Very good

I thought the property was fine. It was a little crowded but that was not a big deal. The staff at the hotel was really friendly and my room was nice and clean. They did have a place to eat inside the hotel and they had some good things to eat on the menu.

The safe in the room was not working. It could not be done. Also, there was dirt in the slippers package worn in the room and I had to wash my hands when I picked up the package.

This Holiday Inn was pretty standard. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. However, the water that came out of the tap, both the sink and shower, was often dirty. Also, there was no hot water. On the whole, I would not stay here again.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very small, and almost all the plugs were not working, which was inconvenient. The hotel feels old and dated, and the noise level made it hard to relax. Overall, not the experience I was expecting

Clean and safe property. Some people have noted the rooms need remodel from the 70's/80's look, but at this price point, you get what you pay for.

Very convenient location and very friendly staff

A nice hotel, close to everything around. Staff are nice and speak English. Çenar was a great help and has nice customer service skills. Will definitely go back again.

Everything in the hotel felt antiquated and in desperate need of updating. We specifically chose this American Standard hotel because of its reputation as a well-known American brand, expecting a certain level of quality and modernity. However, we were deeply disappointed to find that the establishment fell far short of the standards typically associated with Holiday Inn properties.

Service and staff was good, the rooms are out of date and needs renovation

We stayed in the back room 615, it was not like the front rooms with nice floor boards and no bath tub in our room like the front. I feel the front rooma were renovated but not the back

Yola bakan odalar çok ses alıyor. Odanın havalanma imkanı olmadığı için girişte odada koku var. Kahvaltı zayıf ve ürünler yenilenmiyor. Arap misafirler koltuklara çıplak ayak basıyor.

Massage by Jauhar was ExTraOrDiNaire.Staff was extremely efficient and friendly. Location was the best. I just wish we had a room with a street view. Otherwise everything was great.

Everything was perfect.

I had an enjoyable stay in Holiday inn in Sisli area of Istanbul. The location is very good and close to a big shopping centre ( Javaher which means gem ) . It is close to Taqsim square too . The hotel is very clean and kept clean all the time by staff. The room is spacious and has good size shower and bath and there is big screen TV and coffee or tea making facility in the room . The domestic staff change the bed sheet everyday . The staff speak good English and they are very helpful and , respectful and kind . In particular the staff including Emre , Yarn and Semet are very lovely and helpful. I have been to Istanbul several times and I can recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have a peaceful trip to Istanbul .

The pool was not working. Floors were dirty. Pictures made the rooms seems very much larger. Immediate area is quite derelict.

This was one of the best hotels I checked in during my travels to Istanbul. Great staff, clean and spacious rooms, high quality breakfast, and last but not least, great location and close to shops, restaurants, and cevahir mall. The price is really affordable, and the five star rating is well deserved. It is without any hesitation that I will consider re-check in next travel and would highly recommend it.

Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi bir noktada. Hem cadde üzerinde alışveriş imkanı çok fazla bununla birlikte Nişantaşı ve Cevahir Alışveriş Merkezi yürüme mesafesinde. Otel temizliği gayet memnuniyet verici idi. Giriş karşılama kat hizmetleri işlerini profesyonel bir şekilde yapıyorlardı. Elektrik kesintisi

Merhaba Konaklama süresi boyunca maalesef 4 kez elektrik kesintisi yaşandı ve odaya dış taraftan hava sızıntısı giriyordu . Resepsiyona durumu belirttim şartellerle ilgili olduğunu bir kez daha yaşandığı takdirde teknik ekibi yönlendireceğini belirtti yani hızlı bir aksiyon alınmadı . Konfor konum ve temizlik açısından gayet iyiydi fakat bahsettiğim konu zor durumda bıraktı

Konumu ve konforu iyi ama yine de Tekrar kalmam

Merkezi bir konumda olan bir otel. Çok fazla sayıda Ortadoğulu misafirleri var. Bina biraz eski tadilata ihtiyacı var. Kahvaltısı çok zengin çeşitli güler yüzlü hizmet var.

Pek konforlu konaklama geçirmedim

Resepsiyon görevlileri oldukça güler yüzlü, kibar ve ilgililerdi dolayısıyla güzel karşılandım ama konaklamam karşılanmam kadar güzel gitmedi. Kaldığım odada gece saat 03.00 sularına kadar ses oldu, yan odadaki tıkırtılar diner diye umut ettim ama 21.00’dan 03.00 sularına kadar düzenli tıkırtı sesi geldi ara ara tıkırtılar şiddetlendi. Koridordaki kapıların açma kapatma sesi odaya geliyordu. Odada ayak havlusu unutulmuştu bir tane de eksik havlu vardı resepsiyonu aradım hemen temiz havlu temin ettiler. Klimalar çok iyi çalışıyordu hemen soğuttu odayı. Yastıklar pek rahat değildi boynumu ağrıttı ama yatak rahattı. Bir daha zorunlu kalmadıkça tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum. Sözde odaların ses yalıtımlı olduğu belirtiliyordu, yalıtım olmasa nasıl olurdu bilmem. İyi ki işlerimi bitirip dönüş yapmadan önce konakladım işim öncesi konaklasaydım uykusuz olacaktım.
