The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. The area was ok but not much around. The shower door didn’t cover the gap so the floor got wet. The restaurant was nice enough. Beautiful golf course and pool looked lovely. Was a bit chilly while we were there so didn’t swim. Great facilities eg spa

Hotel is a wedding venue so it was very busy and noisy especially with loud music until late in the evening which wasn’t great.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and provided a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was a treat each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh options. What truly stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who were always attentive and made me feel very welcome. The combination of a clean hotel, great breakfast, and exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The staff are so nice and polite and the hotel is tidy but they need to include the spa services as a complementary addition to the room because at this hotel you have to pay for everything else additionally such as the spa and the gym.

Family trip to see the Pyramids

Great location. 25-30 mins to pyramids. Breakfast was v good. Good options available. We stayed in a duplex room. Which was great as our teen could stay downstairs on a cot and parents are upstairs. Room needs an upgrade Ie like every hotel around for a while a refresh is needed but good otherwise . Staff were helpful and friendly.

The new rooms are incredible confortable and clean, staff are amazing and very friendly. Food is very good we stayed in a half board and was enough for the entire day. Concierge section is very professional and dedicated to make the client feel like at home. Fully recommended

Good hotel on a golf course

We took a "staycation" from Cairo to play golf at Dreamland and stay at the Hilton. The hotel upgraded us to a nice room with a view of the pool and golf course. The bathroom is huge and includes a jetted bathtub! We had a drink at the bar and dinner was at the same buffet restaurant where breakfast buffet is served. The other restaurant wasn't operating. Buffet food is decent. Not fantastic, but not bad either. All the staff work very hard to please. For golf, it was super convenient to stay at the Hilton, and there might've been a small discount on greens fees.

Hotel decor feels a little dated, HOWEVER the service is impeccable! What they lack in decor they absolutely tower above many many Cairo hotels in terms of how well they look after their guests.

Disappointing stay, Not money worthy

I reserved a suite for 3 persons, the AC was bad at night when you needed more most of the times and I think it was turned off for electricity saving. The Resturant service was so bad and staff were not professional. The refrigerator was bad from the beginning and the change it 3 times till it was working good. Overall didn’t enjoy my stay and I don’t think I’m going to repeat it again in this hotel.

It’s old and the frig is very much noisy. Also there’s no daily supplies such as toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. Anyway, it’s just ok.

I simply liked everything in the hotel except the room! Dated furniture, minibar isn’t working, yellowish towels, small tv, but outside the room you will see an amazing swimming pool, nice lobby, active surroundings, cheap parking.

The staff was good and professional but the rooms are very very dated. The ceiling in our bathroom room leaked heavily on our belongings. They also had a concert/wedding that physically shook our room until 10pm. It was unacceptable to have music this loud and very uncourteous to people trying to sleep who had early morning flights or activities as we did. I would definitely find another location to stay if I come back to Cairo.

For a five star hotel you’d expect full service of amenities, well well well, when we were there the pool was caution taped off and no water was inside the whole time we were there. I understand that you need to maintenance the pool but it shouldn’t take a week to do so, I’m sure it still isn’t fixed. It was such an eye sore and we didn’t get to use the hot tub. And don’t get me started on the WiFi— they charge $9 a day to use it!! As well as the breakfast buffet. At the price we pay these small things should be included But instead they want to nickel and dime you. It’s also a bit far and not walkable to anything. Sweet restaurant staff tho. And the entrance was a vibe.

The room was not what i booked. We spent the first 2 days standing for maintenance..the AC, the landline, the bathroom, and the fridge were out of service. It was until i made a huge issue losing my vacation that we moved to betterroom in terms of location but the AC was not working too..i had to call for cleaning over and over too. This is not Hilton standard at all

1- got money when check in even I booked each room could get 3 people. 2- could not arrange all 5 rooms to be next to each other even I made a request long time before check in. 3- I have a prove to Hilton HQ if they like to show them how this Hotel clean their room and change bedding sets (video clip) but as a respect I will show only to Hilton.

Nice stay at a Very quiet Hotel at a beautiful location. The front desk staff is Very friendly and cute, they made my stay as enjoyable as possible.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Pyramids Golf Hotel in 2019. The amazing staff, the great food, the clean spacious rooms made us go back in 2022. I recommend this location to anyone who wants to feel home and surrounded by people who really care about the satisfaction and comfort of their guests.

I have been in hotels all over the world and have never seen a hotel so dirty and disgusting as this hotel. It says a 4 star hotel while I can confirm that this is can’t be considered as a motel even from the very old furniture to flies and tics every where even a dead fly inside the picture frame with dirty bathroom and after all this was in a suit as they clam

Fantastic hotel

My stay at Hilton Pyramids Golf was fantastic. Room was clean, comfortable and modern, with brilliant air conditioning. Breakfast was great and the restaurants/bar served a good variety of food for reasonable prices. Hotel had a really nice pool and decent gym. All of the hotel staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent friendly staff, very helpful. Golf course was easy to get Tee times. Breakfast was heart and tasty, comfortable bar area and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. Rooms comfortable clean and quiet!

Shame on Hilton

It was a short stay with such a disappointing experience - surprised how the chain named “Hilton” can have it. Check in was long and late (not at 3 pm as announced) - reception informed that the hotel is overbooked and no rooms. Someone called me from reservation to ask if we arrived already, I told him all the things happened in the reception, but no help. They promised us a quiet and clean room. As a result we faced room with broken handle to the terrace, construction works and scaffolding front of the windows; spots on the sofa, dust everywhere (look like even from previous guests). Being whole evening away for the meeting, we hoped to come and relax. But the extra bed for the child which was promised on check in - was not delivered. They brought it after reminder nearly 11 pm. We asked for water - and did not receive it. Like the word “service” doesn’t exist here. On the first day we received email asking “How was your check in experience”, all disaster was described in details. But the apology answer from the hotel came only after check out when we were on the way to home. This is first time when I really regret about our choice of the hotel.

This hotel was my favourite,but covid19 made a mark on it duevto not so many turist flow and income. Cleanlines of room quite bad,bar quite overprized,breakfast was fine but cleanliness of plates and glasses can be discussible.Most dissapointing was that room was so cold,heating does not work but cooling all night instead..Staff not so friendly all compare to Hilton Heliopolis where all is oposite.Nex time i choose Heliopolis Hilton eventhough needvto use Uber for a longer way...

First night they put me in very deserted room, alone in very big building, the next day when i told them i wanted to check out, they apologized about the terrible situation, they moved me to another building where all the guests where staying, i don't recommend this hotel for any one.

Where to start??? We had asked for transportation from the airport and confirmed we had transport, but when we landed - no transportation. My husband called to ask about it and he was told plenty of taxis at airport and the gentleman hung up. We finally get to the hotel and checked in at 1:00AM. Bed was okay a little hard. There was no comfortable chairs to sit in just a hard desk chair - picture showed a sitting area, but there wasn’t. Balcony was listed, but there was no balcony. Showed a show, but they had a tub that was too tall for me to comfortably climb in and out of as I’m only 5 feet. Breakfast was good for the first day, but had the exact same food next morning. When I went to front desk to let them know I was truly disappointed in the room and for a five star I wasn’t expecting what I received. A nice man by the name of Osama at the front desk changed our to a lovely suite with s nice sitting area and two balconies. The ladies in the Executive lounge were quite nice and helpful, but the restrooms need a good cleaning as the sink had an inch of slimy crude around the drain. The restroom by lobby left a lot to be desired - seats not clean and couldn’t use the toilet and toilets ready to overflow. Husband had s massage at spa and he said it was good. Overall the lobby and the outside were 5 stars, but that’s where the 5 stars ended.

Excellent service. Breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious. The staff is incredible, helpful and friendly. The suites are comfortable, and the pool is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's wonderful staff.

They serve one of the best breakfasts for a hotel, lot of variety and good food. The hotel is far away from Cairo and the Airport and the traffic makes it worse. Consider travelling distances before you book this hotel. However, that shouldn't be the only reason to not choose it. I had bad experience with the front desk staff (not entirely their fault). The Expedia payment to them didn't work so I was forced to pay the latest day rate (much higher than what I paid Expedia) before they would let me checkin.

It was very disappointing specially to the Hilton name. The staff and the service was awful. From check-in to having room service. Additionally, The staff had me walk down hill to the entrance to pick up food as they won’t allow delivery. They wouldn’t even send the staff to pick it and send it to the room. The guest needs to come down and walk down hill to the main car entrance which is a workout about .2 miles.

Generally a very good experience but some issues such as the bathroom sink was broken and the breakfast order was messed up (no sugar or cutlery brought up despite calling twice to room service. Good hotel though.

The service was absolutely terrible! Had to keep on asking for soap and shampoo and quite often didn't have any. The staff ette very rude and the cleaners would just walk into the room whenever they liked.

This is a comfortable hotel if you are doing business in 6th of October. Good facilities and large rooms. Good breakfast buffet, make sure to ask for an Egyptian Coffee.

Not what you expect from a Hilton chain hotel. Room where old and very outdated like the whole complex. Property was clean, and in a good location for me and my meeting. Breakfast was terrible even the coffee tasted like dishwater. I stayed for 2 night and Inwould not stay here again

Excellent choice of hotel location near to the Pyramids. Lovely room with balcony and very comfortable beds. Tea/coffee machine safe. Good breakfast included with great choice of fresh fruit cereals & hot breakfasts. Staff have provided excellent service throughout our stay especially the Reception Staff & bar staff & chef near the pool area who made fresh BBQ’s & roasted vegetables delicious food everytime couldn’t do enough for us and great value. Thankyou for a most memorable stay in 6 October City! Definitely recommend this hotel! value.

Food was excellent staff are friendly and helpful, I received a letter and compliment treat from gust relations incharge addressing complaints I have had on the first date of stay, excellent location and view. avoid rooms outside the main building and near the pool, cleaniness level is below expectation, wifi is paid, late check out is paid, parking is paid and no water in the room is in the mini bar only.

We had an amazing time. We would like to thank Mr. Hattim Ahmed & Mr.Mohammed Arabie who accommodated us with our early check-in. They were both very friendly & helpful. Many thanks to Mr. Mohammed Salem for making sure that we had a pleasant stay. Our room was big & comfortable with the view of the golf course. Thank you to the staff at the executive lounge always smiling & inviting. We had a couple rounds of golf; thank you for fitting us in on one of the busy days. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay.

I like the hotel area , nice weather green gardens , clean swimming pool , room service with their tasty food . I didin't like the housekeeping and not providing the rooms with water shampoo soap small towels slippers untill i asked for it many times and some times they say ok i will bring it to tour room and they don't.

The rooms are BIG and the newly renovated ones are really swanky. Food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Didn't like that the management was a little confused. Lower level room service personnel did not get very clear instructions. Management had to be reminded of the water bottles we as honor members were supposed to get. Management was unclear when the room cleaning was done. Had to go up and down three times until they got it right. Also, some small things like the toilet flush had to be fixed 5 times to finally work properly. Wedding hall is very loud. In the room it's bearable, you can hear it very muffled but if you're sensitive to bass, it may be annoying. All in all, a very good place to stay.

Exceptional service!

My family and I (2 adults, 2 kids aged 9 &17) enjoyed our 3 night stay in one of the Executive rooms (room 148). While the view was not as grand as the other rooms, the room itself was very spacious - king bed, huge full en suite bathroom in great condition, and an extra toilet. The room also included a lounge area with extra tv, and a microwave. There was more than enough room space and comfort. The rollaway bed was free of charge. The service of the staff was exceptional- always willing to assist and see to your needs. We checked in early at 12.30 and checked out a little late at 2pm. No problem. On the day we arrived we had breakfast in the restaurant which was not included in our stay- this cost I feel is a bit excessive at LE250 per adult and LE125 per child. The breakfast spread though was amazing - an egg station, coffee, juices, a variety of croissants and pastries, waffles, pancakes, traditional- you can eat to your hearts content! The hotel is within close distance to the Mall of Egypt with Ski Egypt(cheaper than Ski Dubai), about 15 minutes to the pyramids and about 30 minutes outside the city centre/downtown areas close to the Nile. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Pity it was cold, as we could have taken advantage of the amazing pools. Although, there is also a small shopping arcade and 18 hole golf course on the hotel grounds.

The property overall was amazing with great views. The food was excellent and the staff were amazing at all times to my family. I would limit smoking to certain areas because the lobby smelled of smoke, the non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke because it was in the air system. We were bummed about not having access to the indoor poor...especially the kids. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. My wife enjoyed the spa. We will be back.

We arrived at 9am, so our room was not ready, but we were hungry and thirsty and the hotel staff was not helpful with guiding us to where we could get something to eat and drink while we waited, so we didn’t get anything until the room was ready and we could order room service. The exterior view of the resort was nice, but our room did not have the appearance of a room that is in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The sofa that was in our room was so old and dirty that I covered it with a blanket so I wouldn’t have to look at it. I took a picture of it to share. The rooms are very dated and needs a remodel. We were so glad that we were only staying one night:

Nice layout, cheerful and helpful staff. Rooms needs to updated, cleanliness need to be elevated. Breakfast is very nice and the chefs are very nice.

Staff was pretty amazing, room we were in was very nice and newly remodeled but had a couple issues with the showers flooding - not an overall big deal. Played the golf course, expensive Considering the course and greens were not in avery good condition.
