Very nice place, quiet, people so friendly

Excellent hotel

When we arrived at the Hilton about noon I was not feeling well, my husband asked for an early check-in and within an hour we were able to get into a room so I could lay down. They even delivered a bowel of fruit and some bottled water to our room, they were a very considerate staff.

The facilities were great and room spacious. However, we were frustrated when the systems went down so we couldn't check in for a while. Additionally, the system to rent the bikes was down almost our whole stay, which was disappointing since that was one of reasons we selected the hotel. The room was clean, but the carpet was also wet when we got in.

The TV in the wasn't working for the duration of my stay, I rang the receptionist the following day why the tv is not working, they sent someone to look into it, he couldn't find a solution. I was so bored throughout my stay.

Excellent in every way! Clean and beautiful space and wonderful lounge.

Property was in a great location - restaurants, bars, shopping was within walking distance. Hotel was very clean, service and reception staff were very nice, accommodating and friendly.

Excellent property and location.

Great location. Very close to center. Very quiet. A/C felt like it was barely working (room got a little warm and stuffy). Wish we could’ve had 2 queens or doubles instead of 2 twins, but that’s European hotels! Lovely stay all around. Timothy at the front desk was fantastic and very attentive.

Due to the intersection of highways and the adjacent IKEA, some rooms are exceedingly noisy. When I checked in, I had one of those. I went to the front desk and requested a quieter room. The clerk was very accommodating, and I found myself in a quiet corner and very comfortable room. I was, however, charged an additional €12 for the new room, but it was worth it.

Should lose its 4 star rating and price.

Hardly makes 4 star comfort. Front desk not accommodating. Toilet paper gas station quality. Very few in room amenities. Water bottles not provided without charge.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Clean and quiet property. Highly recommend!

Does not deserve 5 stars

There are many comments on this hotel. Many errors have been made during my stay. First, they gave me wrong room. Some of the recipients are not professional in their behaviors.

The only downside was the parking which was charging us 32 daily.

Nice hotel will definitely book it again when visiting The Hague. Location was good near shopping area but quiet. Also a lot of nice restaurants on walking distance. Room was big with a bathtub and separate shower. Employees were super friendly.

Everything was fine as you would expect from a Hilton hotel. All the staff were excellent. I have no complaints about any of them.

Lovely hotel in great area

Great hotel in a great, walkable area. The bed was a bit hard, especially with my back issues, but they provided a mattresses topper that helped immensely. Would definitely stay here again!

Reasonable city hotel views from our room were disappointing

The location is absolutely perfect. Easy to get to by car(parking in same building) but still walking distance to the city centre. It’s also nice to have a new building with all the amenities right in the thick of the old architecture . The beach is a close drive as well

Outstanding Experience

The hotel was ideally located to access the city center either via foot or public transportation. The amenities were clearly well thought out for guest comfort. Friendly staff from housekeeping to front desk. Excellent porter service. Beautiful courtyard. I will definitely return!

The room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was grand. I loved that there was a built-in nightlight in the bathroom!

The Hilton in the Hague is a well-appointed business hotel located a stone's throw from the historic center of this charming city. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. The rooms are surprisingly roomy and well planned. They are stylish and functional. Everything works. I had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant and it was quite good. While the rooms are quite standardized, Hilton has put in a lot of thought about what overnight guests need. It's also close to bus routes and not far from the central train station. The hotel works for business people and for tourists as well. And, the front desk is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Good staff and very good and central location

The staff, from the check in staff to the valet staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel is located in a good area and very central. I am not crazy about the lobby layout as it seems confining in some way. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel exchange rate from US dollars was about twice what was expected.

Nice room huge bed separate shower and bath. Great breakfast, with everything you need lovely omelette freshly cooked. Very convenient for all the sites.

Was ok. But wouldn't repeat. Not clean enough. Bath was small with hairs in it.

hotel was nice and comfy, the only problem i had was they did not give me my hilton honors points. since i did not know i had booked through a third party, I called hilton honors help line and she told me the staff at the front desk when i check in will add the points but they refused. so now i am being sent back to someone on the phone. i think hilton should have trust in their loyal customers. However, i have to say the hotel and staff were good as usual. another problem was some days i was provided with two bottles of complementary water and other days i was told this service was not included in my package.

Hilton The Hague

This hotel is in a good location with quite a few restaurants and shops nearby, easily accessible by foot. Our room and floor were quiet. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and nice. I had a problem with a foam pad being on the bed that made it too soft for my sensitive back. When I asked to have it removed, it was done seamlessly and then my back was fine. We booked our stay for six nights. For some reason, we were booked with two reservations, one for two nights and then one for four nights. It didn't make any difference to our stay, but it was unusual and somewhat confusing at check-in.

Easy to reach via the tram # 1. Close to the street Noordeinde with lots of shops, places to eat and 15 minute to downtown, parliament etc..

Hilton The Hague

One experience I had in the restaurant at lunchtime - I went to the buffet then went to join my colleagues who were seated, only to be told by one of the waitresses that I couldn’t join my colleagues because there was no room, which was crazy because there was plenty of room on that table and in the hall in general! I found that very strange! Also the safe did not work in my room. I reported this but it was not repaired as promised. Other than that a lovely hotel with very good food and friendly, helpful staff. All the comfort you expect from the Hilton.

Great location. Staff very nice and helpful. The room was very big and confortable. When we just check in they give us a room in the second floor that was beautiful but the smell in the corridor was aweful and they changed us immediately. Overall excellent

Nicely located for the city centre

Excellent location and a very short walk to the shops, restaurants, museums, etc. There is also a Starbucks on site.

Good quality hotel but lacked staff service

Room was nice, good size and quality. Long walk from lift to room. Staff, from front desk to restaurant, never seemed interested in offering customer service. Eg on first morning for breakfast was asked my room number and then staff member turned away. I seated myself figured out where food was and hunted up a cup of tea. No table service offered, including refills on tea and coffee.

Class and comfort tucked away in The Hague

A very pleasant hotel with modern furnishings, comfort and excellent service. Staff were happy to handle any request. A great choice for either a vacation stay or business.

Nice hotel with big rooms and extensive breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, after taking a bath or a shower, the drain was really smelly. The parking prices are ridiculous, since in other hotels they charge you based on the total nights you stay, but not here. Overall a not so perfect stay for a Hilton hotel.
