Excellent stay

The property was extremely clean. However, there was no hot water for a shower.

Staff was excellent. Very kind and listened to concerns. Room was very dirty though, including the bathroom and the pull out couch that 2 of my kids had to sleep on. I was contacted by a member of staff after checkout to let us know they refunded our stay because of the condition of our room.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable but the water on both days was cold. Taking a cold shower wasnt fun. Other than the water the hotel was clean appearing and smelt great! I would stay again.

Overall good stay and great location

Front desk staff was excellent. Elevator was extremely slow and only one available. Not enough hot water for showers. Overall room was nice. Low breakfast options and hot coffee wasn’t available until after 7am. Unfortunate when you need to be out by 7am. Great location with ample restaurants, shopping.

We were on the 1st floor, not far from the front desk. There were people/adults and children talking loudly and running in the hall. This was not an isolated incident: it went on for approx 2 hrs (between 9-11pm). With the proximity to the front desk I do not know how the clerk was not aware. I was already in my PJs and not want to go out to the desk. I just put on my headphones and blocked them out, but it was very rude and I felt something should have been said to them by the clerk.

This was the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. Very clean and comfortable and close to every place I needed to be.

No hot water for the six days we spent there. Luke warm at best. Reported this to the desk everyday and was made to feel like it was just me being finicky. Not so every resident i spoke to had same issue. We checked out early, this was an expensive joke. I couldve saved a lot of money at another hotel and had hot water. WILL NEVER STAY AT ANITHER HOLIDAY INN

The hotel was really nice. It was located near shopping and restaurants within walking distance also. The pool and spa was open even though there was snow on the ground which is awesome. They breakfast was actually good at this hotel. My only complaint was there was alot of kids on our floor running up and down the halls in the early morning hours but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Close to my daughters wrestling tournament!

They shut the water off 2 days in a row to mix a leaking pipe. Could’nt do laundry or use the bathroom facilities.

Friendly staff and mostly well maintained property. Good service. They even serviced my room on Christmas day.

Best Holiday Inn in Tulsa! The staff is amazing, room and hotel were super clean and location was huge plus. Will be staying here again.

The property is very convenient to a lot of locations. The hot tub was disgusting and was not cleaned. The overall facility had a few small maintenance issues like missing door handles on stairwells. There was a towel shortage in general they could do better.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean room and comfy bed. Quiet area but close to all essentials, like supermarket, etc.

Clean, quiet and nice stadd

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast had different options including fresh made pancakes, omelets, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, biscuits, sausage gravy, potato cakes. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. Great variety and it was clean and welcoming. The hot tub was amazing to rest and relax. All in all I will definitely recommend!

Llame por la mañana del día que empezó mi reservación para confirmar y asegurarme que todo estaba bien y me dijeron que sin problema, pero al llegar ala propiedad una persona anglosajona ( mujer) me dio el susto del día por su falta de experiencia, me dijo que solo aparecía una de las dos habitaciones reservadas y que no podía hacer nada al respecto me dió el número de Hotels.com para averiguar por mi parte la cual estuve tratando de comunicarme y nunca contestaron hasta que un hombre de nacionalidad distinta llegó y nos trató con mucha amabilidad y nos solucionó la situación buscando correctamente en el sistema, de ahí en adelante pude relajarme, pero de ahí en adelante excelente; Una recomendación para Hotels.com (conteste el teléfono) para que puedan dar un mejor apoyo a los que usamos sus servicios

I stayed for three nights. My first impression of the room was a clean room that smelled fresh. Upon further time, the bathroom was not clean. The second day i hoped it would be cleaned better - not the case. On the third day housekeeping never showed at all. Skipped my room altogether. I will not be staying here again. Too bad, good location and very polite and helpful front desk team.

I lost my deposit $106 When I was at hotel, my name was not in reservation. Why ? Then I have paid $429 all and start booking again. Who is responsible for this? I want back my deposit from you guys.

Pleasant clean updated property with nice amenities and comfortable queen double room.

I think the bathroom needed more attention. There was hair on the floor and in the shower and some tkype of object stuck in the toilet. Room felt a little damp but sheets were clean bed was comfortable and I slept well.7/10

Hotel staff was great to work with, my room was ready for me when I arrived, comfortable bed and clean restrooms. Loved my night away from home!!

It was a great place to stay.

Tv didnt work....kept shutting off and had to be reset constantly. Went to breakfast @ 8.30 and there was no food...noone around...several customers complaining....supposed to bevopen until 9am..

We were there for over a week and had the same thing for breakfast with a sign that said they had an outage the night before Over all it’s a good place

The rooms were clean, safe, had lots of nearby places to eat and the staff was very friendly.

Very clean. Front office staff was very nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. It was located in a great safe area with a lot of dining options and a super Target close by. The Only negative was breakfast, the oven was broken but they had grab and go available.

We were very happier our choice to stay at this property. Front desk personnel were friendly & accommodating. The room, we had a king bed, was very comfortable, updated & clean! Loved having a microwave & Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom amenities were nice. If needed, you could ask for tissue & they will be provided. The complimentary breakfast was well supplied & an attendant was always present cleaning & reloading food choices. We would definitely stay here again!

I love the location, love how easy the parking lot is. The building is either new or newly being remodeled. The tile in the bathroom had lots of leftover material like grout everywhere. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed because there were things on it that were not mine, like a hair pin etc. I stayed on two separate occasions and both times the checkin process was different. The first time I got there 30mins before checkin and there was a sign on the desk saying that the staff was not at the desk at the moment, so I look in the lobby and the worker was standing by a chair on his cell phone. Then he came over to me and said it was too early and to come back in 30mins. The second time I stayed here no one was again at the desk and I had to use a phone on the other side of the lobby to call the worker and no one answered. I could hear the phone had been left behind the desk. I waited for a while and eventually someone came. Just seems like the hotel is operating on bare bones. I will say the breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet. There’s a Walgreens and an Andy’s right outside.

Great Experience!

I could write a small book about how great this hotel was for our group. We come to Tulsa once a year for a youth conference at the Mabee Center. This was by a landslide the best hotel we've ever stayed at in Tulsa. 1st Great Quality: Everyday we were greeted by every staff member that we were near. They were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in our needs. 2nd Great Quality: The rooms were exceptionally clean when we checked in and they were cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. The building looked like it was getting updates and fresh remodeling. 3rd Great Quality: The location was fantastic. Restaurants are nearby but it is a quiet location. I highly recommended this hotel. We will be back.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and there was no fire alarm. Ir only rang a couple of times and stopped but it woke me up horribly.

My fire alarm kept going off over and over again from 1 o’clock to 8 o’clock in the morning until the manager finally removed the fire alarm out of my room other than that was a really good stay like the pool very clean

Dirty and unclean. Little bugs in the room, hair everywhere, including ice bucket, room needed to be vacuum and and hair and debris in corners needed to picked up. Hot tub smelled strong like cleaning chemicals (not chlorine) had stuff floating in it like a ball of hair, big cobwebs under towel rack. Never going back.

I was not informed that the hotel was under renovations of which I was told later I would not be able to use the stairs. I don’t do elevators unless they are glass. I had been using the stairs the first day and night there but then this rude manager told me I couldn’t. When I said you can give me my money back he changed his mind. I know better than anyone what it means to have to walk stairs. The check managers were great. It was the night manager who was rude.

Under Construction Should Be Communicated

I booked this hotel because it had a fitness room, a pool and hot tub, and hot breakfast. The first floor was under construction. There was no hot breakfast, and the pool and fitness center were blocked off. There was no communication of this when I placed my reservation. I was traveling through Oklahoma and this location was not important. I planned on staying at a Holiday Inn and I could have stayed at another location. Now, I do not want to stay at a Holiday Inn again and I do not want to use hotels.com again. I feel like I was lied to. Poor customer service.

The property, was close to most of the restaurants. I would say only a couple of minutes of walking. Including the pharmacy, etc..

They were doing renovations, but let us know at the front door. The elevator was not working, but again they let us know it was due to renovations. Room was super clean and comfortable.

Hotel was nice and so was the staff. Only issue was they closed breakfast 20-30 minutes early so we missed out.

Staff was professional and prompt! Location was clean & welcoming in the midst of floor 3 being remodeled. Great place to stay!

I liked everything about it, the staff was real nice, smelled fresh when you walk in, the rooms real nice and clean

Location was nice but the room we stayed in was a little run down. With some improvements it could've been a pleasant stay.

The elevator was down due to rain, but we didn’t mind the stairs. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. Plenty of shopping, dining and gas station options in the area and not a far drive into Tulsa. We look forward to returning post renovations!

I guess the only downside was the tv wasn't working. Lucky was great at check in and throughout our stay. He was very professional and took the time to help any way he could.

The water was only warm. A hot shower was impossible. Noisy neighbors apparently thought we should listen to their programming.

Everything was fine except the housekeepers need to focus on removing hair from the shower and bathroom.

I was told prior they had a pool. They lied! The pool was out of service, I asked for a refund, they wouldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience! I was yelled at by the staff because I wanted my money back. I was charged 800 dollars for a 10 minute stay!
