This is hotel is in a great location. Easily walkable to downtown Cusco. The views of the city are amazing and the restaurant offers excellent dining options. We stayed here and visted Machupitchu and rainbow mountain.

We had an amazing week-long stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful—from the front desk team to room service and housekeeping. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is in a great location, relatively close to Cusco’s main plaza, which made it easy to explore the city. We always felt safe and well cared for during our stay. Do keep in mind that the walk back to the hotel involves going uphill with some stairs, which might be challenging for those not accustomed to walking at higher altitudes. However, the hotel offers coca tea in the lobby, which is a thoughtful touch and helpful for adjusting to the altitude. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay!

Very good hotel and amazing service! Everyone is very welcoming and facilities are very nice! The only point to mention is towels are a bit worn and grey but rooms are very clean! Thank you!

Beautiful view of Cusco and the Valley from the hotel. Very nice interior design and courtyard. Very friendly staff. The location is uphill from Centro - but still close enough to make plans in the city. Overall, a great stay for families.

The location of this property is far from the main plaza. There are a lot of stairs required to climb in this high altitude which is hard.

Great hotel, the only thing is that it is isolated from the city, you are on top of a hill kind of far from where all the cools things are happening, so you have to catch a cab often, but the hotel is beautiful and clean and has great service

Our stay at the Hilton Gardens in Cusco was amazing. This contemporary well appointed property offers quite relaxation in the midst of the quaint historic district. We highly recommend this hotel.

We liked the view. Beds are comfortable and the property is very clean and well kept. The property is in a hill, so walking down is better than walking back to the property. We took taxis to come back from the city, so it wasn’t a problem. It’s a few minutes drive from plaza de armas and other main attractions.

It was a beautiful room with comfortable beds and a nicely appointed bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and building were clean. Great hotel.

We were happy with the hotel. It was great. If you don’t mind not being close to other meat places, this is great. We thought we could walk everywhere but we are spoiled and took Uber everywhere specially coming back as we didn’t want to climb the hill to get to our hotel. I would recommend to friends and I would go back

Everything good, and convenient location

Nice hotel after a long day exploring. It’s quite a distance from the plazas so using Uber was helpful. Only complaint was washing kit was expensive and dryer did not work. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Evening was good. The central heat was very nice to have during cold evenings and nights. The restaurant food was great.

Front office extremely helpful and polite. They managed to retrieve my post sunglasses from an Uber as well as helping organise trips etc. Quiet room on level 4 and a good size. Great value spa. Very good dishes at the restaurant.

Convenient and great service

Front desk staff is terrible. I’m incredibly surprised that they have the ratings they have. They will nickel and dime you for everything so be prepared for a surprise at the end when it’s time to check out. There are plenty more options available in Cusco that are closer to everything. I really wish we didn’t choose this hotel but you live and you learn. We didn’t get the room we paid for and were denied reimbursement smh… terrible

The reception staff was very unhelpful. We paid for a king superior with a view but stayed in a basic king with no view. When I requested a refund for the difference of both rooms I was told no. The reception staff provided no options or solutions to rectify the issue.

Quiet place on the hill overlooking the old city. Staff was attentive and nice. If driving, parking for 3 cars first come first serve. Often occupied by taxis waiting for customers. Would stay again

Pretty good, just a little noisy.

Great service and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is pretty good. Good wifi. The have a laundry machine you can use although it is somewhat pricey. It is a short walk to the city center, but it is a steep downhill and coming back up is not easy at this altitude. Noise insulation within the building could be improved. Our room was above the breakfast room and we would be woken up by the staff setting up breakfast. There was some minor noise traveling between rooms too.

One of the best options to stay in Cusco

Loved staying here. Plenty of hot water, heat, and spacious rooms. Able to fill up my water bottle and the restaurant’s potato soup was delicious. Staff were very welcoming and just super nice.

The hotel was beautiful and had an amazing view of the city. Room was super nice and clean. The food was delicious. Overall we had a great 6 day stay here.

Excellent property but a bit of a walk from plaza de aramas. You have to take Uber to see every location but other than that we enjoyed the restaurant and the room was super cozy. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again without a doubt.

Beautiful property! Please go exploring outside your room. The building is incredible with lovely views. The enclosed courtyard is absolutely delightful. The employees were also exceptional. Antony is my favorite person there. I could go on and on, but just do yourself the hassle and stay here. I liked the location as well. Just a few blocks (and a gnarly hill) from everything touristy.

The hotel has a nice view of the city and the mountains. We enjoyed the breakfast which included a variety of american and native food. The staff was nice and friendly.

Cusco is built on a hill so it was pretty easy (just a 10 min walk) to get to the main square and if you don’t want to hike the hill back it is very very easy to get an Uber (SUPER CHEAP compared to the States) or a taxi. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant came in handy after an exhausting excursion to simply order room service. We also took advantage of their spa, I got a facial and a pedi while my husband got a massage. It has been an excellent experience and I would highly highly recommend staying here.

Nice and comfortable place to stay for the night.

We stayed here twice during our visit. We felt safe, Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to do laundry here which was helpful as we stayed in Peru for 2 weeks.

The service was great. Antonio was awesome. He would help with everything from getting you a taxi to giving directions on the best places to eat and even helping get luggage around. All the people were great.

Safe Solo Stay

I really enjoyed my one-night stay at the Hilton. I felt comfortable and safe as a female solo traveler. Dinner was tasty and the staff was very nice. There is a small Peruvian clothing store inside of the hotel that has beautiful sweaters and scarves. The location is a bit outside of the downtown area. I suggest traveling by taxi called on by the hotel.

This was an amazing place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious as well. The service is top notch that this Hilton. The breakfast in the morning had a huge variety and was very good. It has everything you would want in a resort. Five stars all the way.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk downhill to the main plaza. LOTS of stairs on the way, but easy enough heading down. S10 ($2.50) for a taxi back especially on your first day or two at 11,000 feet. The hotel was clean, nice views, the staff INCREDIBLY attentive. A very nice place to stay.

I will never stay in any other hotel is Cusco after discovering this place. Although it’s a distance from the main plaza, it is by far, the warmest most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in in this city. The beds, towels, washroom, rooms are beautiful and clean. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The restaurant is great, too. Loved the whole experience!

Staying at the Garden Inn with my family during our visit to Costco was a great choice. The staff exceeded expectations and the properties located in a small house that provides great views of Cusco. Walking to the city center. It’s just minutes away and downhill. An Uber or taxi back there’s no more than three dollars. The restaurant and the hotel provides great options and convenience.
