Room was exceptionally quiet, modern, clean. Restaurant and bar also very good. 8 minute walk, all indoors, to get to Terminal 1 of airport. S-Bahn into Frankfurt right there as well. If needing a hotel at the Frankfurt airport, will definitely stay there again!

Clean and nice room, but was pretty bad not having water before a long connecting flight

Convenient

Completely convenient if you're waiting out a long layover. You can ealk here with never leaving the airport. The front desk help were super- they told me about a festival happenign downtown, nd how to get there by train. There's a Rossman's grocerybstore one level down.

Convenient for early morning travel from Frankfurt airport. Nice dining and shopping areas close by. All the staff is very friendly and professional.

One of the best airport hotels, rooms are ample and modern, shower amazing, breakfast and dinner superb, walking from train and from airport.

Technical insufficiency, repairs needed

Temperature control did not work. It was hot and difficult to sleep. The bathroom vent did not work and it is really unacceptable.

Friendly staff

Mind the Shower! BYO coffee.

The best part about this hotel is its proximity to airport check-in counters. Also close to some convenience shopping of Rossmann (toiletries) and REWE (groceries) and bakeries. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable bed. Don't expect a complimentary bottle of water or even a Gummibärchen. Instant coffee only (!) at this level? High end but minimal. Worst part is the shower and a word of caution: high step up bathtub, a fixed plate glass siding separating tub and bathroom, and the space between the glass and the very sharp corner of the adjacent countertop is approx. 30cm or one foot. Exceedingly poor and potentially hazardous design for a step-up slippery tub with awkward access and little to hold onto. Set water temp before entering or you may scald your feet or slip as you try to climb out. This needs a serious re-think by Hilton's interior designers before someone is injured. IMO, unsuitable for anyone with balance, flexibility or mobility issues. I wish I'd taken a photo.

One night only but excellent airport hotel.

It is really convenient to the city and to your flight

The convenience of being at the airport was great . The staff were very friendly .The rooms were very nice and everything was clean .

Best value for money.

Property is on the airport grounds. It isn’t the closest when walking out from Terminal One but it’s not far. When I got to the checkin area in the lobby it took quite awhile for them to get through the group that was there. After a while day of flying it would have been nice to have more than one regular plus one trainee agent behind the desk. Some people are flying very early in the morning and every minute of lost sleep is costly. Once past this process, hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Love everything about this Hotel

Awesome upgrade to the 10 floor - didn’t ever receive the digital key, but had two usual ones that faulted the last day, but that was fixed quickly. Did have a steward go and check my room for completeness, a bit weird, but I stayed while he was there so no worries. Saw me come out, but knocked on the door anyway, not sure what that was about. Elizabeth in the executive lounge is awesome.

Very comfortable, clean, excellent location. Can’t ask for more. I stayed at the Hilton garden inn previously, but I will stay at the Hilton moving forward. Worth the extra price.

Great location, comfortable bed, good breakfast and friendly staff.

The bathtub and shower were slightly damaged. Water went everywhere. The shower head wasn’t easy to stabilise. The bathtub wasn’t easy to get in and out of. I previously stayed in a room with a walk in shower and it was perfect. Very easy to get in and out. Very spacious bathroom. Everything worked. All rooms should be this way. I will be trying another hotel next time I stay at Frankfurt Airport.

Convinced to walk to the airport

This is a business hotel, that I use for stays before early flights. It is efficient, well located and the staff make every effort to make check in/check out easy. The rooms are clean and have all of the basic amenities needed. I will return again.

It is easy access to terminal one flights, but room 8041 was extremely dark, very low wattage bulbs, made it very difficult to see

Very unkindly front desk employee. One felt like a supplicant rather than a guest who is welcomed and appreciated. For a place like this, an absolute no-go. The Suite was ok, but nothing special. Next time, I would choose different hotel.

Privacy and cleanness

I suffered a bleed in my head and was hospitalised . I sent Hilton hotel proof of surgery . After several pleas that I cannot fly due to surgery The Hilton refused to refund my stay . I was hospitalised again and even on the date of departure from London to Frankfurt. This was a case of extraordinary circumstances. No compassion. Just wanted my money . They said on this one occasion they will not charge me for the cancellation . Shame on Hilton .

Great place but terrible parking

When I travel through Frankfurt and need to fly out early the following morning, this is an amazingly convenient location. It is a 5 minute walk to the check-in counter of all airlines. I will always stay at this Hilton when traveling through FRA Airport.

I was charged 57,50 Euros and did not use the bar or dining facilities. I have sent 3 emails to Hilton and received no answer. Poor customer service!!!

Everything about the facility was nice except for the air conditioning. It was oppressively hot in the room. It was cooler in the hallway than it was in the room. I had to ask for a fan, because it was the only way I was able to sleep.

We needed help getting to the airport check-in due to a knee injury. Hilton Frankfurt was the only party offering accommodations via wheelchair. Thank you!

Very nice and clean place

Another excellent stay at Hilton Airport Hotel Frankfurt amaon. The quality of the furniture and furnishings is very high, and the room design is stylish and practical at the same time. Great mattress and bedding, quiet and comfortable rooms. Bathroom had a walk on shower and a bath tub - and was quite nicely sized. The great breakfast buffet spread is only stopped by the excellent service staff: super friendly, efficient and fast. The location within The Square building and close to the DB train station is very convenient - but the hotel is a good 10 minute walk away from the departure and arrival terminals. Had another great stay, and while being somewhat on the higher cost side this Hilton airport hotel absolutely delivers on value.

Room was amazing - I can only do 4 stars due to them charging me for opening and closing the fridge( we didn’t know it was one - was just a cabinet) and they have pressure plates. I called - no one answered and Hilton had to help me and no one got back to me and this hassle caused me to give it a 4 star.

Stayed here for a night. My advice would be not to stay here during the summer. Our room was warm and humid and made it difficult to sleep restfully. We talked with the front desk about it and they resolved it as best they could and gave us a fan to use in the room. We noted on entry that the hotel is situated in what is essentially a giant greenhouse and the lobby was strewn with giant portable cooling units in an attempt to fight against the heat. Otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable. We had possibly the best room-service pizza I have ever had and the breakfast buffet was truly outstanding with high quality options. The building is in desperate need of an HVAC upgrade though and it's only going to get worse.

Perfect for overnight before a flight...likewise probably perfect for a late arriving flight in.

Nice to be at the airport for next day flights. Included breakfast was decent & 12pm standard checkout was great. Not many dining options close by & Hilton restaurant super expensive, but that’s to be expected. AC not too cold, but that’s typical for Germany (if you can even find a place with AC)

Our stay at the Hilton was very comfortable and relaxing. There was restaurants close by and stores for necessities.

Hotel was ok but the farthest away from the terminal.

The hotel is good but they didn’t restock the minibar and we had to call to get the robe and slippers we were promised.

Everything was good but the air conditioning in the rooms could use updating

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work well. The front desk didn’t answer the phone to get towels, ice or the shampoo and body wash refilled. It was very clean, but a bit disappointing.

Location could not be more convenient. It’s an easy walk from the terminals. Shopping and dining options are walkable as well. The hotel itself seems clean and the rooms are nice.

Great place to stay if you are looking to stay right by the airport. East walk to the gates and it had a nice shopping area. We enjoyed are stay.

Good hotel for overnight

The room was in a good condition. I was disappointed that mo bathrobes or slippers were provided. Also, there the hairconditioner container had not been replenished in the bathroom. The bath towel was threadbare and in fact had holes in it. I was surprised by this lack of attention to housekeeping detail.

This is a reliable place to stay. Year after Year I come back to the Hilton Garden Inn. they are friendly and accommodating, clean every day if you wish, and the staff do not expect tips.

Management was not willing to work with reservations that needed to be cancelled, due to a tour operator canceling trip due to troubles in Middle East. ML
