Solid place to stay, clean and very convenient. Rooms are not as sound proof but staff did try to enforce curfew.
Good stay!
Stayed with family and my 4 year old to see Frozen at Dutch Apple. Hotel was comfortable and I’m good condition. Cleanliness wasn’t 5 star but maybe 4.5.. pretty good but did see some dust etc on baseboards. Beds were clean and comfortable. Would definitely come again.
We love the hotel for being convenient, laid back style with delicious dining. Close to everything Lancaster. We did not like booking through Expedia because we were not able to cancel or modify our travel arrangements
Great stay for soccer tournament we were attending.
Friendly staff. Clean.
Very convenient to our destination of the Dutch Apple Theatre.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
ALL AROUND GREAT!! MY DOGS LOVED THEIR STAY.
Friendly staff person. Ease of check-in.
👍
Cozy, comfortable, clean
I love this hotel. We stay every year. Right next to Dutch Apple Theater. It is in the heart of Lancaster County. Great location, a short drive to downtown Lancaster, Lititz, Ephrata, Ronks, Manhiem & Elizabethtown. The hotel is large, has a restaurant, & plenty of parking. 6 mins away there is a park with bike trails, and bird watching. The rooms are very quiet, comfortable, cozy. They have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, incredibly comfortable beds & the best towels. We have stayed here 7 years in a row Thanksgiving weekends.
One night stay
The wifi signal was weak, and I couldn't get the digital key app to work, but the stay was otherwise great.
Very clean and quiet. Staff very accommodating and friendly. We arrived early and we were allowed to check in early which doesn’t happen very often. We really appreciated it.
Tough one to rate
It was tough to rate this place. Great for bringing our dog, staff very friendly, bar superb (their selection of beer is truly amazing). Downside: The room carpet seemed particularly dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky, although maybe that was because we were in a pet room. We attended breakfast in the last hour. The buffet was dry and old. To be fair, the server got fresh eggs cooked for us.
Older but well maintained hotel. The staff was very friendly and the housekeeping was excellent and accommodating. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here when visiting Lancaster. Just a 7 minute drive to Franklin and Marshall College and next door to the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater.
Very simple, nice, and clean
Clean hotel with nice staff. Loved having a restaurant on site after a long day of shopping
They only gave me breakfast for one day. They said it was not included. Also the property As of upgrade and Restaurant looking very Old Parking area very dark
Older property BUT extremely clean, comfortable bed, quiet. Would stay again.
Not worth the price
Price they charge is too high for the room. Rooms are small. hotel is outdated and really needs an update
Nice 👍
We go to the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater several times a year. We always stay at the Heritage which is right next door. You can actually walk there. Everyone is pleasant, the rooms are comfortable and the restaurant is great.
This hotel is conveniently located right off the main highway, but you don’t hear the noise. It’s also right next-door to a fun restaurant/bar. I was visiting my daughters college and it was very convenient for me to stay here. It’s like a throwback old style hotel with a lot of charm.
The front desk staff and cleaning staff were so helpful and friendly
Fast friendly check in.
Pre Halloween get away
Not a bad place. Restaurant is nice. The construction going on the area out front did suck. Very busy road. Small roof but ok for two
Rooms clean
Very nice rooms. The hotel as a whole is very clean.
Room was clean, bed comfortable and room dark -great to sleep in. Plenty of towels.
Quick overnight trip
Nice hotel with nice clean rooms. Bathrooms are clean and the man at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. There is a nice restaurant at the hotel with outside tree house style eating. Unique experience in the nicer weather. They also had a outside pool that was fairly deep
Jim
The room was clean and staff personable
.
Staff were very personable and kind! Quite a charming hotel.
The rooms were clean and relatively updated. The hallways wtt see e a bit weathered.
Location
Charming. Clean. Convenient location. Great restaurant on site.
We just like everything. It's a great place to stay.
Rooms are small
Front desk was great Room was really clean. No complaints
We stay two nights this past weekend. The hotel was great and the location was even better.
Disorganized
Great place, great location!!!
Nice place, solid, clean, with a great restaurant
Room neat and clean and the bathroom was very nice.
Wonderful stay. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Its great
Property was close to the attraction we went there for but the beds were uncomfortable and we were so close to the onsite restaurant that our room smelled of food for our entire stay
I like my stay in the property the only downside was that the room was not clean at all.
Hallways could use some updating.
.
Property is a little outdated but clean and clean is the most important thing. Had buffet breakfast downstairs, very good. Ernie the night manager was fantastic, would stay again.
Great hotel, value, and don’t regret for one night but boring area and rough to get around.
Very nice hotel and front staff very helpful and accommodating.
Checked in late without any issues. Staff were efficient. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Only downside is getting through road construction to enter Hotel. We will definitely go back if we are in the area.
It is perfect
I like the convenience. Im in the area for work. Best bang for your buck
Stayed 2 nights to attend the Renaissance Faire. Made the reservation last minute. The double Queen room was a good size, the pillows could have been better, very flat and dense. The real plus was the pool, open at 8:00 am and closed at 10:00 pm, much appreciated after walking all day at the Faire. Great to have the Loxley restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
Check in was fast & staff were friendly room was a little smaller than expected but it was very clean & looked recently renovated
Not much maid service terrible did not make bed properlyforgot soaps was rude and not do maid service last night
Close to my family
Loved the location. Food was really good, wasn’t made aware that breakfast buffet was available with our room, but other than that it was great. Planning on staying again
Staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are dated.
Very good.
A large hotel. Getting to the dining room from our room was complicated. The restaurant at the hotel was a big plus.
Old, rundown. Ceiling was low. Tight space in bathroom. Just sad. No netflix. If you are going to pay as much as this place costs then just stay somewhere else!
I loved the fact that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The food was lousy. I ended up getting diarrhea early Sunday morning after eating dinner Saturday evening. This lasted an entire day with us having to pull into a rest stop while traveling home. In addition, the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel room. The vanity and toilet were so close that it was difficult to use the toilet. There was very little place to put both my husband's toiletries and mine during our two night three day stay. I had to keep most of mine in my cosmetic bag.
Convenient and pet friendly
Stayed for 2 nights due to the walking distance to the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater. Lamp base could use a nice cleaning. The noise outside my door was unbearable when trying to sleep. Also, whenever the guests right above us dropped something…and they did it often…it jolted us from our sleep. Beds are not very comfortable. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.
The AC vent in our room was black with soot. We got stuck in the elevator. The chairs were old and dirty.
Just a few
2 Queen size beds were not Queen size the beds were look like a double bed contractors started working outside our window loud noises woke us up. We were told that breakfast was complementary it was not.
Room was ok for a weekend stay. Clean. But the smell of the hallways was awful. Like urine. The elevators did not work well in the middle of the night. We watched kids come out of the elevator with illicit drugs so the elevator smelled terrible when we got in it. We did get a $10 loxleys voucher. The restaurant was prettt great!
Hope you do not expect to get any sleep.
My 13 year old daughter and I stayed here last night after watching the sound of music play next door. There is a lot of dust and mold in the creases of the drop ceiling in the bathroom. There were also people running through the hallways and slamming doors all night long. I will more than likely never pay to stay here again.
Chad was helpful and friendly!
It was a great stay no complaints.
people were arguing outside the front door all night, felt unsafe, left without staying 2nd night
Deceptive and Shady Management
Had planned a small family get away. This hotel and area are nothing like what is described in the pictures. The room was dingy and not like the pictures. We spoke to the front desk for a refund and they told us to contact the third party since they controlled the booking but would approve it. Two days later I was told by the third party that they denied the refund because they did everything they could to fix the issue and offered us other room options. It is very sad when hotels lie blatantly like this. This is not good business practice and I hope this never happens to anyone else.
I had an accessible tub but I wish I also had an accessible toilet.
Great staff. Good pet friendly accommodations.
Very nice staff and in a very Convenient area
I liked it here. Room was ok. Entertainment was great. Restaurant was good. Ease of finding our way around was iffy. The only real issue was how rude the fD girl was at check out. She refused to give us a copy of our folio.
It was perfect for a 1 night stay for basketball tournament. The property is dated but super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The linen and towels new and very clean. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient and the food tasty.
The breaker kicked at night, so we were moved to another room. It was a king bed, so my grandson was offered an air mattress to sleep on. the mattress had a hole in it, halfway through the night, my grandson had to move into bed with me.
We had a wonderful with family and friends this facility is very nice.
This was a very clean, nice and quiet place to stay.
Stay Away
Awlful!!! Front desk checkin was terrible, rude person. Opened room checked out bathroom and found a present in the toilet bowl!!! Sheets had stains!! Carpet very dated.
😊
It was clean and quiet while a little worn. Definitely worth the value. I would stay again.
Our stay
Room was good, a little small for 4 people. Kids loved the pool. On site restaurant was not good, foid came out cold, quality could be better. Breakfast shouldn't have gone.
Not good
Bed was very soft and only about a foot off of the floor. Room was dark. Air conditioner rattled the entire time. Hallway carpets were dirty. No coffee available. They make one pump container and that’s it.
Lack of maintenance. Dirty rug in hallway.
It was Ok, dated hotel, dated everything, but it was clean and the staff is very good.
Amish Country Letdown
I thought the property was looking tired and dated. The rooms were decently clean but I found the rest of the hotel to be dirty and unkempt. It was very full and perhaps the staff was overwhelmed, but do they not notice the caked dust on all of the of the guest room doors? I would not stay here again.
Very clean and updated
Great location
Good
Stay at Heritage
We needed a couple days to just get away. It was comfortable. Easy to find and park. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Since we were there during the heat wave the pool and air conditioning were much appreciated. We got tickets to the Apple Dinner Theatre right next door and had a nice evening for our anniversary.
The pillows were great and the bed was good we had a good night sleep.
Received free upgrade to king spa room from regular king room which was nice but not needed as spa room didn't have bedside table or outlet for my husband's cpap machine as we both use C-pap machines. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. We usually stay here when going to a show at Dutch Apple dinner theater.
Room smelled like my grandmother, respectfully. Very hard to find restaurant, which is in the same building, need more signage. Food was mediocre, service was sub par. Overall clean and friendly staff when checking in. Not as high end as they pretend to be.
Nice place. Right near the highway. Lots of places nearby like Dunkin, Friendly's, CVS. Nice and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Would consider staying there again!
Big thanks for great staff
Perfect overnight stay as usual. Ernie at the front desk, so helpful and professional. Saw Craig …he’s friendly, nice and happy to be an ambassador for this lovely property! Mark at the bar in Loxelys- great great and Noah too.
