The room was spacious we really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait till our next visit.

I loved staying here & will be anytime i visit Edmonton.

Friendly staff, clean rooms!

Great location

The bartender was amazing and so friendly. Remembers everyone name and what they order. Maids cleaned the room so well

Price and lobby

The staff was great so was housekeeping and a chef to prepare your free breakfast. Excellent

Property is aging

I like being able to relax and have a drink in bar. Weekday bar tender was more engaged with some people in bar. Waited long for a drink. Weekend guy was great.

Great experience overall

This facility is aging but still nice. I find the restaurant menu a bit limited. The breakfast is just okay, but I have had way worse. Although we choose to eat off site, we will continue to stay here.

The have to have right staff to handle each service

Sunken bed, terrible sleep all night

The bed was terribly uncomfortable, like sunken in the entire middle section. I had to sleep on the edge of bed and did not sleep well at all.

Thermostat would not shut off. Way too hot in the room overnight. Could not sleep well. We tried to set the thermostat down to 20 Celsius overnight but it would not shut off.

I had an extremely poor stay at this hotel.

The staff were awesome. Restaurant has really great meals and the waiter went above and beyond for us. Definitely would recommend this hotel for a very nice stay

Not good. Broken bed in room. Elevator not working. Ice machine not working. Heater very loud then stopped working. Very loud hotel. Minimal supply of towels, cups, shampoo etc.

I loved the pressure of the shower head eee! but on the down side... the elevators were down my entire stay :( I think I should have been offered a future stay with a discount.

Elevators both broken. Was told by front desk that there was people working on them, however, no one was seen anywhere. I think because it’s Sunday they simply hung an “out of order” sign and told guests they were working on it. At least be honest.

Great stay, bed was comfortable, it was quiet and clean

Nice property, good service, pleasant breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Heat/AC a bit noisy for TV and Sleep. Enjoyed the Microwave and in room Coffee. Upkeep could be a little better. Rooms could use a refresh but still comfortable.

It was over all good. Hot tub could be cleaned.

Service we got was awesome. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was flexible and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Easy to get yo west edmonton mall

We stay here all the time! We love the pool, and the Breakfast, but what keeps us coming back over and over is the service in the lounge! Top notch bar tender!

The sofa bed was so lumpy and dirty, was horrible to sleep on. everything about the hotel is nice but that one thing is really off putting.

I was there four year ago. It was really good. The carpet need to be replaced.

Getting very run down. Needs updating. Air conditioning barely working. The location was good, but the hotel itself isn't hilton quality anymore.

This Hilton is showing its age, however it was clean and had the amenities we required. We stayed in a two queen room, which easily fit two adults and two children. The fitness centre was small, but everything worked, and our kids enjoyed the pool.

Would come back again

I love this hotel. It had everything we needed. Great food, great rooms and super staff. I will stay there again.

Noisy floor above and road noise

It was a smooth, easy check in. Staff were friendly. The hotel is on a busy street but you couldn't tell because the rooms were quiet. It is showing its age a bit but it is clean and in a great location. Very close to West Edmonton Mall. The only thing that would have made it better would have been better pillows. But that is a personal preference.

Was a decent enough hotel but wouldn’t stay again. For how much you’re paying I’d expect better service. There was no complimentary breakfast like other hotels; they charge you but don’t tell you till after you’ve eaten (there’s no signage stating the cost of breakfast) the waiter/waitress/hostess doesn’t pay attention to service needs (clearing plates or getting more coffee) just seemed more concerned with what room # you were in for charging. The pillows were so crappy. “Feathers” but you needed like 10 to make just one pillow. We were given 3 pillows for a king size bed; called down and asked if they had different pillows and and they gave us 2 more of the same light pillows.We went out and bought an actual pillow from a store for our stay. Bed was very firm. The room was okay. There was water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom and mold in the shower. Toiletries that are provided was crappy; the hand soap and body wash made you feel sticky afterwards; and they never restocked our coffee cups in the room once we used them. We had to keep asking for new ones. They have a pool and a “jacuzzi” but the jets are pathetically weak and it’s more consistent with a bubbling warm bath. No one restocked the towels in the pool ever so once they were all used up you try using the phone to call front desk no one answered for 15-20 mins. We finally left the pool area soaking wet to walk through to the lobby and the desk guy was just standing there looking outside at the rain clouds.

Easy check in and communication with staff. Great amenities.

The stir fry was overcooked and 5 sm. Pieces of chicken you could put it in a small bowl for 25.00 the seafood basket was overcooked the rooms where cold and they took way to much off m to credit card tried calling them but drove over there to fix it will I was on hold 30 min. Later I got there and I was still on hold never staying there again

Fridge leaked and crowded room

Check in fine. Called front desk to order a Movie & was told I'd get called right back . Half hour later called down & guy sez "oh I got busy!" So no movie! And room stunk of B.O.!

The ac did not work, talked to front desk and nothing was done! 2 terrible night, After about 25 visits to this hotel I will never come back.

Internet not working properly

Online when i booked the hotel it said breakfast was included which is basically the only reason i booked at this particular place and apon check in, i was informed that breakfast was not included for mw due to the rate i revived....not happy about that

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Would like to see more sustainable practices in place (non single use in room toiletries) and an option to purchase continental breakfast vs combo of continental and cooked to order. So didn’t eat on the property during business trip.

Great place. Exceptional Food

Air conditioning was terrible. Only let you go down to 18.5 degrees and that still wasn’t the actual temperature of the air condition. Refrigerator didn’t work had to wait for staff to fix it. Only 3 old pillows. 3 towels, and one of them stained.

Business stay

As always this was a good stay. Jeff and his team are always easy to deal with.

Very bad worst night

Hotel is outdated but maintained well and very clean. Night staff was a bit rude but everyone else was very nice. Dining has limited hours and the restaurant looks more like a cafeteria that is essentially in the reception.

Overpriced for value

Hotel stay was ok, however, I must say that it has the slowest elevator in Edmonton in my experience, plus only one elevator was working

My family and I stayed in this property for 2 days and it was an awesome experience.

Very clean and respectful

The king bed was uncomfortable. Woke up in the night both nights we were there to try to ease the pain in my back. Checked in and “only” 3 pillows (not a big deal but even on a queen bed in other bowls there’s at least 4 pillows)

It was the worst night sleep ever. The bed sofa was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. I had to sleep at the foot of the sofa and my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor not what you would expect from a hotel that charges over 200.00 for the night. What we expected.

Needs to be renovated! (Read review)

When you enter the hotel it’s very nice. The breakfast buffet and lounge food is great but over priced. The service is excellent! I was told by the front desk the hotel is supposed to go through major renovations soon at some point. You would never know this is a Hilton hotel. Rooms - old carpet and wall paper peeling off. All the furnishings and bathroom countertops are dated. The beds are nothing more than a spring mattress. Not very comfortable. Overall - in my opinion the price they want per night is around double what it should be. There are many hotels in this area that would be a better choice. I did ask for some sort of compensation from the hotel, but was advised they do not do this. Service and staff are great but would not recommend staying here.
