Loved it
Not the worst. Not the best.
Toilet did not work. Temperature control was mediocre. Was charged by the hotel a second time after being charged by hotels.com
Clean, Safe, Convenient
My go to place to stay in DT Tulsa!! Always clean and parking available in garage. Bonus, there’s a pool !
Friendly staff, always welcome to accommodate changes in your booking!!
Place was really nice and clean
Great property
The room above us was super loud and partying. I called the front desk but they never did anything. So I had to go up stairs and handle it myself
Close to the Woody Guthrie/Bob Dylan Center, Greenwood Rising and great restaurants, all within walking distance. What’s not to like?
The property itself was nice. The homeless all over downtown Tulsa is a different story. I understand this is a city problem and not a hotel problem though!
Great hotel very clean and friendly gonna check out the pool and the breakfast in the morning!
New Years Stay
Amazing hotel stay; great location downtown, clean, comfortable bed, hot breakfast, etc. The only thing that could have made it better is a hot tub/jacuzzi.
Room was fine but breakfast was completely gone by 8:15am. Check in took forever due to being short staffed. No frills hotel.
Staffing was poor. Waited at front desk for 15 minutes and never was helped. Room was clean and stay was wonderful other than poor staffing I would of gave it a 5/5 rather than a 3.
I would stay here again and also recommend it a very nice location. Save the rooms was clean. The staff member was very pleasant and the breakfast food was good.
The price was great, as was the overall hotel experience. The main strength is the location and easy access to great historical sites.
Stayed here for a concert at the BOK, and they had a shuttle running to and from the venue!! Super SUPER FRIENDLY staff and a nice room. Would absolutely stay here again
Nice hotel and staff. Near loud train track and traffic, but otherwise excellent. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good
Very close to everything people were super nice.
Clean and Comfy
Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.
We shuttled to and from the BOK Center to see Pink! The driver was so so awesome!! He got us there a and back in the pouring rain in NO TIME AT ALL. I don't remember his name, but I'll never forget him. Very nice, very polite, just a GREAT guy!! The hotel was peaceful, the breakfast was AMAZING! BEST STAY IN A HOTEL IN A REALLY LONG TIME. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!
It was a new, clean, nice hotel. Breakfast was actually good too. Great staff as well. There was a tornado outbreak overnight during our stay and the staff woke up the entire hotel to have us take cover in a safe area. Even though this was an inconvenience, keeping the guests safety in mind was very considerate and appreciated !
This Downtown Tulsa Hotel is great.
Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel is very nice, clean and rooms are cozy. Location is great right by the ball park and museum. Area very safe. Restaurants within walking distance. Very nice breakfast.
Friendly, helpful staff
Nice location for activities (including dining) we had in mind. Floorspace around the beds was a bit limited for someone in a wheelchair.
It is in a historic part of Tulsa.
Specifically booked accessible restroom And was told that was not available was not given reason just said not available. Mother could not shower because was not available.
Very helpful staff
Nice hotel in a good part of town
This was a very nice hotel in a good location of town with restaurants close by. I would highly recommend.
It was a great location with kind helpful staff. Lots to do, see and eat in the area! I’ll definitely be back. Not one complaint.
I really liked everything, especially the employees, yes i will be going there again, Thanks for everything
Good location. Many options for dining and drinks. Walkable neighborhood with many excellent attractions...Woodie Guthrie Center, Bob Dylan Center, Guthrie Green, Greenwood Neighborhood, Reconciliation Park.
Very comfortable
I would have given the property an excellent rating except for the fact that I woke up to no water. They gave me a couple of bottles of water to wash up and said the city would have the water on in a couple of hours. 6 hours later still no water and I had to wash up before checking out since I had just run a race. When I checked back at the front desk I asked if there would be a discount because of the lack of water. She was quite unfriendly and said no because it wasn't their fault. I understand it was the city's fault, but good customer service warranted some kind of concession.
Awesome
Great location!
Love this hotel! Very close to everything, music, food and fun!! Great staff!
We decided to visit Tulsa for the Jazz festival this weedend and I don't believe we could have picked a better place to stay. Check in was quick and the staff, very accommodating. We went to amuseums, several restaurants, Frios popsicle shop and area foods trucks and Holiday Inn was in walking distance to everything. We will visit Tulsa again and again and Holiday Inn IHG Tulsa is where we will stay. Great Job.
Not cool enough
The staff is VERY friendly. They messed up my room and gave me a room that someone was already in. What a surprise they was! When I went back to the desk she was able to fix it. Got to my room, it seemed like the air conditioning was on but not cool enough for my liking. We left the room for our concert we were in town for, came back and it was still not cool enough. The hallway was even warm the entire time. The only place that was cool was the lobby. I brought a small fan, it seemed to help a little. We had a few ants on the air conditioning unit. The location was is great if your wanting to do stuff downtown. Liked that the cars were in a parking garage that was secure.
Transportation to concert
Staff was very friendly. Building was clean. Room was in good condition and had plenty of space. Checkin was delayed and not at 3pm. We had plans at 4pm so this caused us to be late. Upstairs hallways and elevator were hot. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.
Great place great location
Excellent location. Ballpark, Guthrie and Dylan Museums,Reconciliation Park all within 2 or 3 blocks from hotel. Staff friendly, set a good atmosphere. Very friendly airport shuttle driver. Good breakfast.
The hotel and staff are excellent, the dining experiences close by are unique and memorable. Our travel was to see family, and we were so grateful for an affordable way to visit in a comfortable setting. The only disappointment was the lack of tourist activities close by… We loved the “Center of the Universe” experience, the “Monet Immersion Experience “, but missed seeing The Gathering Place. It takes some investigation to find things to do. Just things city management could do for their hotels. Hope to see y’all again!
Very clean
We did not get the room we booked. The only thing that was great was the distance to our concert.
Classic stay
For the most part the stay was fine. One of the elevators was out of order and there could have been one at the opposite end of the hotel
We could hear the train.
The staff at this location was amazing
So far has been great.
Clean and convenient
Easy parking. Clean and relatively quiet. Easy access to downtown, cox center and BOK. Good choice of restaurants nearby
Nice Business Hotel
Great hotel, great location! Everything is walkable in a nice downtown area.
Great hotel.
It was noisy, outside noise. Parking situation was very awkward and worst of all, the breakfast was not good at all. The eggs were like plastic, not hot. The staff at the front desk were wonderful
Parking is limited and very confusing. I understand that is no controllable.
I love how clean the hotel, especially my room is. Check in was easy. There’s a wide variety of snacks/drinks for purchase in the lobby. This was great late at night. The only negative thing about my stay was that the printers were not hooked up due to new equipment being installed and I was unable to print something I needed for my trip.
Finding the parking garage took two trips around the block, then when we finally did there's a sign that says call this number and we did and no one answered so we go around the block for a third time to go back to the front of the building where there is only three spaces which are still being occupied by the same three cars I assume they're supposed to be for checking however these three cars were there all evening. They didn't have our reservation they finally found it it took about half an hour, so now we go back to where we parked our car on the side of the street hoping it didn't get towed or we get a ticket in the meantime thankfully we did not, we go back around the block to the parking garage once you get parked you have to go down the stairs there's no elevator to the first floor walk over to the actual Hotel itself then take the hotel elevators back up to whatever floor your room is on very very inconvenient took way too much time and way too much work
Nice stay!
Everything was great from the staff to the facility.
My wife and I have a son at the University of Tulsa, so we will be making several trips over the next few years. Because of the great staff and wonderful facilities you have at the downtown location, we don't plan to stay anywhere else in the Tulsa area. We have already made reservations for the homecoming celebration.
Nice place! Clean. Quiet. Breakfast was good.
Staff was great! Very helpful and polite! Very pleasant stay. Made our trip even more enjoyable.
Nice, quiet location.
Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice and cold in the room and very helpful staff. Great breakfast
Room was great, Coffee was warm.
Room was great. Breakfast not so much. Coffee was lukewarm, food was mediocre.
It was the cleanest Hotel I have stayed at in a long time!! I was worried about the cleanliness because I have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in OKC and it was awful but this one is by far one of my favorites!
It was a very friendly greeted, clean, quiet, and wonderful breakfast to-go experience .
Perfect
From out check-in with Tyler to our departure, it was a perfect stay.
We went to Tulsa to visit the Bob Dylan Center and the Woody Guthrie Center. The Holiday Inn Xpress was perfectly located close to both. The walkable neighborhood is great—a park, restaurants, and bars. The woman at the desk noticed I was having mobility issues, and she very considerately arranged accessible parking. Visit Tulsa and stay at the Holiday Inn Xpress!
.
I chose this property based on the fact it provided an airport shuttle. However when I needed it, I was told it wasn’t running that day. No solutions offered. It wasn’t about the money for a ride share, it was about the safety of a driver provided by the property.
Only reservation about the property is that I had to walk and down a flight of steps for parked car. Would’ve been fine if I didn’t have a bad knee
Our stay was amazing. Only downfall is for the price of the room i believe parking should be included in the price not extra when you get there.
Q
Nice hotel with a great breakfast and convenient to downtown Tulsa. Indoor pool is nice, and there's also a coin operated laundry which we didn't use but nice feature. Staff is very friendly!
We had an incredible stay and my family really appreciated all the extra efforts for the Ironman race. Thank you all so much! We will be back!
The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Amazing place to stay. Would definitely come back.
We are locals and have stayed here many times, we always enjoy it and have a positive experience. Great location!
The hotel is in the Greenwood District which is very nice. The staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. I will without a doubt visit this place again.
Great location as we went to a concert @ BOK center. Clean with friendly staff!
I love the location. The wait staff was very professional.
So... I chose this property because we stayed here before and really liked it. This time, we had to pay $14 for parking and the front desk clerk did not seem to want to be working. The room was clean and ready when we arrived.Just very sad that the price went up almost $60 for one night, AND I had to pay for parking off site. The sign said $10 for public parking and Holiday Inn charged me $14. Not happy.
Loved this hotel
We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly, the beds so comfy, room was clean and the breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel. Would highly recommend. The location was also awesome as we were able to walk to and from the BOK Arena. A lot of restaurants within walking distance as well.
The rooms are not very soundproof. We could hear the room next door that night and the next morning. The cars speeding by were very noisy also.
Great Downtown Stay
Stay was great, friendly staff, clean hotel, and free breakfast. Hotel beds, clean and nice just not my home bed. :) Now, its downtown, so there are some street noises but nothing I found terrible, I slept through them. Walking distance to some good restaurants.
Circle the Block
Parking in front of the hotel is too limited. I had to circle the block 5 times before a spot opened up. This was frustrating. The property itself was pricey. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
Hotel is nice but at night and in morning it is very hard to sleep. Too much street noise can be heard and we were on 5th floor. Won’t stay here again.
Hotel was very nice and clean. Great location.
The front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. Everything seemed very clean as well.
The staff was super helpful!
Everything was top notch. Super friendly helpful professional staff. Very clean very comfortable. Very happy with our stay!
Thoughtful Accommodations
I have a foot injury, which impedes my walking and makes it very difficult to use chairs. I was given a first floor room next to an outside entrance, which was next to a handicapped parking space. My room was less than 100 feet from my parking space.
A very loud train next to the hotel passes by at all hours of the night.
Superb
It was a very clean hotel, every staff we met were friendly and the stay was comfortable. Parking garage was definitely great, even if it was a separate payment for it. Highly recommend them when staying in downtown Tulsa.
Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and presented themselves and the property well!
We had a very good stay. The only negative we experienced was with parking. The parking area is a shared paid parking garage. The drop box for your room keys is before the payment stand. So we dropped our keys and pulled on up. Only to get to the payment stand and have to pay $16 when we had already paid $14 with the hotel. Had we paid more attention and had it been explained at checkin it was have saved us. Overall we did have a very good stay.
We had a wonderful stay for a show at Cain’s ballroom. We were able to walk to and from the concert. The hotel was clean and the check-in attendant was friendly and very helpful. We could see the Drillers ball field from our room. I would definitely stay here again if coming for an event in the area.
staff were very attentive, responsive
Great Stay!
Great clean comfortable
