Very clean new property

It was a very clean and modern room.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay as we awaited our flight from the Zurich airport. It is a 9 minute walk to the train station or they do offer a airport shuttle. The staff was stellar in their service and hospitality. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best we experienced on our trip!

Good hotel for 1 night stay. Very clean, rooms large and staff nice and helpful. Limited dining options around. However, breakfast is excellent. Grocery near by. Nice walking path nearby for a walk/run away from car circulation.

We only stayed for one night as we were in transit. The hotel is located 10 mins from the airport and they offer shuttle service which could be cheaper than Uber. They also offer breakfast starting at 4am, which was very convenient in our case, since we had to be at the airport at 6:30am. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet.

Reasonable price with breakfast included. Even though is 4 stations away from Zurich HB but is convenient to travel via train.

The room was very small. Seemed like a child's room connecting to an adult room. Although clean, substandard amenities for 2 adults. No luggage holder, smallest closet (only could hold ironing board - no clothes) and a small mushroom style child's stool and no dresser at all!! Dined in the restaurant and food was poor, frozen style without taste. Add to that the server, only one, disappeared for about 20 minutes and we had to go to desk clerk about our bill. He was less than helpful, offering a drink in lieu of inconvenience. This was a substandard Holiday Inn facility and defintently a very substandard Swiss hotel. Don't book here!!!!

It should be a great place to stay in Zurich and very close the ZHR airport. Definitely go back and stay here. Also, this hotel is a few steps from Rumlang Station. Strongly recommend to people.

Great stay near the airport

Comfortable room, nice staff, great buffet-breakfast, it is a great hotel for an overnight stay near Zurich-airport. The shuttle from and to the airport is a plus. I’ll stay there again!

Staff is very professional & upright, especially the male staff. They need a personal touch to support a Foreigner or Senior citizen. Ladies staff was courteous & supportive.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very welcoming. We relied on the food service options at the hotel as the location was not walkable for any other choices. Dining area is very large but sadly understaffed so we waited a long time for dinner service despite there being less than 8 other diners at the time. Free airport shuttle for incoming guests but a fee for the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle service was outstanding - friendly, nice clean van, and a trailer towed behind the van so that a lot of luggage can be accommodated.

Great stay close to the airport. The train is about a ten minute walk and there is a Subway and other restaurants close by. There is a breakfast buffet offered but with limited options. The bedrooms are spacious and great for a short stay.

Small room, clean overall, carpet needs to be changed, good breakfast, mattress more than desirable firmness, bathroom very small but clean. A few blocks down from subway station. We were there for an evening and enjoyef the opportunity to go to old Zürich.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. When we had a cancelled flight they accommodated us with an added night. Two blocks to train to Zurich HB, Lindt factory or the Rhinefalls. This isn’t a luxury hotel - it’s unpretentious - but fine for a night or three. Great airport shuttle crew. Rooms are small, beds modest but adequate. Would defiyztay here again.

Very convenient if you are flying back home clise to the airport and they offer shuttle to go there.

The best hotel at the Zurich Airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Definitely I will come back.

The woman who checked us in presented as very negative and seemed bothered to have to prpvide customer service? She initially gave us a room on thr 1st floor and when I requested a room on a higher floor she said they were fully booked. I had many questions on this and she magically found us a room on a higher floor. She seemed annoyed by this.

The hotel was close enough to walk from the train station. Poor service in the breakfast area and tables were not cleaned or prepped for newcomers. Value for money however is very good. Very helpful Amanda printed our boarding passes. We booked a taxi to the airport through reception who did not inform us of their free shuttle. We could have saved 40 CHF.

Train station in to Zurich HB is a 10 minute walk.

The hospitality here was top notch. The front desk receptionist went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed anything. Our flight was really early— before breakfast— and the staff made us a to-go breakfast that was perfect.

This was a very convenient location to stay at if you have an overnight layover. The room was very clean and quiet, and the staff was wonderful. A mini fridge would have been nice (I purchased some groceries at the ALDI next door) , but that is the only thing that would have improved my experience.

This is a very well kept and managed property. The facility is newer with a nice breakfast service.

Disappointed with the add-on cost of the sirport shuttle, being dropped at the wrong terminal and poor hot breakfast. Room was clean, halls a bit noudy, nice bathroon. Restaurant/bar was expensive

Friendly staff/ clean

We left with hotel shuttle at 5 am. They had express breakfast from 4 AM to 6 AM for people like us leaving for the airport early morning. That was a good benefit. Room was newly remodeled and nice.

First visit at Zurich with my daughter. Location was convenient. Shuttle to/from airport was a plus. Room was very clean and staff were very professional and nice. Breakfast service was great! Walking distance to a train station.

Parking was overpriced at 32 Swiss Francs. No scrambled eggs on our second day.

Easy access to catching the shuttle to the hotel. Staff was excellent, helpful, and answering all my questions. The property was clean, quiet, and close to the train platform.

Very nice place The only minus is they charge 10 Swiss francs for the shuttle to go to the airport ( one way) Since the public transport is not that convenient to the airport it is a bit regrettable

I was only for one night but breakfast was TERRIBLE is better not to offer breakfast... say something to eat!!!!! green bananas, horrible coffee and hard bread. The service at the front desk as expected in Europe zero customer service oriented. They do not like tourists they think we are stupid. I ask about the price of another person in the bus to airport and the guy asked me with my son on his sight( 21 years old, 175 cm tall) if he was not a baby he must pay. whatever. Good hotel for one night. That's it

Great close to train station but no restaurant near by

I stayed one night at this hotel prior to flying out to Zurich. The hotel in newer and has A/C which was wonderful. The bathroom door is a little strange since it swings open for the main bathroom door and also closes to the toilet. I accidently got my finger stuck in the door which was painful. I found a couple hairs in the shower and behind the sink, so I am not sure how throughly the bathroom was cleaned. The rest of the room was clean. The hotel is a five minute flat walk from the train station and offers an airport shuttle for a fee. The room was quiet and I didn't hear the airport noise. I would stay here again since it was a good price for Zurich and convienent to public transportation. I went into Zurich for dinner and it was super easy to catch the train. I had booked a older hotel closer to the Zurich HB without A/C originally, and I am glad I changed to this hotel.

The property was close to the airport and provided a shuttle (for a small fee.) Within walking distance was fast food and a grocery store. The room was comfy and quiet. Staff was helpful. A light breakfast was offered at 4am with additional food added as the morning progressed. I would recommend.

No place to temporarily park to check in to drop off bags. When dropped rental car at airport and take hotel shuttle back to hotel, it did not come at time that front desk staff said it would. Had to wait almost an hour.

Easy to take the train to go to downtown Zürich- Stores are close by. Airport shuttle to airport is 10,Swiss francs per person. Rooms are quiet.

Great hotel, not far from the airport and the local train station.

This was our first trip to Switzerland and wanted to have a safe choice of hotel since we were travelling extensively every day. Did not disappoint us right from the time of check-in where Lucas at the front desk was very welcoming and helped us with an early check-in since we had flown in the morning from Berlin. The early AM breakfast service, the professionalism of the staff at the front desk and the dining area everything made our stay very comfortable. Look forward to staying here during our next trip

Nice one night stay in a conmfortable room. Would be even nicer if there was in each room a stand for a second suitcase as we were travelling as a couple and each of us had a suitcase…

Room was really small for 3 people, breakfast needs an improvement.

I was surprised that we had to pay for the shuttle to the airport, especially 10 CHF each for such a short ride. Otherwise it was a good airport spot to stay while waiting for your flights.

Easy to access from train and convenient stores and places to eat. Comfortable beds and out pull out sofa was already made for us so our children could just check in with us and relax.

Nice little overnight stay close to airport

Family of 4 , we stayed here on our 1st night in Zurich before heading to the Alps. The room was tiny for us but comfortable for a good night sleep, My husband and my 20 year old son took the main bed and my daughter (15) and I squeezed into the sofa pull out. I got to admit that the mattress on the sofa bed was very comfortable, not your usual cheapy mattress. Having AC was also a plus, We were there in July and the temperatures were hot. The Shampoo and Hand soap smelled so good!!!! no conditioner provided but I had my own.
