Property was nice but a bit dated. Did have an issue with a water leak from the room above dripping into our room. Staff moved us in the middle of the night but was quite inconvinient as we had a lot of activities the next day.

It was a nice stay for NY in Wakiki. Hotel was located close to Wakiki, had a nice pool area and live music, nice bar with live music as well on the 37th floor. We loved it! Breakfast was excellent at the restaurant in the morning! Overal it was a nice stay, beautiful view from our room. Thank you!

An average stay!

We had booked 3 same kind of rooms for 6 nights under single booking and they allocated each room in different floors. We had called them ahead of time to confirm about the booking and have interconnected or rooms close on the same floor. We had a horrid time moving from one floor to another sharing food, moving things or even meet for coffee or drink for the entirety of our stay. They made zero efforts to honor this when we checked in. Sheets were dirty, duvet torn and air coming out of AC had weird moisture smell. It’s an ordinary hotel with a decent pool and some games around it. That was the best part of this hotel.

It's good property to stay if you pick Waikiki as your destination. Lot's of activities around and unique experience overall!

Hotel is conveniently located next to major shopping area. Rooms are comfortable enough. The toilet was leaking and the tv stopped working one night. It can be noisy with hearing foot steps above you. We came during Xmas, which is expected to be a very busy time. Pool and jacuzzi were very crowded. I probably would not stay at this particular location again

We had a great stay at Hilton Waikiki beach hotel! The staff is so friendly and happy! We had the ocean view rooms with a little balcony and omg the view of the ocean and at night was amazing! The hotel is a block from the beach and all the restaurants and shopping!!

0/10. Worst experience at Hilton. I am aware the lowest rating wouldn’t show up and Hilton doesn’t care since they already have the prestige and reputation. But there’s blood on our bedsheet, and they didn’t Change it in time. They said they would call before they checked our room but they didn’t, we asked them to sent someone to fixed it twice in a day. We went to the register 3 times for card access as they couldn’t work. And we paid for the room when we checked out, since we have 2 different reservations before we came to Hawaii, maybe the extended night wasn’t charged successfully before. But they didn’t tell us.And the funniest thing was the manager misinterpreted our words and didn’t show any apologies after I told him everything about it. If you want to make your vacation more adventurous, and you are a sportive person, I highly recommend this hotel. And staying here was a wonderful idea to challenge your patience :)

the room #318 has smell of fungus and chemicals; the location of the room is on terribly noisy side of the building; the luck is we were there only 4nights.

Place double charged me and would not fix it. Had to file dispute. Do not stay here.

Generally comfortable, however the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty.

The property is located in the perfect location, near all of the restaurants, shopping, scenic attractions, and outdoor activities. I will definitely return to stay at this location again!

Comfortable but not a luxury stay

I stay at the Hilton was relatively good; the concierge staff that cell excursions and activities for commission are a little on the pushy side. Overall, the room was comfortable, although the bathroom and balcony were extremely small for a party of two. The check-in staff Was courteous, but seemed to have no concrete answers to any of our questions. A little haphazard considering this is a number one tourist destination. Wheelchair accessibility was complicated, to say the least. That was very disappointing. Housekeeping replaces towels and dump trash each today but not , anything else. No real cleaning to place during our entire six days stay. That was a little disappointing as well, especially considering the climate the US in right now. The power went out for a The power went out for an extended time during our visit, but no one attempted to make any concessions or even apologize. It seemed to be business as usual, although it caused guests, a great deal of inconvenience, not being able to use their rooms. Beautifully decorated for the holidays.

I never seen hotel power outages for 4 hours long at night. Also valet parking only should be seem when reserved.

Good location good breakfast

Hotel was outdated even thought the pool area was redone. Pool was crowded with kids, and babies wearing just diaphers in the water. Staff was helpful, but some appeared to have no experience. Mystery show was a bust. Food at restaurant was hit and miss. Overally expensive, and not much return or to remember ohter than the cleaning staff did a good job. No curb appeal.

Don’t stay there!

Room service doesn’t exist! After waiting for 1.5 hours for luggage in the room, they finally allowed us to take our luggage cart ourselves to the room asking us to promise that we return it back right away. When ordered breakfast in the room, they said manager canceled room service for that day. Parking only valet and it cost $55 per night, no other options. The air quality is terrible: received full blown up allergy exacerbation.

Too pricey for the condition of the hotel. Outdated and in need of a lift. Didn’t offer spa or resort features unless you sign up to watch the 2 hour timeshare presentation. The room had a humid smell. Tons of fees added to the original price. The fees include resort fees, daily overnight parking rate and “other” fees.

Best option if you don’t need to be in the center of Waikiki. Close enough to walk, far enough from the noise. Cleaner and nicer than others in the area

I loved the location, the view, the comfort, the pool area and the bar. The gift shop was very convenient, as was the Starbucks coffee. The service from everyone was amazing (special mention to Peter at the pool bar because he was a friendly and welcoming face) and the mini golf really added to the experience of staying there. I also really loved the Christmas decorations which seemed to grow each day and made me very happy. Thank you all!

Over all we had a fantastic stay, the only down side was the welcome gift. I was advised the gift was a tour of another Hilton property and for doing the tour I would receive a $150 Mastercard gift card. When I queried why they would offer tours I was told it was for marketing so I presumed a review would be required. When me and my partner arrived to the hotel for the tour we were surprised with an almost 3 hour sales meeting about timeshares. The sales representatives were incredibly pushy and would not accept that we went not interested. They kept sending other reps in to speak to us and they clearly trying to confuse us with numbers and interest rates as they knew we didn’t have any knowledge on this topic. One salesman did not like when my partner said thank you for the pitch but I’m not interested, he said this isn’t a sales pitch and left the room visibly offended another salesman in particular was incredibly intense, he came in and initially pretended he was not a salesman and was there to fix the computer. He then started giving us stats on mortgages and 401k?? We are not American and had advised that this information is not relevant many times. He then quite aggressively told me I am 8 times more likely to die from heart disease if I don’t go on vacation more often. As a heart patient this was incredibly insensitive and also not a correct stat! It would have been really appreciated if I was told what the meeting was about as I would not have attended.

Hotel is very close to beach, shops, restaurants, convenience ABC stores. Location is excellent! Room needs update. The curtains are yellow and really old, bathroom didn’t smell fresh, bed is ok. I love the water dispenser in the lobby and you can get beach towels & 1 boogie board for free. The closet is in the bathroom which doesn’t not make any sense. I do like the balcony, the pool is very nice too.

No Spa feel just a great hotel.

The concierge desk is combined with the timeshare desk, and coincidentally was the only side manned so of course you will gravitate there to ask for directions or show times etc. The hotel was nice for a hotel not spa like to me. I am used to a different level of service. Therefore spa is not something I would use very nice hotel yes it is. Very well located two short blocks from a wading beach. I recommend just rent your chairs hand out then walk and see the sites. Don’t forget your keyless entry card you will need it for everywhere you go; if you bring your own water bottles fill (filtered) them at the front desk and the pool area, no cost.

We needed two beach chairs and the Hilton charges $15 bucks a day just to borrow a 2nd one. The hotel room had sand and dirt embedded in the carpet. They overcharged us for extra days of parking which was credited when I complained. Fees fees and more fees. I will stay elsewhere next time.

We loved the parking but 55$ a night plus tips was pricey they should drop price down a little there’s a parking garage 1 street down for 30$ a night

Beautiful location, room was amazing but we had a small leak under the bathroom sink and the restaurant buffet was a lot overpriced for what was offered for the Friday Saturday night seafood buffet

Clean and well located Waikiki hotel

Extremely clean and very comfortable hotel in a good location. Pool deck is lovely, towels are fluffy and linens are very clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom and shower is a good size with nice finishes. The only thing I would suggest is a couple of small tub chairs for seating would be a welcome addition. There is a large desk with an office type rolling chair, we would have preferred having a little sitting area instead.

Staff was top notch in all areas.
