I would have liked to know that parking wasn’t free. Also, since our neighbors smoked on their balcony/ hotel room it made our hotel room stink from their smoke. Also, the employees were not very friendly.
Good experience and good housekeeping!! Would stay here again! Thanks
Hotel has shuttle but inly for a 2 mile radius. Otherwise, car rental, uber or RTD. Easy check in or out. Frint desk staff was helpful Restaurant service was good Amy was our server.
Okay stay
The employee who worked the front desk was great she was friendly and very good at her job. The hotel is ran down a bit with stains on the carpet in the room. The shower temp never got passed Luke warm at best with a trickle for pressure. One of our rooms was cleaned while we were they the other one was not. I don’t mind the beds not being made but trashed definitely needed taken out and that was frustrating. Nice location. But has some issues
Adequate for a short business trip.
Great, quiet room. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Secure hotel entry.
Would stay again
Stay was good. Location is good, $15 for overnight parking. Friendly staff, clean rooms
Excellent service
A
The water was by far the coldest hot ive ever felt
very nice hotel and helpful staff the ac and heater worked perfectly because the weather was very cold especially at night the only thing i had a problem with was the sheets and pillows they seemed to have stains on them and small hairs but other than that the stay was great :)
Stayed two nights! Rooms were clean and put together well. Shower pressure could use some work. Only had warm/ hot water! However, a good stay/ experience.
No welcoming customer service! Parking is available at a 15 dollar charge that they end up getting from your $50 deposit, parking lot is not even, lots of hill, don’t know why they charge. Wouldn’t be back anytime soon to this place.
Small rooms and really soft bed. Other wise it was a good stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful
It was quiet and clean.
You may want to mention this hotel is currently hosting illegal migrants. They try to hide it but there are 100s. If i had know this I would never had stayed here.
When i called to verify my reservations i was told that thr parking was free!! Events i saw a fee online. Got there and the parking was definitely not free. Another couple had the same issue
My visit wasn’t the best I had to change rooms 3 times the first room the lights was not workin the 2nd room the shower was clogged. The 3rd room the heater/AC wires was pulled out. I gave up after switching so many times. You have to pay for parking which is unnecessary because they are not located by downtown and have parking available for guest. The discounted my parking for me because I had to switch rooms so many times so that was really nice. Outside of that never again.
Great place to stay
The carpet was dirty and the room smelled like someone had been making woopy before me. So I declined my room and went elsewhere.
Don’t stay here
Worst hotel ever. Nothing good seeking refund parking not available lights not working bugs
Run AWAY
Stratibg from the very start $15 parking a dsy, not didcussed , laindry favilities, fown, hit tub is gross and dirsnt bubble, ice machines in opperable, the affordable $1.00 soda machines compketely empty on every floor, yet the $3.95 doda machine in lobby works perfect. Totsl rip off and even in the $13.00 2 egg 1 piece of toast that they said is two pieces , its just 2 halfs, was awful.
This hotel is awesome
I stayed two nights, but had everything I needed. Even though my room was close to the lift/elevator I was not disturbed by any noise. Walking distance to a Walmart and I noticed other nearby shops and places to eat. Free shuttle to Central Park Station which I only discovered my second day.
The water in tne shower could have been hotter
Loved it
Great service, clean rooms. Service agents very accommodating. Recommend!
Property was nice. Pros: The hotel is 20 mins from downtown Denver and it’s near shopping centers and local restaurants. Cons: It’s a decent hotel with decent rooms given the look of the hotel itself.
Very friendly helping staff very clean and nice rooms will be staying here again
Great
I like that there was a balcony. That's it. You need your key card to go anywhere. Parking is LIMITED. Free parking fills up fast. Garage parking costs. The walk from the parking garage to the rooms is HELLA LONG. If you have guests you have to go down to get them because again.... You need a key card to go anywhere. The tub in my room had dirty water. Like.... I'm never coming back 😩
Great service
Enjoyed it
Denver Broncos weekend
Shuttle driver could not understand us and we could not understand him. My brother was disappointed they didn’t have coffee at 6 am. Everyone was friendly. It was clean. The food was great!!!
We liked the view of downtown Denver but our bed was broken on one side we let the staff know about it
Was great for a quick weekend trip!
Excellent
We loved the server Amy Bradford in the restaurant. Friendly, informative, kind. Food was wonderful and the free coffee lovely.
Very nice place, room was clean and well kept, parking kind of difficult but expected in a bigger city, overall a very good stay
It was a very nice place to sleep. We were busy in the city and didnt spend much time at the hotel.
Immediately, the hotel had a weird smell. Photos online are a little deceiving. Check in process was pretty easy and we got to check in early due to being an IHG member. Toilet seat in the bathroom of our room had hairs on it. Rest of the room was fairly clean. Neighbors were smoking on their balcony so our room smelt. Staff was all very great and friendly. We came back a little later one night to multiple cops and an ambulance at the front door. We utilized the hotel shuttle bus to get to a coffee shop which was very convenient. Overall, not really impressed with the hotel but it was also very affordable so you pay for what you get.
The indoor/outdoor pool was nice
No safe box in the rooms and no answer from manager to have an option.
Everything was amazing except for one thing and that was the staff at the onsite restaurant did not provide good service. Please note that centiment was shared by many guest as we all had terrible service. The service was a little better at dinner but the breakfast service was bad both times we ate there. Other then that the staff was amazing and very accommodating. I loved it and can't wait to go back.
Disfrute mucho mi estadía , el personal muy amable . El lugar muy limpio ,bonito y en buena ubicación
Beautiful property.
The glass elevator was nice. Parking garage was handy. Restaurant was delicious! We recommend getting the breakfast included!
Thank you so much Comfortable Quite Room Clean plenty of Towels Front Desk manager Blessing Great Staff

It’s ok
Basic rooms expensive prices , and no free breakfast ? I’ll choose somewhere with free breakfast next time. Only nice thing is front desk lady got me a room with view of mountains. I. Think it’s stupid u can put certain things on your room like when I needs Tylenol and the TAP option wasn’t working, really pissed me off since I had a banging headache and couldn’t convienently buy medicine
The hotel smelled like sewage. We checked in, stayed 30 minutes and left and stayed elsewhere. The room was shabby . The surrounding area was run down. Surprise fee to pay to park. Staff was very friendly but I would not recommend this hotel or come back ever again.
very nice
Parking to this hotel was somewhat convenient. However, you have to pay $15/night for underground protected parking or fight for one of the parking slots around the hotel which is prone to random people walking by. The hotel from the lobby looks great but our bathroom had luke warm water, bubbling paint on the ceiling from the fan not working or no fan at all, rust/mold by the step in bathtub/shower. Drapes didn't close all of the way as well. The staff were really friendly and helpful when they were not inundated with a line of people checking in or checking out which made it seem like they were short staffed. Reserving this hotel on Expedia is misleading as "breakfast included" is not included and you have to pay for it at the hotel's restaurant. Overall for the price you pay and all of the issues, I would recommend staying someplace else. I won't ever go back to this location. Don't bother calling Expedia customer service either, they require you to confirm with the hotel that their filters are working.
The property smelled like a sewage all three days. Staff was not helpful with getting a room. House keeping never made the bed. The smell in the hotel was horrible. The rooms were old and dinge. The refrigerator did not work.. we will not stay here anymore and do not recommend others to stay there.
Great
The stay was nice easy check in room was clean and quiet
They were redoing their parking lot during our stay but accomodations were still good. Hotel even made effort to pump fresh air in so smell did not ruin our stay. Nice touch. ADA accessible. Never had issue finding adequate parking. Very close to Chick-fil-A.
Ice machine didn’t work the whole stay on the floor. Front desk was rude. No information about stay, pool, parking, breakfast. Have to pay per day to park, not disclosed at booking.
Stay Away
The lobby and restaurant smelled like sewage and I was disgusted by this hotel. The shower wasn't clean and the drain was clogged. I didn't notice the shower was dirty until I stepped in and I could feel the dirty, sandy, gritty, disgusting tub. I brought it to the attention of one of the employees when checking out and he didn't seem to care. Please look elsewhere for your stay in Denver. It's very disappointing that I see reviews from 3 weeks ago with the same problems I experienced. I'm only giving a 1 star so I can warn others to look elsewhere.
it was a good stay
I was very disappointed with my stay. The hot water in my room did not work, and I woke up to a squished bug in my bed that i slept on. Additionally, there were 2 other moths we found in the room. When we addressed the issues with the front desk, they did not seem to care. They did give us free breakfast and cleaned our sheets, but I feel like they really didn’t care. They even said oh eww when I showed them the photo of the bug. Additionally, paying for parking was less than desirable when I already paid for the hotel. The tv was outdated, some of the buttons on the remote did not work, there were stains all over the floor, and a cigarette burn in the desk chair. I signed up for the rewards program for IHG when I checked in, but I will not be using it or staying at at Holiday Inn ever again. I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service and how the hotel operated as a whole.
Value
The carpet was noticably dirty. Crumbs and press on fake eye lashes were under the desk. Stains on the bed spread. The sink was slow draining.
We were put on the side of the building that had the main road. You could hear what sounded like drag racing all night long. We were here 3 nights and didn’t get much sleep. Other than that, the hotel was good.
I enjoyed it and it was close everything i wanted to do
We didn’t have any hot water for showers, there was no ice in the ice machines, and our room smelled musty
Price was great, lot's of retail nearby. Building smelled bad
Went to open my room but the secondary lock was latched and couldn’t get in. They moved me 2 levels down and there was a dead cockroach in the room and the sliding door latch didn’t lock. Terrible odor in the lobby.
Front desk was helpful and friendly. There was construction outside and smelled a little funky in the lobby.
I was a lovely stay and staffing was amazing!
Horrible smelly hotel
No air was inside hotel lobby they had fans and the whole place smelled like a sewer or rotten eggs. Bed was so uncomfortably horrible. I booked 2 queens got a king and hotel would do nothing because hotels.com sent king request. I was only given $25 in one key not back on my card very dissatisfied. I wont be using this site anymore waste of money.
Staff did their best. One faucet didn’t work. Parking was a scary mess. Room had some kind of water stains on walls.
The staff super kind…
Don’t recommend
Floor was stained and dirty. The bathroom sink was backup. The shower or sink did not have any hot water. The room was hot even with the A/C set for cool temperature.
Good for the price and conviently located. In n out is close by and coors stadium not to far of a drive.
Carpet in the room was nasty. The whole hotel smell like mildew and dingy. Just nasty
Outdated tv’s very small rooms balcony was very dirty and sliding door was very hard to open hot tub jets was not working and they decided to repair the ft entrance on a fully booked weekend so far to walk with an infant and all our luggage
Overall the property is clean and well kept. HOWEVER, it smelled like sewage. They were working on water issues during our stay so don’t know it that was the cause of the smell
I enjoyed my stay,my room was a little small.
Great staff, but serious issues with the stay
The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the accommodations left a lot to be desired. The lobby constantly smelled like sewage, and our room had numerous issues. The lights would flicker off randomly, the TV worked inconsistently, and we had to keep returning to the lobby because our room keys repeatedly deactivated. To top it off, the water went out on our last night, with no communication from the hotel. We were given a garbage bag with four water bottles for three people. The water wasn’t restored in time for us to get ready the next morning, leaving us unable to use the toilet or prepare for our departure. Overall, it was a disappointing experience despite the helpful staff.
Overall fine. Not the best part of town. Sliding door was dirty. Water was luke warm at best.
Decent place to stay, neighborhood and general area are not alot of homeless otherwise its a good place to stay convenient location shopping centers are close by hotel shuttle can take you around.
This hotel is perfect example of corporate greed. Very limited amenities, very small "king" room. No free coffee or breakfast available, $15 per night to park our car with nowhere to charge it. Crowds of people just hanging about the place drinking, inside and outside makes it feel unsafe. The police command station with flashing blue lights definitely adds to the urban inner city feel in a bad way. Most annoying was the street noise and sirens all night. Bed was comfortable though.
No hot water in my room.
Hotel had no complimentary water in the rooms, went to every vending machine to buy water, all sold out, started thinking it was strange, went to the little store by the lobby, wanted to charge 6$ per bottle of water! had to pay extra to park on the property of the hotel we were staying at? After already paying a high rate per night.
Terrible, rude, mis-information check-in
Check in process was awful. Terrible instructions . Spoke very fast and had to ask for instructions repeatedly. Made parking process awful. Upon exiting had a lovely lady, but does not make up for the rude young man to check us in
Tye water was off from 10p-5a. Couldnt use the bathroom. No compensation no notice until i asked what was that smell in the lobby. Then i was handed a letter.
Comfortable, clean room
Hotel staff was amazing. Enjoyed our stay. The area outside of the hotel was a bit dirty, but can be expected for life right outside of the city.
We couldn’t use the bathroom after 10. Kinda confused why we couldn’t get a discount for the inconvenience. Thank you.
I’m upset of the fact we wasn’t told we wouldn’t have running water in our rooms . And having to pay
It was ok
Excellent
It's ok.
Close to a bus stop which made traveling around Denver better
Convenient place to stay and not far from airport and other activities.
PARKING WAY TO EXPENSIVE!
Stayed here plenty over the last 10 years & this was the first time ever having to pay for parking. $16 a day for parking is RIDICULOUS!!!!! That needs to CHANGE ASAP! There is plenty of parking if you include parking garage so they are just taxing us for no reason especially when I've been there plenty & have never had a problem. So I know they just want extra money! Stayed 4 nights and had to pay a extra $60 for parking thats just OUTRAGEOUS!!
This hotel was not great, definitely not up to the IGH brand. Worn, not clean, (when there is visible smears & dirt on walls & doors you wonder how clean anything is) and area is sketchy. Phone in room didn’t work, nor did I have hot water. Notified front desk, neither got fixed. The restaurant was good, not over priced & food was good.
Love that you need key access to go in the elevator and in and out
Good place to stay for the money, housekeeping came by while I was still half asleep and I told them I didn’t need any service that day and then they didn’t come back for the rest of my stay. Had to call the front desk to get more towels brought up and then proceeded to wait almost 2 hours and decided to go down and get them myself
