We like very much and enjoy staying at Hilton Garden inn Montevideo , Uruguay. Excellent hotel and wonderful staff group of nice young people!!!! We’ll be there for sure in our next visit to Montevideo, Uruguay.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They tried their best to make our stay a wonderful one. The room was clean. The breakfast was excellent they had choices for everyone.

Great experience

The hotel was great, with nice staff and a good breakfast. The connection to the shopping center was excellent. Sadly this part of the city isn’t well developed so you need to drive to other areas.

Es a través de un pasillo que conduce a un elevador. Está en la MEJOR área de la ciudad. Con muchos restaurantes de muy buena calidad en los alrededores. A todos se puede ir caminando. Y se siente muy seguro andar por esas calles (al menos durante el día). Si regreso, sin duda me hospedería allí otra vez. 100% BUENÍSIMO 👌😃

Muy lindo hotel, el tema del estacionamiento es medio complicado , porque estacionas en el shopping, y bueno el acceso de entrada y salida al hotel no es tan fácil o conveniente. Algunas cosas habrá que actualizarlas, servicio de cable, la jarra eléctrica no se podía abrir con facilidad hasta que llegaron ayúdarnos, el taburete plegable donde se ponen las maletas estaba roto. Cosas sencillas pero que importan y dan valor a la experiencia del cliente. Por lo demás, la atención del personal 10 de 10

En general bien. Llegamos un poco antes de la hora del check inn, disponían de habitaciones y nos dejaron entrar unas horas antes. Habitación limpia. Desayuno bien. La entrada al garage es por el exterior. Deberian solucionarlo.

Nice location, we had a great view, the mall is connected to the hotel, the front desk staff was nice and helpful. The room clean, the beds and pillows were confortable.

The room was cold, and there’s no heating; just cooling. Breakfast is very poor, and the staff at restaurant has no idea about what are they doing. A nightmare

A good hotel with clean rooms and many conveniences. Free parking was a nice bonus. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Some inconsistency in responding to service requests. AC in room wasn't working but it was fixed upon request.

Great stay by the mall

Hotel was generally good convenient location and plenty of shops as it has direct access to a mall. However, breakfast was poor, with burnt omlette and terrible coffee. The bed was comfortable but the bedding ...sheet and underlayer did not fit properly.

LOVED our stay!

We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel for a family vacation in Montevideo in February. Our family LOVED it! Our room was clean, lobby was well maintained and very clean and relaxing. Staff was polite and nice. The pool was small, but that did not stop us from enjoying it. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choices for everyone. There was even a gluten free table. But what really hit the spot were the chefs/cooks (Rodrigo and Moises) who made a special meal for my son, who has food allergies to milk, egg, nuts, and shellfish. They discussed the allergies and cross contamination issues with us and made him a special steak with fries. My son devoured it and said it was not just safe, it was yummy! They also went the extra mile to check the cereal packages for the ingredient list. We could not be more pleased. They went above and beyond! And that meant a lot to my family. To be able to have the comforts of home (we traveled from NY), and also eat safely. Highly recommended!

Nice days in Montevideo

Hotel is well located, with direct access to the shopping center and walking distance from Pocitos. Staff was gently and tried support all our needs (renting bikes, for instance).

Extremely warm welcome at check-in and all other staff were very friendly. The hotel is well maintained. It is also connected via walkway to the shopping center, which was convenient on a rainy day.

Amenities are restricted: a very small pool and academy. This might be a strong restriction in winter.

Great location, check in was efficient and the lady who checked me in was great. She even remembered my name and greeted me when I returned later that night! This will be my hotel choice when I come back to Montevideo.

Very clean and new hotel. Good, friendly staff (especially in the restaurant for breakfast). Very convenient for business in the World Trade Center. Also close to the water for a nice walk along the walkway.

Average Hilton Hotel

Being a Hilton Honor member I have to say I was expecting more for this Hilton Garden Inn Montevideo. Overall is a good hotel but with room for improvements.

Good overall

I don't know why my room's bathroom was adapted for a person in a wheel chair. This made showering, shaving and overall appearance of the bathroom quite uncomfortable. Everything else was fine.

Great hotel next to the WTC and Shopping Mall

Stayed for 3 nights at this brand new hotel. It is a bus or taxi ride to the old town, but located in a modern area of the city.

Nice hotel, GREAT value

For the location and quality of this hotel I thought the rate was very reasonable. The hotel opened Dec 1st 2015 so everything is brand new. The room (two double beds) was very large, great closet space, great view of the coastline, very nice and spacious bathroom. Hotel staff was very professional and responsive to questions, also helpful regarding tips for going sightseeing. Good WiFi, great TV and channel selection. Restaurant has GREAT buffet, a bit pricey but worth it. My wife and I traveled with our two children and I can tell you that this is a child-friendly hotel.

O Hotel superou minhas expectativas. Tudo estava perfeito! A limpeza, conforto e atendimento era de muita excelência. E o café da manhã, espetacular. Tinhas muitas variedades e uma equipe muito atenciosa.

A estadia foi boa, porém o restaurante do hotel não foi bom. Das outras vezes que nos hospedamos aqui o atendimento e a comida estavam bem melhores.

Boa opção em Montevideo

O hotel está muito bem localizado, em região com diversas opções de restaurantes, lojas, e opções diversas. Fica inclusive anexo ao Shopping onde há até um supermercado. O estacionamento é o do shopping o e isso é péssimo, pois em dias de shopping movimentado é difícil estacionar, sem falar que fica muito distante do hotel. Sobre a hospedagem, fui colocado em Um quarto com exlente espaço, porém com uma vista péssima. Aliás, não tinha vista nenhuma salvo o terraço e o ar condicionado do prédio ao lado. Nossa primeira vez em Montevideo, até disse isso no check in, mas ver a cidade foi impossível.

Dentro do esperado

Houve um dia em que não havia luz. Disjuntor tinha caído e foi preciso chamar a manutenção, que veio rápido. Depois, descobri que as pilhas do cofre tinham acabado e foi preciso chamar a manutenção novamente. O alto preço do café da manhã, quase mil pesos por pessoa, fez com que tomássemos o desjetsó um dia. Enfim, tirando esses percalços, dentro do esperado.

Muy bien, pensé que por mi status Gold tendría un upgrade pero no me lo ofrecieron

Ótima hospedagem

Localização excelente! O hotel tem acesso para o shopping, o que é bastante conveniente! Acredito que a única falha é que as camas indicadas na reserva como queen não passam de camas de casal, o que torna as noites menos confortáveis para que gosta de camas espaçosas.

Quartos deve ser modernizados urgente: Colchão muito mole, afunda, está no limite e tem que ser trocado. Cuba do banheiro quebrada, a noite sobe um fedor terrível de esgoto. Esperava mais de um Hilton.

Hotel em ótima localização. Ao lado de um shopping. No lobby do hotel tem um elevador que dá acesso diretamente dentro do shopping, o que achamos bem prático. Funcionários educados e solícitos. Recepção bonita. Quarto amplo, limpo e com uma vista incrível. Camas confortáveis. Banheiro limpo, confortável, chuveiro bom. Comodidades disponíveis, de boa qualidade. O hotel permite estacionamento no shopping, sem custo. Achei bom custo benefício. Voltaria mais vezes.

O hotel no geral é bacana mas as camas que dormimos eram horríveis e isso fez com que a experiência fosse muito desagradável . Foi uma decepção pra nós o desconforto que tivemos num hotel desse nível .

Boa opção. Não esperar muito...... Café da manhã bom, sem nada especial. É necessário pedir para que o quarto seja limpo e arrumado.

Over priced!!!!

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because they had an indoor pool. However, we were not able to use it because it was under maintenance from 9AM until 1PM! Also, the beds are said to be queen or double but they are very very narrow and one of them had a hole in the middle. (the other one was indeed fine!!) They have a Mini refrigerator at the room but with nothing inside. If you want something, chocolate, or something to drink you need to go downstairs yourself and get it. Not expected for the high price you pay. Also, not many options for breakfast. The hotel, however, is very well located, very near the beach, restaurants and the main mall. Overall I feel I paid too much for what it was delivered to me and I would not stay there again.
