A safe, friendly place to stay, providing an excellent value for your money.

Great stay but parking garage gate did not work

The bed needed spraying down I could smell the last person that was there.

Property was clean. A very late check in was smooth. Good night’s rest. Quiet. A plus!!

My Daughter was curling my hair and sparks came out the socket hit the dish washer and bounced on my daughter thigh then we had to move to another room because of that its was roaches in two of my family members room front desk was disrespectful except April housekeeping waz horrible i

Very friendly staff. The room had a problem with the toilet but staff quickly addressed it. Overall a great stay.

Front staff was great. Only reason I gave a 4/5 is that they do not enforce the EV parking, there were gas cars parked where there were charging stations, hence couldn’t use these

Room was spacious and balcony was great to have. We chose it because we like balconies. Convenient to the Galleria and highways.

Everything was great about this property. The only surprise was a $15 per night parking fee.

The balcony

Took my daughter & her friends for her 16th bday & stayed in the suite with the balcony. They loved it! After dinner they stayed out on the balcony for hours just visiting & goofing off.

This was very central to everything. I was there for 8 days food was great. Pool was ok - Receptionist was poor - Just one of them she was non functional just sat there never welcomed anyone and just grunted responses - Shame really as everyone else was great!

The check out process was great but the hallways smell like cigarette while the sign says “no smoking “.

The property was very nice and room were spacious. I can appreciate that with a 7 and 5 year old.

The staff were friendly, courteous and professional and willing to help.

The area is very well located.

The staff is friendly, polite and attentive to details. The room was clean and comfortable, the appliances looked new. The fridge is bigger than what you get typically, which I appreciated. Had a couple of things to do in the city after the check out and was kindly allowed to keep the car in the garage for a couple of extra hours. The secured indoor parking is really a great amenity.

Superb hotel and facilities for family city break. Great breakfast options included and parking fee very reasonable. Location really convenient aswell. Definitely looking at other Homes 2 Suites hotels for further holidays.

The property is super nice. The area is a little bit unnerving for my liking. It is in the city though. But for the most part it is very good.

Very nice hotel!! LOVED the room and the spacious of it!

This property charged 25 dollars a day for deposit anf 15 a day for parking. It was not cleaned well. My family and I had to clean down everything before using it. Though on the onset it does look nice, the surprise of the extra daily fees, the unfriendly desk staff, and the dusty dirty room made it a not so great place. Call ahead when booking expedia dis not indicate the charges at the property.

The welcoming attitude and professionalism of the staff is aligned with the quality of the facility for an all around positive experience.

Great staff here, Jorge and Lulu were extremely helpful and pleasant during our stay … Hotel room and surrounding areas stayed clean … The hot drinks in the lobby 24 hours is a bonus Excellent location in proximity to the downtown.. Will definitely again !!

In general property was nice, friendly checkin. Two night visit but no service provided (no exchange of towels, empty trash, etc) although cleaning staff did enter room but preformed no services. Also, first time in travels that there was no toilet paper holder in bathroom, just loose roll.

Nice clean rooms, we got a balcony suite and it was perfect. Friendly front staff. Parking garage is first 3 or 4 floors under the motel.

Easy check in with a 3 year old. Property is nice with cute decorations. Parking was easy/ connected right to elevator but there is a parking fee if $15 per day which is cheaper than most upscale hotels. Our room was clean and had a nice balcony. Bring a pillow that’s my only complaint the pillows were thin.

Train the host team to learn on welcoming

Good value for money, but the hosts team such on AM or PM or night shift are really the opposite of welcoming! They barely say hi when you say good morning or good afternoon etc.. They are not friendly at all! Luckily the breakfast lady and the housekeeping team are really nice compare to the host team.

Home away from home feeling

Very comfortable hotel with a luxurious feel and reasonable prices. I love the breakfast menu.

I did not like that i had to pay for parking . i booked the hotel.Not like I had an optional place to park downtown close to hotel. I did not see in print that parking was an extra 15.00 per day.

All was good. But I was charged $15 a day for parking. When I booked it showed parking was included. Holiday Day Inn Express never charges for parking. Should I go back to them?

Updated modern clean property. But bathroom needs brighter lighting, pillows are mush, walls are thin, but to be expected I guess. Outside A/C unit noise is a nuisance if you’re a light sleeper. Nobody likes a parking fee, but at least you feel reasonably safe in a garage,(even tho signs state ‘at your own risk’). Saw no sign of actual Security. Shout out to Manager Vernon, and his entire staff…all super friendly and helpful!

The service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was surprised about having to pay for parking. This should be stated in their listing. Other then that, I'd give them 4 stars.

The young man who greeted us every morning for breakfast was very polite.

Neat to see how they were able to fit an entrance with multiple parking spots for check-ins in such a tiny space! Our concierge, Vernon, was very helpful and efficient. I believe we checked in around 4PM and guest traffic was starting to pick up, but he was able to handle so many requests very efficiently and still while being so pleasant! The facilities and room were clean and spacious! Loved the curtain and lighting setup in the rooms. The TV was a little tricky, but overall we were able to navigate it. Wi-Fi was decent, we even streamed a few episodes during our stay. The stairs are very roomy and well maintained. Garage access for overnight stays are well secured by a key gate. Will definitely come back to this hotel when we stay in Houston!

For us everything was very good, there are only two things I should highlight: THE PARKING CHARGE AND THE VERY CONDESCENDING RECEPTIONIST.

It was ok. Breakfast is nice. Just felt the parking garage was a bit creepy. And there were people loitering nearby. Think it’s the wrong end of the galleria area.

My experience was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. The front desk attendant Fili was Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, disrespectful and argumentative. I'll be making a formal complaint with the general manager and corporate this week about my entire experience. I do know I will not be rebooking at this dump again.

Unfortunately hilton has became a disappointment after this stay . The water was not working majority of our stay this past weekend . Without doubt the staff didn't make anyone aware. Therefore you had to physically ask them when you realized the water didn't work . Once aware staff was very dismissive has no answers . Affected majority of myself and families trip unable to shower and clean ourselves correctly as the water would cut off mid shower multiple times . As well the rooms had maintence issues upon checkin that weren't addressed . Management isn't going to help you they were visually discriminating towards my family , and told us to check out instead of addressing concerns. While allowing others to switch rooms . Management physically checked our rooms knowing they already knew the issue was present . Unfortunately making us to come off as none truthful but we are honest . The manager also avoided speaking to us for 10-15 minutes . The hotel only helped one day with cost when we had the issue two days which was our entire trip . Manager was very aggressive , and dismissive worst experience I've had at a hilton .

the place is too accessible to all that we want to go. we enjoyed the indoor pool, breakfast and the room is clean and they making it organized everyday. thank you for this wonderful place to stay in. we will always loved to stay in this kind of hotel wherever we go.

Upon arrival (4pm) after traveling 5 hours, we settled into our room to find out there was no running water. The super nice guy at the front desk said it should be back on later on that night. Water came back on but low pressure. The next day as well the water kept shutting of and on. Other than that everyone was super nice and everything was so clean.
