The room I paid for was not the room we stayed in. Feel like we were taken advantage of. I will think twice before staying in a Hilton again

Everything was great

The options of dining, bars, and hotel market the location in Columbus was perfect for Buckeye gam. It not overwhelming with volume of people in hilton area for football game, evenflow inside and outsdie of hotel.

Beautiful hotel

Hotel and staff were amazing. My only complaint was housekeeping. They never left coffee, cups or checked the shower to refill the shower gel, had to call and ask.

Disappointed that there were no make-up wipes or special wash clothes for make-up removal.

Super friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and safe. And in a perfect location. If you check in late - head over to the pizza slice joint next door. Great recommendation from the front desk.

Hotel was nice but Expedia did not send over the changed reservation so they didn’t have me registered and they were full. They found a room finally after 45 minutes waiting and we had to walk to an alternate tower about half a mile with luggage. So Hotel did best they could; Expedia let me down on this one

Have stayed here a few times. One thing I did not like was having a room on the side where the train rail was. Those trains kept my family up at night over the 5 nights we stayed there.

Handle broke to bathroom door. Low water pressure for shower, had to pay for parking and other than the initial front desk woman who was very pleasant, all other staff was less than decent. For the money, this really was a disappointment.

Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this Hilton!!

Loved this property! Wish I stayed here during the last three years my son was at OSU! Close to many food options and OSU areas. Clean hotel with lots of options for food and drink as well. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Columbus.

Just another reason we choose Hilton

One of the many reasons, we started staying only at Hilton's while traveling, the staff. And as weird as it sounds even the other people staying seem to have better attitude than add other hotels. I believe it is just knowing that.Once you reach your destination and are staying at a Hilton, you can for sure.Let your worries go and just relax and enjoy the hotel and the surrounding attractions.Thank you for such a great stay once again.

It’s always nice to have a hotel attached to a convention center. Not only was that super convenient but both hotels had awesome dining options and bars. Even when it was very busy in either lobby you could always find a space for yourself or your group!

Great location on short north. Always a good stay. 2nd floor bar was very nice though expensive and service was slow. Valet was speedy and very helpful as it was crazy busy on high street trying to enter the parking area.

This is a beautiful place, veiws are amazing, the FRY restaurant was amazing and the roof top bar was top notch. Couldnt have asked for any better service beside the front desk guy giving me awkward looks, probably because I checked in dressed in my work clothes (construction). But I will definitely be booking another stay whenever I'm visiting Columbus.

Spotless room. Close to Nationwide Arena where our event was. Walking distance.

My only concern about this stay was that we would return to the room each day about 5 pm and the room was not cleaned. We had to find someone in the hallway to get some clean towels for the next day. Only once in the 4 night stay was the room cleaned, organized, and replenished.

The parking was confusing and led to a lot of walking around. Valet is the way to go. The parking garage elevator was broken led to a dumpy start. The new building is beautiful!

I did not like the air conditioning only going down to 66 degrees. We ate Saturday at the Galleree bar, and the food was undercooked and horrible. Service was slow and very unwelcoming. I cannot believe that even the nachos were not cooked.

Awful, will never stay her again and will tell everyone I know! Urine all over seat in bathroom when we got to our room, the bathroom smelled awful, the valet changed everything in my car- are seat, mirrors! - I've never seen wanting like it. Then had to walk to other place to get in car! With handicapped mother. Then the self parking garages elevator was broke, no clear signs at all on how go get back up our room. Told Jeff at front desk, totally rude, totally could care less

My rooms AC filter wasn’t changed since April causing the room to be hot and smelly! Even after requesting maintenance, they didn’t come until I complained a second time and demanded to see a manger 12 hours after my original complaint!

Front desk staff at 401 building was curt and seemed annoyed to have to check anyone in or answer any questions. My room was also not touched by cleaning staff during my stay. The staff in the lobby of 402 were fabulous, very helpful!

Nice hotel that is very convenient to attractions.

Hotel room was nice and clean but the walls are paper thin. Lots of noise outside of the room. It wasn’t muffled conversations but very clear. Everything else but sleeping because of noise was great.

For $200/night our room seemed overpriced. Only thing visible out our window was some large unit on the roof. Lots of construction in the area and the hotel itself (on 2 sides of the street) was confusing to navigate.

No More Stays at Hilton Columbus Downtown

I will not stay at this hotel again. First, we ordered room service for dinner. We paid $77.00 for a paper bag with carry-out containers in it. If they had told me that was how it would come, I would have done something different. Then, the A/C unit was making very loud random banging noises - loud enough to wake us up. And, the wall are very thin - the room next door was very loud as well. Lastly, when we went to get our car, they couldn't find it. Terrible!!

Comfy Cozy

This Hilton tower 2 was beautiful. A bit on the pricey side for the size but very clean and comfortable. Remodeled beautifully and multiple bars, stores and a restaurant between the two towers. Adjacent to the parking garage ($25/day) with amazing walkable restaurants and events just a block or two away. We had a great view of the city and enjoyed the sunset 😉
