Really good stay. Sheets were super soft and nice city view from room. Room did not have a microwave though and all of the fridge was taken over by the minibar but wasn’t an issue for us

Al llegar al hotel, me indicaron que no tenían la habitación premium que había pagado. Según el hotel, solo tienen habitaciones standard y suite; entonces, ¿por qué en expedia ofrecen una habitación “premium”? No recibí la habitación por la cual pagué. Ni siquiera se parecía a las fotos que tienen publicadas. Al final, en contra de mi gusto, me tuve que quedar en el hotel, pues ya teníamos planificado quedarnos en la ciudad. Pero ha sido una experiencia muy desagradable.

Ok Well here we go Upon check in was told construction will be occurring outside balcony of suite and we should close curtains during work hours That’s no good but they put us in different suite and as we exit elevator mold smell was unbearable and quick frankly toxic Once inside suite a bit better but still mold smell Then went to use safe….. it didn’t work so a new one was haphazardly installed and for the most part was not secured correctly Then turn on floor lamp and it’s missing plug adapter, so another call to front desk Then ordered food to room which was horrible at best and way overpriced sorry but truth hurts Then the elevator doesn’t permit you to go to parking level for some reason? Walk up stairs to Lobby? Why?????? Insanity Sorry I wouldn’t stay again Staff was professional but management is not steering the ship on right course Also location is a busy street and loud

This hotel was located in a very nice area. The facilities were very nice. Customer service was great. I enjoyed my overall stay here. I stayed there because a conference that I attended recommended it, and they were spot on with that.

My only complaint was that the stocked mini bar in 2 of the 3 rooms was not complimentary Expedia guest perk so at the end of the stay, I had a huge bill. As Expedia guests, we are used to extra perks during travel so this was a turn off. I strongly recommend putting clear signage that stocked mini bar in room is not free. Outside of that, our vacation surpassed all expectations, thanks to the exceptional team members who made our stay truly unforgettable. From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, Alejandra, Manuel, Shaquill, Estephanie, Maicol, Robert, and Adonis greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort were evident throughout our stay. The breakfast servers, including Freddy, Charles, Fanelis, Gabriela, and Claudio, were outstanding in their service and attentiveness. Each morning, they made sure our dining experience was not only delicious but also memorable. The staff is very friendly and diligent. They should include usb ports in the rooms and the room was very clean but smelled like mold.

Clean and everyone works there so nice

Everything was awesome!!!Great place to stay. All employees were very friendly and always trying to make you feel great. I specially remember Freddy from the morning buffet always welcomed us we a big smile and a big thank you to Margarita for her honesty. I came back to find my ring on the bed that I thought I lost. Thank you I will never forget that.

I was very impressed with the comfort and fresh smell of the lobby entrance and overall cleanness. The Hotel is very beautiful and has a nice state of the art architecture. The room was also clean, nice and comfortable.

Only Bad review is concerning the ride to Airport. The lobby recommends a taxi driver...seems like a Mafia, it's 35$ vs a 8$ Uber ride or normal taxi at 10-12$. When I asked for a discount the taxi said yes, but then getting to the airport he changed his mind. This is a big tourist trap and i felt betrayed by the hotel lobby staff,recomending a fake taxi, with no label, no insurance...etc

Alejandra from Reservations Department wasn't trying to help us with an issue that had one of us that couldn't make it to Dominican Republic, because of the Hurricane. His flight got to San Juan, Puerto Rico as Emergency landing. It's a shameful situation.

I enjoyed the physical layout of the hotel; it was small, but spacious and contained all we needed for a short get away.

Property was good but I was to get cash from western union on Monday and the Sunday prior to that Monday I was asked not to order a meal because my cash hasn’t arrived. They expected I stay in a hotel without eating extremely terrible

What i did not like is the fact that I booked with breakfast included and i was told it was not i show them my reservation where it clearly state it the breakfast was included still the hotel did not committed me this was not fare never again will i book threw expedia NEVER
