad .
Other than trying to figure out the self-parking option, our stay at the hotel was great.
Rachel was amazing so sweet and gave great service. She definitely made a great impression and represented herself and the hotel in the best way possible!! Thank you Rachel!!
Great location, extra friendly staff an room with kitchen was great!
Staff are amazing!
Everything is old, the pillows have a bad smell.
Old property. Obviously an older property converted at a home2 go. Not up to Hilton standards.
The room is very comfortable. Wi-Fi was a little difficult . Felt very secure with security being on premises while checking in.
I enjoyed my stay the only problem i had was i paid 4 dollars for a 20 fl of water which was ridiculous
Centrally located and good breakfast provided.
Where the property sat was convenient and there were a lot places to go to within walking distance. What I didn’t like was that I asked for more towels and the man that was working behind the desk didn’t want to give extra towels. I think he was thinking that we were going to steal them or something which really pissed me off.
The only things we did not like was the area of hotel. Was a bad area( lots of homeless and sirens all night. They even has a gate in parking garage and hotel was kept locked!
The hotel clean, friendly staff and a great location.
The staff was so friendly. Everyone we saw spoke and thanked us for staying with them. I would definitely recommend.
It was clean and comfortable and well located
Nothing
I enjoyed the property but the housekeeping services weren’t available/didn’t come during my stay.
Cleaning staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast had a small amount of choices/offerings, and didn't replenish as needed. The room was nice, and had plenty of towels, etc. We found the dishwasher to be broken when we arrived, but all else seemed to work. Beds were nice, not saggy or lopsided. Close to many bars and restaurants.
Parking is one way in and one way out and congested and unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel in the area.
ALWAYS CALL THE HOTEL TO CONFIRM
Don’t believe the email from Hotels.com telling you that there’s no need to call and check with the hotel because your reservation is confirmed!! MINE WASN’T! It took me 45 minutes in their lobby on the phone with Hotels.com to get my room. At 6PM after a long work day. LUCKILY the hotel had room for us in crazy downtown Atlanta.
The only dislike is the parking area.
Very pleasant staff. Neat, clean facility.
Convenience
I moves the fact that it is like your own apartment.. fridge, microwave, and stovetop
Parking was super tight
David was an excellent manager and the staff very friendly and helpful

Night Front Desk Courtney with a C is extremely RUDE, unprofessional & disrespectful! She tried to downgrade us to a cheaper King Bed frrom the more expensive 2 queen bed & refused to give us a refund then threatened to give away our reservation when I refused to back down. Eventually she found our 2 queen bedroom, saying to my husband that since he has been patient, she is taking a room from someone else & giving it to him. Lies! That's the room that we paid for that she tried to take away & then decided to give back because I wouldn't let take her lies! I do not know what scam she maybe doing- taking away from guests their already paid more expensive rooms & giving them cheaper room so they can sell the more expensive rooms & pocketing the difference. Her name is popping up in your Google review for the same complaints. Hilton must look into this employee, her modus operandi & her rude, disrespectful & unprofessional behavior! She does not reflect Hilton values!
