The room is small compared to hotels in US, but it’s fine with me. Staff is friendly and breakfast is super!!!

The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. We really appreciated that our room was cleaned every day. However, we booked the hotel because it was supposed to be walking distance to our conference but the bridge we were going to use was under construction. And, last but not least, the day we were checking out we found a bedbug on the bedding.

The room was very warm and a lot of Noise from the street we never got a good nights sleep

Very nice, clean hotel, good breakfast. The area is not tourist friendly. It's not easy to walk to the train station. It is a good hotel to stay if you travel by car.

Small rooms. We were a family of 4. Room was a bit small than expected. Breakfast management was horrible. Average breakfast and not enough place to sit and not enough staff to take care of left over dishes. It felt a bit chaotic breakfast with too many people and too little help.

Great value. A short bus ride to the city centre. Good buffet breakfast but limited dining area during breakfast! Too overcrowded with limited seating! That's the only negative

We had a pleasant stay. Gärzan was very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend.

Very clean, comfortable, and stellar service. The breakfast was excellent. The only drawback to the stay was it was not close to dining options.

Staff were the best from front desk to those overseeing breakfast the next morning.

The service at the front desk was efficient, cheerful and very helpful. Good breakfast with many choices. Room was typically European small but space used efficiently and it did the job and was very clean. Close to train station and bus out front takes you directly there; taxis also easily available. 15 minutes from Deutschmark Bank Park and other attractions. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Frankfurt.

Nice budget hotel, good breakfast, 30 mins walk to main town. Room is quite small if ypu have 2 adults and 2 teens in the room.

Overall a very good experience specially with 2 kids along. Location is bit far for a walk to city center yet very accessible via public transportation. Only comment on the room, the bed sheets was a bit smelly

Clean hotel with amazing breakfast included. Room for family of four was very tight for space.

One of my coffee mugs had mold in the bottom of it. They should make sure to wash them or replace them between guests.

The room with a queen size bed and a sofa bed was tiny. There was only 1 ottoman to sit on next to a small table which is not enough even for 2 people. The blanket on the sofa was narrow and it could not cover 2 children. There was no fridge in the room - we cannot understand the reasoning about not having one small fridge to keep drinks cold and some food travelers may have. The wifi was horrible! There was only 1 cup provided in the room for coffee. We had to go ask for more things and were given everything we asked for which is why 5 stars for staff and service. The breakfast did not have any meat options or scrambled eggs, which is what is expected in any hotel. Otherwise, there were lots of others items available and the coffee was great.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and a good price. The weather was hot and humid and the air conditioning was wonderful. Some of are other hotels in other cities in Germany did not have a/c. The breakfast was good. The staff was great too especially Giarzan.

Personal is very nice, breakfast is ok but room size is very small for 4 people.

Property was under-staffed with front desk staff also barrending for the soccer game. Rooms were really small. We ended up getting a 2nd room for our teens. New, clean, and great beds otherwise. Staff were great.

Fantastic experience, right next to bus 37 stop to take you to HBF, good breakfast neat and clean rooms. Hotel staff, especially the front desk executive Nikita. Very helpful and with positive attitude.

AC would not go below 78 degrees. It was uncomfortably warm. We only stayed one night, so we just let it be. Other than that, everything was a 10.

Good Hotel good location friendly staff.

After checkin we found that the room phone was dead. The recepionist guy cam and checked and said that he will send a technician to fix it. But he never came and they did not update us anything on that. Hence for each question, I had to come down to the ground floor to clarify any question.

Short stop over

We arrived at hotel around 9am and check in is after 1pm but the staff at the reception was so nice to accommodate us. We had traveled almost 20hrs and he made sure we get in the room and hit the bed. Breakfast was also very nice and light. Although a bit far from airport but location is in the heart of FRA. Taxi always available outside or reception can order one for you in 3-5mins.

Fabulous stay as always. Only suggestion I could have is softer pillows :)

The staff was professional, especially Mr. Karlan, who was helpful and always polite in serving us.

it looked more like a dorm rather than a hotel, some staff were really polite and willing to help but some were very bad and even ignoring customers. this was a very dissapointing experience and i would not reccomend it.

Amazing

The staff were amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful and professional.

Enjoyed the stay very much. We could not control the temperature in the room. It was too warm for sleeping. The breakfast however was excellent. There was no forewarning about a fee for parking. It was easy access to autobahns and airport. I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Terrible. Do no be fooled by the Expedia map This hotel is not near the train station. It is a 30 min walk away in the opposite direct of the town center. There is "nothing" around it for 20 min except one pizza place. There is not even a store. There is no laundry facilities nor laundry service as promised by Expedia, nor is there one nearby as promised by the hotel. There is one bus which may or may not arrive so be prepared to take taxis to the train station or anywhere else. This hotel is desolate and the worst location in Frankfurt. The staff were not helpful and gave out bad information.

I stayed in the property for one night and was pretty comfortable. The hotel is well kept and the rooms decently sized. While I have no complaints about the room in general, I will probably think twice to stay here again due to the bad staff (reception guys) attitude! As mentioned, the service, especially from the members in the front desk (reception) was terrible. They were not helpful to guide me to get to the property from the train station, mocked at me in front of the other guests by saying, 'it is so easy to get to the hotel, but some people just don't get it'. The following day, the key to the hotel room did not work and I had to run to the reception at least three times, instead of the guy at the reception offering to come up and help! The breakfast spread was decent with breads and spreads included. Please consider including more vegan options.

There was parking onsite, albeit for a fee. Breakfast is included and it is a fantastic breakfast buffet!! The location is in an industrial part of town with nothing close by; no shopping, no restaurants, literally nothing. Also, unfortunately, the brand new 500,000 Euro air conditioning system wasn't working properly, so the kind clerk at the desk gave us a fan, without which we wouldn't have been able to sleep in our 25 degrees room. Speaking of the room, it is quite small, especially with the sleeper sofa folded out, which was terribly uncomfortable to sleep on, according to my kids. And I believe them, just from looking at the sleeper sofa. If you only have 2 people who can use the actual bed (which was comfortable) and if the A/C is up and running properly, I would say the hotel is quite nice, except again there is nothing close by, not even within a 2-mile radius.

Staff at Reception are very accommodating

This is a good place for families. The breakfast was bustling with young families in the morning. Very attentive, efficient and friendly staff, eager to assist restocking food items and cleaning tables, etc. My only concerns would be it’s a bit far away from anything, in an industrial area, so you need to take transit to go out to eat or to the store. Our second bed in our room was a sofa bed that sagged a bit, so it wasn’t very comfortable. I would try to get two double beds next time if that is possible.

The property is in the industrial part of town and a little bit out from the main town. The staff were very helpful and dining area was clean and nice- breakfast was a bonus but the room was too small with no amenities.

In the 4 times we've stayed at this hotel, the bathroom sinks always appeared to be blocked. This time was no exception. There are paint stains on the carpet outside room 215 and the general decor needs refreshing. The staff are very polite and helpful. There are great parking facilities and it's a short drive to the city centre. The hotel is situated in an industrial sector or the city, which is fairly quiet except for passing traffic. Wise to ask for a room at the back. Good breakfast and all in all good value for an overnight stop.

Fair price, easy parking but a little much €18 per day. The description had 9 min to train station but bridge was out so 34 min walk with detour. Apparently this bridge under construction for two years and description wasnt updated. There was a bus but limited on weekends so we ended up driving and paying for parking again. But that was really only negative thing i can say. We routinely stay at Holiday Inn and will continue to do so in the future

Excellent!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. Location is excellent - walkable to shops and many restaurants. Metro near by as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Poor room conditions. Booked double bed but received 2 single beds.. inoperative bathroom

The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was easy and the restaurant was good.

We liked the outside parking facility, and the breakfast selection Unfortunately the hotel is located in an industrial area requiring some distance to walk to get to Frankfurt center.

Nice stay

It is clean and everything is in good conditions. Although coffee bags and glasses are missed in the room, but it was resolved immediately after receptionist was informed.

Room got a little warm overnight. Thermostat wouldn't change temps, but other than that it was a nice, clean place to sleep.

I loved the key operated lighting system and the mirror and tile lumination in the bathroom. The lights on the hedbord were cool too. What I found difficult was getting into the shower. The had trouble squeezing in around the shower door - and I'm a skinny person!

The room was much smaller than expected. It was also quite warm and we couldn't open the windows and the thermostat was not adjustable to cool the room. It just kept getting warmer and warmer.

The hotel itself was fine, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The problem was that a former guest had decided to smoke very heavily in the room, even though this was not allowed. There had been little effort made to clear out the stench of tobacco smoke which was everywhere, including through all the bed linen.

The room was very small and wasnt for 4 people. Sofa bed was for kids age under 10. There was no room for luggage and barely can walk between the beds. There was no Kleenex and shampoo in the bathroom and not enough towels and toilet paper. The value of room is not worth it. I was very disappointed and took pictures of room. I will not use Expedia. It was my second time using Expedia. First time was poor when I made accommodation in Boston last year. Expedia should have checked the properties.

Buffet breakfast is superb

Accessibility to the freeway was a must for our choice. The hotel ‘s bathroom was clean and newly renovated; the staff are friendly and efficient; good spread and variety of breakfast meals.

The price is great. Clean hotel, very good breakfast buffet. The room we took was a bit too small for three people (queen bed sofa bed): when the sofa bed is deployed, very little room to move around, and there was no chair in the room. The area is a disaffected industrial area. It is not unsafe ("this is germany", said the front desk attendant :-)), but not a very pleasant walk to the lively downtown (not very far away). Still a great value--given the Expedia price.

No food available in the evenings and nowhere nearby to eat out. Our room could have been cleaner. Staff were pleasant, lots of choice at breakfast and the parking was good. Ok for an overnight stay.

This hotel was among the few that would sleep four, although the second bed was small and only appropriate for children. The room was small. My main problem was that the Internet was flaky and kept disconnecting my Linux laptop. Other devices did not seem to have a problem.

Easy to reach from the FRA airport. Very friendly staff and ok breakfast. The AC in the rooms seem to only run air without actually cooling it.

Very good hotel, booked a double and a twin room and were given 2 doubles, staff were apologetic and found a twin for us. Was clean and tidy and staff were very helpful.

I arrived very late at the hotel to discover that they had no A/C in the rooms. I was given a choice of cancelling my reservation or staying in the room. At 11:15 PM in a foreign city, I had no choice but was not given an option of a rebate, etc. They also did not let me know me earlier that they had problems in the hotel . I had called them 3 times during the day as my flight was cancelled. Not guest friendly or accomodating.

It wasn't as good as I thought it would be

Cheap but that comes at a price as due to the noise sleeping is not one of those things you’ll enjoy at this hotel. Moving chairs and tables around the outside hotel from 5 AM! Slamming doors etc. Avoid where possible!

Good value for money especially if you’re a business traveler.
