CDG is a large airport with a lot of walking to do before you can catch the shuttle train to this hotel. Check-in was fine, rooms smallish but quiet.

Perfect for a night waiting for your flight. Food few choices and not good. Avoid it

Liked the proximity to the airport. Reasonably priced, safe, quiet. It took a while for us to figure the shuttle. Unable to control the heat in the room, a little too warm. Front desk told us that is the way it is. Wanted an extra bath towel, requested from front desk, never did show up.

Room was very hot. Window would not open. Hvac would not cool room.

Easy to access

This a a good place to overnight at CDG.

While the staff and location is wonderful, the hotel is clean and bright, but that’s a bare minimum. They state they have air conditioning in each room but it does not work and it is extremely hot. So hot that you are physically sweating all night with no blanket on. The pillows and bed are quite hard, but not uncomfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathroom shower does not hold a constant temperature and fluctuates from hot to cold.

A good start that ended badly.

Checkin was good and we were offered a late checkin which was great. We were checking in after 10 but we were able to order a pizza and it was good. We didn’t end up taking up the late check out offer because the room was so hot. We were sweating! I did ring and ask if there was anything that could be done and was told no. We had to leave the wastebasket in the door to try and get some cooler air into the room. We just wanted to leave. Breakfast was awful too. The scrambled eggs were powdered and horrible but the pancakes were good. Overall not somewhere I could recommend.

Easy access to the airport. Wechad a 12 hour layover. We got axgood nights sleep and great breakfast.

Like all the hotels we experienced this February vacation in France, it was extremely hot!

We made a reservation for 3 people and received 1 set of towels. I went down from the 4th floor to get two more sets and was told they were in the closet outside the bathroom. I went back upstairs to find no additional towels. Breakfast was nice, but it they kept running out of coffee cups, coffee, etc. Tables were not cleaned as people left making it difficult to find a place to sit.

The Hotel charged me extra at the time of check-in then advertised on Expedia. Also claimed my room was "Basic". I'm never booking another room with this hotel again.

The hotel is nice, the rooms were great and the staff was amazing. It is remote from everything, the walk is about a 5-7 min walk that feel unsafe. Other than that, it was great!

Had an unexpected delay in Paris and needed a quick nearby place to stay.

Everything is good except for the shower head (too small) and water pressure (too weak); after a long travelling day i was looking for a good hot shower and was a bit disappointed.

This is probably one of the best airport hotels I’ve ever been to. Great staff and amenities. Highly recommend!

Great location

Accommodation was clean, functional, staff were pleasant. The only downside was the restaurant. Evening meal choices were very limited and what was on offer was of a poor standard, to the extent we complained and left the restaurant with meals unfinished.

The shuttle train close to the hotel is very practical. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly.

Dreadful pillows only 2 and I wasn't sure they were proper pillow cases! No fridge, and no milk or coffee. In the room.

So handy walkable feom the airport, just follow the carpark signs. No taxi required. Breakfast was good. Had a view of the airport

Convenient location next to the airport

Everything was as expected.

Huge breakfast area. There were microwaves available to heat up food and easy access to purchase drinks and snacks on the go.

Disappointed that we couldn't get an Uber from the hotel rather had to go to the airport Terminal to travel to Paris.

One night stay over

Needed a night stay before a morning flight out of CDG. Perfect choice. Convenient airport shuttle, and a 3 minute walk to hotel.

Our room was way to hot! Hard to sleep. Tried but could not turn down our in room heat. Garbage in hallways, staff at breakfast were slow to replace food items and clean up.

Convenient for CDG

Hotel convenient for Paris CDG, comfortable room, useful to have restaurant that is open late. There is a train/ shuttle service (3 min walk from hotel) to airport but did not avail of it as we needed another terminal. Customer service could be improved, but that was same at all other French establishments we encountered.

I had high expectations for Holiday Inn Express CDG, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bathroom drain was completely blocked, causing water to flood everywhere, making it impossible to use the bathroom comfortably. This issue disrupted our stay significantly, as it was inconvenient and unhygienic. While the location is convenient for travelers near the airport, basic amenities like a functioning bathroom are essential. I hope the management takes steps to address maintenance issues promptly. A disappointing experience overall.

Love the hotel, very convenient if you want to catch an early flight. The train runs every 4 mins from the CDG to hotel. By subway, you can reach city center from CDG in 30 mins.
