Absolutely discussing and dirty hotel. I can't believe it is Hilton! The room was very dirty - please see photos. No support from the hotel staff after multiple complaints. Even Hotels.com wasn't able to reach out to the manager - neither me in person in the hotel. I stayed for a week and I even offered to move to a different hotel if they would compensate the remain night. Zero answer - zero interest.

This hotel was really good. Whenever I needed anything i just text them through whatsapp and they help me out. Customer service was perfect and also the rooms and washroom was beautiful. Loved this hotel. Only small problem the AC wasn’t as strong as it should be. But overall it was a good stay.

Huge cockroach greeting us in the hallway. Dirty and stained carpets. Stains on the wall. Breakfast was terrible.
Beautiful view from the room
Staff was excellent, and it felt really comfortable. Also, it was a relatively easy walk to any of the nearby sites. Only issues I had were, one, the toilet kept having issues with flushing, and two, when I came back from my walk, my door had been left slightly open by the cleaning service, which was concerning.

Second time visit to the single room, spacious and quiet even facing the monorail. Good location and the roof top pool is still amazing. I tried the breakfast due to excellent reviews but very disappointment. Save your money on the breakfast. Little choice and very basic food. In the two breakfasts, there was no bread, an ordinary piece of bread is absent. Instead, there are big flies around the dinning areas. It seems no one care about the restaurant.

This hotel location is close to MRT transit, market shopping and restaurants. We absolutely felt safe around the area.
Spacious room. Lovely view of the Petronas Towers. Short walk to the train station. Our room did have a very stained carpet but overall, we had a nice stay. Thank you to Abdullah the housekeeper who surprised us with towel swans for our anniversary. That was a sweet gesture :)
Nice staff and friendly housekeepers. The onsite self serve washer and dryer was very convenient. I like they provide guest with free water bottles everyday. Our room size was big and had strong air conditioning which was a plus. Although the rooms are getting old. Mold in the showers and in various places in the washroom. Shower head leaks a lot. Pillow cases were dirty on all 4 pillows we got. The carpet is very dirty in the room and in the hallways. Various mysterious red patches on the carpet in the room and in hallways. Breakfast food was nothing to be excited about. The surrounding area of the hotel is very run down. Overall for the price it was decent. Not somewhere to go for a nice stay, it is good for just a place to sleep.
The hotel's photos on expedia are miss leading. The hotel is in a very bad area. The hotel has no lobby. The staff's service is terrible. We arrived and asked for someone to help with our luggage, they said we don't have this service. They had 2 groups at the hotel, so noisy groups. They used to come late at the night screaming. I cancelled my last 3 nights at the hotel, they didn't accept to refund our unused nights. They even wanted to charge me additional tax claiming that booking through expedia is with no taxes. I opened the email from expedia and showed them that my booking is paid with taxes and fees. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to have a nice vacation specially with kids, book in different hotel.
Great stay
Stay was pleasant and excellent. The hotel is at a great location with public transport, cabs, shopping malls, eateries all within 5 minute walking distance. Property is well maintained. Rooms are cozy and comfy.

Having been transferred onto 3 different rooms after check in was a bit harrowing. We had to report 3 times, before it repaired, even tried to complain to the manager, still waiting to hear from him. The service did not have any street maps to give out, we asked the security guard how to get to Chinatown, he tpd to wait for a minute, never saw him again!!! They are using the Hilton name, but not giving the service you would expect from the Hilton brand

Malaysia Hilton
The room was a bit small and meagerly furnished. However, as promised, the Petronas Towers were very much visible. Also the room was tidy, beds very comfortable and the bathroom was okay. Overall it was nice considering very good breakfast. The staff was very efficient. At the last, Indian Hiltons are undoubtedly better.

Even though it was a 4-star hotel, surely it had a 5-star service.
Clean and comfortable room. Friendly, accommodating staff. Absolute value for money. Only improvement could be to leave an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

Generally disappointed
The trip didn't live up to the name of the hilton. We paid for early check in and had to wait an hour to normal time. There was long ques at the service desk and it felt under staffed. The restaurant staff were inefficient and left plates on the table and brought food out at the wrong times, after it took a long time to come out. Overall, I don't think it lived up to a good brand name and we have stayed in nicer places for less.
My main complaint would be the bathroom ceiling was stained from water and the breakfast was cold at times, no bacon and not much variety.

Old and dirty. Need renovation!
The hotel is modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was not as clean as would be expected, I found several hairs in the shower, the tiles were dirty and there was a large amount of dust on the door frames. We booked this hotel as we were arriving late into KL and leaving early the next morning, I would not have wanted to stay any longer. There was also no way to get to the lifts without carrying your bags up a small flight of stairs, the receptionist had to offer to help us. Breakfast was reasonable, a selection of Eastern and Western options but all buffet with no a la carte option. Overall disappointing for a Hilton

The staff are friendly snd helpful. I was surprised that one have to request one's room to be madeup and cleaned daily, otherwise the room will not be cleaned. I would have thought this would be done automatically. Front desk needs some more staff. The shower needs a door so it is entirely enclosed so water would not spill onto the floor (slippery floor is dangerous, and wet floor is annoying).

Don't expect any service
No one to help you with your lugage!!!! I can handle my suitcase alone but it's a shame that when you are traveling with family (including a 4 month old baby) with few suitecases and a stroller no one is helping you to climb the stairs... Yes is hotel is strangely designed as you need to climb stairs from the reception to the elevator...
We were given a tiny and very unpleasant room when we checked in but after mentioning that we were not happy with our room we were given a better room. However, the first experience stayed with us like a bitter after taste! The area was not pleasant- was not expecting to stay in the middle of street market! Saying that, the hotel had good facilities and the pool and dining area on the top floor had breath-taking views.

The hotel manager, receptionist, staff are very concerned about our wellbeing, friendly, helpful, the hotel is very clean, close to the monorail. I wouldn't chose other for my next trip.
The location is pretty decent but staff are not so friendly. Breakfast is awful especially for vegetarians. They don't even try to make an effort to accommodate the needs. The rooms are really nice and spacious but the carpets are pretty old so when you walk in there is very bad odour.

The staff are very friendly. Room was not the same as photo but was ok. 2 of the 3 elevators were out during my stay so it was a bit longer wait.
I had a good experience in the Hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is good but not the best regarding the traffic. The room was nice. The roof top has a nice overlook at city skyline especially in the evening. I had a breakfast buffet there and it was good and tasty, but I wish there are much bigger variety of cuisines for breakfast especially I stayed there for a long time, so eating the same breakfast every day gets boring after awhile. In total I had a good experience. I would give a total score of 8/10
1 of 3 elevators working, every time i needed to go see the reception had to wait 30/40 minutes. Housekeeping did not change bedsheets, or pillow covers
They've hired out the parking lot from a third party company so if you bring a car and you wanna park on the property, it's a mandatory RM10 fee/night. Carpet had stains which I don't think can be removed.
Amazing for a budget hotel
You will struggle to find a better budget hotel. Overall, amazing. Only thing to note was that the entire floor, including inside and outside the rooms are carpeted which is quite strange. It’s understandably hard to clean and is evident by minor stains on the carpet

It was good when I get a early check in. But, 1. The door of room unable to close well. Did request front dest send the engineer come and fixed it. Been waiting for more than 30 min, we was very hungry & decide to get some food then only come back ask them to fixed it. 2. At night, we want to boil some hot water, but find out the certain part of kettle was very dirty!!! Some kind of white stain! Disgusting! Next day we ask housekeeping to change a new kettle, he did went to the next room, and took some time to pass me the kettle. We find out that kettle having same issues, only the dirty part was removed so it look clean, but NO! Refer to the picture. Did request to change for 2nd time, but still same! I think they did wash the kettle but still got white stain. So we give up!
Execellent customer service by floor manager.
Staff very courteous. Front desk good service. Was disappointed with breakfast. At 9.30am half the food items finished and did not replenish. Instead of butter, it was poor quality margarine.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are excellent and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet is very good with many selections. The only con was having to carry luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the entrance and to get to elevators. Otherwise this is a good place to stay at a good price.

Terrible service and bad communication
I arrived late due to flight delays at 10:30PM. Apparently I had booked one day earlier and because I didn't show up to the first day, the hotel automatically cancelled my reservation. I did not know my booking was cancelled and the front desk lady had a terrible attitude. She smiled and told me I have to take it up with Hotels.com and said I would be charged the booking. I then spent the next two hours on the phone and finally going to open a chat and try to get someone from Hotels.com to help with the situation. Hotels.com had no information about my reservation being cancelled and it was not communicated to me. In the end we waited another hour while they tried to contact the hotel sales at around midnight. Of course no one was working at that time. In the end, I re-booked, and was assured they would try to work out the situation. It was a horrid experience and the front desk attendant was the worst I'd ever seen. If I had known the reservation had been cancelled, I would have chosen a different location. The other front desk staff were fine, it was just the one bad apple. Hotel was average, in a pretty bad location, across from some local street markets.
Great place to stay!
Some points and photos are misleading, such as the rooftop terrace and pool which are actually on the South Hotel. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest or cleanest to explore (but is quite cheap for restaurants). This area is more for local workers or business people who will not spend any time in the area

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur :)

The hotel is pretty good. Staff is very helpful especially the front desk. They have self laundry facilities inside the hotel. The hotel in is an old area and feels a bit unsafe at night especially if you like to walk everywhere. LRT station is about 10 minutes walk which is fine during the day but catch a Grab at night. Carpets in the room need to be cleaned and house keeping need to do a better job but other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Terrible
I was disgusted with the state of the carpet (Room 1612)so many heavy dirty stains and it is all over. I would have checked out same time if I had planned to stay longer. I challenge the hotel manager or the housekeeping manager take a look at the carpet. My wife and I wore the slippers all the time because I didn’t want our feet to touch the floor.Thanks for the slippers they were very helpful.
