Third time staying at this hotel. I did a layover in Doha and had 24 hours there . I always sleep so well staying at this hotel and it’s very easy and comfortable . Staff are really lovely , easy access to the airport via metro.

The hallway carpet is filthy and has a strong bad Oder that makes the property look dirty and makes the experience feel yucky.

Sandra is an extremely rude and unwelcoming staff at the reception. I was utterly disappointed by her behaviour and would never want to be met with such an unwelcoming rude and aggressive staff at a hotel or anywhere. She should not be in the service industry owed to her incapability to perform her duties with politeness. I requested a bill for checkout and she snapped back at me telling me to wait and then went on about how I needed to submit my ID (it has already been scanned at check in) to the hotel because of some CIA coming in for questioning of suspicious individuals as myself. Highly absurd rude and rather discriminatory behaviour. Thoroughly regretted my decision to stay at this property. The entire trip ended on a sour note. Even at checkout I called the desk after returning to my room to call for a bellboy and my calls were not answered for 20 mins even though I called back to back almost making me miss my flight. And upon finally coming down I was again stopped to rudely tell me that the room going to be cleaned right away … made no sense but whatever. I am appalled and disgusted by this behaviour and deeply upset as well. I hope better training can be given to help workers be more professional and bigoted individuals can be taught a lesson.

Everything went great from the pickup at the airport to delivering us back for our return. The staff was very helpful in arranging our city tour and dessert safari. The food was also very good with lots of choices.

All is good only cleaning of room will take so long for them to come and do the housekeeping, I went for breakfast around 9.30 and came back at 12pm still not done. Call up customer service told me that we need to request for it even already stated a sign of housekeeping needed.

Holiday Inn Doha

Really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Business Park. Room was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. The restaurants and bars in the hotel were great as well. Close to metro station so easy to get around and see the city. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Good n comfortable bed, reception( kenneth) is very helpful together with restaurant crew( Larry)is very helpful too. Breakfast is brilliant.

The location ,and hotel and all it’s staff are excellent

We only stayed one night but had a lovely room with very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Dinner at the hotel was also good with choice of three restaurants. There is also a lovely pool and fitness centre which we didn’t use but looked great. Would definitely stay again.

After repeated requests house keepers didn't cleaned the room for two days. Less options with food menu. For every service you have been requested to call reception and phone will ring for more than a minute with lots of disturbances. Overall It was not a unhappy stay. Lot to improve.

Another great stay

I often stay at HI Doha Business park and once again was not let down. Special thanks to Inad and Kenneth on the front desk who are always very friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff are very friendly, respectful and helpful, and the hotel itself is super modern and clean.

The complimentary airport-hotel shuttle runs on an hourly basis and I had missed it due to a delay in baggage collection at the conveyor belt. The driver was still waiting for the arrival of a passenger with a paid airport transfer booking and went out of his way to check with the inbound passenger if I could join the paid ride. It turned out to be a win-win situation for all of us - the other passenger (a senior captain for a frequent commercial flight into Doha) gleaned useful tourist information about my home country and I about where to visit in Doha! The pleasant experience was further exacerbated at check-in - the sunny dispositions of the reception staff left an excellent first impression on this first-time visitor to Doha on a rainy day :))) On a separate incident related to the stay - the night manager on duty (Suraj) went out of his way to check on me during my 2 nights stay after I reported on an unsolicited phone call from another hotel guest who overheard my room number at check-in. Thumbs up for staff morale and initiative! :)))

I had a layover for one night in Doha and stayed here. I was pleasantly surprised the rooms were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Felt more upscale than the standard Holiday Inn in the States.

Mainly good... but a few issues

The confirmed shuttle bus arrangement from airport did not work. I was 15 mins early, but it had left. After much discussion, the hotel agreed to organise a taxi. The hotel is fine, although the pool area is mostly in shade permanently... so no tan! Rooms are nice, but limited sound proofing from adjacent rooms! Staff are super friendly, and breakfast buffet is good.
