Was surprised that the charge for the room went to my credit card the night that I check in was more that the bill on check out. Also, the bill for check out had the wrong address. The desk clerk was not much help in resolving.

The Hilton Garden Inn is clean, quiet, professional and the perfect place to stop for a good rest, food and fuel (though Shell's is in a temporary process of replacing its tanks) in my frequent travels between Northern Va and Central TN. 2 mins to I-81.

Nice quick place to stop to stay the night. Very clean. Buffet breakfast that we purchased through Expedia was cheaper than waiting until we arrived at the hotel. The waitress at breakfast was attentive and quick!

The hotel is at the top of a hill kind of off the beaten path. But I really liked that about it, no unsavory characters passing through. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Always a pleasure Hilton Garden Inn!

Caught in winter storm and had an unexpected extra night. Very helpful staff.

I didn't like this experience. I left after being there, and went to another hotel. My wife and I were looking to get away for her birthday and swim and have a nice time. The pool wasn't working, and our room was across from the pool, which was under construction and a sort of sour view. We left immediately. The people were very nice.

Great job to the staff. My room was clean, bed was very comfortable and my late check in was a breeze. I will definitely be back again.

The staff was very helpful once we engaged the MOD. Beforehand it fell a bit short. Why every time I go (twice in a week) can’t I find someone at the front desk to check in. I have to wander around looking for someone to check us in. Overall it’s a nice place. Refocusing a bit on why they’re here might be helpful.

The room was on didn’t seem very clean, really needed a deep clean on the walls and carpet. The pool was 95degrees seems like they have a humidity problem.

Property was very nice outside and inside but the room on the 5th floor seemed dirty and outdated. Doors needed wiped down and carpet was torn up possibly from a dog.

I didn't like that breakfast was NOT included. I paid a higher price than I would have elsewhere that included breakfast. The bed was HARD as a rock

I specifically asked for a room that's away from the elevators and what did they give me? A room right outside the loud dings of the stupid elevator! Whyyy... it was asked for specifically and we checked in on time, we weren't late. Awful awful service.

Conveniently located off of I-81, the hotel is clean and well organized. Adequately staffed to receive guests quickly. The facility is clean and well maintained. Pricing was competitive with other similar, area hotels.

You honestly get what you pay for. When you first walk into the hotel you are hit with a dense wave of perfume/air freshener. The stay was alright; but the room definitely seems worn from so many visitors overtime. There didnt seem to be any bugs but i was so nervous the entire night that theyd show up suddenly it was hard to sleep. There also were no blackout curtains. I had to tie the darker curtains together with a spare hair tie to get the room even slightly darker. If you're tight on cash and need a quick place to sleep thats jot your car, sure but if you have just a little extra id opt for somewhere else.

How many does it take to turn off a spotlight?

I booked this hotel as a stopover during a long road trip. The hotel looks great, is clean, modern, with an onsite restaurant and bar - basically everything I was looking for in a stopover hotel. All this, combined with the good reviews and Hilton brand I was confident I'd be getting a good night's sleep. Oh boy was I was wrong! After arriving close to 9pm from an 11 hour drive, I ate at their restaurant, showered, watched some TV before getting ready to turn in only to realize that the curtains did not fully close and there was a massive flood light pointed directly into my room. Called the front desk and was told "yea we don't have any clamps, but you can use the hangers in the closet, that will work". I was honestly too exhausted to argue and did my best to clamp curtains together and hang a towel 11pm in an attempt to block the light out. The curtains had several visible tears and holes from people doing this so management CLEARLY knows this is an issue. How hard is it to either get fully closing black out curtains or maybe NOT have a giant flood light pointed in rooms?? This Hilton experience really made my 8 hour drive home the next day that much more enjoyable!! Apologies to the cleaning staff who had to disassemble my creation. Management needs to get it together and fix this. No one should have to deal with this. I paid a decent premium over the plentiful cheap motels in the area this was completely unacceptable and unbecoming of the Hilton name.

Property was clean and safe was very friendly. We were on the first floor across from pool and gym. So a little noisy. Loved being able to walk out the back door to have breakfast at Cracker barrel.

We expected more. Accommodations were outdated, bathroom was in bad shape. The overall appearance of the room was below what we thought was Hilton standards.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was the bedframe extended past the bed. My husband and I nailed our legs I don't know how many times. Other than that great stay. Nice and quiet, clean and friendly staff. We will return!

Great location off the interstate, with multiple eating options.

The indoor pool was nice. No one was there. spent about 20 minutes just chillin in the pool. the bartender gave me a good recommendation for a breakfast place. wish it had a spa and I wish the hours for the bar were longer. And I wish the hours for the pool were 24.

The property was well maintained. The location was good . It was t much traffic noise . We met one of the nicest housekeepers in the world she had the friendliest personality . The front desk was polite and confident in their job . I would highly recommend this hotel

We chose the Hilton name for a hotel, feeling confident that it would be a higher quality facility for us to stay. The employee at the reception desk was friendly and answered all of our questions. We were taken back by the price of the items in the convenient store area- we expect prices to be inflated but these were outrageously marked up. The room was dirty, there were stains on the bedspread and the bathroom had layers of dust on the counter, tissue box and baseboard. There was also what I can only guess, was urine on the base of the toilet. When I travel I expect to be able to relax, but importunately I was cleaning the room in order to not feel completely grossed out by my surroundings. Luckily, we were out visiting relatives and required limited time in the hotel. Needless to say, but we were quite disappointed with our stay at your hotel.

Clean comfortable room

Room was very nice, clean, very comfortable bed. Only complaint is that only coffee is free at breakfast, 10.95 to purchase breakfast cooked on site. I ate at Cracker Barrel next door because more selections and similar price.

Beautiful and clean property. Excellent and friendly staff!!! Beautiful views, indoor pool, bar and dining also adjacent to Cracker Barrel Restaurant and many other restaurants very close by.

The front desk staff were amazing and the restaurant was very good as well.

I liked that they had a restaurant on the premises and overall our stay was pleasant. We were there over the Christmas Holidays. The one thing that really disappointed me was that the indoor pool was not warm enough to swim in and that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Also, the ambient room temperature in the pool area was not very warm. It was , however, freezing cold when we stayed there.

Great dog friendly hotel

Really impressed with this hotel. For a dog friendly hotel, it's very clean and plenty of grass and disposal. Breakfast options and snack area is really nice. Also Cracker Barrel right next door Staff was very friendly. Will be staying here again for sure.

Great Place to Stay

Our stay was a quick overnight stay on our way home from Maine. The hotel was very convenient to the Interstate, easy to find, clean, great water pressure, and a very comfortable bed. The coffee was also very good (this is very important)!

Checķ in staff,Nick, went over n above to get us settled in. Beds comfortable-room clean-èven a.new employee checked on us in pool area.

Rooms are large! Fridge and microwave . Very clean. Loved having the bar and restaurant on site! Nice to sit at the bar instead of in the room. Nathan was our bartender and he was fantastic !

Staff was friendly. Rooms were a bit small. Pool floor was slimy and needed to be cleaned. Paint peeling and ceiling peeling in pool area. The amount of chemicals in the water was very high. (It burned our noses to breathe in the pool area.) Restaurant people were really friendly but seemed stressed and service was slow because they have no help.

Great staff and can’t say enough about Nathan! Although he is typically working the front desk, he was bartending and serving. He made me feel so welcome and at ease. I even learned about the area too!
