Overall a good property just needs to do better with their landline…it’s hard to get ahold of reception.

Our stay was excellent, I highly recommend

The resort was beautiful! Everyone was very kind. The housekeeping did a good job. The massage was amazing. We had one amazing waiter at dinner and we really enjoyed him. The concierge service was fabulous. The food was good. The jacuzzi was not working. The pool says heated online but wasn’t. The breakfast buffet was very crowded. Every morning there were birds eating from the buffet. No one was assisting with seating. The staff could not keep up with the dishes. The line for eggs should be relocated.

Property is great and relaxing

Good for a relaxing stay

The hotel is very clean and there are plenty of staff around when you need them. Food in the restaurants, especially the buffet restaurant is good value and varied. Our room was spotlessly clean but despite maintenance attending there was a leak from the toilet throughout. We used the spa and had a hammam and massage which was good but the facilities and rooms are dated and there is a damp smell in the rooms. We did not see any major damp as in some previous reviews but they were painting and renovating some areas. The hotel is quite remote but a free shuttle is provided to Tangier if you require it. Overall we were looking for a relaxing weekend to escape the winter cold and we had a nice stay. We were given a late check out for our later flight and would recommend to others wanting a relaxing break.

Great hotel but better food options needed.

Great hotel with accommodating staff. We had connecting rooms which were really convenient for our family of four. I would just say that the buffet dinner was overpriced and extremely disappointing. Given that this place is far from everywhere I would have expected the hotel to provide better food choices.

It is a good property . Decent amenities . Need more effort in maintaining the property ( issues with bath / doors …). Staff was good and need to be listened to . Thx

I like the name; Hilton I didn’t like the stuff! I think they not qualified for the job. I had room:168. We checked in at 5 pm and they didn’t give us a room until 10 pm!! and next day they didn’t make our room until the following day.. it’s just terrible.

Nice secluded hotel with great beach access and restaurants. Hotel needs more attention to the small details, like door hinges working, shower dispensers, etc..the live music was great but not enough seating for the space to enjoy it. Staff was very professional and attentive.

didn't like the fact that my reserved room was not available upon my arrival at 19.00 hrs!,there was no apology from the manager I met!! Breakfast was chaotic ,staff friendly but not competent! liked the surrounding area, food at the Olivier was good, unfortunately it was my second not experience with the hotel, first one was in 2019.

Staff was very friendly clean rooms and spacious will be visiting again

Highly recommend this hotel, it’s about a 20 min drive to the port of tangier. The staff was lovely and kind. The only thing I would complain about is the pricing at the bar. Moroccan mint tea was 60 MAD everywhere else is normally 15 MAD. And they never had tea in the buffet it was always empty. The buffet was amazing, lots of options. the resort is stunning, and big. Our room was always spotless. We also golfed at the resort there, it’s a very nice course. If I ever come back to tangier I will stay here 100 percent. Thanks for a wonderful stay Hilton.

Absolutely outstanding hotel, fabulous restaurants onsite also. Would love to return when it's a little warmer. Staff were some of the most friendly I have ever encountered in a hotel stay.

We came back to this hotel after having stayed when it first opened four years ago and I’m not sure if it was the off season that contributed or just really not being well taken care of in the four years but the condition was really sad to see. So many broken doors, appliances, lights on balconies, ants and bugs everywhere - while the front desk was sorry they also stated this is to be expected during off season. I’m shocked that bugs would be part of an expectation during any season. No additional food options besides spaghetti and chicken nuggets, highly advise spending your money somewhere else. Just a big bust and will stay in Tangier proper next time with less of a pricey stay!

Excellent property. Clean rooms. Only negative is the service provided at the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner at Argan restaurant— staff did not attend to tables to provide beverages; staff had to be asked repeatedly for basic drinks like water or coffee. Food often ran out before the closing of the buffet service. Rest of the hotel property was beautiful and amazing.

Exceptional property of which the architectural design and layout are what one envisions when thinking of Morocco. The staff -- front of house and back of house -- were all superb in carrying out their respective duties and the collective mission of the hotel.

Simple and effective architecture. Beautiful hotel with a phenomenal golf course and golf training facility. We were however quite disappointed with the limited dining options. For a 5 star hotel a small dinner buffet as the only dinner option is not enough. In addition, the breakfast buffet was also fairly limited. A good benchmark for this hotel's standing would be the Hyatt Regency in Taghazout. Al Houara falls pretty short of that unfortunately. I would definitely come back to this resort but only for the golf. The prices for accommodation and food are not a good enough value in my opinion.

Everything was amazing & highly recommended.

I have had a poor guest experience in Hilton due to some scams such as we got told that there was a heated swimming pool but there was not. they told us there were no rooms next to each other. they wanted more money. we threatened to give a bad review and miraculously they had a room next to each other. they wanted 1000 euros deposit for a mini bar which did not exist. I did have some fun such as the parking attendant made me happy and on the beach near by there were quad bikes also the beach was beautiful. I also had fun doing the bungee jumping and additional activities. The pool was really dirty and room service clean the room with a dirty mop the bathroom and bedroom had spiders in it . The bathroom had a leaking hand bidet . Room service were slow but they were friendly ,welcoming as well there beds were comfy and there pillows .In the room they had a telephone but the button was stuck so I told room service to change it and air conditioning was good, the rooms were at a good size . I had a nice experience in there spa it was hot and relaxing they had a sauna and they had a jacuzzi and a hammam.

Our stay was amazing 10/10. They staff were very attentive. Fatima zohra Saleh was a star and provided an outstanding service. Can't wait to return.

The property was beautiful with the rooms having a large amount of space. We visited in the winter and can see this is definitely a summer destination hotel as there was nothing to do in the colder months. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. Oddly enough the room service menu was better than the dining options and less expensive. Our only complaint is the hotel is located 25mins from Tangier and getting into the city was expensive and time-consuming.

Incredible hotel service and staff

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Mariam the hotel general manager was an absolute diamond. And amazing customer service, Karima who works at the bar at nights was very helpful and friendly and all the cleaners done an amazing job. Clean hotel will definitely recommend and stay again

Unexpectedly great oasis

Forced to find last minute accommodations because our long term airbnb turned out to be an absolute dud. Tired kids and an accidental booking at the ‘wrong Hilton’ lead to discovering this amazing oasis. We originally intended to stay just a night because we’re a large family and needed two rooms which can prove fairly costly. The kids enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending for 5 nights. The online rates were far cheaper than renewing at the front desk which made little sense since they have to pay a commission out. We inquired about an extended stay but their reservation manager was unwilling to give any type of extended rate, and for the amount we spent as a family on a daily basis I was extremely shocked. Seems that turnover of guests was more important. A 4 star property at best since pricing for activities was different depending on who you spoke to. The 5 star employee was definitely Khawla who went above and beyond. She truly made the entire experience worthwhile. She introduced my son and I to the golf pro that significantly improved both of our game. Since it’s in the middle of the hills I would strongly recommend bringing any water, snacks or accessories along with you since it can be pretty exorbitant to buy in site, which we did.

The Human capital of the hotel is at another level. We felt at home from day one. Marwan, Zitouni M and Hind Moutawakil were simply amazing.

This hotel should not be called the hilton. It is a slur to the hilton name. No greating upon arrivel, no welcome drink, room not cleaned properly, dangerous electrics. The whole hotel needs a good clean and renavation. Buffet food left out to go dry, hot food was cold. I will be contacting the hilton company directly and putting in a major complaint, i will also be complaining to the booking company. This hotel is NOT worth the money.

Marwane, zitouni Tarik,Hind,souleimane,Oumaima were outstanding. They made our stay amazing and cared about us every moment. They made us feel at home. The best attention we have received in years

The staff were all kind and helpful, but the check-in, check-out process was long and difficult at best.

I booked a suite for one night for relaxing and fine dining. Unfortunatelyt he restaurant was closed that day and only buffet dinner was available. The hammam and massage were fully booked for wedding party. I ordered lunch at the pool but they didn't serve it there and I had to go to restaurant to have it. The sraff were very friendly and helpful.The room was spacious and very nice as expected from 5 star hotel or even better. But few things were missing from the bathroom like enough towels and glasses.

Amazing staff overall. Specially Desk/Concierge, they arranged prescription and delivery of medications for our daughter in the middle of the night, organized PCR tests to be done on site for us, etc ...

Great hotel. I was skeptical about so much development in Taghazout and how it might harm the town's charm. But they have done a great job.

We stayed overnight at a two room apartment. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has nice pool and breakfast and located in front of a beautiful beach. Staffs are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Calm and serene

Really gorgeous large resort on the ocean. It was perfect for our last 2 days in Morocco, very quiet. We had a hamam that was a bit gentler ( by request) and an hour massage for 600 mad. The beach goes on for miles and the surrounding area felt very safe. The pools were so blue and elegant but too cold to be swim able (early March). Room service and restaurant were truly 5* with European prices but really worth it. A cab ride to Asilah or Tangier was 200-300 mad so having a car here would be ideal unless you really just want to lounge and walk the beach. Not any activities at this time of year. We saw maybe 8 other guests the whole time we were there.

Amazing service

We had an amazing stay, the staff are,without exception, top tier of the highest caliber. The views and amenities are amazing as one would expect, however the friendliness and anticipatory service were astounding. We traveled with our two year old daughter and everyone made her feel like a princess, and when the occasional glass of juice was spilled, they were immediately attentive and helped with grace. I felt that the staff were genuinely happy to have us as guests and were genuine in our interactions and conversations. I will be gladly staying with them when I return to Tangier.
