In town for work. Hotel is pleasant and clean and staff helpful. The restaurant is good - especially important since going at night was a limited option for us.

We stayed here due to Delta flight cancellations after the Global IT Outage of 2024 and while we did not know what to expect we were very happy with the security and cleanliness of the hotel. We enjoyed using the pool area and had a great meal at the Garden Court hotel.

I enjoyed the safety features of the hotel.

The staff are kind but seems to be either in training or not very experienced. The parking facilities need to be improved, parking spaces are very narrow and limited. On weekends they have events (weddings and others) and those tend to take the parking spots for hotel guests. They need to save a few for hotel guests.

its not the building or the material side of the hotel, its the people who work and serve us the travellers. From milton, Omar, Maria, cashier and servers in the restaurant and the housecleaner. Their smile, their extra mile efforts to help us. its the Heart. We will always come back to this Hotel with a beating heart.

Comfortable bed. Food was good. Taxi from airport was $20 U.S. it is $13 for one person with the shuttle. We arranged a taxi to and from the hotel to the airport. Stayed one night.

No pool no refund.

The only reason we selected this hotel was so that we could enjoy the pool all day before we had to catch our flight. When we arrived we found out that the pool was closed. The hotel next door had vacancies and a working pool we wanted to change hotels but since we booked through hotels.com Hilton wouldn’t/couldn’t give us a refund. If you’re pool is closed for Maintanance you should let anyone that has reservations that it is closed. Especially when that is one of your main selling points and the first picture you see on your website.

Very high standards regarding service and comfort. We stayed just one night (have stayed many times in the past) but we had no water the next morning, all morning, so no shower, toilet flush etc..

Everything was the way i wanted and I'll love to comeback in the future

The daily room cleaning was actually quite poor. One day the bed was not finished pillows left in a chair. Two days no wash cloth in the bath and the last day there were zero bath towels. Apparently they do not do quality checks on housekeeping. I did leave tips for housekeeping so I would have expected better service.

Needed an additional day to stay and even though the hotel was not full they would not honor my rate and wanted an additional 80.00 for the same room. Manager would not reconsider so I moved to the Holiday Inn paid less money and breakfast was included. Poor management at the Hilton.

The business hotel in San Pedro Sula

It is definately so far the best hotel to stay in San Pedro Sula, the infrastructure is old but well kept, but still the rooms and hotel need an update; the staff is very friendly

Very Nice and Clean

I was in Honduras for a missions trip and our last night we just wanted to relax. We had access to the VIP lounge and it was very nice. The staff was very friendly and everything was very nice and clean. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel. Nice pool area with poolside service. Room was huge & very clean. Service was amazing throughout my whole stay, everyone was very friendly & accomodating. Food on site was fabulous. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in San Pedro Sula & looking for a little bit of luxury.

Not what I expect it, disappointed!

The room was very small, didn't have living area like they said it did. No fridge, no microwave, I ask for a crib they brought me just a pack and play no sheet or blanket so I couldn't let my maybe sleep there.

Nice hotel. Close to malls, points of interest Staff unfriendly. When i arrived and check in, the person who attended me was angry, rude. Strange attitude for a very expensive hotel staff. Maybe he dont like his job. Also, another client asked for something and he did not attend properly too.

everything was fine except that we were told at the front desk that breakfast was served from six am onwards only to find out later that it was served from five am onwards, so we travelled without it

Great location in the city, near good restaurants

Over all a great hotel, very nice people. The breakfasts are superb! A combination of honduran and american cuisine Same with the afternoon appetizers. Grest coffee!. I plan to return soon.

My stay at the princess Hilton hotel was great I felt safe knowing there was always security and the place is very nice and neat. All the staff was kind and very helpful . I will definitely be staying there again next year .

Yearly visit to San Pedro Sula!

Chef Carlos is the best around. PERIOD. He is worth the trip. Expensive, but you have to spoil yourself once in awhile.
