Good place to stay

The property is modern, light, and clean. One of the locks in my room (108) was loose. Not sure how effective the lock is.

I made the reservation and when we arrived at the hotel there was a very bad smell outside the hotel. The halls also smelled bad but the room was fine the bed was comfortable.

Everything went well. They even allow a late check out since we were not sure about staying another night and were working remotely.

Hot water

Everything was really good, but NO HOT WATER Friday night. Hot water situation improved Saturday night, but the hot water seemed to be not so hot. Otherwise, excellent visit.

Nice

Not much on side of highway where hotel was. Across the highway there were some options but not many and not easy to get to without a car.

Staff very friendly. Nora was very helpful.

Good stay

Very quiet, comfortable, you have to drive a little to go to San Antonio attractions. Good breakfast. Great staff.

Unfriendly check in staff, dirty shower, loud AC.

When we arrived, the lady at the desk (Joyce), was not very polite. She didn’t greet us at all and when I asked about the discount for government employees, she just replied, “you have to do that online”, instead of trying to assist us. The room was clean but the shower floor was yellow from the stuck on filth. More care should be given to the cleanliness of that. Then our AC unit made a loud, rattling noise every time it came on, waking us up throughout night.

Easy access to I-10. Easy access to Riverwalk

Outside of hotel is Beautiful. Lots of parking away from everything crazy with the city. Located next to truck stops so gas was convenient. Rooms are huge lots of space. Lady that helped sorry I don’t remember your name. She had glasses and short curly brown/blonde hair always saw her smiling and would acknowledge us. However, Two things I didn’t like was the bathroom there was facial hair on the toilet lid and everywhere inside the shower I’m not sure why house keeping wasn’t more careful in cleaning the restroom. As well as the beds never being made or vacuuming the rooms not sure if that’s not something they do but it would have been nice to have the room freshened up during our stay. Other than that the price was great and the lady that helped was great.

Very good and excellent

The room didn’t have a telephone to call the front desk. The shower had stuff falling apart, door plastic was torn off, dove products were not provided, they used the bottles but put cheap soaps and shampoo inside the bottles.

Amazing! Check in was so quick and she was so sweet. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was AMAZING and super fresh with so many options to choose from. Only complaint I have is the shower took 10 minutes to heat up, but no biggie! Would stay here again.

Front desk personal was great and super sweet. Hotel was clean, and beds were comfortable. Parking lot was well lit. Would stay again.

Did not like the fact that my credit card was charged multiple times for transactions that should have been charged at the end of our stay when we checked out so that way it was approved transaction to pay for my entire stay. Made my credit card go into default and had to use another credit card to pay for one of my night stays. Very inconvenient. Dislike this feature strongly.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The bathroom floor was dirty and sticky…
